We had the absolute best experience at Tuscany Hill! The venue was stunning and TSE staff helped make the day so seamless and stress free. Our DOC, Kelli, 27 stars. Absolutely wonderful! From catering to DJ to bar, everything was so well done and I could not have asked for a better experience on our special day. Highly recommend this venue!!

We had the best wedding at this venue!! We had our wedding at the Stone Hall location and it was beautiful!! The tables and chair provided are great and the hanging drapes and lights make the large room feel so cozy! We had a great experience on our tour and every thing after that! Once we booked our venue and date the communication from the venue was top notch. I never felt stressed or confused about anything the Springs would provide or do day of! They also provided us with an extensive list of vendors that they suggested we for us to use, but we also brought in a few of our own vendors as well! We specifically used their linens, bar, DJ, Photo Booth, and day of coordinator vendors and we dont have enough good things to say about each piece! Our day of coordinator, Kelli Jones, did an amazing job all day, she made everything flow together so seamlessly, and was on top of our timeline! The DJ and photo booth were so great and kept up the reneged and the fun dance floor up until the end of the night! We also received a personalized photo album from the Photo Booth that had a photo from each group that took a photo and a little note that each group wrote to us too! This was such a fun surprise to look back on and such great memories to keep forever! The venue was spotless and very clean in all areas, bridal suite, grooms suite and the grounds outside as well. The price point of this venue was also something to mention too, very competitive pricing in the world of weddings! We had the best day and will always recommend this venue to other couples!! - a very happy bride :)

This venue is absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and very attentive throughout the entire process. They were very accessible and responsive during the planning process. I cannot say enough good things about the staff on the day of the event. They were there in a moment's notice when we had an issue with a light that got accidently broken by a guest. They were there IMMEDIATELY to fix it so that it did not affect any pictures or the reception. Simply an amazing experience!

Our wedding was beautiful!!! It was everything we had ever dreamed of. We got so many compliments from our guest, they all loved the venue! It definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff there was so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. Tuscany Hill will forever be an unforgettable wedding dream.

If we could give 500 Stars to the event staff at The Springs in McKinney we would! The staff has been incredibly professional and personable throughout the entire planning and event execution process. We cannot say enough about each one of them. Marissa Moyer and her team were so easy to work with, accommodating with practical advice and effective in her communications to reduce unneeded stress. Marissa was always there for us. We are so thankful for Ashley Bunch’s expertise as our Day of Coordinator as well as her assistant, Alexis. Ashley surpassed the high expectations we had of her prior to the wedding. She was a true rockstar and allowed us to relax knowing she was in full command of the day and all the small details. Ashley & Alexis reassured us on more than one occasion that they had this and everything would turn out perfect and they 100% delivered. The wedding was beautiful and fun! A final thanks to Seun for his work as DJ to keep the party jumping through the night. Our friends and family are still talking about the songs and dancing the night away. Well done, Seun! We are relieved this event came to a successful conclusion but will miss our interactions with our Springs in McKinney family. We just can't say enough about them. If you are thinking of booking with them, do not hesitate! You'll be in excellent hands!

Everything has been amazing. We loved everything, it was definitely a dream come true! We’ve been told how beautiful the wedding and venue was and how the guest enjoyed themselves and the food. Would recommend!

Marrissa and her team are very exceptional at what they do for you on your big day. Not only did we feel special on our big day but they checked on us throughout the day as we got down to the wire. They even helped me create a Floorplan from one of their previous ones. Such a pleasure to work with them, thank you ladies for making my fairytale wedding come true.

My husband and I recently got married on 5/18/24. We had the BEST time!! The whole venue was absolutely beautiful and super clean cut. It was everything we wanted and the allotted time for the venue was perfect. We also hired the Day of Coordinator, Ashley, and her assistants to help us on wedding day. Let me say, that was the best investment. They were all so on top of everything and ready to help wherever we needed it! She was my voice when I needed help with anything weather that be set up or telling people where to go. We could not have done it without them! I would 1000/10 recommend this venue to anyone in DFW! So thankful The Knot connected us together!

I cant recommend a better venue. From their prices to what they offer to their communication, you just can’t beat them. They have garage sales to buy decor, vendor open houses, unlimited tours, and texting communication. I felt seen and understood, and I got the dirty truth, not the get my money truth, for all my questions. Brides, book the Springs!!

We held our wedding at Stone Hall on 9.2.23. We are so happy with our choice in venues as we toured many and nothing felt right until the moment I walked into Stone Hall. We have had many guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. We had 100 guests and there was plenty of room left. It was just perfect! The walkway outside is a dream come true for a bride. You have a longer walk that allows you to take in the moment and savor it. The venue was clean and beautiful. It is already pretty enough so all of the lights and chandeliers complimented all of our decorations. The bridal suite is large and held all of us ladies without us getting in each others way. The only thing I would change about the bridal suite is the stools for hair and makeup. They are bar stools and backless which left me feeling backless when all was said and done. Lol. I also want to compliment all of The Springs staff members as everyone was super helpful and made sure no questions or desired went unanswered or met. Our wedding day was beyond perfect and we will cherish the memories made at Stone Hall for the rest of our lives.

Fantastic venue with fantastic staff. Marissa really cared about me as a bride and us as a couple, and made everything so much easier. She was truly wonderful and made our day so much better. The venue itself is gorgeous, and they made everything so easy to get set up how we wanted.

The Springs McKinney staff was wonderful to work with! The venue itself (Stone Hall specifically for us) was beautiful. We loved having all day access to the venue which really helped the day run smoothly.

This venue was the first of about 6 different venues I looked at, and it was the right fit from the get-go. The staff was so incredibly friendly and hands on with me, and let me come to the venue whenever I wanted (obviously, unless there was a wedding going on). I used the Stone Hall venue because I felt that suited my husband and I best. When I walked out for the first time and saw my vision become a reality, it was a moment that I will cherish for a lifetime. I DO WANT TO GIVE FUTURE BRIDES ADVICE THAT NO ONE TOLD ME........ If you have a long veil, and you choose the Stone Hall venue, just beware that the cobblestone walkway can catch the end of the fine fabric of the veil. My veil was in tight, so people could see me struggling trying to keep walking, while my head was going backwards...it honestly makes for a HILARIOUS moment now. There are always to be hiccups involved in weddings, but it's how we recover from those hiccups that make for an amazing time for your guests!!! Helps lighten the mood! ANYWAYS, I LOVE THE SPRINGS - STONE HALL VENUE!!! Will recommend to anyone that asks!!

Our wedding at The Springs in McKinney was wonderful! After looking at multiple venues in the metroplex, we settled on The Springs for many reasons but here are our top 3. Reason 1: it’s the only venue we found that allows you access to the entire venue for 15 hours and includes a bridal, groom, and family suite for getting ready! Most other venues gave us only 4 actually on site including setup and takedown meaning we’d need a secondary location for the reception. Hello, dollar signs. Reason 2: we could use our own vendors (save for security and bartending for liability reasons). This helps significantly with controlling overall cost. Reason 3: price. We got married on a Tuesday in December which already helped with price but even if we had gotten married on a weekend in May it still would have been more cost effective than any other venue we looked at especially considering that you have it from the minute it opens until the minute it closes. You’re the only wedding there that day! It’s truly your day. The only decision we had to make then was which location on site did we want to get married at - Tuscany Hill or Stone Hall? We chose Tuscany Hill and couldn’t have been happier. It’s like a villa was plucked from Italy and landed in The Springs.

Had the wedding of my dreams at Tuscany Hill! The staff here is beyond accommodating. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and always available for anything I needed through out the wedding planning process! My guests couldn’t get over how beautiful the venue was. If you have the chance to get married here you will not be disappointed!

From the moment I saw Tuscany Hill venue online and then in person, I knew it was the one! Absolutely stunning and beautiful. The Springs crew was great to work with and made sure our day went without any issues. We brought in our own vendors but also used some of the recommended vendors that we found during their open houses. Overall great experience.

The staff at The Springs- Tuscany Hill is so accomodating and welcoming! I think we viewed the venue at least 5 times and we never felt like a bother. They welcomed us and always responded promptly to any questions we had.

We loved having our wedding at The Springs in McKinney - Tuscany Hill. Both the ceremony site and the reception hall were absolutely gorgeous and all our guests were in awe at the natural style of the space. Every single person on the office staff is friendly, helpful, and flexible - they answered every question I could possibly throw at them, and they were fast, too! Our day-of contact was around just enough to be helpful and not so much that we felt smothered, and I knew that any time we needed something they were just a text, call, or e-mail away. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Overall this was an amazing venue! Our ceremony was outside with the cocktail hour and reception inside. We had a band so we loved the stage! Staff was friendly throughout our experience. Only annoyance really was only having 1 choice for security and 2 for bar service. They also held a tour on our wedding day, which is does say in the contract that it was a possibility, but it was rather awkward when I needed to help with something outside of the getting ready room and there was a random family/couple touring the place. I wish the bridal suite had more natural light but it was big enough to have all 10 of my bridesmaids, my mom and I to fit comfortable in with the makeup and hair artist. However, overall it was an awesome venue, we got lots of compliments on it. My husband is from Melissa so it was an easy venue for us and it was fun to go out in McKinney after the wedding. Love that they a military friendly and we booked most of our vendors from their preferred list. The groomsmen had a blast in their room and having a “family” room was perfect because I had some kids at the wedding and they were able to nap or hang out in there during the wedding.

I loved having my wedding at The Springs in Mckinney! It was a beautiful place, with gorgeous views, and great space to host. I got married at Tuscany Hill and have no complaints. The ladies are helpful, kind, and communicative. They helped me so much and made things easier!

The ladies who work here are such wonderful people, answered all my questions and kept me calm towards the last week of our wedding date (they know lol). The venue is stunning! All in one location. Absolutely loved my wedding day at Tuscany Hill! The ladies in the office were always so sweet to work with and were SO FAST at responding to my texts and emails (and there were A LOT of those!) My guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue is and we couldn’t be happier about our choice to go with The Springs for our day!

Great, beautiful, helpful staff til your wedding is over! Will remember my wedding for the rest of my life. Only issue we had was that the security was rushing my family out the door after we were sent off. Since they did that my family lost things and not cheap things either (ice chest worth $300 and more). You might be thinking, I will just hire different security, and that's where you will be mistaken. You only have 1 option for security. The same over paid, and can't wait to get out of there security is what you will get. HEY SPRINGS get another option for security because when you only have 1 option and no competition you start to get lazy crummy service. No reason to provide good service since they have no competition.

After a few weeks I have finally had some time to write this email. I wanted to share some experiences on my wedding day that left me frustrated as well as disappointed with the vendors as well as the person who represented you all that day, her name escapes me. First and foremost, we chose this venue bc of the first impression of service, beauty of the space, cleanliness, and most important air-conditioned venue. Is it naive for us to think that this would continue on to our wedding day, below are the experiences that i felt need some accountability: the day of staff of the Springs, again the name escapes me, she was not at all accommodating and instead of being approachable she seemed to be bothered with any request my coordinator or wedding party. After multiple request for the AC to be turned down, unfortunately the thermostat read 79/80° the whole day. i know this for a fact bc our sweetheart table was next to one where i could see it. We were told we needed to end the party at 10p with a contractual deadline of 11p. This was rectified after showing the staff our contract (pulled me away (the bride) to triage this). Unacceptable. The bar staff was rude. A vendor from your preferred list we had to use…I had numerous complaints of the staff being rude and our guests not feeling comfortable that they could go and order a drink. This should never be the case especially for a service I have paid for in advance. The staff asking us that we should feed them as well is unprofessional. The security was constantly asking to be paid through your the night, where as their contract explicitly said to be paid cash “at the end of the night” so why keep pestering us. To have our wedding day dampened by your staff, your preferred vendors, and for the AC not to work on one of the hottest summers in Texas was not what we envisioned. It not only ruined our experience but the photos we will look back on years to come.

The Springs is in a peaceful country location, but the Tuscany Hill building has an old world charm to it. The staff is easy going and helpful, and provide a decent vendor list to you, but I believe only the security officer and bar tenders were required to come from their list. I did most everything else myself to save some money, and was able to! Couldn’t have asked for a better event venue.

Beautiful venue! The staff really worked with us, helping to coordinate items, letting us come multiple times (even at a moment's notice) to look it over for measurements, set up ideas, and even to practice our dance! Their garage sales, both before and after the wedding allowed us to get items for the wedding and sell them afterwards!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so helpful! Communication with them is so easy with just a simple text and they respond very quickly and efficiently. I could not have been happier with our decision of using this venue for our special day!!

My husband and I got married here at Stone Hall on 8/1/2021 and it was the absolute best decision! I fell in love with the garden when I first laid eyes on it during my tour and it was beyond beautiful on my wedding day. All of my guests were commenting about how beautiful it was. Before the big day, Marissa and Blaire were always quick to answer any questions I had to help with my planning. I highly recommend The Springs!

The staff at the springs was awesome! I had my wedding at the springs Tuscany building in Anna, Tx and the building was beautiful! Breathtaking! Every question or concern so had the staff always answered and were always professional. The day of my wedding they the manager for the day came introduced herself and asked if anything was needed, I love the fact that you they allow you to have the building the whole day and you can bring your own vendors! Not many venues allow that. I would highly recommend The Springs. There are so many locations to fit every vision a bride has for their wedding day.

I found the Springs at Mckinney just a month before my event. The moment I saw the venue I knew it was the one! It was so breathtaking, private and perfect for my family and I to celebrate our big day. All the guests absolutely loved the venue! I do wish the hours for the venue were extended until 2am at least so everyone could enjoy themselves a little bit longer. Marissa & Blaire were also so kind & made my wedding planning experience so lovely. I would definitely recommend The Springs to anybody looking for their fairytale wedding! Thank you again !

My fiance and I were wedding planning during the height of the Corona Virus Pandemic, and were so thankful that we found the Springs during that stressful time! The manager was in contact immediately, and gave us FaceTime tours of both properties and gave us all the details. Everyone we talked with was beyond nice and helpful! They were also great in figuring out a contract with us with the uncertainty of the world during that time. Luckily, everything worked out amazing for our May 2021 wedding! The venue itself is beyond beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and I love the turf at the ceremony spot! I loved the versatility of the Springs and how we could truly make it our own and best fit our needs. It also gave me a lot of creative leeway to design my dream layout and decor scheme! Marissa and Blair were so helpful checking in leading up to wedding day and providing last minute details. On the day of, we got the venue at 9 for the whole day which was amazing. Marissa let us know the run down of where she would be and when the venue attendant would show up. Everyone was seriously so sweet, it made for a very chill day of getting ready! Highly recommend having your wedding at this amazing venue!!

This venue was everything we could have asked for and more. The price was great. I love that we were able to text them about concerns or questions leading up to/on the wedding day and received responses rather quickly. The venue itself was beautiful inside and out. We really didn’t have to decorate a lot if we didn’t want to. All of our guests we’re impressed with the venue !

Highly recommend The Springs Tuscany hill for your wedding venue. Recently had my wedding there and I cannot say enough things about how wonderful it was to work with Marissa and Blair. They truly went out of their way to make sure the big day was absolutely perfect and it was. We had a fairytale wedding with lots of out of town guests who raved about the venue grounds. We had a beautiful sunset and the longhorns were also out and about for pictures. Thank you Marissa & blair!!!

Oh my goodness. I got married at the Tuscany Hill venue and let me tell you, this venue was the best! It was the perfect size, we had around 75 guests. There were no awkward empty spaces upstairs or downstairs. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Months later and I'm still getting compliments on it. Before my wedding I was able to text or call the venue and/or staff and I would always get a timely response with all the information I needed. The whole process before, during and after my wedding was perfect. I cannot stop talking about this place and I will always refer couples to check out this venue.

This venue is even more beautiful in person! I knew right away this was the place for us! The girls in the office are so nice and helpful, always a text or call away! Our wedding was dreamy and perfect, a night I’ll never forget! Highly recommend The Springs. They have so many different locations and styles of venues!

I absolutely loved this wedding venue! It was beautiful and all of our guests kept saying how beautiful it was. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready! The only thing I did not like was since our wedding was on a Sunday we were not allowed to do a rehearsal at the venue the day before and had to do it the day of instead. It ended up working out perfectly fine though!

The staff at the venue were so incredibly welcoming & helpful on our big day. Anything we needed - they were there to make it happen. Additionally, the venue was stunning. My only issue was that the reception space has a rather bad echo - made hearing the music and announcements a tad bit difficult.

The Springs in Mckinney is a beautiful venue. My wedding day was perfect! The venue is super clean. We came across no problems. Tables were setup just how we had planned and on time. The venue attendant was very helpful. She was very nice and made sure the officiant had a working microphone.

The Springs and their team were amazing from day one of our wedding planning journey. Even through COVID and having to postpone, they were attention to questions and always willing to provide the best service. Marissa and Blaire were present the entire day of and were so sweet! We got married at Tuscany Hill on 01/21/21. We booked the SPRINGS as our venue in Fall of 2019. Absolutely everything, from the day we booked to the day of our wedding- was amazing and perfect. The SPRINGS staff were SOOOO nice, kind, understanding, supportive, and responsive. Plus super affordable, especially considering how gorgeous the venue is and everything that's included! (Like choosing your own vendors, visiting as many times as you want, and a 13 hour rental period... like WHAT?!). I'd been on many other venue tours before finding this one. I was shocked by how may staff members were rude or snobby, and how ridiculous the rental fees and limitations were. When I finally discovered the SPRINGS it was like a breath of fresh air- everyone was sooo nice and everything is super flexible. I cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I came to a wedding here this past week and everything was so beautiful. We loved how private the property was and had an amazing time!! It was a beautiful place for our friends wedding.

Stone hall. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful. We immediately fell in love with the landscaping and scenery. We had to postpone our wedding from November to January (we only had two months to reschedule- so we had two months to get out invitations, which ultimately resulted in our guest count becoming a third of what we originally intended on having) (make sure not to get Covid before your wedding) we were really worried about the landscaping looking dead, when originally it was going to be right in the perfect time of fall where the trees are changing colors. But thankfully, The landscaping kept its beauty. The ladies that run the venue were the absolute sweetest ladies to work with. We’re eager to help in any way they could. Overall I would choose venue again.

AMAZING! So happy we found them! They were all super nice and answered all of my questions (I had so many due to COVID) in a timely manner. I loved going to the bridal garage sales and the vendor pop ups they had. It was a really beautiful venue (Tuscany Hill). :)

This review comes about 2 weeks after our wedding. In all honestly, it feels like it was yesterday and a year ago all in one. My (now) wife, (now) mother-in-law, and I visited multiple venues back in October of 2019. After visiting and leaving multiple venues, not feeling the correct atmosphere or professionalism from the staff...we showed up at the Springs. From the minute we walked in the door....that was OUR WEDDING VENUE. We "said yes" right away. One of my big takeaways from the visit was a folder they gave us. You might laugh reading this, saying to yourself, why does a folder matter? Well for us, it made a huge difference! Not only did this folder contain pricing, venue information, but I full two page document on vendor information. We toured the venue (specifically Tuscany Hill) and felt it was the perfect size and style for our dream wedding. The only one we're planning to have! Get it right the first time, and you'll never need a 2nd one! It was an easy choice in the end. We probably would have only visited one if that was our first stop. Throughout the year (Covid year mind you) their staff was both professional and responsive to questions. My now mother-in-law had to drive up for some measurements multiple times throughout the year, and they were more than willing to accommodate. Again, sounds minor, but when you're planning a Christmas wedding...you want the decorations just right! Thank you to all that made this day possible! It was perfect!

When we started looking for a venue, we looked everywhere. We searched all of Dallas and McKinney area and happened to come across The Springs by word of mouth. We went to check it out and went back the following week and were sold sold sold. The space was amazing. Out in the country on a hill. It felt like a secluded castle. We were married at the Tuscany Hill location on 12/4/2020. The whole team at The Springs McKinney has been so incredibly helpful through the whole year and 2 postponed dates due to the pandemic. It was a GREAT relief to have such an amazing crew to work with amidst a chaotic pandemic and emotional roller coaster of a year. I really couldn't have asked for a better vendor for such a big part of our wedding day. Marissa, hands down, the best. But everyone on their team is great. I love the texting communication they provided, it was so easy to communicate and they were ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough good thing about the Springs McKinney. Thank you all for helping us with our most memorable day ever. We are so appreciative for you all!! <3
