A Dual Venue for Your Unforgettable Day
The Springs in Angleton offers a couple of wedding reception venues located in Angleton, TX. Here, two distinctive event spaces—Sycamore Hall and Magnolia Manor—are available for couples and guests to enjoy as everyone celebrates the once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Soon-to-be-newlyweds are welcome to take their pick as they prepare to tie the knot at this delightful property. Sycamore Hall provides a truly breath-taking place where couples can let go and relax. Eye-catching features include a portico, stone bridge, and tree-lined surroundings. Elsewhere, Magnolia Manor also offers enduring refinement that would be fitting of such an elevated event. Impressively grandiose, it is sure to attract couples who want their day to be a statement of the love they share for one another. From the fairytale staircase to the outdoor fountain, there are so many elements that grab the attention here. Ultimately, either of these venues at The Springs in Angleton would do justice to the ‘I-do’ occasion and the heartwarming late-night festivities.
At Sycamore Hall, as many as 320 guests are welcome to gather as everyone shares the one-of-a-kind ambience. At the ceremony site, couples can exchange vows as their nearest and dearest gather to record the moment on their phones. Sycamore Hall also offers indoor reception space, sheltered from the elements, where invitees can recline in luxury as new memories are made. At Magnolia Manor, 320 guests may also be accommodated. Here, to-be-weds can swap vows and slip rings on each other’s fingers at the designated outdoor ceremony space, or indoors by the staircase. Once the newlyweds have been officially pronounced, everyone can enjoy the grand reception as culinary delights and heartfelt words take center stage. The Springs in Angleton welcomes outside vendors, meaning that couples can hire their favorite companies to enrich the experience of getting married here. Beautiful venue! I got married in October and couldn’t have been happier! Staff was super friendly and helpful! The venue offers recommend vendors but is also super DIY friendly, which worked out perfectly for what I was going for! ❤️

If you’re looking for a venue that you can bring your own vendors this is the place for you! We were able to make our own personal touches. Lauren and her team were al ways super responsive to all my questions and last minute requests. Everyone at our wedding had the best time ever! The big get ready suites make it so easy to get ready at the venue and keep all your stuff in one place! If you I could pick again I would pick the springs again!

We got married in March of this year and we had a short engagement so there was a lot to do! This venue was extremely accommodating to our many trips out to plan. It felt like we were getting to plan our wedding with friends because of how they genuinely cared and how helpful they were to us. Plus — the venue is just beautiful. It was like out of my DREAMS. The trees are gorgeous, and the venue itself is like something from Pride & Prejudice (which I of course walked down the aisle to ‘Liz On Top of the World’). I cannot recommend this venue more.

I can’t say enough about this venue and it’s amazing staff! This was our first venue we went to see and it was the only one we needed to see. We knew it was perfect right away. We chose Magnolia Manor for our wedding day. Lauren was our wedding specialist and she was always an email, text or call away for any questions or concerns prior to our big day and even on the day of. Our wedding day was a fairytale and our family and friends loved snapping pictures and selfies all over the beautiful location. They are still talking about it a month later! I’d recommend The Springs - Angleton to anyone.

I loved this venue! It was great for the amount of guests we had. Everyone said how beautiful it was. I appreciated the timely communication for the questions I had. They do spray for mosquitoes (but they are abundant during the mosquito season). If you choose to book here, make sure to look at the alcohol policy as the “only alcohol from approved vendors before the event” policy was a bit startling as it was not pointed out to us when we signed the contract. No big deal, but Wanted to point that out.

Future brides and families, please plan to hire a cleaning crew before your big day, if you book here! The morning of my wedding, I spent several hours sweeping, cleaning the floors for my ceremony, mopping up a leaking humidifier in my bridal suite, picking up leaves in the kitchen, entry and exit walk way, and more… The excuse for a filthy venue was “There was a wedding last night”. There was no cleaning crew sent to clean the floors, bathrooms, remove cockroaches in the bridal suite, or clean the dirty windows. This was an absolute nightmare. Do not waste your money here.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your event. We value all reviews and hope to learn from instances where clients might not be 100% satisfied with our services. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed....
However, we would like to point out that a cleaning crew was at the venue the night before your event. We apologize if the clean was not deemed satisfactory to you. We will speak to our cleaners about your specific complaints. We would like to point out that you arrived on site at 9am with twenty plus people and opened the doors into the venue and began bringing in décor and personal items. You left multiple doors open as you all walked in and out of the venue as you set up, which brought in the leaves and dirt that you mentioned. You approached our staff and they offered to help you sweep after their tours and when they returned you provided them with a list of things to clean. Our staff graciously took your list and handled all the items that were of concern to you but whatever they did it did not seem to be enough for you. Your requests were not neglected but you continued to pace around the venue. Our GM came to speak to you to offer to help as you stressed cleaned the venue. And we get it, wedding days are stressful, and some people take out that nervous energy on cleaning, which is what you seemed to be doing that day. We hope you can look back on your special day with fondness and that this matter does not tarnish the beautiful wedding that you hosted at our venue.

The venue is absolutely STUNNING and fit the vibe we were going for perfectly. There were a couple draw backs however:
1) some of the landscaping in the front was in poor condition when we toured and booked and I was assured it would be repaired before our wedding, but it was not.
2) the day of the wedding most of the bathrooms and the bridal suite were out of toilet paper/paper towels. I was told I could text if we needed anything, but when I texted their team to get some restocks in the bathroom, no one ever responded.
3) the most unfortunate aspect of our experience with the Springs was that they did several tours DURING our wedding set up which was both extremely unprofessional and stressful. As a bride who was already stressed about getting everything set up on time, having a bunch of strangers walking in during the middle of everything and looking around while we’re all in our robes was so frustrating and caused a lot of stress.
Overall, I loved the venue, but their team might want to work on a few of the details that really make such a huge difference for the bride & groom, especially considering how much they are paying for a rental that doesn’t include anything except 15 hours of having the venue.

We had our wedding at the Angleton location. We loved our venue and contact with the venue staff was great. Quick responses and helpful. However, day of the wedding the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We also had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags as they were not available when we got there. We were also informed that there were bee's outside at the ceremony site. I was informed that they were being handled and that it should be ready by 1. Our ceremony was at 5pm. At about 3 we were informed that we would not be able to have our ceremony at the site because of the bee's. It wasn't just a few like I had thought the bee's were swarming and there was hundreds of them everywhere. We were told to have the ceremony at their second location. This was told to us about an hour before guest arrived. We had never even seen the other location. Staff stated they would put up signs to direct our guest to the other location but the sign was really small. If you book this location make sure that you walk the grounds before set up and make sure everything is the way you want it. It would have been very helpful if they informed us of how bad the situation was ahead of time. But instead told us to not go outside until it was safe.

This venue is beautiful! It’s a great space if you want to DIY anything like I did. All of my guests were amazed at how beautiful the space was. One con to this venue is that you cannot have alcohol in your dressing rooms before one of the required bar services arrives. Not a big deal, but I was sad I could not have a mimosa before my ceremony with my bridesmaids. Also, make sure to have enough cash on hand day-of for their required Security! They would not answer any of my communication before the wedding day to know how much to expect to pay / the form of payment they wish to receive. Other than that, the grounds were impeccable and made for a gorgeous wedding day.

We toured a couple of The Springs venues and they were all beautiful and so well kept. Once I saw the photos of Magnolia Manor I knew it was the one. It is even better in person. Everything was amazing the entire day and On Cloud 9 who was recommended to us as an all inclusive vendor by The Springs did a fantastic job the entire process. My wedding planning process was stress free and so was the wedding day.
From day one of inquiring about this venue, it has been a great experience. Megan and her team have been very helpful in answering any questions I’ve had and making suggestions as needed. The venue is beautiful! I would highly recommend booking here.

We had a beautiful wedding at The Springs. We chose Sycamore Hall as our venue because it was beautiful without decorations. They were extremely helpful with answering any questions I had quickly. I was even able to change my date (once) when I had a life event come up that required a different date. The staff set up the venue just the way I requested. Everything was just as expected/ advertised.
They also offer all inclusive packages!

Megan was absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and was so informative. She asked our vibe we were going for and was giving all kinds of ideas. This venue has zero hidden fees. Zero. That is what we liked best. So many other venues were tacking on for the littlest of things and this venue did not! Magnolia Manor is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The great thing about The Springs in Angleton is what you see is what you get. Which is an absolutely beautiful venue with no hidden fees or tricks etc. They don't have many limitations so you can make your wedding pretty much what you want it to be. The outdoor scenery of magnolia manor is breathtaking . It is so peaceful and serene and having the ceremony outside was a dream. The staff is extremely helpful. I would text them all the time with questions and they would respond very quickly. They are very accommodating. I am very happy I chose this venue and it looks stunning as the backdrop of all my memories.

The venue was gorgeous and they set up the chairs and tables according the a template they let us customize for our wedding day. We used Magnolia Manor and it was the most gorgeous venue and perfect for our wedding. The staff communicated with us very well and were quick to respond to texts the day of if we needed anything.

We are over the moon about booking Magnolia Manor at The Springs! We had toured a few different places before finally having the time to tour The Springs with Megan and man am I glad we did. Not only was Megan so sweet but she took her time with giving us tours of both venues. I wanted to tour them both as they both are absolutely breath taking in photos. Once I walked into Magnolia Manor I fell instantly in love. After touring both venues, Megan sat down with us and reviewed the calendar and all of the booking details. I loved that she gave us all of the information regarding booking but was not pushy for us to set a date before leaving. She was so sweet and answered all of my many questions. We appreciated all of the time that was spent with us as many venues we toured did not. The next day I was in the area with family and wanted to tour the space again and Emily welcomed us back on the property with open arms to tour the property independently. The second look sealed the deal for me and we booked that day! Emily was amazing with answering all of my follow up questions and preparing all of the documents for us. We are so excited for our special day and know that with the staff’s attention to details and the beautiful venue that our day will be absolutely PERFECT.

We narrowed our venue search down to a list of our top 3 including our favorites from what we researched online. We did this by looking at photos and reviewing each venues specs for pro’s and con’s. Magnolia Manor with Springs Angleton was our first tour and we fell completely in love with the venue. So much that when we visited the other two venues on the list, we went in with out guards up because our hearts were stuck on Magnolia Manor. We worked closely with Megan for the tour and details and she was so kind, informative and super friendly. The venue was spectacular, all of the views were amazing, the price-point was beyond reasonable and they have truly did an amazing job allowing their clients to be able to bring all of our own vendors to create the wedding of our dreams.

We loved having our wedding at the Springs Angleton - the Magnolia Manor. It is such a beautiful venue, both inside and out. The outside was perfect for our ceremony, filled with oak trees and the inside was spacious and the chandelier and fireplace just gave it a perfect touch. The team was helpful throughout the whole process, they gave us ideas of how we could decorate and provided vendors that we could use.

From the moment I reached out to the venue I received quick and kind service. They were unavailable to take my call but texted my two seconds later and were incredibly responsive and quick with their replies. Karen sent me texts the day before and the day of my tour to make sure that my tour would go smoothly. Then, when I met Karen in person I was pretty much sold, not only with the gorgeous venue that speaks for itself, but also with her welcoming and bubbly personality! She made our tour fun and easy and really took the time to sit with us and to go over any questions that we had. We didn’t feel rushed at all which was nice! The venue itself is spacious and naturally beautiful. I cannot wait to get married here and look forward to working with the lovely staff!!

Best staff in town! They were so accommodating with me with all the whole COVID situation. I couldn't have asked for a better result from a vendor. I felt very taken care of and they were in constant communication with us through the entire process. We were very impressed with their professionalism.
This is a beautiful venue! The owners are so sweet and accommodating and they treat you like they've known you forever. So many great places for pictures, interesting things for your guests to look at, and wonderful ceremony locations. We absolutely loved everything about The Springs Magnolia Manor.

If you are looking for a rustic venue this is a great place. The landscape is beautiful outdoors with an outdoor ceremony if wanted. There is also another venue an, elegant house on site so you can choose from one or the other. Great people to work with as well! Desiree S.

The Springs in Angleton have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations as far as vendors go. This place is extremely beautiful with two different manors to have your ceremony/reception, and they are stunning! I had such a wonderful experience with viewing the property and Karen was the absolute best at helping answer any questions I had thrown her way. The venue was gorgeous and the perfect place to get married. We were in Sycamore Hall. The tour we received upon visiting was great. We got what we consider to be an awesome and affordable deal on what is such a great place to get married. They were also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had along the way.
It was clean when we arrived to set up that morning and the attendant was super helpful. The upstairs grooms area did get a little hot, but with about 10-15 people up there at times, it was understandable. Aside from that, all of the guests commented on just how great the venue was.

There were many wonderful venues in my general area. However, I fell in love with the Springs's Magnolia Manor. Its incredibly beautiful, well-kept, and evokes antebellum, southern elegance. The grounds are impeccable. The hall with its grand staircase and stunning chandelier is fantastic. Karen, the manager, readily responded to my inquiries, was highly flexible in scheduling, and was very helpful in walking us through all our options. Highly recommend this venue on the front end - 5 stars. Will update after our wedding.

The springs treated me terribly. They are unethical. I planed my wedding for an entire year. 3 days before they called to tell me I couldn’t get married there because the state issued a a stay home order due to covid. I understand they have to follow the law, However, they refuse to give me a refund. We had a contract, we made a deal. On the contract it says refund will be given “in natural disasters or an act of God that prevents a wedding” this should mean I get a refund. At least half. My parents and I made HUGE sacrifices so we could afford to get married at the springs but we couldn’t get married there and now they won’t give us our money back. I am so disappointed with their customer service. DO NOT do business with them. To them you are just another check. They do not care about you or your family. You are just a number.

Our contract states "If an Act of God (tornado, earthquake, fire, hurricane, wind, flood, etc.) leaves THE SPRINGS facilities unusable, causing the Event to be canceled, THE SPRINGS will refund the amount paid by Client to date." This is not the case with the current COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 has caused tremendous worldwide heartache. Indeed, there is no shortage of suffering on all sides, including individuals, families, and businesses. Our clients and their concerns have been at the heart of every decision we have made as we’ve navigated through the difficulties of COVID-19. From the outset, while many venues were charging a rescheduling fee for clients who moved their dates, we determined that clients whose events took place in March, April, and May could move their event date to any other date between now and the end of 2020 at no charge. This is above and beyond what is agreed to in our signed contracts with all clients because we want to be flexible and show kindness during these uncertain times. While we never doubted this move, we knew this would come at a tremendous financial cost as this meant forgoing hundreds of future opportunities to reserve dates for additional clients, thereby putting at risk The Springs Events’ future business viability.
For the same reason, we knew we had to draw a line in the sand in order to remain open for business and continue to serve hundreds of future couples who have already reserved a Springs’ venue while also providing employment for our team members. Therefore, we made the hard determination that we could not sustain offering refunds. This decision was not taken lightly. However, ultimately, we faced the grim reality that if we offered refunds out of kindness vs contractual obligation, our business could be forced to shut its doors. We lament the impact this has on some clients, especially those clients who anticipated a blissful spring wedding. We are saddened by how devastating this has been to their plans and empathize with them as they make their own hard decisions; however, hundreds of future clients along with our team members want and need our doors to stay open.

PERFECTION, Sycamore Hall was absolutely the perfect venue for my wedding! I am so so happy that they added the chandeliers to the reception hall and the use of Sparklers! The outdoor ceremony was well kept and beautiful. The Springs made it very easy to communicate via text message and they even setup the reception hall tables based on my caterers floor plan! Coordinating Bridal Portraits on site, they were so flexible with my schedule and they made sure to check on me during. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a venue for my wedding. This is a beautiful venue with the most beautiful, sprawling oak trees. We had our ceremony and reception in Magnolia Manor, and it was just beautiful! Because of the time of year, it was too hot for us to use the outdoor space for the ceremony, but we did take pictures out there and they turned out perfect. I would have given five stars, but the venue is very strict with certain rules and made it more difficult to plan. The get-ready rooms could have had more amenities and been more modern, but they worked fine. This is a great choice for a DIY wedding because the building is already so beautiful, you don't need to add much decor.

I can’t say enough good things about THE SPRINGS - Angleton. We got married on 8/23/19 at THE SPRINGS in angleton at Magnolia Manor. From day one, the spring’s staff was great; so friendly and easy to work with. I loved that I could text them at any time with questions and get a quick and helpful response. Always so friendly!
On the big day, everything was set up just how we requested. We had a small issue in kitchen prep area, but we let the team at the springs know and they had someone down there to help in less than 5 min and the issue resolved shortly after.
The venue is so gorgeous. Incredibly well maintained inside and out. Courtyard, trees, and outside area were so beautiful.
Love that we were able to use all of our own vendors. It saved us so much money.
I would very highly recommend THE SPRINGS.

After many Saturdays attending venue open houses, we found The Springs Angleton Magnolia Manor and knew that we had found our wedding venue. Magnolia Manor was beautiful on the inside and on the outside. The massive oak trees upon arrival lead you to a roundabout drive way to a two-story manor. The venue contains: wifi, a private bridal suite with locked entrance, private groom’s suite with locked entrance, chairs, tables, covered patio, and a lush green landscape. If you want that southern classic charm while still keeping it elegant this is your venue!

My husband and I got married in Sycamore hall and didn't have to do much as the venue is already very beautiful. We loved that we could buy and hire our own vendors and food. The two things I did not like was the fact that the cellular reception is terrible and the wifi is not any better. Due to this, my father could not get a hold of anyone while we were at the venue because he could not find it. So as a result, he was 1 hour late and it pushed everything back. He had been trying to call us for 2 hours prior to the time the ceremony was supposed to start. The other thing is, i really did not like that they only set up once. This is fine for couples having an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception but not for the ones where everything is held inside...which is what we did. We were mindful of our guests so we had an indoor wedding in July. That was stated before reserving the venue, but for as much as you're paying they really should at least do that. You literally just pay for the location.

We pride ourselves on giving our clients 15hrs on their special day from 9:00a.m.-12:00a.m. to set-up their decor, take pictures and all the special moments that happen on wedding day. THE SPRINGS sets up and takes down all tables and chairs. The only responsibility to the client is taking down any decor you put up or adjusting furniture if needs change throughout the day (which can be done by vendors as well). Whatever you bring in you take out. Our cleaning staff who comes in at midnight does all cleaning of the hall and kitchen.
We are so grateful to be able to find this amazing venue! We visited over 10 venues all over the Houston area, but as soon as we toured Magnolia Manor we knew we had to book. It was the style I was looking for and at a great price! It was so convenient to be able to text them any time I had a question, and they were prompt to answer. On our wedding day, everyone was so sweet and helpful when it came to adjusting the A/C and finding extra tables. Thank you for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!

The Springs is such a beautiful venue. You don’t even have to do much as far as decorating either. And the Springs brides Facebook page was so helpful!
We booked at Magnolia Manor and had the wedding of our dreams! This location is so beautiful and worked well with all of the vendors we brought in. We didn't interact with the staff a whole lot during set up or the reception, but we had their personal contact information to reach out if needed and they were close behind the scenes.
We loved having our wedding at the Springs! I love that you can text instead having to call for every thing as well. We got married at Magnolia Manor and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was.
I’m MOB, but the bride and the groom loved this venue as well as myself and every guess. The grounds were beautiful and the Magnolia was set up just as we ask. The office was there with a ready answer for every question we had. It truly was a magical day.
This venue was a dream to work with. They answer immediately anytime you reach out to them. They were super easy to schedule a walk-through with. This was the first venue I visited and I booked it right away. Ariel sold me on my first visit! I got married at Sycamore Hall. It is a ranch style venue and is absolutely gorgeous! It has an outdoor ceremony site and an indoor reception site. The outdoor site is located out huge beautiful door with iron detailing. You walk down a stone walkway to a covered alter. The guest chairs are on turf so if it rains, you don’t have to worry about mud. There is a little water feature that they turn on for weddings that looks like a little babbling brook. It runs under a small bridge on the way out to the ceremony site. The whole place is surrounded by huge trees. It makes for fantastic pictures. Inside has wood and stone features. It has a beautiful staircase for the grand entrance. The bridal suite was perfect! There is a table with four chairs, as well as a couch. They have a large mirror and counter area for getting ready as well as two corners with multiple mirrors. There’s a back staircase from the bridal suite to get to the top of the grand entrance staircase. The groom’s suite is upstairs. It has a couch, a table, and a TV. Both the groom’s suite and the bridal suite have private bathrooms. There is also an extra sitting room upstairs across the hall from the groom’s suite with a couch and a table with chairs. We used it for a couple family members that came a long way and needed to change on site. The bar area and the buffet area were great with plenty of room. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, and a couple prep tables. The venue team sets up chairs and tables for you before you even arrive. Everything is perfectly clean and perfectly groomed. The people are awesome. There’s even an awesome Facebook community for Springs brides and pros and it’s so helpful! Once again, this venue was a DREAM!
I cannot get over how The Springs Magnolia Manor completely encased what I always pictured as a little girl for my wedding day venue! Both of their buildings are gorgeous, the landscape is amazing, I have zero complaints! Everyone was so friendly and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. They even allowed me to come to my venue multiple times as needed, never once making me feel like a bother! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This venue was the most beautiful place we have ever seen. The staff was phenomenal. They made sure our wedding day was perfect and that’s exactly how it went. Would recommend to everybody. 11/10!!
