I had requested to use their arch, but while requesting details unfortunately they would not provide them beyond the dimensions of the arch, which took over a week to simply know what the arch and dimensions were, since they didn’t know immediately. When I requested a picture, they sent two pictures of different arches and realizing their mistake they were offended when I asked if we could view the arch or at least FaceTime or zoom and see the sides for my florist and for me to see it. Gabrielle became offended saying she wouldn’t show the arch to me and convince me they weren’t a scam company, that I needed to just trust in the dimensions and she wouldn’t provide me any other pictures or details besides one picture that was darkly lit. When I asked for at least a side view of some sort of the arch, she said she wouldn’t set up the arch in the snow just for us to view, when all I asked was to see the side in some manner wherever it was sitting. The business practices were odd when I was trying to ask any details, and they were quickly offended if any questions or if any contract details were requested. Very unnerving company.

While we got what we needed, I was not very impressed with the communication. I had made it clear what I needed months in advance and then the week of the wedding I was told they don't typically do set-up, but would do it as a favor for us. Then we were asked if they could come get the rental items an hour before the wedding was done, in the middle of the reception. In the end everything worked out, but these were things they could have discussed way earlier, and honestly may have not been clear had I not reached out weeks before the wedding day. I think if a company rents out decor/party furniture, the setup/take down should be included even if it's an extra fee.
