e chairs, we loved the upgrade. The day of our wedding the chairs were already at the venue, with the ceremony starting at 5pm. At 4:45pm the chairs were not set up yet. Our wedding planner called Seatery trying to get an ETA, with no response, they finally tracked some teenage boys to work on set up. After mocking and rude jesters the chairs were set up 3 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start. The chairs were crooked and off center. We let the Seatery know about our less than satisfactory experience and the OWNER Landon told us we should be grateful that they gave us an upgrade. He even left us a voicemail saying "So your guest had to wait 10-15 minutes, the chairs were still set up before 5." It was Horrible customer service and terribly run establishment. Highly recommend anywhere else.

the seatery team move the chairs into the reception room after the ceremony was done. It was so nice not to have to worry about this! We would definitely recommend the company for chair rental.

the delivery fees were straightforward. Also, The Seatery didn’t price gouge for Saturday delivery/pickup— a lot of other vendors we looked at charged a ridiculous amount for weekend delivery and pickup, which seemed like such a racket to us.

The Seatery was great to work with and were always so responsive and accommodating if I had any questions or concerns. I also can't believe what a breeze the set up/take down process was. We didn't have to lift a finger! For an extremely reasonable fee, the staff at The Seatery dropped off the chairs the day before the wedding and set them up around all the tables. At the end of the night, we didn't even have to put away or stack the chairs. The staff came by the next morning and took the chairs right from the tables. Seriously - such a breeze! We received so many compliments about our gold Chiavari chairs. They truly lit up the room! We highly recommend The Seatery!
