alue all reviews and hope to learn from instances where clients might not be 100% satisfied with our services. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed. However, we would like to point out that a cleaning crew was at the venue the night before your event. We apologize if the clean was not deemed satisfactory to you. We will speak to our cleaners about your specific complaints. We would like to point out that you arrived on site at 9am with twenty plus people and opened the doors into the venue and began bringing in décor and personal items. You left multiple doors open as you all walked in and out of the venue as you set up, which brought in the leaves and dirt that you mentioned. You approached our staff and they offered to help you sweep after their tours and when they returned you provided them with a list of things to clean. Our staff graciously took your list and handled all the items that were of concern to you but whatever they did it did not seem to be enough for you. Your requests were not neglected but you continued to pace around the venue. Our GM came to speak to you to offer to help as you stressed cleaned the venue. And we get it, wedding days are stressful, and some people take out that nervous energy on cleaning, which is what you seemed to be doing that day. We hope you can look back on your special day with fondness and that this matter does not tarnish the beautiful wedding that you hosted at our venue. Following the extreme heat we faced during the summer, our team worked tirelessly to restore the landscaping to its previous state of beauty. We are very sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for our guests to have a comfortable and hassle-free experience during their stay at our venue. We apologize that our team did not respond promptly to your request. We recognize that this falls short of our standards and we will use this as a learning experience to improve our services. Lastly, we would like to clarify that we do state in our signed contract that we are allowed to give tours of the venue from 8am-1pm on wedding days. However, we always steer clear of private suites to ensure that our guests have the privacy they need during their special day. Still, we apologize for any stress caused by the tours that were conducted during your wedding. We appreciate your feedback and will take it to heart as we continue to improve our services. We have discussed the matter with our housekeeping so that this does not happen in the future. As for the bees, we are truly sorry. Unfortunately, we discovered the bees late in the day. We are in a natural environment and sometimes, despite our best efforts, we cannot fully control the presence of insects. We are working closely with pest control to minimize such occurrences. We understand the stress that comes with having to switch venues at the last minute and we appreciate you guys being so understanding and flexible on your big day. We are committed to providing a seamless experience for all our guests and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations.
