nning and so inherently beautiful. That was important to me as I was not interested in doing crazy florals/decorations. Not to mention, they do have their own stock of decorations for use! The venue made it so easy to create such an aesthetic event. The food was INCREDIBLE. I had so many people come up to me to tell me it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Definitely get the Blooming Onion Chicken! They have so many unique options to create such a special event. From the champagne wall to greet guests, all the way down to the honey cinnamon butter, everything was so unique! I love that they have late-night snacks too, those were a hit!  The order and the flow of events was so perfect, all thanks to the Timberlodge. Tanya sat down with us and had everything laid out down to the minute. It made for such a smooth day. Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. Tanya was an absolute delight to work with and is so talented. We are so thankful for her!

. our coordinator megan was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed for our day and everything turned out perfect. the team decorated the space with our decor exactly how we wanted and the food was amazing, our guests couldn’t get enough of it and the white glove package is so worth it!! our guests enjoyed all the outdoor games and the wide open spaces to congregate. the dance floor was amazing always packed and we decided to have 2 bars and do not regret it! the customizable options for floor plans and decor really allow you to have everything you could want. our only negative was there are a lot of add ons for additional costs that sometimes feel a bit much or that we found other venues may include but they didn’t. overall, we 100000% recommend having your wedding at the Timberlodge!! if we could do it all over again here, we would!!

an expensive venue but has a beautiful location and great buildings. The food was not the best but not terrible. The staff that worked with my wife and I were wonderful. Kayla was our "wedding coordinator" and she was lovely. It did feel like a very loose term for the wedding coordinator but during the event she was extremely attentive and helpful. The reason for the one-star review is due to the venue itself and its management team. We had a Saturday, 2/15/25, wedding and there was a wedding there on Friday, the night before. Again, this is all to be expected given this is a golf course and wedding venue. During the winter, they would need to get as much business renting out the space. We had our concerns but again, this was on the pricier side of wedding venues, and you would expect that booking 2 nights in a row should not be a problem for them. Oh, but we were wrong, and I have receipts for everything and gladly explain the details to anyone. The problem was with their plumbing. Before our wedding event even started, their toilets backed up and for the remainder of the night, the venue smelled of sewage. This was about 130 people at the wedding. Pregnant women and handicap people were in attendance. Thank God we had hired buses to help people get back to the hotels safely. Our hired drivers were willing to transfer guests to the other venue to use their facilities. This screwed up our bus schedule for the end of the night. Also, the venue did not put up any signs or directions on what to do if you had to use the restroom. As we are in the middle of our wedding with family and friends from all over, what can we do? We rolled with it. Here is where the sad truth of the company and management team comes into play. As a respected client, I reached out to Arrowhead and asked to speak with someone about how unsatisfied I was with the venue. I did not want to write a review until I gave the company a chance to make it right. After reaching out via email, I was put in contact with the property manager (PM). This gentleman was really a piece of work. At no point in our conversations did he give me the respect of a valued customer. We had to pay for everything up front, which is probably why they don’t seem to care The first conversation started out with the PM telling me that the venue had to get an emergency plumber out to the venue to fix the backed-up pipes and that he could bill my wife and I for that charge. I tried to explain to the property manager that I am an upset customer and would appreciate the company making it right. The PM claimed to be an ex-lawyer, which he liked to remind me of constantly throughout our conversation. During this conversation, I let the PM know that I was not seeking legal action and simply wanted to be compensated for the unsatisfactory product, which is the price of a new car. I told them that he could prevent bad reviews by giving us some money back. This sent the PM off. He began to threaten to sue me if I were to write a bad review. We ended the conversation with the property manager, going to reach out to the owners to try and meet my request. Keep in mind my request would only hurt their margin a little, not at all make them lose money for the night. The property manager told me he would get back to me within the week. I took 3 more weeks to hear back. After reaching out multiple times, the PM told me their final low-ball offer but said I would have to sign an NDA. I would rather write an honest review so other customers can fully understand the company they are working with. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DON’T CARE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I would be concerned that they will continue to have plumbing issues.

a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. The white glove package relieved a ton of potential planning headaches and stress. Stephanie and her team were able to keep the day running smoothly. Even with an intense rain shower minutes before the ceremony was about to start, we were still able to have our outdoor ceremony after the crew dried all the chairs. The food was incredible and the venue was able to accommodate numerous food allergies. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to price. Every little thing has a cost as an additional fee. With that said it was everything that we could have asked for.

on we fell in love with this venue. She was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable on everything to do with the venue. She set the tone with her professionalism and personable self. Stephanie was our coordinator and truly helped make our wedding a dream. She was always available and easy to get ahold of. The night of the wedding she ran around to make sure everything was perfect and was always available for us. She was so accommodating and gave us ideas to make the wedding even better than we could've imagined. The staff at The Timberlodge is unmatched.

ugh. It was stunning inside and out, the staff was amazing, the food was so good, and the day couldn’t have gone any smoother. From the grounds, to the patios, the beautiful decor, to the staff was just WOW. My husband and I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Our coordinator, Hannah, was incredible. She was constantly running to get us drinks, making sure everything was on time, wrangling us up for events, etc. From day 1 after booking, we were in constant contact with the venue. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and just made us feel special the entire time. The staff at the Timberlodge truly made ALL of our dreams come true.

Other vendors that we hired gave glowing reviews of The Timberlodge and ensured us that they really have their stuff together in a way only an experienced, hard-working staff can provide. We worked with Paige as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. She answered all of our questions promptly whenever they came up. She kept us on schedule with regards to planning activities, and she worked really well with us with coordinating activities on wedding day. offered so much decor to us so we didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg on everything. Our day of coordinator was Michael and he was the best possible thing that could have happened to us. From all of the planning conversations to the day of he was on top of everything and was so friendly. Our parents and families were so impressed by his professionalism and how he kept things going on the day of. All of our guest had nothing but amazing things to say about the venue in and of itself. We would recommend The Timberlodge to anyone who is looking for a venue in WNY.

Paige our wedding coordinator there was everything we could have asked for and more. She was there whenever we needed her during the planning process and made everything as easy as possible for us. She answered all my questions and was the kindest person to work with. I would recommended her time and time again. Tanya our day of coordinator was awesome as well and made the day run smoothly. Overall I would give my Timberlodge experience 10 stars and I wish I could relive my wedding day over there again and again!

I felt like I barely had to do anything outside of guest counts and an overall description of what we wanted! She handled everything and was so patient with me when we had no clue what we wanted and when I would make changes, and I didn’t need to handle any vendor business talk at all the day of our wedding which took off so much stress!!! The food, AMAZING!!!!! Wish I would have sat down and actually ate a whole plate!! The bar was so beautiful and amazing, drinks were quick and the bar staff was so nice. Hannah also walked us perfectly through the ceremony and was ready with drinks for us when we came back down the aisle!! Huge points in my book! And we were allowed to bring our fur baby pup to be a part of the ceremony! Honestly could not have asked for anything to have gone any better!! Thank you guys!

Our wedding coordinator Hannah went above and beyond in every aspect, from the ceremony to the menu and everything in between she made everything run flawlessly. We booked The White Glove Package which took away so much of our stress during the planning process. We had constant communication with Hannah who always answered our endless questions quickly and effectively. Our actual wedding day went so perfectly, and I know for a fact that was due to Hannah and the Timberlodge staff running everything behind the scenes. It rained for a majority of our wedding day and the staff made sure we still had a beautiful location for our ceremony that was protected from the rain. We received so many compliments during and after the wedding about everything (ESPECIALLY for that lobster Mac and cheese)! Thank you to Hannah and the entire Timberlodge day for making our wedding day truly memorable!

let me say this place is beautiful. They setup all of our signs and seating. Displayed the cupcakes we had and made them look great. All of the appetizers and main courses were also great. The bartender made delicious drinks all night too. People also talked about how great the food and drinks were as well. We're very thankful for all the staff there as it was certainly a night to remember.

fiancé and I booked a tour and the location was even more beautiful in person compared to the photos. Our tour was very informative and all our questions were answered before we left. After speaking with Krystle my fiancé and I knew that the timberlodge was the location we wanted out weeding. With being from out of state Krystle helped communicate via email to conduct the booking process so we could have our wedding at this location.

Her calm and collected attitude was reassuring to me through the whole planning process that all of our requests would be handled and that the team would put on the wedding we had envisioned. We truly appreciated the flexibility that Jade and her team offered to us, as our wedding fell on the weekend of a historic snowstorm. We were not sure if our wedding would still be able to go on, but Jade helped reassure that we could push the wedding forward a day or two if safety would be an issue for the staff and our guests. Jade clearly is seasoned in her job as a coordinator, and was amazing at her job in executing our wedding. Because of the snow and cold, we had to move everything inside. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the whole venue looked set up for our wedding, even though some of the setup was not what Jade and I had planned; she did an amazing job implementing our vision when things needed to change last minute. Jade was prompt and clear to the changes we needed to make to hold the ceremony inside, and everything went off beautifully! All of the pricing was clear even before booking, and everything was laid our clearly in the contract. We were not subjected to any "surprise" charges after we booked. We are so happy that we chose the Timberlodge as our wedding venue!

Day of she was very attentive and checked on me frequently. During dinner she knew we loved the mac n’ cheese so much that she even gave us a huge bowl all for our table! Jade always checked with me before doing anything because there were a lot of different moving parts and conflicting opinions, but she made sure my husband and I came first over anything else and gave us the wedding of my dreams. Even after the fact I left a very special necklace at the venue and she found it and held it for a month until I could come get it. She was very flexible and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator on site. I would recommend if you do a wedding at Timberlodge to request Jade as your person because she is follows your vision and makes you important.

he kindest person with a big heart, she is the hardest worker. She has a way with reading your mind and knowing what you need before you even realize you need it. There were so many little touches that she did during the entire evening that just made my husband and I fee so special, and the fact that she was able to wrangle our wedding party and have everyone in their place is a miracle in itself. She always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand, she saved us a plate of hors d’oeuvres, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. The bones of the venue are so beautiful, and Jade made sure everything was set up perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious & the late night we had come out was to die for. All of the staff was so respectful, and helpful. At the end of the night we had a guest lock their keys in their car and needed enterprise to come handle that and staff members stayed so that didn’t have to wait outside in the cold. It’s things like this that make this venue 10000000/10. I’m sure the staff wanted to go home too they worked hard all day, yet they continued to go above and beyond. I cannot speak higher of this venue, and Jade as coordinator.
