My daughter’s wedding was here on April 27th. Beautiful wedding weekend on Tim’s Ford Lake.

My husband and I got married here on April 27th and had an absolutely perfect wedding weekend! I grew up on Tim’s Ford Lake so not only was this venue very special to be but everything was just beautiful. From the bride and groom cottages to the ceremony site with the lake as a backdrop…we could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to say ‘I do’! The entire wedding planning process was a breeze thanks to Anna and Cindy and the Twin Creeks florist (Jen) was phenomenal to work with as well. I am never truly impressed with wedding food so to be honest my expectations were low but their catering was delicious and we still have friends and family tell us how wonderful the food was at the reception. We cannot say enough good things about Twin Creeks!!

My husband and I got married here in October of this year. We had the most amazing wedding day and wedding weekend. It was everything we ever imagined and hoped for. Cindy and Anna, the wedding coordinators, were the absolute best. They made everything stress free from day one and had our best interest during the entire process. We felt completely comfortable and we had complete trust. Nor only were they amazing, but all the vendors were as well. The vendors that Twin Creeks uses were top notch, everything from in-house catering, DJ, florist and cake. Everything was perfect. This was the best experience anyone can ever wish for.

We got married here on 7/13/24. Anna and Cindy are both AMAZING. They had every meticulous detail taken care of from day one. We didn’t have to worry or stress about a thing throughout our whole wedding season and wedding day. Everything was just perfect. We couldn’t be more thankful for this wedding venue and Anna and Cindy.❤️

My wife and I had our special day on June 8, 2024. Our wedding coordinators, Anna & Cindy, were true professionals and made the planning process for our wedding extremely simple. The wedding day was even easier as they made sure to have us, our families, and our guest at the right place at the right time. I never thought I would be so stress-free and able to enjoy my special day, but recommend anyone who is looking for venue/wedding coordinators to visit Anna and Cindy. You won’t regret it!

This all- inclusive venue was fabulous. My bride loved the wedding ceremony spot (Firefly Pointe) and reception venue( The Honeysuckle), but as the groom I was locked-in after touring the bride and grooms houses that could be rented for the wedding weekend. The grooms house, The Old Fashion, is so accommodating to guys. I was fortunate enough to get an open weekend to utilize the space for my bachelor weekend at the lake. Obviously a selling point is that you’re staying on the lake, but the house also lends itself to an awesome poker night experience. We also took advantage of a golf day around the corner at Bear Trace. Event Specialist Anna was kind enough to answer all our questions through the entire process. She immediately responded to any and all messages. The day of the wedding was truly hands-off for our families and guests. Anna and Cindy handled everything and we were just able to enjoy our day and soak in the experience. The homes are so nice we opted to stay longer for our honeymoon. This event location offers any and everything you could want for a wonderful wedding weekend.

My wedding experience with Twin Creeks Events was nothing short of exceptional. I have spent my childhood boating at Tim's Ford Lake with my family, and just like other boating enthusiasts, it's our happy place. When Craig proposed to me, we both agreed that our wedding should be a celebration for our entire family. It was a no-brainer that we would get married at the lake. With the help of Twin Creek Event specialists Anna Limbaugh and Cindy Stephens, our dream wedding became a reality. Anna and Cindy are extremely thorough. They made the wedding planning process a breeze. When we booked with Twin Creeks events, we were provided an online dashboard with an itemized list of services that we had chosen. The platform is very professional, organized, and user-friendly. This dashboard lets you make payments as you go or pay one lump sum. From start to finish, and most especially on the day of the wedding, Anna and Cindy take of EVERYTHING. No really, EVERYTHING! I could truly enjoy my wedding weekend and day because those two wedding assassins slayed the day! At Twin Creeks, it is mandatory to use their preferred vendors which consists of a florist, catering and a DJ. At first, I was hesitant about it, but soon I realized how much it streamlined the process. During that time, I was in touch with other brides-to-be, and they shared their nightmare experiences of receiving quotes, being ignored by vendors, and so on. Jen at SoulFlowers knocked it out of the park on bouquets, boutonnieres, and floral arrangements! We talked for one hour over the phone and shared a vision board on Pinterest and she took my ideas and ran with them! The house catering was excellent! Even though it was an evening wedding, we went with a brunch theme—chicken & waffles, a biscuit bar, etc. We have received SO many compliments about the unique menu choice, and our guests loved the quality of food. The premiere lake side ceremony site, Firefly Pointe, was perfect in every way. As soon as I saw it during our initial tour of the grounds, I knew that was where I was meant to get married. The event/reception venue The Honeysuckle is large and accommodating. The sides of the structure are all open to allow airflow and an overlook of the lake. They also can close them in if the weather is less-than-preferential. If you're looking for a great place to stay during your wedding, I highly recommend booking the Mimosa (Bride House) and The Old Fashioned (Groom House) at Twin Creeks. The Mimosa is especially perfect for brides who want to get ready with their friends and family in a beautifully designed parlor, while the Groom House, known as The Old Fashioned, is an awesome space that your groomsmen will surely appreciate. I took a picture of the lake the next morning after my wedding on the back porch of the Mimosa, and I was overwhelmed with emotion. Typically, you hear of a slight wedding day hiccup here or there… something major or minor that soured the day. But as I looked out over “my happy place,” I reflected on my wedding day. I couldn't help but notice how perfectly it had turned out. Every detail seemed to be a divine blessing that I will cherish forever.

My husband and I married here at the Firefly Point on June 16th, 2023! It was a dream come true! Cindy & Anna are a breeze to work with. We live in Florida and we were lucky enough to come up twice before the wedding to have meetings with them and also do an engagement shoot on the property. Even on the times that we had to meet over the phone, communication is so easy with them! They exude a level of professionalism that met my expectations as a bride and I was able to put my full confidence in them. If you are planning your wedding at Twin Creeks I highly recommend that you book the Mimosa and Old Fashioned for the bridal parties. IT WAS AWESOME! The vanity room is the perfect environment to bond with your girlies on your special day. There’s enough space for everyone as there’s multiple rooms to relax and multiple bathrooms for privacy in both homes. Cindy & Anna executed the organization of the bridal party to our ceremony and the orchestra of our reception to our expectations. Through Twin Creeks they were able to help us design our cake and give us a contact for flowers. I will attach photos of how beautifully everything turned out! The only downfall that was disappointing for us was the DJ. He did wonderfully at our ceremony but after that it was not what we were anticipating. I put a lot of time and effort into two playlists for him that had more than enough selections for him to pull from. To put it to you straight, there was a “clean” playlist and a “party” playlist. As a DJ that has been maintained with this venue I was anticipating he would be skilled at picking which playlist/songs to pull from by reading the crowd and what vibe is wanted/needs to be created. He was sitting behind his DJ booth not even watching the environment. He was playing songs totally misaligned with what people were doing. For example, playing “get low” while our guests were sitting at tables in conversation and no one on the dance floor lol. This venue requires you to hire only their DJs and you can’t bring in your own therefore this was frustrating to me to see his performance. The reason they do this is because that DJ is familiar with the set up/equipment of the venue. I get that but from our experience we feel he could be managed in the future to provide a better guest reception experience. Thankfully, he was responsive to us talking with him! Overall we are extremely EXTREMELY happy with our choice and the memories made here that we will cherish forever!! The day after our wedding we rented the pontoons with the slides and had a blast! Don’t forget to stop at Drafts and Watercraft’s on your way to the lake! This venue is well rounded when it comes to lodging, amenities, & staff members! It’s a beautiful place. 10/10 recommend.

Anna and Cindy are precious angels! These ladies know what they're doing and they will make sure your special day is everything you dreamed of. Jen Spellman with Soul Flowers is amazing as well and will make your vision come to life. No need to stress about anything, these ladies got you covered! The Mimosa and Old Fashioned houses are stunning and perfect for wedding parties/families. The scenery at Firefly Pointe speaks for itself. Our wedding and reception could not have been more perfect. My sister had her wedding here on April 22, 2023. It was such a beautiful venue, and they were so easy to work with! The brides house made the most picture perfect place to get ready. There was a nice man cave at the top for our father and brother to hang out away from all of the make up in the make up room. Abby had a beautiful walk way to make her grand entrance, and the views overlooking the lake were spectacular!

We loved having our wedding at twin creeks! The Venue was beautiful and houses were best time for the weekend of our Memorial Day wedding! We had a great time planning with Anna guiding and helping us every step of the way and no stress about details the weekend of! We absolutely recommend the beautiful and relaxing environment of Twin Creeks for all!

This venue is BEAUTIFUL! I was a Bridesmaid for my friend’s wedding on 9/9/23 and we could not have had a better wedding experience! The house we stayed in was so nice as well as the ceremony and reception area. Such a hidden gem!!

This venue is fantastic. The lake backdrop for my wedding could not have been more picturesque. I had so many compliments of just how beautiful it was. For us, location was directly in between my family ( Nashville area) and his family (Chattanooga area) so neither family had to travel too far. Cindy and Anna are amazing wedding planners! They were quick to answer any questions. I didn’t have to worry about anything because they had taken care of it. The food was great too! The venue provided the catering and (from what I understand) it was delicious! SoulFlowers is the florist and is also through the venue. This made it super easy so I didn’t have to find vendors. Jen was easy to work with and the flowers were exquisite. She knows the layout and knows exactly what the space needs.

Cindy and Anna were simply amazing! They made my vision come to life and made the process so simple and stress free! They were very prompt with all responses and were extremely hands on throughout the entire planning process. I could not have asked for a better wedding! And the lake as a backdrop for this venue was absolutely beautiful. It was everything I ever dreamed of and more!

My husband and I are simply amazed by how well Cindy and Anna did. They have an answer for everything and make you feel like you don’t have to worry about anything. They’ve got it all under control! Also the venue is breathtaking. We love that we got to make a weekend vacation out of our wedding with all of our best friends staying together since the bride and groom house are right next to each other. Twin creeks and staff were all wonderful! From the planning to the actual day of they went above and beyond. They are very straight forward as far as prices and help you truly achieve your dream wedding. We ended up moving in the middle of wedding planning to FL, and decided to stick with them if that lets you know how awesome they are.

Let me start by saying this venue is absolutely beautiful. The ceremony space is breathtaking, the reception space is great, and the houses for overnight stays are top of the line. For all of these features, I would give Twin Creeks more than five stars if I could. The reason this final review is three stars is entirely because of our experience with the staff (besides Anna, who was very sweet and helpful). From very early on, my husband and I felt as though we were bothering Cindy when we contacted her or asked her questions. Communication was usually short and not exactly friendly. Additionally, professionalism in correspondence was severely lacking. This was mostly ignored on our end but things came to a head during our wedding weekend. It was a beautiful wedding and I wouldn't change a thing about the outcome itself, but multiple interactions with staff were not positive and served as a deterrent to our experience. Miscommunication or just lack of communication was a recurring issue. My husband’s first interaction with Cindy that day consisted of her snapping at him to start down the aisle as he was trying to help his mother fix her eyelashes. This put a bit of a damper on his mood as he was literally trying to walk down the aisle to be married. At the reception, several family members and friends also had some not-so-positive interactions that were reported back to us as well. This was really frustrating to hear considering the investment we made in this venue (over $30,000 paid to Twin Creeks), which includes the service. One piece of information that we learned after that fact that really upset us was that we paid for four hours of open beer and wine. Cindy shut down our bar before the contracted time without consulting anyone on either side of the family. She made a comment to the Best Man that it was because everyone was getting “too drunk.” That’s offensive considering our families' conservatism towards alcohol and the steps we took to monitor guest consumption. Even if it was someone’s perspective that things were getting out of hand, someone needs to be consulted before that executive decision is made. Nothing was said to us and we were still charged for the full time despite at LEAST 30 minutes being cut off from it. We have suspicions that the “over-served” guests were the multiple wedding crashers who wandered from the marina into our reception and began helping themselves to our bar. Not okay in the slightest. This was never addressed after the fact. The workers started tearing down our reception space while the reception was still going on. Lights were turned on as soon as the clock hit 10:30 pm and everyone felt rushed to leave, and frankly, unwelcome. This didn’t match the claim that my husband and I heard in initial meetings that the party could continue as long as we wanted it to (for the record, we didn’t want it to go on all night by any means, but the hard stop at 10:30 was a bit jarring). We heard radio silence from Twin Creeks at the conclusion of our wedding night and this solidified our perspective that they continuously treated us like they were uninterested and ready to be done with our wedding weekend. It truly felt like we were a burden or inconvenience throughout most of our interactions, which no one wants to feel at their wedding. When I reached out with feedback about our experience, explanations were provided that did not align with firsthand guest encounters.

Twin Creeks Marina & Resort was AMAZING. I would not have dreamed of a better venue for my wedding. I was able to combine the outdoor feel with an elegance that I wanted. The staff were professional and helpful. Cindy Stephens, event planner, helped all of my dreams come to life. She takes care of all the planning - it is amazing. The Bridal House was also a huge hit for my wedding party. It allowed all of my bridesmaids to have a place to stay, the wedding party a place to hang out, and the best bridal suite to get ready in that I have ever seen. The photographs from my wedding were so beautiful with the lake background. My husband and I were so blessed to be able to have our wedding at Twin Creeks and know it is quickly becoming a highly sought after wedding venue. We LOVED Twin Creeks!

We had our wedding ceremony here on October 12. The venue was beautiful and serene! This is The Best View on the lake for any event and is a magical location for a wedding. Cindy Stephens, the event/wedding coordinator and her team did a Fantastic job. She is experienced as and event and wedding coordinator and will put you at ease when planning your event.
