An absolutely beautiful venue that you would never guess is in the heart of Arlington, right next to Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags! It was a pleasure having my wedding at The Springs and I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to celebrate at this venue. The ceremony hall was intimate and the reception hall was just gorgeous with so much room to dance and party. The bride and groom suite were amazing, so spacious and neatly remodeled with lots of space to get ready! The groomsmen were especially happy with their large space to hang out. Another big plus was that they allowed our fur baby to be our ring bearer, and he was able to be with us from the time we got ready to when the ceremony ended. We are so very thankful. Everything about this venue was great, and I highly recommend having an event here!
Brides/Grooms look no further! This place has it all! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to make my day special!! I highly recommend getting Emily and Megan as your day of coordinators. I would have been lost without them. The venue also gifted me a hand written card and a picture frame.
Very professional
They helped us with the payment which was very affordable. Excellent customer service and very flexible.
Major Issues That Ruined My Wedding
At my wedding rehearsal, which was the day before our wedding, it was brought to the staff’s attention that there were several loose floorboards that posed a tripping hazard. Nothing was done until the day of the wedding, when they tried to glue them down last-minute. A wedding venue should be proactively addressing safety hazards—not waiting until the day of the event to deal with them.
We had freezing temperatures in Texas that week. The morning of our rehearsal, the venue was properly warm. However, the next day on our actual wedding day, upon our arrival, the venue was freezing cold inside. The bridal and groom’s suites were 59 degrees. I had to ask twice for them to turn up the heat because the first time, they only raised it to 61 degrees, which was still unbearably cold. They brought us space heaters but still took forever to warm up. Why wasn’t someone there ahead of our arrival to properly warm up the venue?!
Several outlets in the bridal suite weren’t functional, making it difficult for my wedding party to get ready. My hair stylist had to move to the family suite to finish doing the bridesmaids hair. This impacted me being able to get the photos I wanted of us getting ready since we all weren’t in the same room any longer.
Again freezing weather that day and a pipe burst in the ceremony space. This caused flooding in the front left part of the ceremony space that eventually made its way down the aisle. Instead of handling it quickly and professionally, their staff brought in trash cans and one lady mopped and left. The water was still pouring down out of the ceiling for hours. My own family members had to step in to mop up water and continuously change out trash cans during our ceremony while venue staff took their time responding “behind the scenes” is what they said. My bridesmaids were standing in water. There was water in the front part of the aisle when I made it to greet my husband. Our photography/videography company is working their best to edit the sounds of this “indoor waterfall” out of our ceremony video. This is completely unacceptable.
The flooding forced the bathrooms to be shut down in the ceremony space meaning my guests had to walk across the property to use the restroom in the reception space. This was not only frustrating but embarrassing—a wedding venue should be prepared for emergencies, but The Springs was not.
Please think twice before booking!
I would never want another bride to go through what I did. My wedding was supposed to be a day filled with joy, love, and unforgettable moments. Instead, I was left dealing with problems that should have never happened at a professional wedding venue. We weren’t able to get all the photos that we wanted to capture our special day either due to these issues.
I feel bamboozled because Kaci who is the General Manager of the venue was so responsive and helpful leading up to our wedding day. When it truly mattered the most, which was our actual wedding day, her and her staff 100% fell short of the job. She made it seem any time we asked her for something that we were “bothering her”. I literally saw her twice the whole day and that was literally within the first hour of me being at the venue. She never came back and checked in with us or our wedding planner with these issues that we brought to their attention. The amount of money that we paid for the venue was wild to not receive top notch customer service.

We are so thrilled with our experience at the Springs in Arlington! We DIY'ed everything except the catering and coordination, and got TONS of compliments on the food! Our day of coordinators were amazing and Lindsey decorated the cake for me, and it was beautiful! Would definitely recommend using them for an Arlington event.
Loved everything about them! They were so well at communicating everything l, great payment options, always someone on hand day of the event. Super professional and the venue itself is worth every penny. Our guest loved it. The scenery is beautiful and our favorite thing was being able to have a nice ceremony space at the same location of our reception. It made things so much easier for all our out of town guest and for us.
Just had our wedding here on 11/3, and it was wonderful. When we first came to the venue, I spoke with a guy named Rob, who seemed very helpful and informative about everything. However, Rob lied to us about a lot of things and made promises that he could not deliver. And of course, I was in a frenzy. But the 2 ppl stepped up.
KACI & AMANDA !!! I want to thank yall from th bottom of my heart for everything yall did to make my day amazing. For reassuring me and coming through with everything.
They answered every question I had and fulfilled every request I had pertaining to the previous agreement. They responded quickly to every email and text message, regardless of how small the question was. All the way up to before the ceremony.
The location is very convenient for any and everything that you'll need. Especially for family that is coming out of town.
We had access to everything on site. It rained the first part of the wedding, and they had a side gate that was easily accessible for guest that stayed in a nearby hotel. We were about to control lighting for the photographer. When we first got in, it was a bit humid inside. Of course, it was raining, and with Texas humidity, but my coordinator informed Kaci, and she was right on it. The A/C worked great, not one sweaty picture, lol.
This place is amazing and beautiful! Would definitely recommend anyone to have their big day at The Springs in Arlington! We’re looking forward to setting up a vow renewal there as well!
The Springs in Arlington was very professional and easy to work with. My situation was a little different because I was planning a wedding from a different state. The location was perfect with the hotel just steps away. Everything went smoothly.
Thank you for everything.
Our wedding at The Springs in Arlington was an unforgettable experience, filled with beautiful memories that we will treasure forever. From the moment we booked the venue, the team displayed exceptional professionalism, making sure every detail aligned with our vision. The event was 15 minute from our house and perfect for us to bring drinks and supplies during the day before the event.
One of the standout aspects was how seamlessly they worked with our vendors, including the caterer, photographer, and photo booth team. They coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring that each vendor had the support they needed and that the day ran without a hitch. The flexibility they showed in giving us access to the venue from 9 AM to midnight allowed us ample time for setup, celebration, and winding down, which was a huge relief (my wife was really appreciative of this as she got plenty of time with make up artist) .
In addition to that, the team was very hands-on with event security, ensuring our guests' safety while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. They managed all logistics with ease, giving us peace of mind throughout the day.
What made the experience even more special was their deep understanding and respect for our ethnic customs and traditions. The staff went out of their way to incorporate our cultural elements into the wedding, handling everything with care and sensitivity. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our specific requests truly made us feel supported and respected.
The staff’s dedication, combined with the venue’s stunning setting, made our wedding day flawless. We highly recommend The Springs in Arlington to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an incredibly supportive and professional team.
I had no issues at this venue!! They are very cooperative and there were no hidden fees or complications!! I had a perfect wedding here and I couldn’t be more grateful!!
Great venue! It is beautiful, we loved that you get both halls included in the rental and the green space in between is gorgeous too for photos. Bridal suite, family suite, groom's suite were all excellently furnished as well. One minor thing but I do wish the bridal suite came stocked with some emergency supplies like pins, painkiller, stain remover etc.
Rob and Rebekah were a pleasure to work with - very responsive, very accommodative and willing to work with whatever ideas or requirements we had. From the first meeting, I felt confident everything would be taken care of and that our event was in good hands, and I was right. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend this venue to anyone!
The Springs in Arlington was a perfect venue for our big day! The staff was beyond helpful and I am very needy. They were happy to answer any and all questions and they went out of their way to make our day exceptional! I’d definitely recommend The Springs event venue for anyone looking for a phenomenal venue!
This venue was perfect for our event and the ambiance and the staff was excellent! It was well worth the money and the bridal suites were awesome. We had to keep the ladies away from our groom sweet because they were wanting to shoot pool. The photos were amazing because of the venue. I'm so glad we selected the Springs!!!!
The Springs Arlington was such a BEAUTIFUL venue!! It's conveniently located - a short drive from the airport with amenities around. Being an out-of-state couple, this was a big bonus for us since it created a great experience for our guests.
A big shoutout out to Rebekah and Kayci! They've been amazing in addressing all our questions/concerns, no matter how big or small! The customer service was exceptional! They even left me a cute note in the bridal suite on the morning of my wedding - it was a really nice touch!
We used the reception space for my son’s high school band banquet with over 200 guests. We also had a DJ with a dance floor. My experience from beginning to end with The Springs Arlington was amazing! The venue was perfect, they answered all my questions, and all the guests were very happy. I would highly recommend The Springs Arlington for any formal event!
They were very helpful and I will definitely recommend to anyone!
So happy we went with this venue choice! The representatives here were so helpful and friendly!! Thank you for making the day so special for us!!
Rebakah, Kaci and all the Springs staff, did an amazing job making our daughter's quince a memorable day! Four months after the event we are still getting compliments about how beautiful the venue was.
Wow, where do I even begin? My wedding day on March 9th was an absolute dream come true, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at the Springs in Arlington. From the moment we set foot on the grounds, I knew this was the place I wanted to say ‘I do.’ Having our ceremony outdoors amidst such perfect scenery. Every picture perfectly captured the lush green grass and natural setting.
The staff were not just helpful; they were downright amazing. Special shoutout to Rob, who went above and beyond from our very first visit to ensuring every detail was perfect on our special day. He even stepped in to help us secure last-minute security for an unexpected extension of our celebration – talk about a lifesaver!
From start to finish, our wedding day went off without a hitch, thanks to the seamless coordination and attention to detail provided by the team. I can’t thank them enough for making our day truly unforgettable. If you’re searching for the perfect venue that combines beauty, charm, and exceptional service, look no further than this venue. It’s truly a hidden gem for those seeking a natural outdoor setting for their wedding day. Highly, highly recommend!
Very beautiful venue. Staff were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!
Rebekah and Kaci were amazing!! The venue itself is GORGEOUS! Located perfectly near hotels so our guests had no issue finding a place to stay. Beautiful bridal and grooms suite and gorgeous outdoor garden venue! Reception hall was beautiful as well. Overall a wonderful experience and wouldn’t have had my wedding anywhere else💗💗💗
We had our wedding reception at The Springs in Arlington, and overall, it was a great experience! Rob and Rebekah were great to work with, especially Rebekah - she was amazing! Very communicative, responsive, and helpful! The venue underwent a management change between the time of us booking the venue and the actual wedding date. Throughout the whole process, they made sure to keep us in the loop on any changes/updates. All the meetings we had with Rebekah were helpful, and she made sure to address all our questions and make note of all our requests. Also, Rob was very accommodating and arrived early to the venue on the morning of the wedding so that the wedding party could get ready in the bride/groom suites! By the way, the bride/groom suites are very nice - lots of space, great lighting. All the tables and decor for the reception were set up nicely - everything looked beautiful! There were only a couple things we ran into that were unfortunate. 1) the catering company at the venue (although I don't believe they are affiliated with The Springs anymore with the new management) did not serve cake to all the tables, and some of the staff ended up taking some of the cake home instead of sending it home with the bride's mother, as was agreed upon, which we found to be unprofessional. 2) Rebekah got sick on the day of the wedding and could not be there as our day-of coordinator. Rob filled in for her and did a fine job, but it seemed that quite a few details that were discussed with Rebekah in the weeks leading up to the wedding slipped through the cracks and/or weren't passed along effectively. Of course, getting sick comes up unexpectedly and you can't always help that, but perhaps the team could have a more thorough contingency plan for emergencies like that so if anyone else has to take over, it could be done more smoothly. All in all, we found those two things to be minor disruptions in the grand scheme of things, as the day did go smoothly and everything venue-wise was great - thanks to the whole team at The Springs. The Springs is a beautiful venue, and the staff is helpful and accommodating! I would recommend this venue, especially if expecting a big wedding/event (200+ people).
The staff and Rob was amazing, very attentive to our needs welcome my family and friends. The Spring of Arlington is very elegant, accommodating and affordable. No one in the DFW can match the venue amenities The Spring of Arlington can offer.
I had a really great experience with my wedding at the Springs-Arlington! Rob was so laid back and straight forward, it was nice to know exactly what I was getting up front when other venues I looked at were not very straight forward about pricing and what was included/not. Both Rob and Rebekah were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating for us to make multiple sight visits. The remodel they did was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and elegant, my pictures turned out amazing.
Wedding planning can be stressful but I feel like so much stress was reduced by the simplicity of working with this team.
The process was incredibly simple and the staff was wonderful. They renovated the entire venue before we had our wedding and it was stunning!
