Rose Springs Farm has incredible views, gorgeous decor and extraordinary amenities. We feature all the natural beauty of the foothills, plus all the class and southern charm of a timeless space. Rose Springs Farm boasts 6,250 square feet of ceremony and reception space, a prep kitchen, huge bridal suite, and a 1200 sqft. groom's cabin complete with a fishing dock and spectacular views. We have a new building with central heat and air, a 3500 sq.ft. porch that overlooks our 4 acre lake and over 100 acres of private land that sits just 3 miles from HWY 25. We also provide 400 chairs, 30 round tables, 300+ place settings of china, flatware, and glassware, decorations, and set-up and take down.

From the moment Shane and Amy showed us The Venue at Rose Springs Farm, we immediately knew it was the perfect venue for what we envisioned for the wedding. The property itself is breathtaking. The rolling hills, beautiful pond, gorgeous lighting, and every detail are thoughtfully designed. However, what truly sets this venue apart is the people behind it. Amy and Shane are the heart and soul of this venue, and their passion for what they do is felt in every interaction.
They took the time to really listen to our vision — even the more unconventional ideas — and not only embraced them, but enhanced them in ways we hadn’t even imagined. Their creativity, flexibility, and deep care turned our dream into a reality that was more beautiful than we ever thought possible.
Everyone warned us that “something will go wrong — it always does.” But… nothing did. The entire day ran flawlessly. Every detail — from vendor coordination to timeline management — was handled with such precision and calm that all we had to do was be present and enjoy every second.
Amy, Shane, and their team were several steps ahead of us at every turn. They anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them — ensuring we had a quiet moment alone before the ceremony, making sure we actually sat down and ate, and handling behind-the-scenes logistics so effortlessly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The peace of mind they gave us is priceless.
They made us feel like our wedding was the most important thing happening in the world that day — and it felt that way, too. The day unfolded with such ease and grace, allowing us to be fully immersed in every moment.

Rose Springs Farm is not only a beautiful venue, Amy and Shane do an amazing job of keeping it that way. They truly pay attention to all the little detail. The Venue itself is a great mix of rustic (outside) and formal (inside). The bridal suite is gorgeous and the guys even have a secluded little house where they can hang out before the event begins.
If you are looking for a beautiful Venue, run by great people, this is the spot for you!
As a mother of the bride the owners of this venue were awesome. They took so much stress off of me and made my daughter's day the perfect wedding
This is the best wedding venue you can choose. They'll adapt to whatever ideas you have but will also share advice you need. They take care of almost everything. You start as a customer and become a friend. They plan everything, take care of whatever goes wrong and they genuinely care about making your big day perfect. It's run by incredible people with wonderful staff. It's handicap accessible, which was important to me. With the decorations, coordination, views, and everything, you can't beat the price. They really do everything possible to make it magical for you!
Amazing venue! Amy and Shane were hands on throughout the whole process. Their staff went above and beyond on our wedding day and made everything magical, too. 10/10 recommend!
My son and his bride used this venue for their wedding and I must say Amy and Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The staff was very professional and accommodating and even joined in on the fun. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you Amy and Shane for making Aaron and Morgan's day so special.
The Clarks are amazing people and really care about the couples. We loved the venue it is gorgeous, big enough for large or small events with beautiful scenery. They have great prices for Friday and Saturday and everything came with that; such as decor tableware etc. She is also your coordinator for the day which makes things even easier. Above all else they really care for the couples above all else. I would recommend this venue for every single small or large event.
This venue is the best venue you could get! We were sold on the venue due to all of the beautiful things it includes! The owners are truly the most amazing people you could ever meet! They pray for you, care for you, and they truly try and help/ do anything they can for you! I was unsure of how i wanted my center pieces and she let me come up there multiple times to try and figure out what i would like and mess around with the decor! She also was my wedding coordinator and about 2/3 weeks before the wedding we sat down and went over everything, the day of she made sure everything ran smoothly! At the time they didn’t have the color napkins i wanted and the owner helped me find and order the perfect ones! She goes above and beyond for all of her customers! A really cool thing that my husband got to do was clay shoot on the day of the wedding! HE HAD SO MUCH FUN!! We are truly so blessed and thankful for this family! they’ve become really great friends of ours and they’ve blessed us in so many ways!!! We recommend them 100%!!
I had high hopes for this venue and we really took a chance on it as we booked before it was even built!The owners were great until the actual event then something switched… every time I turned around there was another rule. Stuff that was NOT in our contract even. We were sold on the perks of how much was included for no extra charge. The owner offered to coordinate when I went to show the venue to my mother in October for $100, then a few weeks before the wedding it was suddenly changed to $150. The kids were fussed at for playing football outside… mind you that we signed a limited liability contract if one of them were to get hurt. My husband was sold on the gun range near the grooms cabin then all of a sudden on the day of the wedding there’s an insurance we were never even told about! Plastic cups were used instead of the real glassware we were promised. It was a winter wedding so obviously it was cold outside. They had 2 propane heater trees and day before I was told that her husband would have to get those out but they didn’t have any propane… had we known this in time MY husband would have gotten them out and we would’ve brought propane ourselves! The main thing that really got me was that the owner cut off my bar and DJ at 9 pm! I will note we were not being unruly by any means. We paid these people to 10 and paid to have the venue until 11 and just because it was going to snow AFTER midnight we were Rushed out by 10. And I mean rushed!! Many of my guests from further away left due to the weather but we had every intention of staying a while longer. My parents were having to clean up during my wedding and the employees were packing up chairs. We were accused of breaking one of the vases due to a chip that was in the vase to start with. Then, right before we left we were told we needed to move the furniture back after the photographer moved them for pics. Just really petty stuff honestly. By the end of the night I was almost in tears…. On the most important day of my life thus far. Just buyer beware to read your contract fully and get everything in writing!
Amy and Shane are AMAZING. They go above and beyond with all of their couples and do everything they can to make your day what you dreamed it could be. They were there every step of the way, helping with decorations, finding vendors, set up, and clean up. They have so many beautiful decorations, linens, props, etc. already available at the venue which you would normally have to rent for extra money - a HUGE value! They are some of the kindest people we have met and the venue itself is GORGEOUS and peaceful. We can't thank them enough!
