ues we looked at didn't show up to our appointments to tour AT ALL and although it bothered me, I couldn't help but feel it meant The Silo was just right for us and I think I was right in feeling that way! The staff here are so incredible to work with. Sam helped us with every step, big and small, along the way and responded to my frequent emails quickly and was always there if I needed an answer or helping hand with any detail. The wedding day was more perfect than I could've imagined. The venue itself is so beautiful and has so many good spots for pictures like the garden, the trees along the back, the balcony, the gazebo, etc. We had so many compliments on the food (even from some of our more picky guests). A couple people even told us that it was the best food they've had at a wedding ever. I'm not sure if this is just told to all brides and grooms but I couldn't agree more either way! I'm so thankful to have had such a great venue to work with. I couldn't recommend them more!

y of which I was extremely upset about. Most of the staff were so rude to my guests telling them they were not eating because they forgot to grab their food card. Closed the bar I paid for down early without confronting me about it first. Started grabbing drinks out of my guests hands and dumping them out before closing time telling them. The fill in coordinator got and attitude with Me and my husband and continuous eye rolling. There was no communication that day what so ever. The food was great and the venue is beautiful but other than that I was not impressed.Not worth the amount of money we spent! Be sure to ask every single question you can before your day because otherwise things will change on the day of and you will be disappointed. I received no refund on anything they do not give refunds even if they screw up horribly! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

e decor was beautiful. The best part about it was the wedding coordinator. Sam was there for us every step of the way. She thought of everything that we didn't! Every time we met up with her, she made us feel so great about planning. She made sure everything went smoothly they day of and it did! You can tell she truly loves her job and will do anything within her power to make your day the best day of your life! We loved our wedding venue!!

outdoors, is absolutely beautiful. While at first I wasn't thrilled about having to order our food from them, I forgot all of that when we ate dinner at our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious & received multiple compliments on it. Choosing The Silo Banquets & Catering is one of the best decisions that my husband and I made about our wedding & we are so glad we made that decision!

ful, but not always right away. I will say that the food we got was fantastic. We paid a lot of money for it but we got a lot of positive feedback from our guests. Because of the unique setup of the gazebo, we had to coordinate how everyone was going to get down to the ceremony site. On the day of, the were helpful with this issue, but we wish we would have known how complicated it was going to be ahead of time. Also, the Silo was great at setting everything up (all of the flowers that had been delivered) but they did absolutely nothing to help us at the end of the evening (it was after midnight so I was not pleased about this). If you do hire the Silo, make sure you have an agreement with them on what happens at teardown. Since they set everything up, I assumed they would help gather everything for tear down. That was my only major complaint. If given the opportunity to do it all over, I would not have gone anywhere else. The site is beautiful and it was a great day. However, just make sure you ask a lot of questions so there are no surprises.
