The lighting inside created such a romantic atmosphere, and every corner seemed like the perfect backdrop for photos. You can tell the team genuinely cares about creating a great experience not only for the couple but for every guest in attendance. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and happy to help. If you’re invited to a wedding at The Springs Wallisville, you’re in for a treat. It was an unforgettable evening, and I left thinking about how beautiful and well-executed the entire event was. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to celebrate such a special occasion!

venue, I needed to make sure the staff would meet my expectations. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. For over a year, they responded quickly and professionally to all my text messages and emails, and accommodated last minute requests to stop by the venue. It was a requirement to use Corn & Rye as the bartending service and to use The Springs catering. I was VERY nervous about this as I have had bad experiences with required vendors in the past. My worries were unfounded as both the bar and catering services were excellent. The drinks and food were both delicious, on time and served by friendly staff. I used their photobooth offered through The Springs DJ. The attendant was friendly, funny and able to get the guest to let loose for some of the best photos of the evening. I also booked my photographer through The Springs. The only complaint that I have is in relation to the photographer. When booking with the photographer, you do not know who your day of photographers will be until the day of. I did my engagement shoot with one lady - who I absolutely loved. For the wedding day we had two different photographers and I didn't feel that we "clicked" with them as well as the one who did our engagement shoot. That said the pictures are absolutely amazing and I would 100% book them again.

They send lots of emails with information which I appreciated as it answered most of my questions before I had to ask.  They set up your floor plan for you (super easy to do with the template they provide), but if you want to change it day of, that’s up to you! They leave you access to extra tables/chairs which I thought was extremely helpful.  The only thing of note is that they have a sensitive sewer (per the venue) so no dishes can be washed after the wedding. It wasn’t too big of a deal, my family threw as much away as they could and took the dishes home to wash. I also didn’t pay enough attention at the start (so it’s my fault for realizing later on) but you are required to hire security through them no matter if you decide to do a package or not. 

Springs, make sure they are prepared to do quite a bit of work upon arrival as far as table set ups go. I booked my day of coordinator with the springs and didn’t actually meet her until the week of my wedding. I bounced through multiple before getting the chance to see her in a virtual meeting. This def wasn’t my fav, as it felt as if I was not settled and hadn’t broke any relational ground with a coordinator. However, Megan, my official day of coordinator, was incredible! She was very affirming, helpful, and fun. Alejandra was her assistant and also did a great job. Definitely in good hands with them.

Maegan and her assistant were truly the MVPs of our day—they checked on us constantly, handled every detail, and made us feel completely supported. Kelly and her assistant on the photography team were amazing and captured every moment beautifully. Diego kept the dance floor full all night. The pasta buffet was fantastic, the two bartenders were wonderful, and Bob from security was so kind. Every single person played a part in making our day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. We are so grateful and highly recommend them to any future couple.

I would always recommend this venue for anyone needing a place for any occasion. The bridal sweet was also super comfortable and a relaxing space for me to get ready. r dream day become a reality. We went with the all inclusive package so we got to work hand and hand with Kelsey, the regional coordination manager and she was AMAZING! She had an answer for all of my questions so matter how detailed they were and handled all of the behind the scenes when it came to the coordination with the vendors leading up to the wedding and creating our wedding day timeline. I was so stress free. I don’t know how she does it! I could not recommend her and the springs all inclusive package enough. Last but certainly not least Veronica, our day of wedding coordinator was more than I could have ever asked for. I have a type A personality so I had a very detailed vision of how I wanted my decorations, cake, etc. laid out on my wedding day and she handled EVERYTHING! I did not have to lift a finger. She was so accommodating, attentive, great attitude, I really don’t think my day would have been the same without her. I owe so much to her for making our day perfect. In addition, all the other staff members we interacted with starting from the day we toured to the very end were just as sweet and helpful. I hope this review helps convince you to have your wedding here!
