I got the package that included (linens, Dj, catering, open bar, coordinator, etc.) and it was absolutely worth it!! The Dj they provided (DJ Tasha) was the best! And the food was delicious!  Rebekah, the manager, was always professional, communicative, and flexible with me anytime I had a payment issue or any questions.  Lastly, I want to express my biggest appreciation to our coordinator Alex. For context, I was a nightmare bride. I went to school full time, had a part time internship that I was required to have to earn my undergrad, and worked full time, which led me to be unorganized, uncommunicative, and just a big mess overall. But Alex is the true definition of professionalism, patience, and above all kindness. I know I was a pain, but not once did she ever make me feel like I was. She handled every curveball I threw at her with kindness, grace, and professionalism. My wedding wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for her. She truly went above and beyond and if I could give her a 100 star rating, I would. She was truly the perfect coordinator and I am forever grateful to her!!!

She coordinated our wedding and she saved me so much time, stress, energy, you name it. She was by far my favorite part of our whole experience with the Springs. She was capable, efficient, gave advice when needed, and always had my back on things that I wanted/needed to make our wedding day what it was. I don’t think our day would’ve been even half as amazing as it was without her. She kept everything on track, was attentive, and most importantly, she kept me calm which I definitely needed sometimes. I can’t recommend her enough. She is truly a gem and the absolute BEST at what she does! 

eryone is very communicative. My day of coordinator was Angeles, I LOVE her. She made my day go smooth and easy, had things ready and would brainstorm on the spot if anything went sideways, which wasn’t much thanks to the thorough detailed planning we had done leading up to the day. Her assistants helped gather up everything in the end. It was a very smooth wedding, we were very happy with everything

day of. The payment schedule was generous and helped to break up the cost. It was also very easy to book a walkthrough to finalize our plans a week ahead. The day of went well, and though we didn’t need additional help from the team, it was helpful to know they were only a text away. Overall, would highly recommend.

The venues vendors are top notch, so kind, and added so much to our special day. Also shout out to my DOC Lindsay, she was a coordination QUEEN, I was completely at ease the whole day with her running the show. Happy wedding planning to all newly engaged couples who may read this, I would highly recommend the location!

et us know that our venue was still in good standing with weather! Convieniently the ceremony and reception both took place on the same property which made our day and planning so much easier! The price of the venue was well within budget! We were given all the details and everyone at the venue was so helpful throughout our whole planning process always emailing or calling us back to answer any questions we had. We planned our wedding with only 4 months notice so we were a little overwhelmed that we would not be able to find all the vendors we needed. Not only did they provide us with a vendor list, but all vendors were great!!!! We booked the springs catering, DJ and security through them. We also used their vendor list for book our cakes (cakes by Kate) and our officiant! They were all so amazing! Our wedding ceremony and reception areas were completely gorgeous, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to work with!

oto Booth and that mahkya askew our DJ was AMAZING! He was so personal and all around great to work with! I would recommend you use him if u have a mixed family like we did. The music was so diverse and flowed well!! 5 stars!! Our food vendor is called EL TEJANO and wow they did an amazing job and extremely professional! @yoursignawaits did excellent work on our wedding signs. Selina was detailed and worked with me the whole way! Thank you girl! Lexi Flores cakes were so great I had to get one for each flavor my husband and I loved!

Their staff is very on top of communication; I never had to wait more than 24hrs to hear back from an email or text in the year+ we had them booked! They are very kind and understanding and have great recommendations if you need them! I loved following their social medias to get ideas while planning. They also offer an hour photoshoot at the venue which was perfect for Bridals or Engagement shoots! Overall, The Springs in Rockwall was the perfect venue, and I would highly recommend if it fits your style and vision!

rsonality is unmatched. If you are slightly thinking of investing in a day or coordinator I strongly recommend her!! Looking back on my wedding, I would not change a single thing, and it was no doubt one of the best days of my life.

the fact that we were limited to only 2 bartending services. One that was all inclusive and really expensive (more than the venue itself) and another that charged $800 for 5-hours of bartending service and we provide everything (liquor, beer, wine, sodas, napkins, cups, straws etc.) , they go by the name of “3-Bartending” we went with this option, they were by far the worst Bartending service experience that we’ve ever had. Many of our guests complained about being forced to tip, and being harassed by the male bartender to tip or being plain rude to them. Many of my male friends expressed how all females would get a 16oz cups for drinks but males would get the 9oz cups that were purchased for wine and not necessarily drinks. Female friends even told us that the bartender would mention “I’ll make you that drink if you tip me” comments like that. Given they already were paid and had a tip jar out, which we were fine with. But to be rude to our guests was totally unacceptable. At the end of the night our wedding planner mentioned that the bartender would not leave until we gave them an additional tip, after them having a tip jar all night, harassed our guests and had already been paid $800 for 5-hours of bartending service. Many people also complained about the lack of liquor in each drink, telling us they were very light which caused them to go for more and more, and each time they went, guess what happened? Even after them already tipping once before, guests were harassed to tip again! Lack of supplies, was not an issue on our part; we had plenty of cups, alcohol, beers, mixers and ice left over by the end of the night. It just seemed like this was done intentional to charge our guests for a drink that we had already purchased and paid for their service. Prior to the event we even had to do our own research for the ingredients and measurements of each drink that we wanted to offer. That kinda then surprised me that a bartender wouldn’t know how to make a jack & coke, a cherry sour, or a screwdriver and why do we have to provide instructions to a bartender on how to make a drink, after literally being paid $160/hour to do their job. The least they could have done was do a simple google search prior to the event if they didn’t know. I really do and blame The Springs on this one. With very little bartending choices and the only choice to have an a la carte option, we were stuck with a horrible service from “3 Bartending” I would write a very negative review for them, but to their luck, they are no where to be found on Google, which I’m not surprised, by the service they provided, they probably would receive many other negative reviews if they were easily found. The Spring, I really highly recommend you get a replacement or offer additional bartending options other than the only 2 options given.
