Also, we will never show our venue while an event is taking place without the permission of the respective host. ound all the exchanges to be respectful, informative and cheerful. In none of the messages you expressed your discomfort or unhappiness with our manager. According to our manager’s record, he either talked or met with your now husband in 4 occasions. The 1st occasion was on January 21st, 2018 for the bar selection. The 2nd occasion was the day of your rehearsal ceremony when our manager welcome him to our venue. The 3rd occasion was at the end of your reception when our manager assisted your husband searching for the missing groom gift bag. The 4th occasion was on May 14th when your husband called our manager following up on the missing groom gift bag. In all 4 occasion, your husband expressed his appreciation for our work and service. According to our records, several days prior to your event, we provided you and your wedding coordinator our floorplan for your perusal. Two days prior to your event, we received your approved floorplan from your wedding coordinator to be used for the set-up of our room. As a customary practice, the day of the rehearsal ceremony, a walk-through of the room is done ensure your satisfaction with the venue set-up. Unfortunately, you were not happy with the approved floorplan and we proceeded to make the appropriate changes to meet your expectations. As a customary practice in the wedding industry, the day of your event and prior to your event, we had meetings with potential customers in our venue to showcase the beauty of our venue when all set. When it was brought to our attention your unhappiness with a couple meeting with our manager, the meeting was ended, and an apology given to your sister. Few minutes later, our manager met you in our bridal suite complementing your beauty and apologizing for the small incident. While we are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations, we are gratified by the beautiful pictures of your wedding and guests having a grand time!! We are also thankful for the many compliments that we received by many of your guests and husband. We are saddened that you chose a solemn day as Memorial Day to share your anger with our manager despite all the efforts made to respond to all your requests since your 1st contact in December 20th of 2017. Since you choose to use social media as weapon to discredit people’s and business’s reputation by publishing your review in at least 4 social media, we will in turn use this same response in the same social media. ing in our venue. As you agreed and signed, our contract required a minimum expenditure and a minimum cash bar consumption. Since your headcount was below the contracted size, we added at no additional cost several items such as charger plates and appetizers served butler style. Additionally, we accommodated every request you made including change the time of your event and the headcount even the day before of your wedding despite our contractual agreement to provide us your final headcount 14 days prior to your wedding date. Regarding our cash bar, you agreed to make the difference between minimum consumption ($1,000) and the amount that your guests paid ($484). This information was provided to your Grandfather, as per your email instructions, with a detailed invoice showing the amount owed. Your Grandfather thanked us, expressed his appreciation for our work and paid the invoice including a generous unsolicited tip for our bartender. Our cash bar service offering included beer for $6 (Bud Light, Boulevard Wheat & Corona), cocktails for $7 (Dewar’s Scotch, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Tanqueray Gin, 360 Vodka, Seagram’s VO Canadian Whisky, Jose Cuervo Special Tequila, & Bacardi Rum) and a signature drink for $7 (Grapefruit/Tangerine Margarita), Mimosas for $7 and wine for $8 (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon). We believe our bar offering was very generous and we did not hear any comments other than compliments in our service. In regard to our meeting in our bridal suite, I congratulated you and told you how beautiful you looked. I shared with you my concerns that with your increase in the headcount the day before, we may run short on lasagna and informed you that we have an alternative. You indicated that you didn’t care at all. As per your brother’s dietary requirement, it was agreed with your mother that she was going to handled. FYI, we plated and served his meal despite it was not our understanding as he had a severe condition needed your Mother’s attention. Unfortunately, your review has many falsehoods or exaggerations that did not take place including the water spillage incident, use of the microphone (it was used because no one can hear the speeches) and stopped of speech. As per the young lady at the buffet, I asked her to please use an unused/clean plate for her second service of pasta. It is a health safety requirement that clean plates are used when serving food in a buffet. Either way we are thankful for the numerous guests in your party that complimented our venue, service and food. We are also thankful for the compliments from your Grandfather and Mother. Moreover, we appreciate your stepfather’s compliments and thanks for our effort to making your wedding an amazing event despite the chaos and disorganization caused by your bridal party at your arrival. We sincerely apologize for your unhappiness with us and we are saddened by your need /anger to publish the same review in 4 different social media forums disregarding our effort and reputation.
