The only disappointed of my daughter’s wedding. They arrived 30 minutes late; Katie looked miserable and was unpleasant to guests the entire time; they left an almost full keg out in the sun without putting on ice or informing anyone; instead of telling the dad of the bride they would find out about the soda she was informed was bought, she simply said she didn’t have any; and the Photo Booth board broke during set up since was un-strategically placed in the wind.
Katie was offered multiple chances to apologize, and offer some accommodation, but only offered a partial refund of the photo board which was never used, and chose rather to receive a negative review.
This review is not about money, and we would have preferred good business sense and pleasant, reasonable customer service.
Beware, Katie seemed pleasant and capable prior to the event, ensuring she could easily accommodate our 100+ guests, but disappointedly did not.
I do not recommend using this company for any event, as there are many other mobile bar rentals to choose from.

Having the Twisted Tap Bar at our wedding was a great decision! The trailer bar is a beauty without the lovely decor they utilize at our wedding! Every drink was just phenomenal! The bartenders were so sweet and was a great addition to our dream team! Can't wait for our next event to hire them!

Katie and her team was absolutely amazing! So so helpful and fun to work with! They made delicious drinks and were so friendly. Katie made the process extremely easy and stress free. If you’re looking for the perfect bartenders they are it!! We 10000% recommend them for your wedding or event!

We used twisted tap mobile bar as the bar service for our wedding and we could not have more good things to say about Katie! The booking and planning process was so easy and Katie was so accommodating and willing to answer any questions. The decor that Katie provided was well thought out and went great with the rest of the evenings’ vibes. And the drinks were great! Katie made us two signature cocktails that all the guests loved. Also Katie and Jordan were just wonderful to work with - very kind and attentive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning en event. Worth every penny!

This is the second time I've worked with The Twisted Tap and it definitely won't be my last. Katie & Jordan are the consumate professionals providing detailed and creative elements, at cost effective prices, that made my client event a huge success!
If there was something I wanted and they didn't have it - Katie researched and found a vendor that could meet my budget and deadline. She took care of it all! Being able to work with one vendor as opposed to several makes my job easier. And our area at the event received numerous compliments of how beautiful everything was!
I recommend the Twisted Tap for weddings, corporate events and more.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, accommodating, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our guests were taken care of and had a fantastic time.
Moreover, the presentation and setup of the bar were impeccable, seamlessly blending with our wedding theme. The attention to detail was evident, and many of our guests praised the quality of service.
Overall, we highly recommend Katie and The Twisted Tap for any event. Their exceptional service, combined with their friendly staff and top-notch drinks, truly elevated our wedding celebration. We had the absolute pleasure of having this mobile bar service at our wedding, and we can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was. From the moment we contacted them to the last drink served, it was so seamless and everything was exactly what we were looking forward to. The mobile bar itself was a showstopper. It blended so great with our wedding decor and really elevated our bar scene. Katie and Jordan were so friendly and personable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our vision came to life! Katie and her team we’re absolutely amazing and life savers for my wedding day!! Our original Bartenders canceled on us 72hrs before my big day. We were blown away by how quickly this mobile bartender service responded to our urgent request. Within hours, they confirmed their availability, and helped me finish planning my bar service. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service and delicious cocktails. If you ever find yourself in a similar bind, I wholeheartedly recommend this mobile bar service. They turned a potential disaster into an unforgettable celebration!

Having a destination wedding in Palm Coast Florida, it was a challenge to trust in a vendor that you haven’t met or had the capability to meet. However, the Twisted Tap Bar was on top of every detail, had amazing and consistent communication with multiple check ins, and by far the best customer service we could have asked for. The owner was the sweetest women who really listened to what our expectations were, down to the decor we wanted on the bar to fit with our overall wedding. They went above and beyond with making sure we were able to have the cocktails we wanted on our special day. Amazing amazing experience by far and killer cocktails!
