me, however this company did not deliver what they promised. We were told the booth would be staffed by someone who would make the day extra special and who would make the photo book the "guest book" for our day. Unfortunately, I felt like we got their "B team" to do our wedding that day. The girl they sent did not greet guests, did not encourage them to sign next to their photo in the book and in fact spent most of her time on her cell phone, even sitting IN the booth at times. Poor customer service., We did not expect every guest to use the booth, but we were assured the staff person would make the experience FUN for those who did and make sure guests signed the photo book. This did not happen. The girl they sent was clearly not happy to be there. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when we received the photo book and saw that MOST of the photos did not have a signature or well wish next to it. This was supposed to be the guest book! When I called the staff with the Traveling Photo booth after the wedding to discuss my disappoint, I felt like I was treated like I was a liar and that I was making a big deal out of nothing. When I explained everything to management they defended their staff person and did not acknowledge my concerns . Extremely poor customer service. What I wanted was for them to understand how important this was and that we can't go back and relive the day. The photo book as the guest book concept is amazing, but only if it is signed by the guests. I believe the Traveling Photo Booth typically does a good job. It all depends on who they send to staff the booth. My recommendation to anyone renting from them is to get reassurance that they send someone who cares about your day, the photo booth experience and the finished product. My son is getting married in June 2018. We will be renting a photo booth from a different vendor.

This was a highlight of our wedding-- the photo album with the photo strips of our guests is priceless, especially as the evening went on! I loved that they would text the photos to anyone who wanted, and would print as many copies of the photo as people wanted. This was what we used as the "favor" for our wedding, and it didn't feel like something people were just going to throw away or leave on the tables. On the contrary, people loved it! Would highly recommend. No snags whatsoever.

nkfully, they still had one open for my date and I'm so glad we decided to book! We had Elisa as our photobooth attendant and she was great! The photobooth was set up and taken down with no issues or interruptions to anything else that was happening. Elisa also made sure to grab me and my now-Husband at the end of the night before they shit down to get a picture of just us two since she noticed we hadn't done that yet, which I'm so, so happy about. The price was very fair and I'm glad I went with a higher quality photobooth with unlimited prints and gear add-one rather than saving a few bucks and getting restrictions. The staff has also been really great about email communication. The CD of all our pictures was waiting for us when we came back from out honeymoon(so arrived within 9 days of our event). Elisa also made sure our guest book looked nice and all the pictures were straight and secure(which is a big deal to me!)

any guests didn’t get their photos texted to them as promised as part of an “upgrade.” As my mom was the one who paid the vendor, she contacted TPB about all of this and they responded to her with a generic apology and they offered Elisa's tip back plus $75 off toward a future booking. I am saddened by this as my wedding is now over, I did not get what we paid for and I do not need another booking rendering the $75 credit useless. While they did make little effort, I do not feel our frustrations were completely understood or taken seriously. They admitted to us that the booth was experiencing some technical difficulties, while they didn't cause them intentionally, it is also not our fault and I do not understand why we still have to pay full price for something that did not work fully, especially considering we did not receive what we were promised.

It seems like they have a ton of experience with most of the Twin Cities wedding venues, which is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Photo Booth for their wedding!

w if there was ever a time that there wasn't a line for the photo booth. Everyone loved the props and the attendant was so great. The next day my husband and I went through the book and it was so funny to see everyone's photos and captions. It is a great memory we will have forever!
