Extremely professional but also extremely personable. Didnt complain about the heat once and made sure people were happy and staying hydrated! Single handedly the best bar service we could’ve hired!

We had the Thirst Filly for our daughter’s welcome party for her wedding at our lake house. They were beyond exceptional. Our original tap truck vendor canceled two days before our event due to engine issues. Gregory swooped in and rescued the day! Their website contract and menu were easy to use, but even more importantly he answered the phone and helped get us quickly organized. Customer Service was only topped by the bar presentation and the amazing upscale craft cocktails. He had an exceptional choice of cocktail options and catered to our crowd and the bar tender boxed up our left overs. We used the blue and gold horse trailer and it was so well done to the last detail including flowers lighting and signage. We had nothing but raves about the whole experience. Would love to have another event to use them !!!

The bartenders provided excellent service and it was so fun to hear our guests review our custom cocktails we picked out. The Thirsty Filly took our wedding to a whole new level! Gregory was so great to work with leading up to our big day. The tasting was wonderful. At our wedding, we got SO many compliments on their drinks and service. They were so quick - there was almost never a line at the bar. And everyone loved the signature drinks!

Gregory and his staff did such a wonderful job at our wedding! I only wish we had a longer cocktail hour to enjoy the beautiful weather and amazing drinks on the lawn. The signature cocktails/mocktails were perfection and the setup was perfect for our rustic barn wedding.

The Thirsty Filly was incredible to work with throughout our entire wedding process! Gregory is so passionate about what he does and it shows, he is very communicative and has an answer to every question. He and his team are there on your big day to take stress off of your plate and reassure you that the bar will be top notch! The handcrafted cocktails are soo deliciously well-made (it was difficult to pick which ones we wanted because we loved every single one at our tasting!) The mobile bar was a statement piece at our reception and people loved it (we had the original tan bar). There also was NEVER a line that formed at the bar which so many people were complimentary of! We really had an amazing experience with Thirsty Filly. It is a unique, comprehensive bar service and we are so thankful for Greg and his team! We will not hesitate to use them in the future and continue recommending them to others! :)

Gregory And his team are beyond first class. All of our interaction, cocktail tasting, and the big day went smooth as silk due to his incredible communication skills. We knew we didn’t have to worry one bit the day of - and peace of mind is priceless. The cocktails blew everyone away, not only were they excellent, they were prepared quickly and there was never a line— even with 250 heavy drinkers. The charm of their decor, focusing on details and craftsmanship truly made the night magical. Would highly recommend.

The cocktail tasting prior to our wedding was so cool and special. It was difficult picking the 3 cocktails because they’re ALL delicious!! Leading up to the wedding, everything was smooth and straightforward. And then the day off - wow! All of our guests commented on how beautiful the bar was, how tasty the cocktails were and what excellent service was provided - there were no lines throughout the night! Truly the highlight of our wedding!! We loved taking photos in the bar and was such a unique experience for all. Gregory has truly thought of everything and provides such exceptional service. Loved working with him and his team and cannot speak more highly of this service. Do not hesitate and book them now!!

WOW! JUST WOW! From the first phone call months in advance to the last drink of the night we were blown away! Gregory truly loves what he is doing and you can tell he has built this business with the customer in mind. Our cocktail tasting was amazing and it was hard to pick our favorites because we loved all of the options. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful and tasty the bar drinks and bar were! We could not have asked for a better team! Also I highly recommend their sister company Ash and Still which is a cigar bar and lounge. It made for amazing photos and every guest said they had never been to a wedding that had something so cool! We would recommend Thirsty Filly any day and can't wait until we have another bar worthy event! :)

The Thirsty Filly did a wonderful job hosting our bar service at our wedding last weekend. Gregory was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions during the planning process leading up to our wedding. The taps made it incredibly easy and fast for our guests to receive their drinks in an orderly and timely manner. The drinks were perfectly mixed and garnished. The bar fit seamlessly into our theme. The bar tenders were very friendly and easy to work with. They even made friends with my ring bearer and entertained him by continuously filling waters so he could deliver them endlessly to every guest at our event! My husband and I used The Thirsty Filly (blue bar) for our barn wedding on 6/25/22 and it was amazing! From the very beginning, working with Greg was great and you can tell he really loves what he does. Over a month after our event, our guests are still talking about how amazing the signature drinks were. We chose the Pomegranate Mule, Blackberry Vanilla Orange Bourbon, and the Key Lime Crumble for our signature cocktails and also had beer and sangria on tap. Not only are the drinks delicious, but the service is top notch and the bar itself is truly unique and beautiful. The whole experience with Greg was great. He’s very responsive with questions and gets back to you quickly. We had so much fun at the tasting picking out our cocktails. We had the Thirsty Filly for our outdoor wedding of 150 people and they were absolutely AMAZING! Our guests loved the custom cocktails we chose and also the flexibility to order anything else they wanted from the bar. Thirsty Filly worked so quickly and none of our guests had to wait in a long line to get drinks. The beautiful decorations that Thirsty Filly had out next to their bar were beautiful and truly added so much to our venue! Our guests keep telling us how much they loved the bar and we could not be happier overall! Not only was The Thirsty Filly team wonderful on wedding day but leading up to it as well! Absolutely cannot recommend a mobile bar more than Filly. They went above and beyond to make our day great despite obstacles with other vendors. Every minute of the day they ensured our drinks were full, guests were happy, and everything was properly stocked. They fully understand what good service means and were friendly and engaging the entire evening despite running their heads off getting hand made drinks ready for over 200 guests. I know several at the event had nothing but high regard for Greg and his crew. Anyone having a outdoor wedding should absolutely consider Thirsty Filly.

As an event planner, my couples are always asking me for their recommendations for the best vendors to make their events unique. I hadn't yet had the opportunity to work with Greg, but I researched him heavily before making the recommendation to my couple. They made the excellent decision to book The Thirsty Filly, and I am so glad they did. Greg and his staff (and I'm blanking on her name, but she was wonderful as well!) were the absolute best. From all of the communication to their arrival and setup on the day to the top notch bar service, they couldn't have been better. Every guest was greeted each time they approached and the repeat guests were given their repeat drink without needing to say what it was. Their setup was very aesthetically pleasing and they were so gracious to work out of the passthrough from the kitchen at the venue. I truly look forward to the next wedding that I can refer them to! We were so thrilled to find out about The Thirsty Filly when we were planning an outdoor Day After the Wedding Party for 125 guests. We were hooked when we had a tasting of all the delicious craft cocktails and beers. Gregory and his team arrived on time, selected the perfect location to set up the vintage truck and the party started. So our event was unique. We hired the Thirsty Filly for my wife's 50th birthday party. We wanted someone to care for our guests and did not want to worry about tending or getting the drinks for the party. Gregory was so helpful in walking me through the process and helping me get what we needed for the party. When it came to the night of the event, it was a little rainy and cold. Chris and the whole team met it head on with a smile. They served cold drinks and were able to engage with our party goers and make the truck just an extension of the party. I would highly recommend the whole team and would encourage anyone curious to take the plunge and ride with the Filly!

Would recommend Gregory and his team to every couple out there. Such a unique idea with great execution. They provide everything for you, and will even order your alcohol so you don't have to! Had The Thirsty Filly bartend our wedding at the Running Horse Farm last Friday. 10/10 would recommend them! We chose to have the dark blue horse trailer and it did not disappoint! Loved it so much we took pictures with it. Not only do they look awesome, but their cocktails are the best cocktails we’ve ever had and the staff was so nice and professional. I booked the thirsty filly for all my bar services for our wedding and they did not disappoint!!! Greg is amazing to work with and made this step of wedding planning so easy and fun for us!!! When we got to pick out our signature drinks, we got to meet up with him at the thirsty filly trailer and Greg made all of his signature cocktails for us, which the only challenge we had was picking which signature drinks we wanted because WOW they were all absolutely AMAZING! After we figured out our drink menu, he sent us over a detailed list of the alcohol we would need. I am so impressed to say he was pretty much spot on! We did not run out of alcohol and we barely had any left over!!! That’s talent! For our wedding him and his bartenders where amazing, and all of our guest LOVED them! Greg and his crew were amazing from the start. From the initial chat to the final day, it was absolutely perfect. The ability to have a taste testing and create our own special drinks was such a unique touch. All of our guests loved the whole experience and are still talking about it!

I cannot write a review that sufficiently praises The Thirsty Filly. Overall: From the tasting to the ease of transactions to the actual night of our wedding, Gregory and his team delivered beyond our expectations. The bartenders were cordial and very competent mixologists; the mobile bar we requested, which was designed to look like a speakeasy, was even more impressive at the event than the tasting; the drinks themselves were great, and the service was fast. The Drinks: I know that I already hit on this point, but the bartenders were fantastic. They moved swiftly without compromising quality, and everyone was very pleased with their exchanges. Of the approximately 12 drinks we tried at the tasting, we're happy with the three we chose -- but in case he changes up the menu, I don't want to set you up for reading about something that you cannot get. The Bar Itself: Wow. We sat at it during the tasting, but nothing compares to it actually up and operating with the lights on at night. The energy is great, and there was more to the setup than we anticipated. They brought it the day before the wedding, which really alleviated a lot of anxiety. Everyone has their own idea of what makes a great wedding/event and what they want: if you are looking for a unique, gorgeous, and valuable way to make your event stand out, use The Thirsty Filly.
