The Springs in Cypress is an opulent wedding venue in Houston, TX. Set among lush gardens, the Chateau features a European style fit for royalty. From its high, vaulted ceilings to its oak-paneled floors, this venue will not soon be forgotten. The founders believed each couple should be able to create their dream celebration. To ensure this, they welcome couples to choose their vendors. Since opening their first venue, the company has expanded to add several more locations throughout Texas and three in neighboring Oklahoma.
The Cypress location is five acres of natural woodland with neatly manicured gardens surrounding the building. The outdoor terrace and courtyard are versatile spaces that can be used for a cocktail hour, ceremony, or as an outdoor addition to the reception. The grounds have a tranquil pond and fountain, offering a beautiful location for wedding photos and an outdoor ceremony. Guests are welcomed at Chateau's magnificent front entrance, framed by classical pillars and features a large double door. Dramatic entrances can be made from the grand staircase into the foyer before the reception begins in the ballroom. The ballroom is the venue's most popular event room, with a cozy hearth and two striking crystal chandeliers. Upstairs are two rooms for the betrothed couple and the wedding party to get ready on-site.
The Springs in Cypress can comfortably accommodate up to 320 guests. The space is fitted with luxurious satin curtains, which can be drawn to create an intimate ambiance. All The Springs properties have a one-event-per-day policy, so each wedding has the staff's full attention and exclusive use of the facilities. When you reserve your date at The Springs, you'll receive access to the venue for 15 hours, ensuring you have ample time for all of your celebrations. Working with The Springs in Cypress was such a joy. As soon as my husband and I toured, we immediately felt it was where we needed to get married. We didn't tour too many venues, but we discussed a lot. We both instantly agreed on this venue when we walked in. The team there is so warm and the venue by itself is so beautiful and makes a statement. If you're looking for a venue that makes a statement but also feels warm and inviting, this is the one!
The Springs Cypress is a beautiful venue! We were able to have the venue all day so we could take our time with our two ceremonies and reception. Also, the employees were nice and flexible. We were able to schedule our engagement photos on the site with no issue.
The pictures of this venue truly speak for themselves—it is absolutely stunning! The setting is so beautiful that you hardly need any extra decor, as the venue itself is already a showstopper. From the moment we started emailing them, to the tour, booking, and the actual event itself, the staff were incredibly easy to coordinate with and made everything seamless. The venue also has so many gorgeous outdoor areas that provided amazing picture spots. Everything about this place is truly a "chef's kiss!" I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautifulll wedding experience.

I had the wonderful experience of having my wedding at this venue. From our first visit with Makenzie to our final exit we had such a great experience. The staff is so nice and friendly and ensure that you have all the information to make your special day magical. In searching for a venue it was important for me to find a place that was LGBTQ friendly. We experienced such kindess and support from all of the staff and workers at the facility. This meant so much to me and my wife.
One of the things that I really liked about the venue is the opportunity to use your own vendors, but the venue also offers in house vendors you can work with for your special day. When I was looking for venues I wanted one with two grand stairwells and space that would make me feel like I was in a fairytale. The Springs Events Venue at Cypress had those elements an so much more! It offers remarkable views around the entire grounds! There is a stunning garden space for outdoor ceremonies and events. You also have a beautiful view of their pond that is home to adorable koi fish and turtles. Another feature I aboustley adored at this venue was the suites for the special couple. My wife and I were able to get ready comfortably and have our first look using the Romeo and Juliette style doors on the balcony. It was such a special moment for us to share our private vows to one another.
We loved this venue so much we are looking forward to planning future events there! I would highly recommend them for any special event or occasion you want to be magical and stress free! The venue is beautiful. The team are welcoming and accommodating. We had such a wonderful time at our wedding. A wedding in January in Texas no less, can make for unsuspecting weather. Of course we had a freeze the week of our wedding and so we had last minute changes from outside to indoors and I truly appreciate the seamless transitions allowed at no extra cost with advanced notice. I appreciate the beautiful space to celebrate in and the wedding planning team they recommended that helped make our day stress free for me as the bride. Our guests had a great time as well. I love that have an elevator so that my mom could enjoy the dress up and girl time pre- wedding with us in her wheelchair. This was quite a drive for us but the venue was well worth it.
My husband and I got married here with both ceremony and reception in November 2023. We got engage not that long before on March 2023, and YES we planned a whole wedding with 300 guests in the matter of 8 months! This was all thanks to Springs Event with their amazing services, professionalism, and especially helping us hand-in-hand with our engagement to marriage journey! They are so wonderful! We’ve had a few friends who were married through Spring Events venues, but somehow, it was actually my mom who found this specific venue. We looked through a few venues in the month of March and looked at 2 of them in person (including Springs Cypress), and my mom, my mother in law, and I absolutely fell in LOVE with this venue. We were greeted by the sweetest staff with Peyton and Brianne, and especially MaKenzie who toured us back that April. Throughout the wedding planning process, The Springs Events were so professional and resourceful when it came to their own vendors such as a list of DJs, linens, bartenders, security and catering, all of which these vendors were familiar with TSE! For those who don’t know, TSE is a DIY wedding, so many moving parts were needed to help with this day. Along with our day-of coordinator, TSE literally made our day so smooth. I look back in the bridal sweet from their instagram posts and so many wonderful memories flood my mind with that room. I can’t imagine how many countless of beautiful weddings happen at TSE Cypress. Everything was so elegant, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO COME ALL THE WAY OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY TO CELEBRATE WITH YOU ON YOUR WEDDING DAY, The Springs Event Cypress makes every INCH of this venue worth it!
Wedding day was crazy but beautiful. That morning, we received a text with the wifi password and the staff being open for any questions for our comfortability if we wanted the AC cooler or warmer, they even gave me a hand-written card congratulating me and my husband on our wedding day! It was so sweet and special, and in the midst of their professionalism, they kind enough to think of us to that extent.
I was so blessed to have a beautiful and God-honoring day in that venue: from the outdoor secret garden were our ceremony was held, to the beautiful ballroom where our reception shared with our first dance in my beautiful dress, I cannot think of anything that would top my wedding if it was not held at TSE Cypress.
Thank you, for the staff and all the moving parts of my vendors for this day. Your wedding doesn’t always come every day! Make your wedding worth it to you and your bride/groom honoring your love and relationship in front of those who molded you and was alongside you in your life up to this point!

There’s nothing but great things to say about this venue. The staff is amazing, offer great communication and the venue itself is an absolute dream. My wedding was January 20, 2024 and we are still soaking it in! This venue exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We had 225 guests and there was plenty of space, didn’t feel crowded, it was clean and everyone has mentioned how beautiful the space is. Aside the looks, this venue is reasonably priced. We toured multiple venues that didn’t offer what this venue offered and there’s no regrets on our choice. If you are wanting a venue look out of a fairytale movie, this is it! Thank you so much for making our wedding day feel so magical.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at The Springs in Cypress, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the venue's beauty took our breath away, and it seemed like our guests couldn't stop talking about it throughout the entire event.
One of the standout features of this venue is its spaciousness and versatility. With multiple areas available for different parts of the wedding, we had plenty of options to choose from. The main inside area comfortably accommodated our 150 person wedding, and there was still plenty of room for everyone to move around and enjoy themselves!
The staff at The Springs were also a highlight of our experience. They were incredibly helpful and were able to answer any questions I had (which was a lot!) in a timely manner. They even recommended my wedding coordinator, Wonderfully Made, who turned out to be the perfect choice.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or accommodating venue for my wedding. I highly recommend The Springs in Cypress to anyone looking for a stunning and versatile space to celebrate their special day.
I booked with them almost 2 years ago and communication was on point the whole time through email and texting. Literally got a response immediately or within 12 hours every time. This was the first venue I toured and fell in love immediately. I think I subconsciously judged every other venue I visited afterward to the Springs Event Venue in Cypress and I realized that it was for me. Makenzie, Brianne, and Peyton are a great team!
Your Cinderella moment is here! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue! The team there is so helpful and very accommodating. The venue as a whole is just stunning. They have an outdoor and indoor ceremony space that can suit any couples preference. You are on a private lot, so you don't have to worry about other events happening and parking is perfect! I 10/10 recommend looking at this venue for your next event!

I remember years ago when the Springs venue Cypress was known as the Chateau Polonez. I would always drive by and say “one day I’ll get married there” fast forward years later I got married at my dream venue 💗 Hayley helped us on our initial process and she was the sweetest 🫶🏼 The springs venue was so detailed and organized I would recommend them to anyone! Our entire process from the day we said “I do to the venue” to our wedding day was nothing but a bliss 💗
We had our wedding here and we absolutely loved it!! The venue is beautiful and our pictures/video came out stunning. We had about 160 people attend and had plenty of space to have enjoy ourselves. We had so many compliments from both sides of our family on how beautiful the venue was. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely gave us amazing memories for a lifetime!
Just had my wedding at the springs in cypress and it was beautiful! We weren’t able to have our ceremony outside because it started raining but even having it inside was just as perfect! We also weren’t able to actually see the venue because my husband is active military but we did a tour on zoom but when we walked into the venue the day of the day of the wedding it was absolutely stunning!!
I had a spreadsheet of 20+ venues in the Houston area that I was comparing, and I had visited about 15 of them. I was looking for a non-ranch style venue (even though this is Texas), and I was looking for a venue that allowed us to bring in our own vendors for catering and an added bonus if we could stock our own bar. Not only did the Springs Cypress venue allow that, but the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. When we drove up, my (now) husband and I both said "woah." It 100% has the ultimate "wow" factor. It looks like a castle, and you feel like royalty being there.
The price was competitive for the venue, maybe slightly higher than some others, but coupled with the fact we could choose whatever caterer and stock our own bar, we had no issues paying a little extra. The only vendors they required us to use was a specific company for bartending services and security. The ONLY downside was that it's so popular, that when we were looking to book, the soonest Saturday available was 15 months out in advance! This wasn't an issue for us though, because we weren't in any rush. If you're interested however, visit them ASAP!
Some reviews mentioned that they were weirded out by tours of the venue being given while they were getting ready on the day of their wedding, but they stayed out of our way and didn't come into the bridal suite or bother us at all.
The folks that work at the venue are super kind, professional, and quick to respond to questions, and their maintenance man, Robert, is top notch. My only regret is not taking pictures in front of this beautiful venue but I'm debating getting pictures taken at a later time! Their insta account was always posting updates as well, so definitely worth checking it out if you can't visit immediately. Super happy with the venue and would do it over again in a heartbeat!
My wedding was absolutely beautiful and the team was so easy to work with throughout the entire process to the BIG day. The drive up presence alone, is so inviting to guest and every time I arrived, I always got the same warm feeling. They made things easy and not complicated and provided so many great things within the package. I am truly grateful for them and the venue overall. I definitely want to do something else amazing at this place or at least, be a guest.
We had a beautiful wedding thanks to the Springs, and we are grateful for the amazing communication from each of the staff members at this location. Whenever we had a question, we would always hear back within the same day (and sometimes within the same hour). They were always extremely friendly and easy to work with - we wouldn't change a thing about the staff! The only reason why we are not giving a full five stars is because there is not much you will be getting other than the venue (though it is VERY beautiful). We wish that there were some more accommodations to make the wedding planning process less stressful.
The Springs Cypress is an amazing wedding venue! We have an exceptional wedding. We knew when we first toured the Springs that we wanted to have our wedding there. We received numerous compliments from our guests regarding how beautiful the venue is. We had both our wedding and reception indoors and loved it! The room flip was very easy for our coordinator to do. The Springs is one of the best wedding venues in the Houston area and more affordable than most. We loved the option to select our own vendors, although most of our vendors were their preferred vendors. Wonderful venue! We can’t wait to see our professional photos. So happy we had our wedding at this venue.
We had a fabulous wedding! We got a ton of compliments because of how beautiful the venue was and how much everyone loved the ambiance. All of the photos are breathtaking as it has natural beauty so that means less effort on the part of added décor haha!
The morning of, everything was set up exactly as it was it supposed to be. The planning process with the Springs was effortless - I did not have any troubles at all. I loved the flexibility the venue provides and would book with them again and again! I always got a response same-day to any questions I had. No complaints here!
The most beautiful and grand venue in Houston! We had our ceremony in the outdoor garden area and it was just absolutely breathtaking! the venue grounds are full of great spaces for photos! we had so many compliments from our guests about the venue - the staff is amazing and incredibly friendly, they made the entire experience stress free and inviting! TERRIBLE SERVICES!!
Our wedding was on Sunday September 4th, 2022. The following day (Monday September 5th), we received an email from Makenzie requesting us to return the two 6-feet tables by Wednesday September 7th before 4pm or else we would get charged for damages (according to the contract policy, it is $500).
We reached out to our venders and asked them if they took the tables, and every single one of them replied that they did not.
Makenzie's email frustrated us because it ruined our excitement after the wedding as we had to figure out what happened to the tables. We would take responsibility for the lost items only if there is proof that any of our guests took the tables which was extremely unlikely. So, on Wednesday September 7th, we had to drive back to the venue, offered to look for the tables around the premises, and spoke to the staff. After our failed attempt to retrieve the tables, we concluded:
1) The staff failed to check the security cameras before assuming that our people took your tables. They mentioned that the security footages have not been reviewed when we arrived. They should not send such emails to clients one day after the wedding if they have not done their due diligence first. This deeply frustrated us.
2) The staff failed to have an inventory log with dates and check/verify with signatures to keep track of when the items were missing. They had 2 other weddings that weekend and just assumed it was us because ours was the last one. However, clearly in the last email to us, they did not check with the other wedding parties prior to sending us that accusatory email.
3) The staff failed to establish a solid system to check-and-verify the inventory since there is only one maintenance person on-site responsible for this task. This happened to us, but clearly may have happened to many other newly Weds. Makenzie said the maintenance person should check the inventory after every event, but this clearly did not happen prior to ours.
4) Makenzie told us in person there was no wedding on Saturday (only Thursday and Friday). She said so very confidently that the tables must have gone missing after our event. We remembered that we wanted to book that Saturday for our wedding, but the date was taken by someone else. It's possible that it got canceled, but the Brianna's email stated that two venders each took a table that weekend. They should verify first before saying inconsistent statements to clients.
5) The staff failed to pinpoint and investigate where the problem is, but rather sought the easiest way to charge the client for the damage deposit. This was a very unprofessional experience.
6) We are disappointed, frustrated, discontent with The Springs Cypress Event Venue services. We paid a considerable amount, and in return, got a stressful experience after our wedding. We were supposed to rest and enjoy our vacation, but we had to deal with the staff's unfounded accusations. We wasted three hours of our time time having to driving back-and-forth and talk to the staff after the wedding.
7) The policy needs a revision because it isn't fair for any client. There was no initiative by the team to resolve the issue. If we did not take our own initiative, we would have been unfairly charged.
We will NOT recommend this place to anyone. There is many other beautiful wedding venues out there with better price and services.
I would totally recommend this venue, especially if you are looking for a unique style, garden, on-site ceremony space. The team was always very professional and sweet. Whenever I had a small or big question I would shoot them a text and they would quickly respond. This overall venue was perfect for the garden theme I was gong for and the beautiful "Secret Garden" space was perfect for a ceremony site. The Springs provided many resources and planning tools. I had no issues on the day of the wedding (that I knew of), thankfully I had a wedding coordinator and her team (3LE Entertainment) on the day of. The bridal suite is really cute and looks nice in photos! Huge perk for photos. I had a small, chill bridal party (4 other people plus the makeup team) and I could see it get a bit tight with a larger party. Our wedding was in May and the grounds were beautifully kept, as well as lovely, colorful flowers near the fountain. Loved that! We booked our date during a 'March Madness' sale, I'd encourage you to follow them on social media to keep up with any new promos! Overall 10/10. Awesome is an understatement. The venue staff were amazing, always available whenever we reached out, and very polite. The staff truly made our decision process easy. When my fiancé (now wife) first mentioned we should check out this venue, I got excited after reading online reviews. Upon driving up the movie like driveway, I started yelling in the car "THIS IS THE PLACE, THIS IS WHERE WE ARE GETTING MARRIED." My favorite part of all was the availability, being able to have the venue all day to ourselves was pure joy. We were able to come soon as the venue opened and be comfortable with our wedding party, vendors, and also dance the night away with family and friends. My friends still think I rented the Bel Air mansion from "The Fresh Prince" to have my wedding lol, so that lasting impression speaks volumes. Forever grateful for the amazing staff and their lovely venue!

We held our son’s wedding here. They were a pleasure to work with both prior to the wedding and during the wedding. The venue is beautiful and kept up very well. I loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors. I highly recommend this venue.
Had an April wedding & really lucked out with the weather. The area is so beautiful -- people spent more time outside than they did inside. We had games & a cigar bar outside that guests really enjoyed. I also had multiple couples approach me & say they wanted their wedding there as well.
I absolutely loved this venue! It was the perfect place! Inside and out is stunning! The staff is very helpful. They answered all my millions of questions. They send great helpful tips and all the other stuff you would need! I totally would go back and do it all over again!
Booked this venue while living all the way in Amsterdam. Didn’t even tour the venue in person yet lol! But from all the resources they provided and the amount of experience they have, I knew they would be a professional vendor to work with. The Springs team has always been responsive with any questions we had and worked with us through COVID which we appreciated so much . The venue was in impecable condition and photographed so well ! Beautiful venue all around! Staff were extremely helpful the day of with getting things ready. The only reason for the four stars was how many random couples came to do tours while we were trying to set up. I believe 13 of them. Mind you it's in the contract but I found it rude to have strange people walking around on my wedding day, getting in the way of set up or looking in the rooms while our personal belongings were in there.
From the moment we walked in the doors we knew we had to have our reception here. The wide open spaces provided enough room to have everyone and everything we wanted. From the get-go, the staff were always prompt with their responses to our questions, and made sure we had everything set for our big day!
So many things could've gone wrong on our wedding day, but by a miracle from God, everything went exactly as we hoped and prayed for. This incredible venue was one of the largest of many of those blessings and I will forever remember the sweetness and loveliness of this day with this gorgeous chateau as the perfect setting for it. The price, the hospitality, and communication from the venue, the flexibility, and most of all the beauty! Inside and out this chateau was a dream. The fast communication and friendly accommodation from the venue gave me the peace of mind I needed as a stressed-out bride. To top it all off, the price was so affordable and I especially appreciated that we were not enforced to cater or use in-house catering like so many other venues in Houston. I could go on and on about The Springs in Cypress and how wonderful everything was for us. It was a fairytale day and I am forever thankful we chose this perfect venue.
I got married at the The Springs Event Venue on 7/31/2021 and it was exactly what I dreamed it would be! The staff was amazing. I asked questions months, weeks and days before the wedding and they were always quick at responding and always made me feel like a priority. They also have an easy way to set up payments. The venue was set up exactly how I asked them to and they provide you with so much additional information to help with wedding planning. My husband also left his Vow Book at the venue and instead of throwing it away, they texted me to let me know and mailed it to me since I wasn’t able to go back and get it. Great staff, beautiful venue, and overall had my fairytale dream wedding!
Find another venue that's family owned. They will actually care about you and your event. At the very least, negotiate your contract or get wedding insurance. You’ll need it with The Springs.
We were supposed to have our wedding here in February 2021.
Planning from out of state is hard, but the _original_ management team worked really hard with me to iron out details.
1. Since we and 75% of our guests are from out of state and with the pandemic going on, we asked to postpone our wedding with 4-5 months notice. We offered to:
- reschedule with a fee
- postpone to a new date and pay for the 2nd date at some discount
- resell the original date to another couple
- _donate the original date to a charity event_
The Springs declined all of the above.
2. My fiance got COVID just before the wedding, and we could no longer fly out. Corporate "kindly" offered to reschedule our wedding to "any remaining date in the next 2 months." Talk about a logistics nightmare for you, your vendors, and your guests.
_Eventually_, they offered any remaining 2021 date. The venue is popular and Saturdays are basically all booked up. RIP our dream wedding where our families can actually make it.
3. Between September of 2019 and December 2020, the ENTIRE management at the Cypress location had changed out. We don’t know any of them. They don’t know us. It just seems like bad business practice to have such drastic turn over.
We wanted a place that had a natural feel without having an outdoor wedding and worrying about the weather. So glad that we found this place as every other venue that had the right feel was so expensive compared to the The Springs. We liked the flexibility of choosing our own vendors so that we could go with exactly who we wanted but their open houses made finding good vendors easy and convenient. I'm happy that we went with Springs at Cypress!
My wedding was unfortunately cancelled due to the winter storm in Feb, but The Springs venue was so kind to my husband and I. They walked us through the entire process, they never stopped communicating with us, never left us hanging, and answered all of our 1,000 questions without hesitation. They were so incredibly professional and again, so kind. I may not have had my wedding here after all, but I highly recommend it! Beautiful venue and beautiful people! 🤍
This venue was everything we wanted. You get the venue the entire day, everyone can get ready with no stress. The people are also easy to work with. A big thing for us was our dog in the ceremony, and they accommodated us, she just couldn't stay during the reception (but she didn't need to stay for that anyway). Everything turned out amazing just like I hoped it would and this venue was a big part of that.
We extensively researched multiple venues throughout Houston and outside of Houston. We had to find a venue that 1) allowed outside catering without additional charge, 2) hold capacity of at least 300, and 3) gives a feel being transported to another place without leaving too far from Houston. We visited this venue first and knew that nothing can beat it. This venue is a hidden gem tucked away in the Cypress suburbs as most of our guests and including ourselves before we did our search, had no idea this venue existed. The venue is a chateau that has a European elegance vibe with regal undertones. It is very well maintained property indoors and outdoors. This was ideal for us since we wanted outdoor ceremony and indoor reception without having to go between different locations. Great focal staircase feature when you first walk in. Also has bridal and groom suites which was also a big advantage for us getting ready there. Ample parking in front of the venue. Lot of little areas for beautiful photo opportunities. Since the venue is very much DIY type of venue (except bar and security from their list, which both were very reliable and great), you can decorate as much or as little as you want to see fit. Staff is responsive via email and text throughout the wedding process.
Although 2020 was a bit different for couples who were originally planning their happily ever after amidst the chaos, I have to say that finding Megan and Hayley at the Chateu was one of the best things that happened to us! I am extremely thankful for you both! This is a venue that in my experience just felt right from the start. 🤍
The managers at this location were extremely knowledge, accepting, and sympathetic while wedding planning in 2020. Which is all we could really ask for; kindness. Hayley and Megan did not make us feel as if we were just another source of revenue for the Chateu. They made us feel extremely special, cared for, and got us even more excited for our wedding day! ✨
I truly cannot wait for you to experience your own story at this venue. Make sure to book an appointment ahead of time! I booked about three appointments because I was extremely indecisive but something just kept bringing me back! Logan and I cannot wait to continue our story and say “I do” in the Chateu’s secret Garden. 👨🏻🤝👨🏼

This venue is absolutely stunning! Early 2020 they complete renovations, which included painting, flooring and updating the bride and groom suites. It’s beautiful!
The Springs made it easy to tour, their pamphlets and meeting with the manager was simple, and they made it easy to go with a DIY or all-inclusive options. The application and payment process was easy!
Beautiful venue that changed ownership about 6 months away from my wedding date. We booked almost a year in advance because the date was important to us to get. However, we were blindsided by an email that said the venue had been sold, but not to worry because they would honor our contract. Fine, right? Everything was moving forward. We went to a tasting and picked our food options. They assured us that they had weddings booked through next summer so we didn't need to worry about changes. The very next week we recieved another email asking us to book a tasting (from a different caterer). What? This new caterer was NOTHING like the original menu that was given to us when we signed the contract. We tried calling, but never got an answer. Left voicemails, nothing. Emails, nothing. Getting nervous yet? Finally the next week we got an email saying that they were bringing back the original caterer (everyone was complaining not just us). Again, we moved forward. We booked a time to take my bridal portraits (I was told by the venue to do it a month before my wedding). Here comes another email about two weeks before that date saying that they cannot let me do my portraits because they are repainting the venue, but they can let me do it on this date (it was 2 days from when I read the email). I cannot reschedule hair, makeup, photographer, my work, and my mom's work in 2 days! They told me to take them at one of their other venues (barns) if I wanted to keep the date they scheduled with me, which was completely not the style of my wedding. I ended up taking them 10 days before my wedding because they need an entire month to paint apparently. Ultimately, this new management had me on edge the entire way. As soon as you thought everything was in order, they give you another problem. I had many anxiety/panic attacks because of them. Give this venue time so they can work out their issues before they use you as practice. It's nearly impossible to reach the manager because she's never there. We spent the amount of a down payment on a house to be treated this way. Its beautiful, but avoid if you value your sanity. Besides, it's now a part of a chain of venues so your amenities will be watered down. They are getting rid of the in-house caterer (where they cook and prepare at the venue) and will use someone outside to bring food in (pre-prepared). Food quality was something of major importance in my husband's culture which was why we chose this venue originally (with the in-house catering). Anyways, I'm happy to be done dealing with them as they caused 99% of my wedding planning stress. Book at your own risk.
Chateau Polonez is a beautiful venue! The management/staff on the other hand, no so good. It was very hard to talk to the same person when planning my wedding. I was constantly tossed around to different people in the office. No one seemed to be on the same page. It was hard to get in touch with anyone in the office. My mother and I would have to drive up there to speak to someone. Thank goodness I had a wedding coordinator as well to help get things done. The management just didn't seem very eager to accommodate you. It was as if they were more about taking your money then wanting to help give the wedding you deserve. Also, I never received my full refund from the deposit I put down and no one could answer me why. They never gave me a invoice to explain why they kept my money.
This was the perfect place for my wedding. It is very classy, great staff, great food selection, and overall GREAT experience and BEAUTIFUL place. I highly recommend using this AMAZING venue for your special day. Words cant describe how perfect it was!!!!!
My wedding at the Chateau Polonez was last year. I was very excited about the venue as they had originally changed owners and they seemed like they were really nice and easy to work with. Upon dealing with the owner and her sister, things were very easy but then after we paid our deposit we were assigned another coordinator, Natalia. I wasn't fond of Natalia as she seemed like she had absolutely no interest in our wedding and did not help us whatsoever with anything we needed. She was very difficult to work with for the months leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding as well. As you know, the two story space of the Polonez is beautiful. But, for some of our guests they could not go upstairs due to health reasons. Of course there is an elevator at the Polonez but it did not work the day of our wedding. Natalia reassured the decorators and all the staff working that day that someone (an "engineer") was on his way and will take care of this as soon as he came. There was never anyone who came but only fake attempts from Natalia to try and cover up the fact that they knew the elevator wasn't working even prior to the day of our wedding. An hour before the reception started, she conveniently came out with a sign that said "Elevator out of order."
The place is beautiful and made for such beautiful wedding pictures, and the staff is exceptional. That made all the difference in the expense.
The Chateau staff handled each of our desires/ details with professionalism and offered great advise and direction when needed.

The night of the wedding was flawless! The service and food was impeccable! Our guests have commented that this was the best wedding they have been to.
Natalia was amazing to work with and the venue provided individual locations of pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner. Breathtaking all around!

This venue is not only beautiful but the service and care they give is outstanding. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The pricing includes the venue,bar,catering. in addition to security for the event and a wedding coordinator.
