Jess was the most amazing wedding coordinator for our special day! 💓 We enjoyed every part of the wedding planning process with her as she made planning and prepartion so simple. She alleviated so much of our wedding stress leading up to the big day! We were so impressed with how thoughtful Jess and her assistant, Sarah, were throughout the process and on our wedding day! It turned out to be a perfect celebration because of her coordination, organization, and communication with our vendors, family, and us. Jess really listened and cared about us during this big life milestone! I highly recommend working with Jess for a lovely wedding experience!

Seriously do not know how I would have gotten through wedding planning without Jess. I tell every single person who asks that my number one tip for wedding planning is HIRE A PLANNER. I did the full planning service so she was with me every step of the way and she legit saved my life. She kept me on track with the timeline, communicated with vendors, helped with the design vision, and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Every single detail was perfect and it felt amazing to know I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jess had it covered. I seriously don't know how people have weddings without a Jess. I was legit sad to say bye to her after the wedding was over. One million out of 10 recommend.

We hired Jess to do a full planning for our daughters wedding in July. On the day of the event, she handled everything! I didn't have to do anything other than enjoy being the mother of the bride! It was fabulous. Her design of the reception venue was just what we wanted, everything was so elegant. She went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. We truly enjoyed working with her!

Jessica was the best decision I made while planning our wedding. She was so knowledgable about our whole day and helped me put together beautiful details, actual timelines, and kept all of my planning so organized. She provided me with tools that made the planning so stress free, and very professional. I simply could not have done our day without her. She contacted all of my vendors the day of, and let me enjoy our day with out any of the stress or drama with payments. If I could give The Style Project 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Style Project and our planner, Jessica Zimmerman. Jessica made everything about our wedding, planning process and days leading up to the BIG Day easy and anxiety-free. Friends & Family kept saying things like, "aren't you so stressed out planning your wedding during COVID?" or, "how are you so calm - don't you have so much to do?" The answer to both was an emphatic, "No- we have an amazing planner who has thought of literally everything and been so on top of every detail." Jessica is super easy to work with (down to earth & sweet), delightful to be around, and conscientious in her attention to detail. After my whole family met her during the planning a few months before wedding, she said, "so I don't have to worry about anything? I can just enjoy the wedding?" So incredibly grateful to The Style Project! Jessica not only was able to bring my dream wedding to life but she also made the whole wedding planning process and my wedding day stress free. Hands down THE best decision we made with wedding planning was hiring Jessica at The Style Project. I was so overwhelmed and anxious as soon as I got engaged because I had no idea where to start in regards to planning a wedding. The first time I spoke with Jessica she listened to my needs and put me at ease. She is honestly one of the sweetest people you will meet. She made the entire process such a fun and memorable time for me and my fiancé. She is so well organized, creative and really knows the ins and outs of weddings. I had such a great experience working with Jess! I planned the wedding long distance, and she was very flexible with meeting times and phone calls, also very quick to respond. I enjoyed talking to her and thought she had great advice from experience. I had her assistants Sarah and Lola the day of my wedding and they did an amazing job! There are so many words I could use to describe Jessica, but the major one is AMAZING. Jessica made my dream wedding come to life. She is so easy to work with, and so cost effective. One of the best decisions I have made about my wedding was finding Jessica. PLEASE, i recommend any of you looking for a wedding planner to talk to Jess! 100% recommend. She will plan your whole wedding if you needed or she will just help with the day of. Jessica is flexible with all of your needs. Working with Jess was such an incredible experience for both my husband and I. Not only did she flawlessly take care of every detail she made sure to make us feel loved. If you are looking for a wedding planner book Jess ASAP! Our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for Jess. Not only is she the sweetest human being, she is amazing at what she does. She handled everything from contacting every single one of my vendors, to setting everything up day of, and breaking everything down. She even packed up our cars so we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Overall, Jess is beyond amazing and we are so thankful for her and everything she's done from the year leading up to the wedding to the day of the wedding.

Jessica and The Style Project was worth every penny! There were a few months remaining before our wedding and I reached out to the photographer (Janelle Rose Photography -- AMAZING as well) to see if they had recommendations for someone to help day of and she sent me to The Style Project. It was the best decision we made for ourselves. Because we didn't a full planner, our time was limited but Jessica checked in every few weeks and by the time it was our wedding weekend, I felt like she was a significant part of our day. Between setting up the rehearsal dinner, to day of decorations and table assignments (and rearrangements), last minute bridesmaid dress alterations, and even locating wine for us (that was a life saver), I could be more thankful for all of her work. Jessica is absolutely the right choice for any bride and groom!

I do not even know where to start to talk about how wonderful Jess is! She is the sweetest and honestly made our day amazing! She is not only professional and fun to work with, but she has a great eye for how to decorate a space. She was always available whenever I needed her. She helped with everything and anything that we might need prior to the wedding. She kept us on track and made our entire day of schedule. She also coordinated all our vendors to make sure everything was taken care of. She took the stress out of planning especially the day of. She took a disaster due to the down pour of rain and made everything gorgeous last minute by moving everything inside the venue. She took care of everything and honestly i don't know what we would have done without her. My family especially my mother and mother in law were so impressed with her, and they can not say enough good things about her! She is honestly THE wedding planner that you need to hire! I just can not thank her and her sister enough for making our wedding day so beautiful and special!!

If my husband and I could give Jess more than 5 stars we would in a heartbeat and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner and/or day of coordinator. To say she was amazing is an understatement. We utilized her for wedding planning and as a day of coordinator. From the beginning of wedding planning to the end she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our night. She was super organized, attentive, and collaborated with all our vendors. Not to mention all our vendors were super impressed by Jess and her ability to ensure they were all on the same page. During the entire process we never felt stressed and she brought our vision to reality even better than what we had originally envisioned. Even if you decide to plan on your own and use Jess as a day of coordinator you will not regret it. She and her sister made our night go extremely smooth and took care of everything such as décor, providing us with water, ensuring all guests arrived…etc. Even all my guests raved at how amazing she was! A huge thank you to Jess for all of her hard work, talent, and making our dreams come true.

From start to finish Jess was wonderful to work with. She planned a destination wedding in Italy for us that required a lot of leg work. Jess was very organized throughout the process and listened to all of our wishes. She communicated well and was always very responsive. She was attentive to our every need. Our wedding was perfect and we know this was due to Jess’s hard work! We highly recommend The Style Project!

My wife, Monika, and I had Jessica as our day-of planner for our wedding early this November. The night would not have been the same without Jessica. It was the little things that really made the biggest difference for us. She was always ready and available to help us throughout the entire night and took care of EVERYTHING along with our DJ to ensure the night was coordinated perfectly. She also put candles in our room and left us an beautiful note at the end of the night. She also had an incredible attitude and worked incredibly well with all of the other vendors. We would work with Jessica again in a heartbeat!

Working with Jessica & The Style Project was easily one of the best decisions I made in regards to my wedding this past May. Jessica always brought the most positive energy and a genuine interest in making sure that my wedding was going to turn out exactly how I envisioned it. I honestly felt like I was planning my wedding with one of my friends rather than a "vendor" or "a business". As I sit here and try to come up with adequate words to describe my amazing experience with The Style Project I'm nearly at a loss for words! From the second I met with Jessica she was very prepared and very excited and brimming with positive energy over my upcoming special day! I think that is what every bride wants… For everyone they bring into their wedding planning to be as excited as they are about their upcoming nuptials! Every step of the way Jessica was prepared and gave me monthly checklists to keep me on track! It is because of those lists that I never once felt overwhelmed. Every single task was completely do-able and it was the best year of my life planning this wedding! Jessica asked all of the right questions, knowing that details matter! She carefully listened to exactly what I wanted and had so many great ideas and suggestions to incorporate the "Gatsby style" (which was my theme!) into my wedding! I was SO excited at every meeting we had and so grateful for Jessica's amazing vision! She took my idea and truly perfected it. The Style Project's detailed and careful organization is second to none! Jessica also worked very well with the vendors and truly helped keep my wedding on budget! She really shopped around for me and got the best deals and that's a very comforting thing. Everything she suggested to me was absolutely perfect and in budget! It's easy to trust someone that knows what they are doing and I fully trusted Jessica and she delivered beyond my wildest expectations! I can't stress this enough because it's so important... every meeting we had was incredibly organized down to the last detail and Jessica did it all with a huge smile! On the day of my wedding I did not have to worry about one thing because Jessica had it all handled! It was the smoothest day and I was so thankful how carefully she orchestrated everything because it was literally my most perfect day! I had to catch my breath and take it all in because I was just so wowed by the beauty of my 1920's Gatsby themed wedding. THANK YOU to The Style Project because you truly made my wedding vision and dreams come to life! It was a perfect fairy tale day because of Jessica! I only wish I could re-live it over and over!
