Since there are no reviews here since 2019, I thought I'd share our experience. Let me be clear, the venue is gorgeous and the food was great. I got so many compliments on that! BUT there were SO many issues with the people who run this place. ...The first thing happened within just a couple of weeks of booking this venue. They told me my date was available and we paid the deposit. I then booked my photographer and DJ, and then the club tells me the date I chose isn't actually available. We met with multiple different employees during this time. They all blamed one another for every mistake that was made. It was one big blame game. No one took accountability! As time passes, I go in to have my tasting. 2 women were there to take notes. I then go in a few weeks later to meet with another new employee to finalize details. She was confused by the notes left during our tasting by the other 2 women and I had to tell her everything we tried and wanted all over again. She said she had to make sure the dishes we had tasted were even on the correct menu they use for weddings. So then we go over details of when we can decorate the club. We were told from day 1, we could decorate the night before the wedding. But, of course, she tells me 2 months before the wedding, we can't decorate until the morning of. That was a huge concern to me but she then says we can get in as early as 6am to decorate so its no big deal. A couple weeks go by and my mom calls just to confirm that someone will be there to let us in Saturday morning to decorate. And guess what? She tells us we can't decorate until NOON on Saturday. And I misunderstood her at our meeting. Lol. I can't stress enough how many times we got completely different answers from people at the club. And another thing.. we also said from day 1 we wanted gold chairs with ivory cushions. I only found out from an email they had put in the chair order for black chairs with black cushions. At that point, I couldn't comprehend how many times they messed something up. I emailed back saying that is not what we asked for. She tells me that was a "mistype" but also blamed it on another women who works there claiming she just assumed I wanted all black.. so was it a mistype or did she just assume I wanted black? Anyways, they got me the gold chairs in the end. I'm so glad I had 2 wedding planners to help us the day of the wedding. I'm not sure what we would've done without them. If you book this venue, make sure you have a wedding planner! We wouldn't have had time to decorate and get ready on the same day without them. One last thing, we got drink toppers and stir sticks to be placed in the drinks at the reception. I never received any in my drinks and none of the bridal party I've asked so far remember seeing anything like that. The club did say the drink toppers were too wide for some of the glasses. But I saw martini glasses that were plenty wide enough for them. They just didn't seem to try very hard. I'm sure there's more things I'm missing. I left that venue multiple times in tears. So venue A+ , staff D-
