We had our wedding at The Saratoga Hilton and could not have asked for a better experience! Our cocktail hour was held in the ballroom foyer and Anderson Patio, followed by our reception in the Saratoga Ballroom — everything was absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly organized and responsive to every question we had. A week before the wedding, we met with Chrislyne (Sales Manager), Rosemary (Director of Sales), and Cami (Director of Banquets) to go over all the final details. They made sure everything was perfect and even took care of setting up our decorations and party favors that we dropped off ahead of time. The food was absolutely outstanding! The hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were delicious and plentiful, and our plated entrées were excellent — beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. One of the things we loved most is that The Saratoga Hilton prepares all of their food on-site, which made everything taste so fresh. They also take care of the tables, chairs, and linens, which made planning so easy for us. Their in-house ivory linens are elegant, and they offer a great selection of napkin colors to choose from to match any wedding theme. On the day of the wedding, we stayed in a gorgeous suite and were greeted with a bottle of champagne and sweet congratulatory notes from the staff — such a thoughtful touch! The service during our cocktail hour and reception was outstanding. The staff was so attentive and efficient, making sure all of our guests were well taken care of with food and drinks throughout the night. We truly had the best day and are so thankful to The Saratoga Hilton for helping us throw such an amazing celebration. A special thank you to Joanna Fairs (Director of Sales) for all the behind-the-scenes coordination that made our day extraordinary. We highly recommend The Saratoga Hilton to any couple looking for a seamless, elegant, and joyful wedding experience. It was everything we dreamed of and more!

I got married at the Saratoga Hilton on 10/26/2024. To say the experience was great would be an understatement. Matthew was my primary point of contact for the better half of the 10 months of planning but Misty joined about a month before the wedding day. Both Matthew and Misty were so wonderful to work with. Any email I sent, had a response within a few hours - Matthew never made me feel that any question I had was silly. They truly wanted to make us feel comfortable and make sure our wedding day was exactly what we imagined. From booking the venue to our final meeting and our wedding day, everything was done seamlessly and without stress. As a stressed out bride, I truly appreciated having this calmness when speaking with Matthew and Misty. The bridal suite we were put in for the day of was beautiful and just enhanced our experience that much more. Everything was spot on and organized and I really appreciated that. I had a specific vision for our wedding day and Matthew and Misty took every thought I had and brought it to life. It was exactly how I envisioned it, down to every small detail. I would highly recommend getting married at the Saratoga Hilton. Not only were Matthew and Misty amazing to work with, all of the staff that we encountered were kind and they really made you feel like they were there to help you and help make your day as stress free as possible. They helped with the entire planning process, allowed a food tasting, answered any and all questions that my husband and I had, as well as put the entire night together seamlessly. Our guests mentioned that our wedding was not only stunning, but how organized and efficient it was! Not to mention, the food was some of the best wedding food they had ever tasted! The open bar was superb, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the venue in general was so beautiful and clean! The price was a huge advantage to us. With venues, food, bars, and everything that comes with a wedding, things can quickly become overpriced. The Hilton was able to work with our budget and provide several options that met our needs and didn’t break our bank! Overall, I would suggest this venue and team to anyone getting married in the capital region. Again, I cannot say enough amazing things about the team that helped to put our special day altogether. If you’re even considering the Saratoga Hilton for your wedding, please let this be your sign to commit!

The bartenders were great and there was rarely a line at any of the bars (amazing since we had a large wedding). The dinner service was out on time and was executed flawlessly. The entire ambiance was perfect and it led to a great night. Angela was available for questions for months leading up to our wedding which helped to put our minds at ease. town since we chose Saratoga for our midpoint as to not have either side of the family have to travel more than a couple of hours. We had our ceremony, reception, after party, sleeping arrangements, and recovery breakfast all in one place for a convienent “one stop shop” which our guests LOVED. The food was delicious throughout the entire weekend, which our guests are still talking about months later. It was a beautiful place and the bridal suite was huge, which was perfect for 10+ girls getting ready with multiple hair and make up artists. Every single person I worked with was helpful, friendly, and kind. Angela was there to get an answer for any, every, and many questions that any bride might have. They even had someone specifically dedicated to me (the bride!) for the whole event from ceremony to breakfast the next morning to get anything, keep everything going smoothly, and keep me happy! I mean really, who needs a wedding planner when you have the team at the Saratoga Hilton?!

site meeting with Amy, to the menu tasting, to the wedding weekend itself, everything went off without a hitch. We felt important and valued from the get-go and the staff went out of their way to solve any problem that arose. We delivered approximately 20 plastic bins filled with supplies for the wedding and the staff never even batted an eyelid. They were absolutely amazing. They also made sure our rooms were ready on Friday morning so my wife and I would have somewhere to hang our dresses. When an issue arose with a vendor, Angela went to AC Moore and made sure we had a beautiful aisle runner for our ceremony. It was completely above and beyond. From a bottle of wine chilling in our fridge to Angela delivering me much needed Advil at the reception, I was so impressed by everyone at the Hilton. I can't recommend this venue enough, particularly for couples looking to have their reception and ceremony on site. Our guests appreciated the convenience and they loved the venue. Everything was amazing!

She was lovely, friendly and made sure that I didn’t miss a thing. I expected something to go wrong, b/c that’s just life- but every detail of my wedding was perfect (I still need to be pinched). The room looked beautiful, and the guests appreciated the whole event being onsite, with easy parking and access to downtown during the day. The venue is perfect b/c it is close to everything (even picture opportunities). Zane, the bellman helped me get everything in to the hotel and to the guest rooms. I woke up early the morning of the wedding and Joanna, the manager on duty that weekend saw me in the lobby treated me to coffee. Kelly made sure the night flowed perfectly in the banquet room and there were so many other thoughtful people in the hotel that made the day amazing. Amy tied it all together for us, and made the wedding planning, dare I say- fun??? stay. Amy Domurad, Sales Manager and Event Coordinator, is patient and gracious. She helped us with the planning process, provided ideas, outlined a timeline and kept us on track. We gave her our vision of how we wanted our wedding day to go and she helped to deliver that vision. We are very happy to have worked with Amy. Chef Ron and his staff did an excellent job! The food was fantastic, our guests are still talking about the risotto even months later! They were also very accommodating to special requests as we had a couple of gluten free and vegan guests. For our wedding we had use of the atrium, foyer space outside of the Ballroom and the Saratoga Ballroom for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We had the space to ourselves for the evening. Our guests loved the convenience of having everything in one place. The hotel bar stayed open late for our after party, we were able to relax and socialize with our guests after the reception.

Chef Ron and his team prepared delicious food and deserve equal praise. We had drinks at the hotel bar both nights, which was a great setting. Breakfast was wonderful as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location lets your guests walk around town without having to get in the car. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We have to admit, when planning our wedding it wasn't the first on the list for a venue. We wanted to do something different than our friends and also as the bride I had always dreamt of a beautiful old Victorian venue. To make a long story short, we are SO happy we made that appointment with the Hilton. We were so impressed with the attentiveness of our planner, Amy and the flexibility the hotel had on meeting all of our requests and demands, it ended up being a no brainer. They went above and beyond creating our perfect menu. We had a raw bar to start and ended with late night steak sandwiches. The hotel let us do whatever we wanted for decorations, the ballroom looked stunning. A little up lighting and some flowers and the place looked absolutely gorgeous. Guests described the day as "so elegant, but not at all stuffy", which is exactly what we wanted. We wanted a fun party, but wanted all the bells and whistles of the other popular wedding venues in town. We were floored. We woke up in shock of how smoothly everything went. We couldn't have asked for more genuine, attentive, professional people to work with for our big day. The other GREAT thing about the Hilton, it is walking distance to everything town as to offer! 75% of our guest list was from out of town, so this was very important. My husband and I got great pictures on broad way. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice in venue and the staff at the Hilton that made our day so special. Over two years later and I felt compelled to "give back" and write this review! Two years later and people are still saying "that is the best wedding I ever been too". It was truly the most perfect day.

aded back up, the Hilton's staff was there to assist and to make our stay a very enjoyable one. While the Hilton's staff took good care of us, Amy Domurad and her team made the wedding and reception one of the most enjoyable events I've ever attended! Everything happened on time, special dietary needs were looked after, and the venue and food were wonderful! I would highly recommend this venue for special events. I know the hotel is going to have major renovations, which will make it an even better place when it's all done.

questions leading up to the wedding, and Amy was always very prompt with her answers and made us feel that no question was "too dumb"! Essentially, Amy became our wedding planner, without us actually hiring a wedding planner! After the ceremony, when the bridal party got to the Hilton, we were greeted with our signature drinks before we even got through the door. The ballroom and cocktail hour were set up perfectly. The bartenders and wait staff were so friendly and easy to work with. Amy and her staff took care of every single detail. Literally it was the best day of our lives. We would absolutely recommend Amy and the Hilton - if you are getting married in Saratoga, the Hilton is the place to do it!

y so perfect, so memorable, and so wonderful! From the very start of the planning process, Amy helped them through every step. And most importantly, she did it so joyfully...so expertly! We felt like she was part of the family! The reception at the Hilton was amazing! It was a day that none of us will forget! Throughout the evening, so many guests told us that they were treated like royalty by the staff, that the food was delicious, that the music was awesome (DJ Mike Garrasi was recommended by Amy), and they were having such a great time! The wait staff attended to every guest’s special request, and Amy kept checking in with us throughout the evening. We felt like we had our own personal assistants! The Saratoga Ballroom was set up so beautifully! The Hilton’s PSAV up-lighting was elegant and the gold chiavari chairs looked exquisite with the décor. Amy Domurad took care of every little detail: bringing the bride her purse for a make-up touch-up, straightening the groom’s boutonniere, helping the DJ during introductions, and even encouraging the bride and groom to eat! We are so grateful to Amy and her staff. A lot of hard work went into organizing everything the way they did, but they made it all look easy. The Saratoga Hilton deserves more than 5 stars!

et 50 rooms in our block. I also got ready at the hotel and since the largest suite was not available for me and my bridal party, the staff was able to accommodate us with a smaller suite with a connecting double bed room. It worked out perfectly for hair and makeup to come for all 11 girls that were there!

have thought of. We live in Oregon and traveled to NY for the wedding, we had to plan everything from across the country. Amy sent photos of everything so that we could see what everything would look like since we could not be there in person. We relied on her opinion and expirience with vendors and decor options. SHe never once let us down. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were large and inviting and everyone was very friendly, but Amy took care of us unlike any other hotel represenitive ever has. She made my wedding day better then i ever thought it would be. Upon walking into my reception i was not even prepared as for how beautiful the space was, Amy had gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular! I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone who wants to have a wonderful classy elegant wedding! rganized - she took notes at all our meetings and always provided me with updates on what we discussed. She accommodated our every request, from specially-prepared food (dietary restrictions) to bringing in dancers and musicians from NYC. The Saratoga Hilton is a chic, elegant, and modern hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and has a huge fireplace and high ceilings. The ballroom itself is warm and has mirrored walls, which make it seem both spacious and intimate at the same time. The lighting (by Jake, who works with the Saratoga Hilton) made the night feel romantic and dream-like. The dinner menu (by head chef Chris) was delicious - I've never heard so many compliments on NY strip steak and mahi-mahi! The table decor (using the Hilton's table linens) was exquisite. We took pictures at nearby Congress Park and at the mansions and beautiful gardens in Saratoga Springs. It was literally a 2-minute drive in the car (we could have walked, if it wasn't for my heels). Our photographer was in love with the surrounding area - our photos from the Hilton reception and the outdoor scenery are beyond amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about my wedding at the Saratoga Hilton. Every moment was perfect - and the best part was that Amy took care of everything! I wasn't stressed or nervous about a thing because I knew she understood what I wanted. Amy executed my wedding vision to perfection! If you're lucky enough to be able to have your wedding in beautiful upstate NY, definitely visit the Saratoga Hilton and talk to Amy Domurad.

manager) and the staff were so accomodating and pleasant. So detail oriented, things I never in a million years would have thought of. Whenever I had a question, Amy was always available, even stayed late one night to listen to me complain about something, even though she was missing an afterhours office party! The night of my wedding, we were on a timeline to make sure we got what needed to be done, done and to ensure we could enjoy the reception. As each interval approached, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder to let me know what the next step was. I was never rushed, just made aware. As any bride knows, the night flies by, and it is nice to have someone looking out for you! Inside the ballroom, the Hilton staff made our plates, brought us our cocktails. Even walking up to the bar, the bartender just stuck her hand out with my drink, didn't even have to ask!!! Even though we didn't get to eat much that night, I do know the food is/was amazing. The Saratoga Hilton is all about detail and they do it well! Our suite was huge and awesome and clean. I could have stayed there all week. Our wedding block had about 50 rooms that night and not one complaint from any of them. I can't begin to do enough justice for the Saratoga Hilton. I was so at ease, never nervous about anything they were in charge of. I had a great sense of comfort knowing Amy was running the show.
