e getting your money's worth. All pricing is very up front and transparent. They were incredible flexible and responsive. Hunter, Marlana, and Jena made the experience sooo easy. The venue handles in house the catering, bartending, and decor. The venue's reception area, getting ready space, and outdoor grounds are gorgeous as is, but you get to personalize your decor from their large selection and truly make the space your own. Marlana kept the whole process very organized and made it easy to create what I wanted. We paid extra to access the getting ready space at 8am and it was truly worth it. The space is beautiful and well set up for a large group of ladies (mine was 12) to get ready, and the breakfast and lunch was DELICIOUS. They do not skimp on the experience and were so responsive to our needs that morning. We also paid extra for the in-house coordination with Jena and it was WORTH IT. She was AMAZING. I mean truly a wonder woman. Rehearsal was smooth and efficient, and the wedding day ran PERFECTLY. I am very type A, but I was not stressed at all because Jena was on top of everything. She made sure we always had food and drink in our hands, helped bustle my dress, and texted us some sneak peek wedding photos the next day. I wish I could rate each service individually because they'd all get 5 stars. Even the in-house bartending team was amazing. Super kind day of, and easy to work with when it came to planning out our signature drinks, and types of alcohol we would need. From the guests' perspective they RAVED about the venue. They LOVED the food (we had BBQ), and thought the outdoor space was GORGEOUS. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue. Just stop looking already and book them.

oughout the last 2 years. Obvi the venue is gorgeous, and had a beautiful spot for our indoor August ceremony (the AC was nice and cold btw) but Hunter and Jena really made our experience iconic. Our package included so many rentals like linens, plates, decor, etc. as well as wedding coordination for 2 months, but I texted Hunter and Jena constantly throughout the 2 years and they were so helpful and fun to work with. They have the hookup for every vendor you could think of, and they’re excited to help you come up with creative ideas. The day of, Jena made sure we had plenty to eat, always had at least 1 drink in our hands, and she captured so many behind the scenes pics. We will rave about The Terrace Club forever!

Our guests had so many compliments about the venue, the food, and how well the day was run. It started raining right before our ceremony (which we actually ended up loving) but Jena and the staff handled it so seamlessly. Everyone was kept inside until the last minute, chairs were completely wiped down, it was great! Thank you Jena, Hunter and the rest of the Terrace Club for such an amazing wedding!

And Hunter Connor, the owner, was also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend the Terrace Club enough to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding venue in the hill country. It truly was the best day of my life, and I have the amazing team at the Terrace Club to thank for that. ng structure makes it much more affordable and easy to plan compared to similar venues. We opted for the terrace club’s in house coordination service and our coordinator, Jada, was amazing! It ended up raining on our wedding day and she seamlessly worked with all of our vendors to communicate and execute the rain plan so that we didn’t have to worry about it at all during our wedding weekend. She kept everything running smoothly, and it alleviated lots of stress leading up to the wedding knowing that we were in good hands with her and the rest of the Terrace Club team. Having an indoor rain plan also made weather less stressful and ensured that all of our guests were dry and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my entire night. It was beautiful and perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even made sure my husband and I ate and drank water the entire time.

Morgan was our day of coordinator provided by the Terrace Club and she made our day amazing. She was so helpful for the days leading up to the wedding and shared some incredible insight. She worked tirelessly to help achieve my vision. I truly can’t recommend this venue or this team enough!

I recommend having one of their staff be your coordinator. We had Morgan as ours and she went above and beyond! Her attention to details were unmatched and she quickly became a friend to us! I personally think you should request her as your coordinator. The Terrace Club was beautiful and everything we wanted and more!

ur offers at the Club. We decided to go with the all inclusive package (including a wedding coordinator - highly recommended). Working as a teacher and living over 5 hours from the venue was stressful but anytime I had a problem or question Hunter and Kristen were there to answer it for me right away. The decor, bar, food, coordinator, and clean up was all handled by The Terrace Club which only left a handful of things for me to do. I used their recommended vendors list as my baseline and had a wonderful experience across the board. When we got closer to the wedding I met Marlana, my day-of coordinator and she, Kristen, my husband, and I sat down and went over every single detail. While the meeting was long and very busy, it didn’t feel like it. Kristen led us through the details with a practiced ease. On the day of the rehearsal and the day of everything ran like butter. Thanks to Marlana we were able to herd all of the family members through rehearsal, get just about everything we needed before the ceremony, have someone politely remind us where to go next during the reception, and when we decided to end it a few minutes early helped to close everything out for our bubble exit. Thank you to everyone at The Terrace Club who helped us to have a wonderful day. The venue was beautiful and everything you all offer was phenomenal.

ley (the venue manager) and then touring the venue site, my daughter and I knew we’d found the right place for her and her fiancé’s big day. A year later, our March 2022 wedding day was magical and beautiful, and it achieved our expectations in every way! Here’s why— From the moment we walked into the venue's entry we could see its unique charm and feel the romantic vibes from its stunning fabric draping and multiple chandeliers. We realized there was ample and beautiful decor, deluxe chairs, tables, furniture, chinaware, stemware, and luxury lighting already available on site. (Have you actually priced any of these things before? A huge money value when picking the TC!) Our daughter also learned she could further personalize her wedding vision to her taste by adding her own style to the venue’s decorative theme by selecting excellent auxiliary vendors and other desired items and rentals. Another big reason why we choose the Terrace Club was how the staff 'staged’ its campus for an event. We could envision how our guests would enjoy their promenade from the outdoors wedding ceremony to socializing upstairs in the gorgeous ballroom with open-balcony views. Additionally, we knew we'd never have to worry if there was enough free guest parking or a perfect 'rain plan' for our event because they had that covered too, at no extra cost. - Looking back through the planning process, we can't thank Hunter and Kristen enough for treating us like 'family.’ Anytime we had an idea or question Kristen and Hunter returned our phone calls or emails within the day. They gave us a folder of handouts and weblinks to refer to, and also provided a reliable vendor list (i.e. trusted local professionals who have worked weddings at the TC in the past). Kristen organized the dates of our planning meetings and kept us on track with printed timelines, floor maps, seating charts, and a decoration plan for the wedding day. When the wedding weekend arrived, the staff's energy level was high when getting ready. Kristen's logistics abilities coupled with her years of experience were so impressive! She handled both the wedding rehearsal and the wedding day with equal confidence. For the rehearsal, everything was on time and informative and everyone understood where to stand and be for the big day. (As the MOB, I was relieved I didn't have to be 'bossy' to the bridal party.) TC even stored our liquor and personal items we wanted to use for the wedding ahead of time, so we wouldn't forget anything the next day. - When my husband and I went to bed the night before the wedding, we had no worries and knew the event would go as planned for our bride and groom. The next morning, the bridal party and our family had nothing left to do other than to get dressed, show up, then enjoy the ceremony and celebrations! We had all the confidence in the world that the Terrace Club’s friendly staff and our trusted vendors would make sure our daughter's wedding was perfect from beginning to end...and IT WAS! It was a blessing to witness our bride and groom's joyful faces without a care in the world other than to feel the LOVE shared by all. The Terrace Club was the key making our daughter’s wedding day the most special celebration of our lives, earning it the title . . . "The. Best. Day. Ever!"

They cover everything from table numbers, signage, chairs, linens, decor, the PLANNER ANGEL FROM HEAVEN named Kristen, and all the planning materials you could dream of. A huge plus was that we could bring in our own alcohol (we delivered from Spec’s and very affordable). No idea how much to order? They have a spreadsheet for that! No idea what to bring or pack day of? They have a checklist for that! Feeling lost because you’ve never planned a wedding? Seriously do not fret. Here is just one example of why these people are so special (Kristen the amazing planner). We had a crisis 3 days prior to our wedding where our bus company canceled our two 55 person charter buses from downtown to the venue on ACL weekend. Literally a catastrophe as the venue is 30-45 mins from downtown and Ubers would’ve been non-existent due to ACL. Once Kristen found this out, on her day off, she refused to stop for 2-3 hours until she called all her contacts to find a charter company who still had available and comparable buses and prices - and even got us a discount! Everyone we had called laughed in our faces saying just give up, so thank goodness for her connections and dedication. Not only this - she was able to bustle my very complex dress like a wizard, placed my veil, removed my veil, then placed my flower hair piece beautifully, always made sure I had a drink, politely bossed around our bridal party, recommended ALL of our vendors who were amazing… the list goes on. The owner Hunter is also so sweet, beautiful and amazing, making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of the day of. It was the best day of our lives, and our guests raved about the smoothness of it all, including the food being the best chicken/steak/salmon ever. We had at least 50 guests say “best wedding ever.” Oh and the venue of course - this place is a Texas Hill Country gem with optional outdoor games that were a huge hit during our super fun cocktail hour, and a sunset so beautiful you might cry. Book them while they are still available, you will not regret it!

amazing and super helpful during the whole process. My mom had not seen the venue prior to the wedding weekend. When we went to drop our stuff off early, she met Hunter. Hunter made her feel so welcomed and my mom couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful Hunter was! I never could have imagined the day of to be so stress free. I couldn’t have done it without TTC. They went above and beyond, such as bustling my dress, ensuring we were on schedule, and getting our personal items into different cars so we wouldn’t be missing anything. Our guests had such a great time and most people came up to us after the wedding to say that this was one of the best wedding and venue that they’ve been to. For the day of, Kristen was available to help and guide us. We were struggling to get my dress bustled and one of her team members asked her to help through their walkie talkie devices. Within 2 minutes, Kristen was there, ready to help! On a separate situation, I had a couple guests who only felt comfortable attending the ceremony outside and did not want to be inside for the reception. We asked if we could have just their meals be a “to go” order instead, and Kristen made it happen! Honestly, I felt so stressed leading up to the wedding…thinking things were going to fall apart or something. However once the day actually came, I don’t even know why I was worried. It went so smoothly and we appreciate TTC’s help so much!!

Since we are not from the US originally, our culture and wedding traditions are different from American weddings. The management understood this fact and helped us accommodate our traditions at every step. They were so helpful in the entire planning process that we never felt a need of hiring a professional wedding planner. We cannot praise the staff and the management enough for their professionalism, flexibility, and the willingness to help us all through the process. They worked offline with the florist, the designer, and the caterer so we didn’t need to sweat about the logistics. On the day of event, they were guiding us through every step like a family member, and even tried to work around the issues caused by the sloppy work of the professional stage designer (not associated with the Terrace Club) that we had hired. Our guests had the best time and were highly appreciative of the arrangements. We would recommend the Terrace Club to anyone looking for a wedding venue in central Texas.

n we were initially interested was because we are from out of town and needed a venue that could give recommendations and coordinate vendors. We started with a zoom tour then eventually came to visit in-person. It's the only venue we toured because when my husband and I left we both agreed these ladies know how to host an event. From there I hired most of my vendors from their recommendations. Because of their relationship with the vendors, there was very little I needed to do to coordinate from there. The day of was wonderful; Kristin was ninja-like in her ability to be 5 places at once. Kristen and her team managed everything; set up the decorations I brought, directed family, coordinating vendors. I'm sure they did so much more I was not aware of. An unexpected compliment I received from every single person who brought children was how this was the most kid-friendly wedding they had ever been to. I do not have kids but apparently Kristen and her team kept them very happy! This really was a better wedding experience than I could have hoped for. My family and friends will always have this wonderful memory our wedding at The Terrace Club. Thank you!

irst visit with Hunter who showed us around and we quickly fell in love with the venue. The venue itself is beautiful with white drapes hanging throughout. In addition, the views are spectacular and we quickly knew this was the place for us. Once we booked our date we began working with Kristen and she was beyond amazing! I felt at ease during our first meeting since she is not only very organized but also gave great suggestions. Kristen sent over helpful timelines to use so we were able to stay on track and not get overwhelmed. In the weeks leading up to the wedding things were very hectic but Kristen remained calm and collected and made sure we stayed on track - and not a single thing was missed! The process made me confident all of the details were covered so I could focus on just enjoying my wedding day. The Terrace Club also coordinated with ALL of my vendors and made sure they were set up and knew what was happening. The outside ceremony space is stunning and it felt like I got married in an elegant garden. The outside space is also great for people to gather and talk while they enjoyed the cocktail hour. The wedding went very smoothly and afterwards many of my guests raved about the venue and how seamless everything went. I was able to have the wedding I always envisioned and it would not have been possible without Kristen, Hunter and the rest of the staff. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Everything was smooth sailing with The Terrace Club, from beginning to end. The rehearsal was excellent; everyone understood where to be and when for the big day. As for the big day, wow! It was better than we ever could have expected. Any small issues that came up on the day were handled before I could blink, which was so wonderful. We loved the indoor Plan B option compared to moving our reception around to fit a last minute weather change. We even received a small mason jar of rain water that fell on our wedding day as a surprise in our packed car! ause that wedding was planned at another dripping springs venue and through the rollercoaster that was the first few months of 2020 it was clear my wedding was falling apart and my venue was only concerned about their money. We walked away six weeks before that wedding with a caterer who went out of business, a lost deposit on a venue unwilling to work with us during a pandemic, and a broken heart as all the hard work and money was down the drain. I called The Terrace Club and was booked for a tour the very next day. After hearing about my experience, they sat down with me after my tour and said "Lets figure out how we can we make up for the deposit loss, make up for lost time, and get you your dream wedding" WOW. I booked that day for January 4th, 2021 and started the wedding planning process all over again. I was expecting the same stress, drama, time commitment, and worry I had faced with the first plan and was shocked at how willing their team was to help. Every email was answered within 24 hours no matter how simple the question (and I had a ton of questions!). The recommendations they make are with vendors who KNOW the venue inside and out and made planning so easy and fun again. Their willingness to share ideas and experiences on what has worked for other events and what's possible within my budget was phenomenal especially during a time when only a handful of people had planned the Covid style wedding that was necessary. I will forever thank this venue and the amazing team that picked up the pieces of my wedding plans and gave me my perfect day. And the hill country sunset photos were to die for!! My only regret is not booking my wedding with them first!
