I always knew I wanted a wedding planner, but with Holly and The Season Events, we got so much more. Holly went above and beyond in every aspect of our special day. From the early morning preparations to the final moments of the night, she was there to ensure everything went smoothly. She even helped with my bustle and insisted that I focus on enjoying the evening while she took care of the details. At the end of the night, she refused to let me lift a finger and made sure I went home to relax. I can’t recommend Holly and The Season Events highly enough—they made our wedding day truly unforgettable.
Nicole and the rest of the Season team are beyond amazing. Nicole worked with us for almost 2 years (COVID wedding). She is a joy to work with and very responsive. Nicole calmed many fears that I had as a COVID bride and guided me through the many changes . The Season Events connections in the NW Georgia community tuned me into amazing vendors that I would have otherwise missed. Nicole and team made my rehearsal and wedding day a breeze. I would suggest The Season to anyone planning any size event.
Holly and her team at The Season Events are AMAZING!! She brought to life what our daughter & son-in-law had envisioned for their wedding day. Every detail was taken care of, and the food was delicious! We were able to enjoy the special day stress free knowing Holly had everything in place and more. I could not imagine planning such a memorable day without her and her professional team. Such an enjoyable fun experience that ended in a sweet friendship.
I cannot say more positive things about Season Events and Catering! I just got married on October 5th (2019) in Rome, GA. I have known about Season for a few years now-multiple of my friends have used them for coordinating and catering. We have always loved the food and my friends have raved about the coordinating, and now it’s my turn! Nicole was our weekend wedding coordinator-she was very responsive and timely with all questions we had throughout the process, we never left a conversation with questions unanswered. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day-including all the small details! The day of the wedding was close to stress free for my family and I thanks to Nicole and her team, we had a couple of small unforeseeable mishaps but she made sure everything was taken care of with ease. Nicole made sure to lead us to our table to ensure that we ate at our own wedding, and when we ran out of a certain wine (our fault not hers) she and her staff gladly went to the store to get us more! Not only is Nicole very organized and experienced, but she is so sweet and fun to be around which makes the planning process way more enjoyable :) I highly recommend Nicole and all of the Seasons’ event coordinators!
In terms of catering, we loved every bite of our wedding food! My now husband and I went to a tasting at Season a couple of months before the wedding to help finalize our venue, and let me tell you it is really hard to choose. We decided on a buffet dinner with a garden salad, rolls, the brisket (so so good), the double batter chicken tenders (YUM), mac n cheese (heavenly) and the squash casserole (also very good). We had MULTIPLE guests tell us during and the days after the wedding how good our food was. It always seemed like the chicken tenders were at the forefront of the conversation! We also used Seasons bartenders for the night, we had 3 bartenders for 170 guests to ensure we never had a line at the bar-and it was great! Long story short, we absolutely loved our wedding food! We really enjoyed the experience we had with The Season Events and Catering and we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank y’all so much!
The Seasons Events did an outstanding job helping us plan our daughter's wedding! Nicole walked us through the process, helping us with every decision and making sure we didn't forget anything. We had always heard how stressful it can be to plan a wedding, but thanks to Nicole and her team, we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration! And of course, Ray's wonderful food was a big hit with all of the guests. We highly recommend using Seasons Events to make your big day the best it can be!
Holly and her team are the best there are! I cannot imagine having planned a wedding without her. She is there for ANYTHING you need start to finish from helping us figure out our wedding date, making excellent recommendations for key vendors and taking care off all the coordination with them, handling payments, overseeing rentals, coordinating all planning meetings, phenomenal logistics planning, and most importantly being there every step of the way on the day of. She practically spent the entire week of making sure everything was in good shape, and every time I saw her, I knew it was. On the big day, she was there first thing in the morning and was probably the last one there. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of, largely thanks to Holly. I would recommend her to any couple getting married or anyone planning an event - I don't know how it would been possible without her!
The Season Events was incredible ! They are all- inclusive, or as inclusive as you want to be. They are an incredible team who works hard to pull off the best events in the area. They provided my husband and I with wonderful planning, coordination, and catering for our wedding. I cannot say enough compliments of this team!
My daughter just had a wedding that surpassed her dreams. I was able to enjoy every minute. Holly made it happen. She has an amazing attention to detail. I can't imagine how our day would have gone without her and her team. She truly blessed our family. I HIGHLY recommend her.

We used Holly and her team for limited wedding planning and catering for our wedding in Summerville, GA. Her staff was absolutely amazing - we had an issue with the tent setup the day before, and The Season staff stayed late to ensure the tents were perfect. The day of the wedding was GREAT. Our venue was a little nontraditional so it was tough to wrangle all the guests for the ceremony. Once that was over, the evening went off without a hitch (at least I think it did - I wouldn't have known if it didnt! They kept me away from any drama). The food was spectacular. We could not have asked for a better way to start our marriage. And, since we didn't end up using all of their services, she discounted our final bill! Holly is truly a gem.

Let me start off by saying that in the end everything went very smoothly and was wonderful and I could not have done it without The season events. That being said, I think everything would have been easier leading up to it if I had used them as a wedding planner. Instead I used them as wedding coordinators. I don't know if they do just the "day of coordinating" very often. It basically boils down to I spent $875 for 3 women to come and tell everyone where to go and what to do. I loved having them there but I did feel like it was a bit over priced for what I actually received. The point of the coordinator is so I didn't have to deal with anything and they could handle it all. Unfortunately I was asked a million questions the day of and stressed out all day that everything was going to go as planned. Thank goodness I had some wonderful family friends who took the reigns and knew what was going on and kind of directed my directors. But they are lovely people and I think in my case we kind of just got off to a weird start.

BEST money spent on the wedding!! Every bride needs a wedding planner and that planner should be Holly. We used The Season for the wedding weekend coordination and could not have been happier. Holly and her staff are such a pleasure to work with and they make sure it is all about you. Even though she only coordinated on the day of, she was such a help throughout the whole process. She makes you feel like you are the only bride she is helping. Pays attention to every detail and helps with everything all the way down to the wedding announcement in the paper!
Hiring Holly was hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning. She made the whole planning process stress-free and the wedding day was perfect. I am not a very laid back person, so I expected tons of pre-wedding and day-of stress, but Holly took it all on for me. I just got to enjoy every moment without any concerns. She will make your wedding day everything you want, and the Season packages make it affordable and easy. You will not be disappointed!
