The 7,000-square-foot Tiffany Ballroom is breezy and bright, with blue-hued, variegated carpeting. The high ceilings and metallic paint bring a sense of sophistication into the decor. Thanks to the many windows, natural light falls into the ballroom for a warm feel. Couples celebrating their nuptials here do so in style. The event planners at this hotel enjoy transforming their elegant ballroom into a couple’s dream wedding scene. We booked the Tiffany Ballroom for our September 2024 wedding and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We worked with wedding coordinator Jayme Dalipovic throughout the whole process. Jayme was quick to respond to all of our questions and was always happy to give suggestions when we needed them. She was super flexible and was even able to make changes up until the week of the wedding for us! We had a lot of out of town guests and it was great to have a room block right there on-site. It was so convenient for everyone to come and stay over without the need to plan for transportation! Tiffany Ballroom also made the planning process SO easy with their all-inclusive model and their contracted vendors. All of them work seamlessly together on the day of to deliver. You do not need to worry about ANYTHING. They literally do all of the work for you. The food, drinks, and service were all top notch as well. Family and friends continue to compliment us on both! I was amazed that at the end of the night their team informed us everything was all packed up and ready to go for us. We did not have to lift a finger or even THINK about it! Thank you to Jayme and team for a wonderful night!
We had our wedding here in August, it was beautiful! We had our ceremony outside at the pavilion and it was just beautiful as I imagined it to be. Our coordinator, Jayme and the banquet staff were amazing and all very nice. Jayme worked with us throughout the entire planning process and was always available to answer our questions. At the wedding the banquet staffed was attentive and they made sure we ate enough. The food is AMAZING! Our guest are still talking about how good the food was. We loved everything, the hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Jayme Dalipovic, Catering Sales manager at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Norwood MA, was absolutely fabulous to work with, right down to the smallest detail. Her hospitality and courtesies were amazing.
Everything was superb. All the guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and the quality of the food and service.
She and her team did an outstanding job in keeping everything running smoothly.
My wife and I praised her for the attention to all the little details that went into making John and Mical's wedding day special and perfect.

This venue has it all! They can accommodate all of your ideas and bring them to life. They have a beautiful outdoor ceremony location and our entire wedding day/night went smoothly. The Tiffany Ballroom was amazing! When we looked at venues, we wanted convenience for planning everything and for our guests. Tiffany had everything! The packages were convenient. We chose the platinum package and it made the planning process much easier. The food, the staff, and the vendors were all wonderful! We worked with Jayme and she was so helpful always responding right away to answer any questions every step of the way of wedding planning. We got married in December and she made our vision come to life including helping with all of our Christmas decorations. The venue also had great picture locations around the hotel. All of our guests raved about their meals, the service, and the convenience of the hotel having everything all in one spot. We absolutely recommend Tiffany Ballroom!

We booked with the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood a little over two years ago for our wedding of 70 guests in December of 2023, after looking for a high value, reasonably priced venue in the Boston area. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism of Mindy Keyes, who knew every detail of the venue and how we could easily bring our vision to life. It’s hard to imagine that you could even get a better deal for your money anywhere else, especially when you consider that the service charge and tax is already baked in. They offer multiple packages to fit all shapes and sizes of weddings and the best thing was EVERYTHING was included in the one price. When I say everything, I literally mean EVERYTHING! Their packages not only included the use of the rooms or food but also included Flowers, DJ, and cake services as well! If you want to add on to what your basic package offers, you can even do that as well with each vendor! The bottom line is, on the day of your event, Four Points by Sheraton Norwood shows up and executes flawlessly, from the décor to the food, to the event management. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had. We can’t thank the team from Four Points by Sheraton Norwood enough!

The Tiffany Ballroom is the perfect place for a wedding. We had both of our daughters weddings here. Jayme is exceptionally great to deal with. When our second daughter was looking for a place for her wedding we looked at different places but changed her date to have it at the Tiffany Ballroom and we were so glad we did. Jayme is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. Every detail is handled by Jayme. Our daughter’s ceremony was at the ballroom and it was beautiful. Jayme coordinated everything and it went off perfectly. The food is great from the appetizers to dessert. The dinner choices are great and everyone loved the food. I highly recommend Jayme and the Tiffany Ballroom.

Mindy and her entire team at the Tiffany Ballroom were incredible to work with. What really sold us on the Tiffany Ballroom was how inclusive their packages are- we chose the Platinum package which included our DJ, flowers AND wedding cake. We met with each of those vendors separately, and they were incredible. The working relationship the hotel has with each of these local businesses is incredible.
Mindy is an expert in her field and made the planning & decision making process so easy for us from start to finish. To round out the entire experience, every single team member (servers, bartenders, hotel staff, etc.) treated us and our guests like gold ever step of the way. I highly recommend the Tiffany Ballroom and Four Points in Norwood for your big day!!

Everyone at the Four Points was incredibly professional and make our wedding perfect. Jayme was always in contact and precise with all planning from the first day of preparation to the day of. All the vendors who worked with the Four Points worked so well together from flowers to cake to the photography and videography which were all referrals from the venue. We chose the Sheraton Four Points in Norwood as our wedding venue approximately 18 months before the event and right from the beginning, we knew we made the right decision. Our wedding coordinator, Jayme D., assisted us every step of the way. She was responsive to all our questions and communicated regularly to keep our planning on track.
Because our package included flowers, cake and the DJ, it made things less stressful while still allowing us lots of individual choices to make our day special. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were professional and responsive. The ballroom and photo areas were beautiful and unique. And the guest rooms were well maintained and clean.
Again, we cannot not say enough wonderful things about Jayme and the entire experience at the Sheraton Four Points in Norwood. Our day was perfect, everything we hoped it would be!

We had our reception at The Tiffany Ballroom over Labor Day weekend. It was the best time! Jayme was always so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and the day of. She was so knowledgeable and gave great advice about what has worked well in the past.
We had our own designated wait staff to bring us our dinners, drinks and even let us know when our cake had been brought to our table. Such a great perk to make us feel special.
The package we chose included the florist, cake and DJ and it was the right decision. Everything was seamless and we did not have to worry about the vendors knowing what to do.
The guest loved the food and the cake. The DJ had us up dancing all night, which was exactly what I was hoping for. He really listened to what I was going for and played a good mix that all our guest could enjoy.
Overall, we highly recommend having your wedding at The Tiffany Ballroom.

I would highly recommend this venue. We had our daughter's Bat Mitzvah here and everything went smoothly. The event coordinator, Jayme was top-notch and guided us every step of the way. She was detail-oriented, friendly and professional. She took the anxiety out of planning such a big event and I had total faith in her every step of the way.

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding here. If you want a stress free wedding from planning to end this is the venue for you. Jayme was our go to gal and she was beyond proficient. She not only was professional she was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She went over and above my requests and made sure the event was perfect!
My daughter in laws parents came from Venezuela and Eddy was at the function and interpreted most everything to her family.
You have to look at the Tiffany ballroom and visit with the whole staff before you make a decision for your special day. 5 plus star event!

We had our daughter Bat Mitzvah at the Tiffany ballroom and I wish I had more reasons to hold an event there.
Let’s start the the beginning, months of planning and going back and forth on food, guests, setup and uiu name it and working with Jayme and her team was just amazing. She assured me all will be exactly as I wish, but she was wrong as it was even beyond everything I expected.
They turn the place upside down to be exactly what I imagined, staff was amazing and always helped with big smile, food was delicious and everything was just perfect.

We worked with Jayme, she was very helpful in picking a package, scheduling food tastings and organizing the scheduling for the day of our wedding. The banquet staff were incredibly nice and attentive specifically Anna and the banquet manager Eddie. The food, everything we ate was soo good I didn’t hear a negative thing from our guest!
The location and atmosphere of the ceramony and reception was gorgeous again didn’t not disappoint with me or my guest!

Our experience with the Tiffany Ballroom was amazing! Every little detail was accounted for, the food was delicious and the planning process was super stress free! Jayme was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and was very responsive with all our questions. When we were looking for a venue we wanted a place that had a lot of amenities included (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and hotel stay). Not only did the Tiffany Ballroom have all of what we were looking for included, they had tiers of vendors you could add in which removed so much stress of having to find flowers, cake and a DJ (all of which were so wonderful to work with!!) They also have great relationships with so many local vendors which made the process of finding everyone else super easy! We had a lot of out of town guests attend and they all spoke so highly of the hotel and everything it has to offer.
A little rain on our wedding day was not going to stop us from having an amazing time! Mindy made sure we were still able to get photos outside and the set up for our ceremony inside was perfect! Overall, wish I could I relive this day again because everything turned out how we wished it would thanks to all staff at the Four Points Sheraton!

I would highly recommend All Couples to have their wedding in the Tiffany Ballroom at Four Points Sheraton In Norwood. Jayme was the most professional coordinator. She literally answered all big and/or small questions we had. She was extremely accommodating and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job, which is so nice to see. In fact people are still talking about the wedding and the food days later. If you want a beautiful, classy, elegant wedding, have it in the Tiffany Ballroom.

The Tiffany Ballroom at the Four Points was truly an amazing venue for our wedding! We got the privilege of having Jayme as our go-to person for everything leading up to our special day. Jayme was truly, without a doubt, outstanding. Everything from her communication, personality, experience and dedication, we knew Four Points and having Jayme as our go to girl, it was the perfect fit for us. Jayme made everything as simple and fun as possible for us and helped us every step of the way.
The food, the DJ (we hired the DJ Four Points typically uses), the coordination, staff and everything was beyond our expectations. The venue itself is impeccable from the ballroom, bathrooms to the outdoor patio. We could not have been happier with the dedication, support and experience we had here. I highly recommend them as a venue for any and every event you may have.

To start, if you are looking for your bag for your buck, this is the place. Jayme was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or requests I had. I appreciated that she checked in on us throughout the entire process. Choosing a package made everything a lot easier and a lot less stress. All the vendors included in the packages were great. All the staff at the hotel were nice and friendly, especially the concierge. The food was delicious and the guest loved the options that were offered. Compared to other venues in the area, this was the best choice for a reason.

My experience with the Tiffany Ballroom was amazing. They are extremely professional, know what they are doing, and made my day stress free. Jaime was amazing, very responsive to all our questions, honest, and willing to incorporate all the merging cultural traditions between my family and my husbands family into the ceremony and reception. Every guest commented on how well the cultures blended and how well the whole day went. I recommend the biggest package because it ensures you have the flowers, cake, dj, and the on-site catering already set and we really only needed to pick out makeup/hair and photographer. I could not recommend this venue and Jaime enough.

I do not have enough words to express how wonderful the entire Four Points staff was for our wedding. We worked with Mindy and she was amazing from beginning to end of the planning process, helping us create the perfect event in the Zachariah’s dining room.
The package that the Four Points offers is unbeatable. All of the vendors included (Cake, DJ, Flowers) were top tier and made the wedding planning process as stress free as possible. So many of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the food, drinks, and cake were, but most importantly, they continue to talk about how great the staff was throughout the hotel. As the bride, I can say that Mindy and her staff (especially Jeffrey and Jean) went above and beyond all day to make sure we had what we needed. THANK YOU for helping us make our perfect day a reality.

Mindy was fantastic. She answered ALL of our questions and her positive attitude made everything much less stressful. The staff on the day was excellent. Even people at the front desk and throughout the halls were so nice and friendly. Everyone at the hotel seemed to know who you were as the bride or groom and made you feel warm and welcome. The food was great and they even accommodated some picky requests! Best of all the price was VERY reasonable. Compared to other venues in the area, we are certainly glad we picked this one!

Jayme was incredible to work with and the Tiffany Ballroom was a stunning ceremony and reception location for our special day! All of our guests complimented how amazing the food was (they are still talking about it) and were blown away with the level of the white-glove service they received during the reception. When we started searching for a venue last year, we really wanted to book a location that offered a "full package" to refrain from reaching out to handfuls of florists/bakeries/DJs etc, and this fit the bill perfectly; while also being within our budget. I will say, we had to go out of package with each of their vendors to achieve the look and feel we wanted for our day, which is just something to be mindful of if you too have a specific color palette/theme/look you're seeking. Jayme was fantastic in this aspect with her level of communication to our vendors and the execution in setting up our reception hall to achieve that overall look for us. Our hotel block was fully booked by our guests and I'd also like to note that almost everyone looked for us the day after to share how incredibly clean/comfortable/and lovely their stay was. Overall, I highly recommend The Tiffany Ballroom for an on-site ceremony and reception area.

My now wife and I were torn between house first or wedding first. We chose house and then wedding. After being fresh off a move to Norwood and just getting over that stress, planning a wedding seemed even more stressful. I happened to see the Four Points on my way home from work one day and suggested that we check it out to my wife. I am very glad I did, because we met Jayme. She is a true veteran of her position and has great communication. We knew the cost of everything up front with no surprises and preferred venders they work closely with which made planning seamless. Everyone was great. Jayme never steered us wrong and was always there if we needed to double check something with the cake vendor,DJ, flowers, etc. Then the day of really blew us away. It was a flawless day with excellent service in an amazing setting. We got so many comments on how there seemed to be a fun surprise at every corner. Also during the day we felt like a royal couple by the amount of attention and hospitality we received from the service staff. Such an amazing experience all due to excellent planning and a committed team who really cares. The Tiffany Ballroom at the Four Points was unbelievable.

I'm so glad we decided to have my daughter's wedding at this venue! The indoor and outdoor space was lovely, the food was delicious, and the guests spoke so highly of the hotel. Working with Mindy was easy, and we felt so taken care of and like she was on top of everything. Most of all, we appreciated that the chef and venue went out of their way to make everything gluten-free for my daughter's needs. They even made homemade GF biscotti! The full package! I had been to two weddings at Four Points in Norwood and was hesitant to "copy" the same venue. I wanted a hotel that could accommodate a big wedding and was convenient to Boston. I am SO glad I went with Four Points. Both brides I knew recommended them highly, and as a guest I had a great experience. As a bride, I can not rave about them enough. From our initial meeting to the late night after party, the staff at Four Points was incredible. Jayme was our planner and she had answers to every one of my questions. She is professional, accommodating, and just wonderful to work with. We had a 250+ wedding and even with this size, our guests were raving about the service and food. The menu options (both cocktail hour and dinner) are amazing. The head table had a dedicated server who took exceptional care of us and made sure my husband and I had enough food, water, and drinks. I definitely recommend working with their preferred vendor list, as the teams all work seamlessly together. I didn't have to think about a thing the day of the wedding. There were scattered showers on our day so we ended up moving cocktail hour from the patio to the hotel hallway, which worked out great. Once the rain stopped, guests mingled on the patio and we took all of our group shots out there. It is also a HUGE bonus to have the outdoor "bridge" behind the hotel to take bridal portraits at. It doesn't look like anything grand in person, but photographs beautifully. My photographer loved it. I really cannot recommend Four Points Sheraton enough! So smooth, easiest decision! Book them!

We could not have asked for a better venue. Jayme and Mindy were a pleasure to work with and always were there with the little things you didn't even realize you were missing, like a bustle on your dress! The food was phenomenal- we are still getting compliments on the appetizers! The wait staff is super attentive to the bride and groom as well as the parents making sure you eat throughout the night and that you remain hydrated. We originally planned to have a destination wedding, 3 months out plans changed but we didn’t want to wait to get married. We stumbled upon this venue and went to look at it. We were having a wedding on the smaller side (50 people), so our wedding coordinator, Jayme D. suggested we use their smaller area, Zachariah’s. We absolutely loved it when we saw it! We were having our wedding ceremony there as well, and used the pool area for that which was absolutely gorgeous. Jayme could not have been more helpful, without her we would not have been able to plan our whole wedding from the ground up in 3 months. Our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, if not better! The waitstaff and bartenders were so attentive the night of our wedding and the food was amazing, none of our guests have stopped talking about how great the food was. Jayme was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really helped me along the process and helped me understand how everything works. She was very responsive and did a great job keeping on tops of things. On the day of the wedding- I was absolutely stunned on how beautiful things came out. I had a picture in my head that Jayme helped bring that vision to life. It was BETTER than what I imagined. She also was a great resource and liaison for 3rd party vendors like the uplights and the ice sculpture. The venue is already gorgeous and Jayme just helped me put my spin on things. I should also mention too that the whole staff there is absolutely wonderful. I forgot her name but she was head-waitress assigned to me and my husband to make sure we were good for the night. She helped with my shoes, my dress/bustle (she even helped me pick out leaves and twigs from my dress after pictures). Jayme's husband also works there! The whole process was made so easy with Jayme and her team and I wouldn't change a thing.

I had absolutely nothing to worry about before, during, or after my wedding. Everything was perfect!!! The staff, the vendors, the set up, and the food was excellent!!! I would recommend this venue over and over again. Words can not explain how put together my event was!! My guests were in awe! Even if you don't know where to begin, this venue will practically do it for you. Don't get me wrong, your original ideas are as welcoming as every person that would be involved with helping you prepare for your day!!! I wanted to do the whole thing over again, just for fun!

Alan and I got married on June 13, 2021.
This was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the outside terrace area which was beautiful and our reception was in the Tiffany ballroom.
Jayme Dalipovic is amazing! She helped us throughout the planning process and answered all of our questions I had until the day of. My mother and I had a lot of questions, and emailed/texted them back and forth so many times. She was both very professional, nice, and easy to talk to. The wedding was amazing and couldn’t have wished for a better turn out.

We used the Zachariah room as we had 65 guests. It was perfect! The staff was amazing, Delores was assigned to us as the Bride and Groom. She was on her game. Mindy, was our wedding coordinator and she was awesome. She answered every email like we were her only clients. Even during Covid she didn't miss a beat. Our reception was Flawless. Beyond happy with the experience we had with them.

We had a wonderful wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom. The food was delicious and there were so many great apps to choose from. The venue has it all from an outdoor terrace for your ceremony, a reception room and a hotel for guests. It was nice not having to travel far to get from place to place. Jayme was excellent and went above and beyond to make it a great day. The hotel has some great spots landscaped for taking pictures. Overall I would highly recommend them for hosting any event.

I highly recommend people look into this venue for any event, but especially weddings. Our event planner Jayme has gone above and beyond to ensure we have the wedding we envisioned. The hotel recently underwent a renovation and it looks beautiful. The wedding packages were the best we saw and we toured several venues after viewing Four Points, and nothing compared. Given COVID-19, the event coordinators have been so accommodating and flexible. We can't wait to experience all this venue is offering. I suggest folks check out thier website and let the pictures tell the story.

Jayme has been wonderful! The first tour was great. Even though we toured on a cold day in December and we could picture our June wedding!! Throughout the planning process, Jayme was attentive, helpful, and kind in our in person meetings as well as emails. We attended an open house as well during our engagement. We got to try the food and desserts. It was also helpful to envision our tables. Both Jayme and Mindy came up to us to talk about our plans. It was such a personalized experience at the open house knowing they cared about our wedding day and all the little extras we wanted.
We have now postponed twice due to Covid-19 but Jayme had made it flawless. She made the calls to our vendors (Cake, flowers, & DJ) and took out the stress for us. Her team also changed hotel reservations for our guests. Postponing your dream day due to a pandemic is hard enough but Jayme have been a great help. We can’t wait to host our wedding in 2021!!

I can’t say enough about the Tiffany Ballroom. My Fiancé and I have had such an amazing experience while planning our wedding. Especially with everything that has been going on with COVID, the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to have our special day celebrated at this beautiful location!

Not sure where to even begin, The Tiffany Ballroom is everything you would want in a venue and more! From the all inclusive package, to the beautiful grounds, amazing staff, awesome food, and easy hotel access this is your spot for your dream wedding. Sadly, my fiance and I had to cancel our wedding due to COVID19. It was one of the hardest decision to make but Jayme was with us every step of the way. Always promptly responding to emails and even making time out of her evening with her kids to help us navigate during these crazy times. You hear horror stories about venues, but canceling with Tiffany Ballroom was a very easy process. The vendors that are included are top notch and well known in the area. You will NOT be disappointed with booking your wedding at The Tiffany Ballroom.

Planning a wedding over the past year has been everything but easy. COVID-19 took over a lot of the excitement we had around planning our venue, but thank goodness for the on-site catering sales manager Jayme Dalipovic (Baker) at the Four Points Sheraton, Norwood. She responded to all of my frantic emails, with over 10 questions in each, that I would send her after all of the announcements about the phases. She met with me over videos calls and supported my fiancé and I with clarity about phase reopening and how it was impacting Hotels & Venues. We are very thankful for her support and transparency over the past few months. We are also extremely thankful to the Four Points for the extremely smooth transition in having to cancel our venue due to COVID-19.
HIGHLY recommend this amazing Venue !

Choosing a wedding venue can be nerve wracking and worrisome. How do we choose a place to cater to our needs, offer us the warmth of a family-like atmosphere, and the simple elegance of the fairytale we’d both been dreaming of since the day we got engaged? Luckily, on our first visit to the Four Points by Sheraton we met Catering Sales Manager Jayme Dalipovic. She talked us through all the details, and off the ledge various times (did I mention planning a wedding can be stressful?). Her kindness, patience, and ability to put us at ease were invaluable. She was there to guide us to the best day of our lives. On the day, the weather was iffy, but I think Jayme made a call to someone to get the sun to come out right before the ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch. The support staff catered to our every need. Down to our own personal server Dolores, who delivered us everything we needed as the music played, and the cameras flashed.
The food was spectacular. The passed apps were delicious, and the main courses were 5-star. Kudos to the chef and the entire kitchen staff. It was a day we’ll never forget, and Jayme and everyone at the Four Points by Sheraton was top notch.

EVERYTHING!! About my experience was AMAZING!! I would consider myself an indecisive, maybe at times difficult bride. However, with the level of professionalism from Jayme and her team you would think I was easy peezy! (LOL) I felt like a princess from the moment I chose this location, till now! The food, the location, the level of service, I mean I can go on about how perfect the day was..REALLY! I strongly suggest Checking out "Tiffany Ballroom". it wasn't just my experience that makes me rave about this place, it's the fact that EVERYONE who attended felt like royalty from the level of service provided! We had our wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom in July. It was the first wedding hosted in their newly renovated ballroom and I can’t begin to explain how beautiful and perfect everything was. Since the day we chose the Tiffany Ballroom for our wedding, we worked closely with Jayme Dalipovic to plan every detail. On the day of the wedding, she stayed with us to make sure everything was according to plan. I can honestly say that I had my dream wedding thanks to the wonderful staff at the Tiffany Ballroom. I did not have to make a single phone call on the day of because everything went that smoothly. Guests could not stop raving about the food! I would recommend the Tiffany Ballroom to anyone looking to have a beautiful, fun, and stress-free wedding!
