My husband and I had our wedding in June 2023 and we used the Seatery to rent about 80 chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony and linens for our tables at our reception. We chose the Seatery for their reasonable prices and their location relative to our wedding venue. We also found it helpful that we could pick and choose what we wanted to rent from them rather than having to purchase a package like some rental companies offer. However, we rate them 3 out of 5 stars due to their poor communication. For starters, it was challenging to get a hold of them by phone or by email for last-minute questions we had a few weeks before our wedding. Additionally, the company was not clear about how our rentals got delivered and picked up on the day of our wedding as well as how the chairs and linens got set up. This company used a secondary delivery service to deliver and pick up the chairs and linens. While the delivery service was on time, we were under the impression that the Seatery would then come and set things up and take things down for us. They did neither. We had to set up the chairs and linens ourselves and the delivery company got stuck taking things down. My husband and I demanded a refund for the setup/takedown fee that the Seatery charged us and they eventually came through and gave us the refund. Overall, this vendor ended causing us some unwanted stress on the day of our wedding and the poor communication was unbeneficial.

STAY AWAY. We hired the Seatery for our wedding at a country club. We rented basic folding chairs for an outside ceremony. The week before our wedding they reached out offering a free upgrade due to a wedding the night before already using those chairs, we loved the upgrade. The day of our wedding the chairs were already at the venue, with the ceremony starting at 5pm. At 4:45pm the chairs were not set up yet. Our wedding planner called Seatery trying to get an ETA, with no response, they finally tracked some teenage boys to work on set up. After mocking and rude jesters the chairs were set up 3 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start. The chairs were crooked and off center. We let the Seatery know about our less than satisfactory experience and the OWNER Landon told us we should be grateful that they gave us an upgrade. He even left us a voicemail saying "So your guest had to wait 10-15 minutes, the chairs were still set up before 5." It was Horrible customer service and terribly run establishment. Highly recommend anywhere else.

The seatery provided us with gold chiavari chairs for our wedding ceremony and reception. I loved the way the chairs looked, we did little other decorating and felt like it looked amazing still. We had an outdoor ceremony and paid a fee to have the seatery team move the chairs into the reception room after the ceremony was done. It was so nice not to have to worry about this! We would definitely recommend the company for chair rental.

We hired the Seatery to deliver gold Chiavari chairs to the venue and they outdid themselves. They were all in pristine condition and looked stunning. They truly made the event look even more romantic and magical than we had imagined. They were prompt and willing to work with us to accommodate changes to our final headcount!

Going with The Seatery for our rentals was one of the best decisions we made. They were super easy to work with and very responsive. Plus their rental fees couldn’t be beat— the chairs and tables we rented were themselves reasonably priced, and the delivery fees were straightforward. Also, The Seatery didn’t price gouge for Saturday delivery/pickup— a lot of other vendors we looked at charged a ridiculous amount for weekend delivery and pickup, which seemed like such a racket to us.

I rented 180 white chivari chairs from thema nd they completely transformed my venue! They contacted my venue to coordinate when to drop them off and set them up and when to take them back, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend!

Everyone at The Seatery was a joy to work with! Their online system made it easy to estimate the cost and make payments. When I called to add some more chairs & tables they were super helpful! They arrived right on time to deliver and setup the furniture, and were all very cheerful and congratulatory! We used their cross-back chairs, which looked amazing in the space, and their 8-foot rectangular tables. Everything was sturdy, clean, and comfortable! Thank you so much for making our day wonderful!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I got married on September 8, 2018. Ever since the day we got engaged, I knew I wanted Chiavari chairs to fill the room. Thanks to The Seatery, my vision come to life. Although our venue came with seating, I knew that Chiavari chairs would make all the decor and the room come together perfectly (highly recommend!) The Seatery was great to work with and were always so responsive and accommodating if I had any questions or concerns. I also can't believe what a breeze the set up/take down process was. We didn't have to lift a finger! For an extremely reasonable fee, the staff at The Seatery dropped off the chairs the day before the wedding and set them up around all the tables. At the end of the night, we didn't even have to put away or stack the chairs. The staff came by the next morning and took the chairs right from the tables. Seriously - such a breeze! We received so many compliments about our gold Chiavari chairs. They truly lit up the room! We highly recommend The Seatery!

The Seatery was a GREAT vendor to work with! They had the best prices by far and were very easy to work with! There were no issues with pickup and drop off times. We got to pick our cushion color and their team tied everyone of them on during set up. I would recommend their services to anyone!!

We loved working with this vendor for our gold chiavari chairs. They were responsive to emails, communicated with our reception site. Everything was beautiful, as ordered, and set up on time. They returned late at night to pick up because of our vendors requirements. Payment was simple and the chairs were much more affordable that other options we looked at.

Such a great company! They get how to do business in a day in age where simplicity and ease needs to come together. Payment was so easy and all done online and they came highly recommended from my florist. Could not have been more pleased with this vendor on my big day! And of course, the chairs looked practically new - exactly what you want on your big day!

I loved working with the seatery for my chair rental for my wedding on 8/28. The quality of the chairs were great and the price was affordable compared to other places. Jenna was very responsive to my questions and helped me make final payments up to the last minute because we had some last minute additions literally 4 days before the wedding! They came in to set up in the morning and I was not at the venue yet....when i got there everything looked beautiful....especially the chairs! It was a great experience. I highly recommend using The Seatery for your chair rental needs!

The Seatery is the WAY TO GO for a chair rental company. From the extremely professional staff to the best prices in town, The Seatery is the way to go. Jenna met up with when they first opened the company and went over the details with me. The day before the wedding, she and her staff arrived earlier than expected, set up the chairs and even left extras with no extra charge. Thank you Jenna and the Seatery for making this process easy and transforming my venue into an elegant venue!!
