What should have been a joyful and seamless celebration was impacted by circumstances outside of anyone’s control, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused for you and your guests. The restroom and flooding issues were unexpected and extremely rare, and we understand how disruptive and disappointing they were. Although our team worked as quickly as possible to address the situation, we recognize that it still affected the flow of your event, including the cocktail hour setup. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the distress it caused on such an important day. While this type of incident is not typical for our venue, we took your concerns very seriously, which is why we provided a refund, something that is normally outside of our policy. It was important to us to do what we could to make things right given the circumstances. We truly appreciate your understanding and the grace you showed throughout the challenges that evening. enues, we are saddened to hear that it was anything less than perfect. Our staff is expected to treat you + your guests with respect so I am disappointed that you experienced anything different - please know that we will be addressing this as soon as possible! As far as the temperature, I am sorry to hear that it had gone so high in temperature that you + your guests were uncomfortable. While we have a springs representative there to adjust the temperature throughout the night, our venues are large enough to accommodate 320 guests and will take some time to cool down indoors - this can be difficult if doors remain open as guests move between being indoors and outdoors but nonetheless, we are incredibly sorry that you had to experience that on your wedding day. For your send-off, you had planned to have a 10pm send off and therefore, security was required to stay present until an hour post-send-off to allow you ample time to clean up. In our contract, while you may have a send-off as late at 11pm, security must be there until everyone departs at the end of the night. Since your send off was scheduled for 10pm and since security will plan to stay until an hour post-send-off, your departure time must be the same as theirs since security is required to be there throughout the entirety of your wedding day. I am very sorry that you had a negative experience with our bartending staff, we will be sure to look into this further as we expect them to be respectful to all of our couples and their guests. We have also spoken to our security company to ensure that moving forward, they will make sure that they are paid by the end of the night without interrupting couples too much on their wedding day.
