Where do we even start on this amazing wedding venue and team! Everything was flawless - from initial booking through the end of our event. The grounds are gorgeous and offered the perfect indoor/outdoor blend for our big day. We fell in love as soon as we saw it and knew this was the place we wanted to get married. As all of the other reviewers have highlighted - when you book the Trout Club, you also get the best wedding coordinator in the business, AMANDA. She and her team are fun, kind, organized and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how gorgeous & unique the venue was, how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and how perfectly smooth everything ran! Plus, the bartenders were a blast :) We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before as well and somehow they made it feel completely unique from the wedding itself. Once again, the service, food, atmosphere and organization was top notch. I could go on and on about how amazing our day was thanks to Amanda and her team at The Trout Club. You don't get this kind of experience everywhere and we'd have our wedding here again a million times over without hesitation. Thank you, TC!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at The Trout Club! The outdoor ceremony site was so beautiful and it was great having the reception area at the same venue! And it included food and alcohol which made planning our wedding easy and convenient. It was so amazing working with Amanda and Chique! They were both so helpful and accommodating the entire time we were planning our wedding. Amanda always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly and had a solution for everything! We are so grateful to have had such an amazing wedding at The Trout Club!

We could not speak more highly about our experience at the Trout Club. Not only was the venue beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Amanda was so on point with everything and organized down to every last detail to keep the day running smooth. From the moment we booked the venue until the day of the wedding, she was available whenever I had questions and provided a lot of great advice. Our guests all talked about how great the food, venue and overall experience was and we could not have asked for a better wedding.

Where do I even start with the Trout Club!? This place is amazing. The venue is awesome and provides the most beautiful location for indoor, in between glass pavilion, and outdoor setting all in one venue. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, and so did all of my guests! It really is quite unique. The food was literally 5 stars as well from appetizers to the main menu. If I am being honest though, the selling point for me to book my wedding at the Trout Club was all of the amazing things I heard about the wedding coordinator, Amanda. If you book your wedding venue here, you will work very closely with Amanda. Everything you hear about her is true - she’s the absolute best. She is diligent, organized, enthusiastic about her job, and is extremely flexible in making all of your wedding dreams come true. She will take all of the worry and stress about of your wedding day because you can trust that she has everything organized to the minute detail and your best interests in mind. I say all of these things because I truly had an amazing experience at the Trout Club and would recommend this place and Amanda to anyone. The entire staff helped make my wedding day the most magical! Thank you Trout Club!!!

Not only is this venue absolutely beautiful, the staff is outstanding. Amanda leads the way with her coordination and the team gets it done! I talked with Amanda about a few things that were important to me for our big day and she made sure those things were flawless! They made our day amazing and we could not have asked for more

We used their micro ceremony package for our wedding, and for what we got for the money we spent it was totally worth it. They planned everything for us and Amanda was great to work with. She made it easy for us to just enjoy our day by taking care of flowers, food, the cake, music, and the officiant. We also received a stay at the villa with this package which was very nice!

As the mother of the bride I cannot thank the Trout Club's amazing core of personnel: Amanda, Chique, Lonnie and the rest of the staff for all the love and support they gave my daughter and her husband on their wedding day. It was as perfect of a day as my daughter had dreamed of. All staff members went the extra mile to make sure everyone was all set for this monumental event. The venue, the ceremony, the travels around the course, the pictures, the food and the dancing we magical. Thank you TC for having a beautiful place where our families made wonderful memories!

The Trout Club was a one stop shop for us. They have an amazing menu and the venue has such scenic beauty for photos. Huge thanks to Amanda for making sure our big day was everything we wanted and more!

We can’t thank Amanda and her staff enough for the amazing experience we had with our wedding at the Trout Club. Amanda is fantastic to work with. She anticipated our needs and was extremely responsive to email, phone calls and text messages. Anytime we had a question or concern she was quick to respond to us. If we needed a vendor, she was ready with a list of companies she had worked with in the past and every vendor we used from her list absolutely knocked it out of the park.The staff was absolutely fantastic! From offering to help our elderly and disabled guests with food and drinks, to checking in throughout the day to see if there was anything the wedding party needed, Amanda and her staff made us feel like the most important people in the world. The food was delicious, we had both our rehearsal dinner and reception dinner there and the choices and quality of the food was incredible. They had plenty of options for our family which includes vegetarians, vegans, and, children. Everyone we talked to commented on how good the food was. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The golf course setting for the ceremony was beautiful with plenty of room for guests and a large wedding party. The course itself offered a plethora of picturesque settings for photos, including a perfect sunset backdrop on the hills. The TC Lounge and dining area was a perfect size for our needs with ample more space available if needed. The on site villas were fantastic for family travelling from out of town, and for those of the wedding party who wanted to stay on site. If we were to describe our experience with having our wedding at the Trout Club in one word, “Perfect” would be the only thing that would come close to doing it justice. We cannot recommend it enough

We got married October 10, 2020 at the Trout Club and it was perfect. The Trout Club is one of the most beautiful properties. Everything is well kept, the Club house itself is just gorgeous, and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Amanda, the special events coordinator, I don’t even know where to begin with her.. From my first message to her asking about the availability of 10.10.20, she was quick to respond and had us come in for a tour. She was super sweet, answered all our questions, and got us booked for our day. Then covid happened, and even through all that, Amanda reassured us that everything was going to work out, and it did. She’s very detail oriented and confident in what she does. I can’t imagine having gotten married without her! Even after the wedding, my husband reached out to her about my ring box that we couldn’t find, and she said she’d look for it. I didn’t have high hopes, as it’s a tiny ring box on a giant golf course lol But, she emailed me maybe a couple days later with a picture of it. She rallied up some people to search every golf cart and look around and found it! It’s the little things like this that make the Trout Club stand out among all the rest. I would definitely recommend the Trout Club for a wedding or any event. We hope to be back to visit soon!

If you are looking for an amazing vendor and amazing staff the Trout Club is the way to go! Amanda was absolutely amazing helping my Husband and I plan our dream wedding. She was very helpful with anything you could imagine! Planning during a pandemic was stressful enough and Amanda made it that much easier for us! I can not say enough good things about the Trout Club and Amanda! Over all the best experience I could have asked for! On the groom side the golf staff was amazing and helpful as well. They accommodated everything he wished for. All in all the Trout Club staff went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be visiting them again!

We are still over the moon with our experience at the Trout Club! They took such incredible care of us. The staff was so warm, helpful and made our day feel so special! When it rained and we had to go with our tented contingency plan, the staff leaned in to help us gather foliage and hang new decorations at the last minute. When one of our vendors did not follow through, they calmly and quickly helped us game plan and even better option. The event manager was unbelievably attentive and sweet. It felt like we were the only couple on her radar from the beginning. On top of all that, the venue is totally gorgeous! Our guests were in love with the whole experience! We could not be happier!

The perfect venue that had everything we needed. Amanda and team were so accommodating and helpful, making sure our day went as smooth as possible. The food was FABULOUS and our guests raved about the level of service and the uniqueness of the venue. Thank you to all involved who helped make this day perfect for us!

As a member of The Martini Affair (a wedding band based out of Columbus, Ohio) we have had the pleasure of performing several times at The Trout Club and each time has been a huge success in large part to the awesome staff they have. Beautiful location both outside and in. Highly recommended!

I had my dream wedding at The Trout Club on July 16th, 2017. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was excellent, and catered to my every need. The food was absolutely delicious. And of course, the venue itsself was absolutely beautiful. Amanda Reynolds, Scott Phillips, and Arlena did a fabulous job helping make everything perfect. Amanda especially did a wonderful job! I would give this venue 5 stars, and would recommend any future bride to consider looking at The Trout Club. It’s amazing!

The trout club was an amazing venue! It is gorgeous and the staff are amazing! The day was just how I hoped thanks to everyone there!

I had my fairytale wedding on July 3rd, 2016, at The Trout Club. This is the most beautiful, classy, outdoor venue, ever! The covered pavilion & two bar areas are absolutely beautiful. The outdoor stage and dance area are great for the band. The beautiful landscaping and the hillside bring you back to nature. The reasons that we loved it are as follows: Arlena, the event & wedding planner was there every step of the way. She is so sweet, and knows her stuff. I feel like she is a friend, now. Scott, the manager, did everything that he could to make sure that we were comfortable, and his smile shows that he loves what he does. Every single server & bartender love their job here, and the service was fantastic! The Chef, Swen, has a touch with every plate that was served, and the food was excellent. His recipes are out of sight! I could not have asked for a more magical day! We had 165 guests that thought the Trout Club was a beautiful place for a wedding, and many saying that it was the most fun wedding that they had ever attended. We also rented the four TC Villas for the night. A fabulous way to spend a night after having the wedding of our dreams!! Thank you to everyone at The Trout Club!! Mrs. Cat Cassady Everitt
