She is a true veteran of her position and has great communication. We knew the cost of everything up front with no surprises and preferred venders they work closely with which made planning seamless. Everyone was great. Jayme never steered us wrong and was always there if we needed to double check something with the cake vendor,DJ, flowers, etc. Then the day of really blew us away. It was a flawless day with excellent service in an amazing setting. We got so many comments on how there seemed to be a fun surprise at every corner. Also during the day we felt like a royal couple by the amount of attention and hospitality we received from the service staff. Such an amazing experience all due to excellent planning and a committed team who really cares. The Tiffany Ballroom at the Four Points was unbelievable.

From our initial meeting to the late night after party, the staff at Four Points was incredible. Jayme was our planner and she had answers to every one of my questions. She is professional, accommodating, and just wonderful to work with. We had a 250+ wedding and even with this size, our guests were raving about the service and food. The menu options (both cocktail hour and dinner) are amazing. The head table had a dedicated server who took exceptional care of us and made sure my husband and I had enough food, water, and drinks. I definitely recommend working with their preferred vendor list, as the teams all work seamlessly together. I didn't have to think about a thing the day of the wedding. There were scattered showers on our day so we ended up moving cocktail hour from the patio to the hotel hallway, which worked out great. Once the rain stopped, guests mingled on the patio and we took all of our group shots out there. It is also a HUGE bonus to have the outdoor "bridge" behind the hotel to take bridal portraits at. It doesn't look like anything grand in person, but photographs beautifully. My photographer loved it. I really cannot recommend Four Points Sheraton enough! So smooth, easiest decision! Book them!

The Tiffany Ballroom made planning our wedding in 7 short months feel effortless, they have an amazing team of vendors who are incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

We were having our wedding ceremony there as well, and used the pool area for that which was absolutely gorgeous. Jayme could not have been more helpful, without her we would not have been able to plan our whole wedding from the ground up in 3 months. Our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, if not better! The waitstaff and bartenders were so attentive the night of our wedding and the food was amazing, none of our guests have stopped talking about how great the food was. She also was a great resource and liaison for 3rd party vendors like the uplights and the ice sculpture. The venue is already gorgeous and Jayme just helped me put my spin on things. I should also mention too that the whole staff there is absolutely wonderful. I forgot her name but she was head-waitress assigned to me and my husband to make sure we were good for the night. She helped with my shoes, my dress/bustle (she even helped me pick out leaves and twigs from my dress after pictures). Jayme's husband also works there! The whole process was made so easy with Jayme and her team and I wouldn't change a thing.

Both Jayme and Mindy came up to us to talk about our plans. It was such a personalized experience at the open house knowing they cared about our wedding day and all the little extras we wanted. We have now postponed twice due to Covid-19 but Jayme had made it flawless. She made the calls to our vendors (Cake, flowers, & DJ) and took out the stress for us. Her team also changed hotel reservations for our guests. Postponing your dream day due to a pandemic is hard enough but Jayme have been a great help. We can’t wait to host our wedding in 2021!!

Always promptly responding to emails and even making time out of her evening with her kids to help us navigate during these crazy times. You hear horror stories about venues, but canceling with Tiffany Ballroom was a very easy process. The vendors that are included are top notch and well known in the area. You will NOT be disappointed with booking your wedding at The Tiffany Ballroom.

She met with me over videos calls and supported my fiancé and I with clarity about phase reopening and how it was impacting Hotels & Venues. got engaged? Luckily, on our first visit to the Four Points by Sheraton we met Catering Sales Manager Jayme Dalipovic. She talked us through all the details, and off the ledge various times (did I mention planning a wedding can be stressful?). Her kindness, patience, and ability to put us at ease were invaluable. She was there to guide us to the best day of our lives. On the day, the weather was iffy, but I think Jayme made a call to someone to get the sun to come out right before the ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch. The support staff catered to our every need. Down to our own personal server Dolores, who delivered us everything we needed as the music played, and the cameras flashed. The food was spectacular. The passed apps were delicious, and the main courses were 5-star. Kudos to the chef and the entire kitchen staff. It was a day we’ll never forget, and Jayme and everyone at the Four Points by Sheraton was top notch.

They even noticed that our videographer was scheduled to leave before our parent dances, so they worked with the DJ to move them up to earlier in the night for us. We are so happy to have those on video and it's amazing that they took that initiative so that we didn't have to worry or think of it in the moment. We went with the Diamond Package plan and everything was great! The food, the flowers, the DJ, the cake! Our guests also loved the open bar at cocktail hour that didn't hurt our pockets! I really can't say enough about this venue. I fell in love with it before the renovations and even more once they were done. The wait staff were phenomenal, the food was delivered right on time and our maitre d' was so kind and attentive to us. The food was phenomenal, we selected the Parmesan encrusted breast of Chicken with fresh Roma Tomatoes, garlic, Artichoke, Spinach & fresh Herbs finished with White wine sauce and the grilled fresh salmon with orange ginger sauce. The appetizers were very tasty as well (we had cocktail hour outside, I highly recommend this) and many of our guests spoke about the great taste of the food. We worked with vendors that Four Points recommended for flowers and cake and both far exceeded what we expected. I cannot rave enough about Four Points and encourage you to look no further for a location for your reception.

Considering our dilemma at the time (needing a venue 3 weeks prior to the wedding day), Mindy did not try to take advantage of us as many others have tried to do. On the contrary, we had a better deal and not only that, we were serviced with dignity and pride. Mindy made sure that I, the bride, was not stressed out. She coordinated everything and I did not need to have a wedding planner. She was present the entire wedding day to make sure that everything was in place the way we imagined it. It is also important to mention that every single staff member was attentive and mentally present throughout the day. Four Points by Sheraton has a amazing group of people who care and work diligently to support clients and their guests. Mindy assured us a great day and we had exactly that. Our guests were treated with respect and dignity, something that was important to us. Thanks to Mindy, we now have lasting great memories, something that we were worried about.

Our final stop on the venue shopping tour was the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood where we met with Mindy Keyes, the Senior Catering Sales Manager. It was like our prayers had been answered. Ms. Keyes immediately understood what we had in mind for our wedding. Four Points’ all-inclusive packages made our lives easier, eliminating the need to interview and hire a baker, caterer, DJ, or florist. We signed that day. Throughout the planning stages, Ms. Keyes answered countless emails and phone calls not only from us, but from parents too. Time and again, she put minds and nerves at ease. Our wedding was simply amazing thanks to Ms. Keyes and the staff at Four Points. All of our guests had nothing but compliments on the beautiful space, friendliness and responsiveness of the waitstaff, and quality of the food. In addition, the staff at Four Points was responsive to our own needs as well. Our wedding day was an incredibly humid 92° day in late June. The staff ensured we were hydrated, provided their air-conditioned vehicle to shuttle the bridal party to and from photo locations on-site, and brought ice packs to cool down body temperatures. Based upon our experience with Mindy Keyes, we would recommend the Four Points Sheraton without reservation. Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism are unmatched, making our wedding a celebration that exceeded all expectations.

All the accommodations at Four Points are beautiful, from the Tiffany ballroom, to the outside patio, the different onsite locations for pictures, the spacious and comfortable hotel rooms, all the way down to Zachariah's where we had a delicious breakfast the next day. One Bistro at Four Points even worked with us to set up a section at the restaurant for an after party which worked out perfect for us and our guests. Jayme became more of like our friend rather than someone we hired, and we received so many compliments from our guests on the food, staffing, and vendors included in the wedding package. By the way, the food is to. die. for.!!! This place deserves all the praise in the world and we cannot thank them enough! They honestly made all of our dreams come true.

Their wedding packages make it so easy to pick and choose, and allow you to control the budget in every way. Once you select your package, you can add or adjust to make the day unique. We really feel that we had a perfect wedding there, that totally reflected the uniqueness of the wedding couple, from beginning to end. We took advantage of the venue at the fullest. The bride and groom used the outside bridge for their first look and then we used the waterfall in front for our family and wedding party pictures. It’s a beautiful spot and you would have no idea you’re so close to Route 1! We had a religious ceremony that required some additional rooms, so we were able to make use of the conference room as well as the corridor of the ballroom for these pre-ceremony events. Our ceremony was on the outdoor patio, which was truly a beautiful location. The chuppah was placed up on the little pavilion, which made for a great backdrop for the ceremony. One thing to note as to make sure your officiant is miked so that the sound carries out to the guests. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour took place outside the ball room, in the spacious corridor. A mixture of low cocktail tables and high tops made it very festive. Our guests had plenty of space to socialize, with lots of drinks and wonderful food. The two bars made it so you never had to wait for a drink and the wait staff was very attentive. We also had an ice sculpture that was included as part of our wedding package and added a special touch to the room. The Tiffany ballroom was set up beautifully and the food was amazing. We had a delicious dessert buffet with a wide selection of delicious pastries as well as the wedding cake and everything was elegantly displayed. The wait staff was accommodating in every way. They made our guests as well as our wedding party feel very special. One person of the wait staff was also assigned to make sure that the wedding couple as well as the parents of the bride and groom have everything they need. The band set up and the acoustics in that room were perfect. The dance floor was large enough for everyone that wanted to dance and our amazing band (Legit) kept it full all night long. Finally, we were able to make use of the One Bistro for an after-party. For our out-of-town guests, we had a brunch the next day in one of the conference rooms. It was perfect; the food was again delicious and the room was set up nicely, using some of the flower arrangements from the previous night. The rooms at the hotel were nicely appointed, a good size, the beds perfectly comfortable, and very clean and neat. Overall being at the hotel made the weekend easy for everyone. Mindy made the wedding perfect. Everything was exactly as we wanted it to be and we believe it was Mindy's experience and all the planning and attention to detail from her and her staff that made it go so smoothly. We were also very pleased with her suggestions for outside vendors. There could not have been a better venue than the Four Points Sheraton, nor a better event staff than Mindy and her team for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding.

She has worked at Four Points for over ten years and that experience was evident. There were so many positives of selecting Four Points for our wedding that I can’t list them all. The food was fabulous and the portions were very generous. Not surprisingly, that was one of the top comments from our wedding guests. They also enjoyed the cocktail hour which was held in the recently designed outdoor pavilion. Our out-of-town guests were very pleased with their rooms, which were conveniently located in the same building. More importantly, everything ran seamlessly the day of the wedding. So my husband and I could truly enjoy the day because we knew that everything was being taken care of by the seasoned professionals at Four Points and the affiliated vendors.

e ballroom is located in a completely different wing/extension of the hotel so it felt like its own wedding venue but having the hotel there for our guests and getting ready was great! The night was absolutely perfect and everything I could have wanted. The food was great, the room looked beautiful and everyone was so helpful. Multiple guests have called to say it was one of the best they have ever been to!! The manager/planner Mindy was fantastic and had everything covered so it came together easily. I would definitely recommend this venue.
