The Styled Bride

orth every penny!

t all of my allergies and dietary needs were clearly communicated to every vendor. It gave me such peace of mind to know she had everything handled so carefully. She truly made every decision easy. Her organization, creativity, and kindness made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Susan thought of everything down to the smallest details, and the result was absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s not only incredibly talented and professional, but also such a fun, calming presence throughout the entire process. 10/10 experience, especially if you use her recommended vendors, as everything flowed seamlessly thanks to their teamwork.

the moment she stepped in, she truly listened to all of our wants and needs, and was incredibly easy and kind to work with. She helped with every remaining detail, from finalizing designs and rentals to coordinating with vendors, the venue, and building the perfect timeline. In the week leading up to and on the day of our wedding, Susan executed everything flawlessly. She anticipated every challenge, handled every hiccup before it became a problem, and made sure the entire day went off without a hitch. She went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of (and more). We truly cannot recommend her enough, our only regret is not hiring her sooner! Do yourself a favor and hire her now. You’ll be so glad you did!

e wedding. Her experience with wedding venues and vendors in the area was very helpful. She made great suggestions and always led us down the right path. Her organization and efficiency was so appreciated as we had busy work schedules. If you want the best wedding ever, would highly recommend!!!

e team went above and beyond to make my daughter's vision of a seaside garden party wedding come to life. Susan was instrumental in helping us select the highest quality vendors, sourcing all the necessary rentals and other items for all the events across the weekend, managing expectations, and guiding us to land on just the right balance to provide exactly the celebration we had hoped to share with our guests. Susan's expertise and efficiency are unmatched, and she has selected a team that that wholly supports her approach. I was able to enjoy the entire weekend with family and friends without a single worry as Susan had everything accounted for and under control. It was a perfect weekend! I am still receiving emails and texts from guests exclaiming that this was the best wedding celebration they have ever attended. Agreed!!

e details of my wedding weekend came together. Our guests gave rave reviews as well, and many said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

ired her three separate times!) and it was hands down the best money we spent. Her attention to detail —she thinks of EVERYTHING—and her carefully thought-out “run of show” guarantees a flawless event. And when something unexpected happens —like when the guests from the previous wedding linger too long in the church—Susan calmly comes to the rescue and fixes it. She is professional, kind and patient, and her years of experience and her relationships with the best vendors put her at the very top of the luxury wedding planners in the area. Every bride should have a Susan! HIGHLY recommend.

l of the difficulties and stress out of planning and made the entire process so enjoyable. It is clear that she is an expert at her craft, as she did her absolute best to make our vision happen. Every last detail was attended to. She knows the ins and outs of the industry and all of the best vendors Her entire team is wonderful and so professional. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect and and we can't thank her enough. If you are considering hiring a planner, look no further than The Styled Bride!

nd requests. Susan is extremely helpful, professional, and always accessible (via email, cell, etc.). She connected us with reliable vendors and attended meetings with sites and vendors along with us, to advocate on our behalf. I appreciated that she made our wedding our vision, while also giving us her honest professional opinion, when asked. She was on-site for our entire wedding weekend which was a huge help - from keeping the schedule on time, to having emergency white safety pins for my wedding dress, she was prepared for absolutely everything. When it comes to professionalism, expertise, and friendliness, The Styled Bride is the absolute best!!

e on the day of the wedding was perfect! She and her team were fabulous and took care of every detail during the wedding weekend! I highly recommend The Styled Bride!

difference. Out of everything we did, she was the best money spent!!! Aside from her talent….. She is able to navigate so many personalities, timelines and coordination and still remain poised and calm throughout each part of the experience. So many moving parts and pieces I would have never thought is handled. Thank you Susan and your team. If I could give you a 100 stars I would!!!

She is very well respected in the industry and the best of the best. What I love most about her work ethic is her honesty and she is always willing to help and make your vision come to life.

ves. Her expertise and guidance helped us navigate all of the decisions we had to make while planning. She put us completely at ease and made the planning process fun and exciting. She recommended the most amazing vendors and assembled an incredible team that was so kind, helpful, and dedicated to us and our vision for the day. She is absolutely a master at what she does, and she flawlessly executed every single detail and had the day planned down to the minute. We are in complete awe over the perfection that is Susan Norcross and would hire her a million times over!

a gem in the world of Philly wedding planning. Being a couple unfamiliar with the nuances of Philadelphia's wedding scene, Susan's profound experience and extensive knowledge of the city's vendors became our north star. She not only has an impeccable understanding of the rules and restrictions of the local venues, but her connection and familiarity with our wedding venue was a testament to the trust and rapport she's built over the years in the industry. It's no wonder she was highly recommended by them. Working with Susan was a delight. Throughout the planning process, she was consistently supportive and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our visions came to life. Her genuine kindness and patience made what could be a stressful time feel seamless and enjoyable. On our wedding day, Susan truly shone. She ran the show flawlessly, ensuring every detail was perfect and allowing us to be fully present in each moment, knowing everything was under control. From the intricate decorations to the timing of the ceremonies, she and her team managed it all with grace and professionalism. In retrospect, choosing The Styled Bride was a no-brainer. For anyone looking to have a wedding in Philadelphia, we wholeheartedly recommend Susan Norcross. Your special day will undoubtedly be in the best of hands. Thank you, Susan! -Phil and Zack

her entire team supported all our requests with precision and enthusiasm even though they were hired by the bride and her family to help plan and manage the wedding. I cannot imagine another planner being as thorough and gracious managing all aspects of a wedding weekend. If we were to throw a wedding in the Philadelphia area, Susan and her team would be the only planner we would consider.

ted things we would not have thought of and facilitated THE most magical weekend. I highly recommend her and The Styled Bride.

r every decision and question. Professional and very pleasant to work with. The perfect day was flawless and we have Susan to thank for that!

e multitude of Covid weddings that Susan had on her plate, she was incredibly responsive and attentive from the very beginning. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the industry and her contacts within it are unmatched. Throughout the two year planning process, Susan assisted us with assembling an amazing group of vendors who worked together seamlessly - the definition of a dream team. Susan helped make our wedding at the Barnes one of the most spectacular days of our life. Both she and her team were so professional from beginning to end and they were a joy to be around. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for guiding and supporting us as we planned the wedding of a lifetime. Unsurprisingly, I highly recommend the Styled Bride, you'll be in great hands from beginning to end.

e me/my mom the ability to enjoy the day to the fullest. Having Susan gave us confidence that all was working behind the scenes and avoided us having to think about timeline, who/what needs to be when, how they're getting there, etc. I cannot express what a special and priceless a gift it was to not have to think about any of that stuff and to just be able to focus on the day and being in the moment. Having Susan also gave our vendors peace of mind. The minute our vendors learned we were working with Susan they expressed how happy we were --first of all how great she was and secondly how it allowed them to focus on their craft/main role instead of having to be distracted/think about other elements of the day while doing their main job. But Susan goes above and beyond just keeping things on track/on time. She things of EVERY little thing (things you would never even think of, even if you think you're organized/a planner!) It's a gift that truly reflects the unmatched experience she has. And she is always 5 steps ahead of you. I truly can't express how incredible she is and I cannot recommend her enough. She will be THE gamechanger and MVP on your wedding day.

were collected at the end (and back at our hotel!) there was no detail left undone. She is very calm and just goes about doing what needs to be done, including teaching the groom how to tie a bow tie! She helped us keep track of payment due dates and ensured that every detail of the day was perfect! I am a working mom and my daughter does not live in the town where she got married, so it was incredibly valuable to me to have Susan as a partner in planning Allie & Dan’s wedding. my team at work has also worked with Susan from the vendor side and they have high praise for her professionalism and her team’s good work. I recommend her wholeheartedly and promise you would not be disappointed if you worked with her.

working with Susan for two of my daughters who were married six months apart. Before entering the "wedding world", I was one of those skeptics when it came to the need for a planner, and initially resisted the idea. Some friends convinced me otherwise, and we ended up hiring The Styled Bride. After my experiences with Susan, I cannot imagine hosting a wedding without her talents and kindness. I cannot recommend her enough!!! Daughter #3 recently got engaged and when the planning begins, our first call will be to Susan!

king with them straightforward and painless. She guided us through every decision and step in the process and kept us on the perfect schedule so that we were never stressed or pressed for time. The day of the wedding went off perfectly thanks to Susan and her team- it couldn’t have been a more stress free and amazing day. Working with Styled Bride was the best decision we could have made to have the wedding day of our dreams!

ther way. Susan guided us through all vendor selections and negotiations, anything regarding our 5/20/23 wedding she advised us through the process. Any questions or concerns we had, she guided us. The day before and day of, we don’t know what we would have done without her. She masterfully orchestrated the entire day of our wedding, we could not have such a beautiful wedding with out The Styled bride.

us in our decision making which was much needed and appreciated. She evolved to become a friend who I will dearly miss working with. Our daughter’s wedding was perfect-largely due to the planning of Susan. I think what struck me most was the solid relationships she has with so many wedding vendors, and their confidence in her to make sure everything ran smoothly and was well coordinated. On the wedding day itself, she was calm, extremely well staffed with her team (who is also great) and kept the entire wedding party on track. In a nutshell…if you are “on the fence” about hiring The Styled Bride, get off it. Hire her and you will be so glad you did.

ive, she is professional, kind, patient and so well organized. The vendor team she assembled for us was second to none, and truly the best in the business. They were also all such wonderful people who were a joy to be around. Susan elevated every idea we had and provided such wise and helpful guidance when we got stuck on any given decision (of which there are many in planning). We are a highly opinionated couple with sometimes conflicting points of view and very Type A, and Susan’s ability to mediate and find outcomes that everyone was happy with deserves special mention. Weddings can be an expensive endeavor, but rest assured hiring Susan is the best money you will spend. Our day was absolutely perfect in every possible way, thanks in large/most part to Susan and her team at the Styled Bride.

ce. Susan also helped us in planning a wedding from overseas for a large portion of our planning process. She handled this efficiently and put us at ease about the complexities of planning from such a large distance. We would highly recommend Susan for anyone looking to plan a wedding!

e. Susan is incredibly professional, unbelievably detail-oriented, and organized. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us by coordinating a Zoom meeting with our DJ, corresponding with other vendors and filling out questionnaires, and supporting us with small details we never would’ve thought of on our own. The day of the wedding was a completely different story. We truly would’ve been LOST without Susan and her team directing the timeline of the day. She made sure everything was running smoothly; distributed all of our vendor tips, helped me out of my wedding dress to change into my reception dress, took all of our valuables and belongings from the venue back to the hotel suite, and more. My fiancée had a spot on her suit lapel during first look photos - Susan whips out a stain remover wipe. My dad struggled to get his adhesive tie patch (a gift from me) onto his tie - Susan whips out double-sided tape. The list goes on. We are so truly grateful for all of the support from Susan and her team and would without hesitation recommend her to any bride/couple.

trong enough to written a review about anything (restaurant/store/person/product). Susan thinks of anything and everything - from ensuring the perfect timeline to preparing for any possible little thing that can come up and need something. She has a suitcase of items that seem to have a solution for anything and everything! It's the littlest things that you never think of that she is ready for and has an answer for. There are too many things to even write about but two things that come to mind are that right before photos a bridesmaid became covered in white paint down the front of her black dress and Susan had some magic stain remover and saved the day. Then, when we were at the cathedrale, we realized my grandmother was stuck in traffic and had not arrived yet. She kept her cool and composure and ensured the church would hold up / wait until she arrive. The best thing about Susan is she NEVER seems stressed or concerned and makes you feel confident that everything will be OK. Going through watching her in action on my sister's wedding day gave me all the piece of mind in the world and has already eased any stress around my future wedding day knowing that she'll be there!

mehow get paint on her dress. Susan got the paint out of her dress and got us to the ceremony on time. She is a magician!!! She thinks of every.little.detail you could possibly need.

am are SO organized, SO professional, and SO lovely to work with. For starters, we delayed our wedding by two years because of COVID…so naturally, there were certain details I just totally forgot about. Fortunately, Susan didn’t. She’d remind me of whatever comments I’d made two years prior, follow up on things I didn’t even realize we’d talked about, and keep my family and me on track when we needed it most. She came to as many of our appointments with other vendors as possible, asking smart questions and helping us make strategic decisions along the way. On the day of the wedding (which we had at the Fillmore in Fishtown), every single member of her team was ON, helping us squash little issues and stay as much on schedule as possible. Her team was quick, attentive, and lovely all-around. They’re exactly what you want in a wedding planning team—they’re kind, yet firm. They’re cattle herders, but with a friendly touch. And most of all, they know what they’re doing and make you feel like you can relax and let them take care of you and your loved ones on your special day.

till don’t understand how she does it all and remains so calm, cool, and collected. During our 1.5 year wedding planning journey, she was there for every step and provided insightful feedback and suggestions. I truly valued and trusted her opinions at all times. The wedding day went absolutely perfectly and we have her and her amazing team to thank. Susan and her team took care of everything – big or small and made you feel so relaxed and at ease. During the planning process Susan was on top of every detail, email, and decision that needed to be made. I truly cannot imagine having planned our wedding without her. Hiring Susan was hands-down the best decision we made and are SO grateful she was a part of our special day. My husband and our families cannot say enough amazing things about her and her team!

magine how much time, energy and stress my husband and I would have spent on every decision without Susan's guidance. It's such a relief to have someone in your corner you can trust that knows what they're doing. I always hear about brides that are SO stressed the month leading up to their wedding because of all the details. We were not stressed at all - everything was completely planned and organized. We laid out in the sun the weekend before our wedding because we literally had nothing to do. Susan truly made the wedding planning process so easy. Second, the day of the wedding can be extremely hectic. We had two members from Susan's team with us - Kate and Arielle - and they were UNBELIEVABLE. An issue would pop into my head, I would start mentioning it to Kate, and she would already have it covered. They are literally solving problems that you don't even realize are happening. Having two people there is also a MUST. One planner assisted me through most of the day and the other kept my husband on track. The day went so smooth and I was able to enjoy every single minute of it because I was able to rely on them to worry about the timeline and all the other details. I also want to emphasize that Susan and her team are really kind, smart women. Planning a wedding is a huge deal and I think it's so important to pick your planner and vendors carefully, and make sure they are people you want to be around and work with during stressful times. The Styled Bride team are not only amazing at what they do, but they are lovely people to work with. I highly recommend them to any bride.

it. Any questions I had, she was an expert. She knew exactly what to do. Something that I believe is very important is that every vendor we worked with trusted Susan and had glowing things to say about her. She is honest and strong and will not let people walk all over the bride and groom. I am so happy we chose Susan to be our wedding planner.

f timeline” last minute. Susan thought of everything and even brought something for me to walk on to take pictures in the snow so my dress didn’t get ruined! She was running around and doing everything behind the scenes… brought the bouquets, cake, and personal items back to our room and tidied up while we were at the after party. Would highly recommend Susan!!!!

o help our daughter and son-in-law develop a vision for their wedding, and worked with us to make that vision a reality on her wedding day. Susan is professional, knowledgeable, organized and kept us completely on track. There was never a moment of stress planning the wedding; in fact, my daughter and I loved planning it! And, I should note- Susan spent plenty of time with our daughter and son-in-law planning….this is just a MOB perspective/review! Susan has great taste and was able to offer guidance in every planning detail. She gave us a timeline and then guided us so that we naturally followed the timeline. We received monthly status updates and budget updates so we stayed on top of everything. And Susan is calm and has so much experience she can guide you through any decision. The vendors Susan referred us to were outstanding, and it was evident that they all loved working with The Styled Bride. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our team was and Susan’s thoughtfulness in finding just the right people to work with us. We love everyone we worked with- invitations, floral designer, caterer, cake baker, band (off the charts, dance floor packed the entire night), ceremony musicians, photographer, videographer…. I feel like Susan just knows everyone and every place, and she made sure that everything our daughter and son-in-law (and we) wanted to happen did! Susan is super creative and, when combined with her creative vendors, the wedding weekend had details that reflected the couple throughout- from the hotel welcome boxes to the favors at the end of the reception! And, since execution is the goal—on the weekend of the wedding, Susan’s entire team was terrific. We planned a weekend of events including museum tours and a morning run with the groom followed by a surprise at a newly opened venue - all of which took organization and was flawless. And, of course, we had a couple of “pivots” in the process, and they handled that well - including my redoing the tables two hours before the wedding due to Covid cancellations-and somehow the team managed to redo the escort cards. The Styled Bride team was fabulous at the wedding- making sure all went according to plan! The entire wedding weekend was a dream that The Styled Bride executed flawlessly.

we knew we needed a wedding planner who was organized, knowledgeable, and would be able to take our ideas and bring them to life. Queue Susan Norcross- The Styled Bride. I had heard and read so many great things about Susan and given her excellent track record, it was no question that she was the best choice to help us plan a really special and memorable day. Susan did just that. From our initial conversation up until the end of our wedding day, Susan proved to be far beyond excellent. We worked with Susan for 18 months and she never skipped a beat. She got things done quickly, she was honest, organized, knowledgeable, detail oriented and most importantly, she was trustworthy. Susan understood our vision and she helped to curate an unbelievable team of vendors who brought that vision to life. She communicated and coordinated with each of our vendors and made sure that all of the boxes were triple checked. We communicated almost daily and Susan was always quick to respond, answer questions and provide any updates not only to me but also to my mom who was involved in the entire planning process as well. From walking through our venue site several times, meeting with the venue and catering team, scheduling and meeting to help us choose our stationary, linens and furniture, flowers and food options to hopping on countless zoom calls and phone calls with vendors to discuss anything from music, photography, videography or to just simply check in... Susan was with us every step of the way. When it came to Wedding Day, I don’t think I expected to feel as relaxed and at ease as I did. It was because I knew everything was taken care of and I trusted that Susan and her incredible team had everything under control. The entire day could not have been more perfect. With that being said, I think it is safe to say that being named The Best Wedding Planner in America is no mistake. Susan and her team are truly unmatched. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with The Styled Bride team and personally experience Susan’s magic and unbelievable work. My gratitude far surpasses words. If you are looking to hire a wedding planner, look no further! Choosing The Style Bride will undoubtedly be the best wedding planning decision you make.

ns led us to have the best day ever! I would hire her in a heartbeat if we had to do it again!

our wedding day, we knew everything was in complete control. Susan and her team have incredible attention to detail which takes the stress out of the wedding process. Any little question that arose, Susan and her team were immediately on it. There was not one detail that was overlooked on our big day. Also, all of this was done while being personable and down to earth. Susan and her team were super sweet and we loved getting to know them. Weddings can be stressful, but the Styled Bride are experts and we are thrilled she was a part of our big day. At first you might wonder whether a service like this is needed, but we highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator. Susan and her team are the best in the area and we wouldn’t trust planning or coordinating a wedding to anyone else.

and every decision that needed to be made. She had wonderful recommendations for every vendor we needed, and helped us to curate the most wonderful team for our special day. Not only that, but she thought of so many details that never would have crossed our minds. I truly was not stressed throughout the two year wedding planning process, because I knew that Susan was taking care of so much. The day of the wedding was flawless. Susan and her team worked with each vendor to make sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct time, and that everything went perfectly. ontribute as much time as we would have liked to planning process. Susan was so understanding and kind every step of the way, took the reigns and made our day simply perfect - elegant, romantic & intimate. Hiring Susan to plan your wedding will be the best decision you make - I promise.

g as well as the wedding day. Her years of experience and positive but realistic attitude made the month before the wedding seamless, and allowed me to enjoy each moment on my wedding day knowing that she would handle any last minute issue that would come up. Susan is incredibly professional, experienced, talented. I could not recommend her more. The Styled Bride is worth every penny!

anted our wedding to become and Susan at the Styled Bride met every single one of them - speaking to me almost daily for 2 years to ensure this vision was developed with care and that every detail was accounted for. She is organized, has deep relationships with other top notch vendors in their fields, and knows how to pull off an amazing event. Even on the day-of I feel like she was in 10 places at once - I don't know how she does it but I couldn't have done any of it without her!! She's the best, 10 stars all around.

o told me it was their best decision and I’m SO glad it led me to Susan. Not only did she help me stay on track regarding the tasks I knew/had thought about, she pointed out so many things that never would’ve occurred to me. I’m a pretty organized person and I truly would’ve been a mess without Susan! I was engaged for nearly two years and she was with me for almost the entire time — I’m so glad I hired her when I did. As if all the preparation wasn’t enough, she was an absolute rockstar for my rehearsal and wedding day. She handled so many day-of tasks and was ready and willing to help with anything needed. Susan was also extremely helpful in communicating with all of my vendors and keeping everyone on the same page leading up to the wedding and day of. I truly cannot say enough positive things about The Styled Bride. Do yourself a favor and book Susan! You will be so so glad you did.

lping us choose the best vendor team, to partnering with us on design and style choices, to ensuring we were on top of and ahead of all key decisions and deadlines, to helping us execute last minute COVID-related changes, and most importantly, to ensuring that the wedding weekend went off perfectly, without a hitch. She is so easy to be around, and brings the best attitude. She is super knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the Philly wedding scene - having amazing relationships with every vendor. She really cares about you as a couple, and making sure that the wedding is the wedding of your team. She also has a fabulous team around her, and we were so lucky to have Arielle and Carly by her side on our special day.
