This place was so amazing!! Worked like crazy to make our day great!! I couldn't have asked for one thing it was all done plus more 1000%

I have to say that The Stables at Connoquenessing was wonderful. Our original wedding date was July 25, 2020, but obviously with the pandemic we were unable to have our wedding. The Stables moved our date and down payments to July 24, 2021. I couldn't ask for anyone better to help with everything than Jaclyn. She was right there from start to finish. There was another wedding the day before ours so we were unable to decorate until the day of. Of course being a bride, there was so much to do. Jaclyn decorated for us. She did an amazing job and had every ready for my dream wedding reception so when the bridal party arrived, it looked absolutely breath taking. I couldn't be happier with The Stables. We recommend them for so many parties.

Jacqlyn was by far the best wedding planner we could of asked for. Weddings are obviously the most stressful thing to plan, especially when it comes to details for the venue and she made it a constant ease. She was there anytime we needed her and always had the best ideas that we never would of thought of. Everyone complimented how great she was. It’s not often a vendor takes the time to get to know the couple and thinks of things to make it unique to their wedding theme. She started as a vendor but quickly turned into a great friend. I would recommend this venue and her to anyone!

Choosing the Stables was the BEST decision my husband and I made for our wedding. When we first arrived to tour, Jaclyn the Event Manager, greeted us to a modern take on a rustic wedding. It allowed us to have the warm, romantic and classy wedding that we wanted. From the start Jaclyn had excellent communication and made sure we had all the necessary support before, during and after our wedding. We love that the venue had a patio, 2 different vibes upstairs and downstairs, elevator and a cute pond around the side. Jaclyn allowed us to keep, move and replaced really anything we needed to at the venue so it was customized for our wedding. Also, the venue provides the napkins (black only, gold chiavari chairs, all tables and table linens. This helped us to spend money on additional items. Thank you Jaclyn for everything!!

After 2 cancelled wedding dates and venues in 2020, The Stables was our saving grace. We planned a gorgeous wedding in only about 6 weeks with them on 10/31/20 and now can’t imagine the day any other way. The venue is stunning and the staff is excellent.

I had my wedding at The Stables in December 2020 and I honestly don’t know how to describe how wonderful my experience was working with them. I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID and Jaclyn from The Stables helped keep me grounded, hopeful, and excited. From recommending exceptional vendors and constantly finding creative solutions when we hit roadblock after roadblock from COVID and everything in between, Jaclyn was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t have done it without her. The Stables was so accommodating and flexible with all the changes we had to make, even just days before. In addition to the staff being outstanding and going above and beyond the space itself is absolutely stunning. The care they took in designing this space down to the smallest detail is so evident. If you are looking to have a wedding or any event in a barn go no further, you will not regret your decision choosing The Stables. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make my wedding day so special, they exceeded all expectations.

I originally had another venue in mind, but the minute I saw the pictures of The Stables I knew this was where I wanted to get married. Living across the country I didn't even see the venue in person until 5 months before my wedding. My mother was able to take pictures at an open house and learn as much as possible about the venue. Jaclyn is so amazing to work with and has many suggestions for other vendors (DJ, cake, etc.) and is always there to help. The day of my wedding she was putting champagne on tables and there for any details or coordination that I needed. It was truly a night to remember and I had countless guest who were impressed with the venue space. As well I had to change my wedding date due to my fiancé being in the military and Jaclyn was so understanding and was able to move my deposit to a new date. Truly an amazing venue and Jaclyn is the sweetest!

The Stables has become one of my most favorite places in all the world! It is absolutely beautiful! And Jaclyn is absolutely amazing! I emailed her with every single question and she went above and beyond with the answers to them! Mind you I emailed her in the middle of the night and she would email me back so quickly! Did I mention that the Stables have a beautiful pond to take photos with! And they allowed us to rent a 1912 car and have it on their property! They are so adjustable! I cant imagine having my wedding anywhere else! Give them a call! I know you will not regret it!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to have our big reception yet because of COVID, and rescheduled until next year, but I still wanted to leave a review! I am so happy and impressed with the Stables. The pictures of the venue itself don't even do it justice! The upstairs is so much bigger than it looks, and the entire place is fully renovated and gorgeous. The bridal ready room is also super cute! Jaclyn has been amazing to work with. She is always responsive and went through the crazy COVID wedding journey with me. Before all of the restrictions, we were still trying to make our reception work, and she went above and beyond to help us figure out the best and safest way to do it. I felt so bad emailing her all the time (because I had a million questions and ideas), but she was always so nice and understanding. I can't wait to have my reception there next year, because I know it's going to be amazing!!

This was a beautiful venue and made our daughter's wedding day perfect! It's not a rustic barn, but a gorgeous 2 story building with cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, wooden staircase, and stone bar! The decorations were a perfect combination of country and elegance! Jaclyn was wonderful to work with! She was available to answer questions, accommodating for visits, and had many helpful suggestions! She was with us from the rehearsal to the clean up making sure everything went according to plan! It was the perfect "all in one" location for this event and we are still receiving compliments!

As soon as we walked inside the Stables at Connoquenessing we both knew this is the venue we wanted for our wedding. Jaclyn was wondeful to work with and everything was beautiful on our wedding day. This was the perfect place to celebrate our special day and every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was.

Amazing venue. My bride, Jessica, and I live in Los Angeles and the venue's representative, Jaclyn, made the experience smooth as can be. Every question was answered and suggestions were brilliant. Invaluable to an out of state couple. The wedding went like a dream. All of the guests were thrilled with the venue and majestic charm of The Stables. Endless compliments about the venue after the event. Jaclyn once again was our guardian angel during the event and made sure that everything went on like a storybook. The highest recommendation possible.

Having our wedding at The Stables was the easiest and best decision we made while putting our wedding together. I knew as soon as I walked in that it was the perfect space for us. Both floors are beautiful with a cozy, rustic, yet elegant, vibe. The building was clean, felt new and smelled good (something I didn’t experience at other places). We had the ceremony upstairs, cocktail hour downstairs, and the reception upstairs. Having everything in one building made it convenient and easy for my guests. Our elderly guests had an elevator to go up and down easily. There were plenty of bathrooms (which is important) and they were pretty. All I heard from the guests all day was how beautiful it was there. Some even said it looked like a Pinterest board :) The place is so nicely decorated that you really don’t need to do much if you don’t want to. Other than our own table centerpieces, and little things here and there, we pretty much just went with what they have there, which is plenty. We got married in October so there was beautiful fall decor everywhere and mums out front. And Jaclyn, the event coordinator, even graciously loaned some extra lanterns and extra flameless candles to use that day around our decor. Speaking of Jaclyn, she was so helpful during the planning stages and during the wedding, that we would seriously not have been able to do it without her. It’s tough planning a wedding in PA when you live in CA but Jaclyn provided us with so many great recommendations and promptly responded to any questions during the planning phase. She was honest with answers and suggestions to save us money and hassle, instead of just telling us what we want hear which is much appreciated during this process. The morning of the wedding all of our decor arrived way before we did and she went ahead and set up everything beautifully based on a floor plan we discussed during the rehearsal. She really didn’t have to do that but it was incredibly nice and really helpful! I also think it looked better than what we would have done. She handled a lot behind the scenes so that I didn’t have to worry about it, which gave me great peace of mind and let me enjoy my wedding. As for pictures, the venue offers a lot of opportunities indoors (upstairs, the staircase, the powder room) but we also took great pictures outside (front entrance and lots of trees). Jaclyn also let us take some photos inside of the funeral home on the other side of the parking lot because there wasn’t a funeral that day. The funeral home used to be a mansion so it has a great fireplace and long table for creative shots. I always say that The Stables was the easiest part of planning for me. A no-brainer. I went to a bunch of other venues in the area and this one just felt like it was the most special, most affordable and most convenient of all. And you get a very dedicated staff too! You will understand the second you walk in just like I did :)

We had the best service and care for our wedding while at the Stables with Jaclyn! She was so attentive to our needs and desires, getting me calm all before and the day of, being flexible, even dealing with family drama! I would highly recommend this place. Not to mention, everything was BEAUTIFUL! We did minimal decorations.

The Stables was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. When our guests first walked in, they were greeted by a giant table of guestbooks, pictures of the bride and groom, etc. Then came the beautiful bar complete with leather chairs and a bar with stools for our guests to relax and enjoy drinking and chatting with their friends and family. Tall and regular height tables were clothed and ready for everyone to enjoy their appetizers and cookies (a Pittsburgh tradition). We also used their porch, complete with lights for our guests to enjoy visiting with fellow guests outside! A full kitchen and commercial refrigerators are there for the cater to do their job. There is ample room! Oh, and the building is air conditioned... As you walk up the staircase, you are pleasantly surprised by the grand ballroom with bench seating with tables along the walls, round tables and plenty of room for a candy table, hot beverages table, and room for the DJ and dancing. Jaclyn, who is your contact person at The Stables is lovely. She is accommodating and willing to answer all your questions you may throw at her! I would recommend The Stables at Connoquenessing for your special occasion. They have lots of parking too. Go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

Best. Day. Ever. Venue is meticulously cared for and absolutely beautiful. Otherwise... I should probably say that I’m a bit of a neurotic control freak by nature so Jaclyn was basically a saint throughout the whole planning process. The venue is gorgeous but the best part was the service we received. Jaclyn (the coordinator) was super duper responsive to all 30,000 emails, texts and calls the last few months. She was even kind enough to do not one but two final walk throughs just to ease my last minute jitters about something small going wrong. If I could give them more stars just based on that level of support I absolutely would. I walked in to my wedding day completely calm because I knew Jaclyn had my back. Absolutely amazing. We’re expecting now so my hubby and I are excited to get to come back for the baby shower!

We had our wedding reception in July at the Stables. It was the perfect venue. The two floors gave guests the option to hang out downstairs away from the music and have a quieter atmosphere to talk and mingle. One of the most important parts of planning a wedding involve your event coordinator and Jaclyn was the best! She was always kind, honest, and encouraging and answered every email and returned every phone call promptly. She has such a creative vision and gave us ideas that we had never thought of. It was the perfect day for us and for our guests. We highly recommend the Stables for a wedding reception or any event! :)

We literally could not have found a more perfect venue for our wedding than The Stables!! Not too rustic nor super formal, but a perfect blend of both, which creates a wonderfully classy scene for any memorable event. We went in "blind" and booked The Stables based on online photos & high reviews, and were blown away when we saw the venue for the first time the night before the wedding; literally everything about the place is even more gorgeous in person - the exterior, the beams inside, chandeliers, flooring, everything! Plus, it's such a cozy setting throughout the whole venue (upstairs, downstairs, patio) - again, the perfect blend of casual and formal - that everyone, regardless of personality type, lets loose and has so much fun. What's more is that the event coordinator, Jaclyn, is absolutely wonderful to work with - extremely responsive and extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process and the event itself so that you don't have to think about any of the last-minute things that inevitably pop up - she's already handled it! Besides that, she's very personable in general & "real" with you. The Stables at Connoquessing, along with its idyllic name, will forever be in our hearts because of the beautiful memories that we've been able to make there.

The Stables is an absolutely gorgeous, unique, and picturesque venue. We had our wedding reception there and Jaclyn is wonderful to work with. She is always very quick to respond to emails, listens, and accommodates every request. She even helped me find a new caterer when our first one backed out(I would also highly recommend Medure's Catering for this venue, they know the building well and everything was amazing). Everyone at my wedding said that the Stables was a beautiful and unique venue for a wedding reception, and our elderly guests appreciated the elevator to get to the second floor. The bridal suite was perfect for getting-ready pictures. Our rental also included 4 hours the night before to set up all our decorations which was a huge weight off of my mind for the day of the wedding. Jaclyn was hands on the whole time and helped to make the reception go smoothly. Thanks again!

The Stables is the perfect venue if you want a combination of rustic charm and modern convenience. With an elevator, handicap-accessible restrooms, and climate-controlled facility, they are prepared for anything! The staff is friendly and more than willing to answer any questions, and help with all plans and preparations for your big day. The two floors allows for some of your guests to mingle downstairs at the bar or covered patio, while the rest dance the night away upstairs. Our family wedding had the perfect mix of elegance and homey comfort thanks to The Stables. Do yourself a favor and book a tour now!

We chose The Stables for our April wedding because it looks like a scene straight from HGTV!! I loved the idea of two levels (we did a happy hour and music in the lower level before the reception upstairs). Jaclyn is the most helpful, easy-going wedding coordinator a person could ever ask for. I can truly say that the venue was the easiest part of my wedding planning. I absolutely recommend The Stables for the wedding of a lifetime!!

The Stables at Connoquenessing was absolutely beautiful!! The rustic but elegant finishes sold me the moment we walked in to tour the facility. The barn wood doors, masonry floors, granite bar, and ornate chandeliers is what made this the perfect setting for our daughters wedding. Jaclyn was amazing and was there to oversee everything we needed. My husband and I can't thank The Stables at Connoquenessing and Jaclyn enough for allowing us to make our everlasting memories there.

I wish I could give them more stars!!! From planning to rehearsal dinner to wedding day, the Stables at Connoquenessing's staff was wonderful. They were helpful, accommodating, responsive to calls/texts, and friendly! The facility (especially the first floor) was very nicely decorated for the season (fall). They also welcomed our centerpieces and some extra decorations. We were concerned about the 2-story venue for the reception, but it worked out great! After dinner, the people who wanted to dance could stay on the second floor while family that wanted a more quiet atmosphere to catch up spent more time downstairs. Having both areas allowed everyone to comfortably spread out. Many of us spent time on both floors and even on the covered patio! They have an elevator for guests who don't want to deal with the stairs. All-in-all, I really wish I could give them more stars. Wonderful people and venue. I plan to use them in the future for other get-togethers.
