Our events are fully inclusive of venue rental, food & beverage, with a dedicated in-house team. Minimums start at $15,000 and vary by date, day of the week, guest count, and menu selections.

THE TENT | GARDEN ROMANCE
Ensconced by a posh garden & breathtaking grounds, The Tent is the ultimate outdoor space for a romantic evening under the stars for 50-270 guests. to end. On the day of, she ensured that all of our decor ended up exactly how we wanted. She also knew the timeline and kept us all on track. For our reception, our DJ was mistakenly given our “do not play list” from his company. Lexie stepped into action and was able to quickly get the correct playlist from my phone and print it out for him. Her care, kindness, and professionalism from the moment we started working with her did not go unnoticed. We’d recommend The Villa to anyone who is looking for a venue that truly cares about making your day exactly what you want. And of course, it’s a beautiful place to get married. We chose the tent and it was everything that we had envisioned. You’ll be especially lucky if you get paired with Lexie!

A huge shoutout to Lexie, our event Producer—she was truly amazing. Lexie was with us every step of the way, from the planning process and being there for day-of coordination, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
One of the biggest benefits of working with Saphire Event Group is how much they offer in-house. They provided our food, event space setup (like chairs), linens, silverware, glassware, alcohol, and more. Having so many services under one vendor made planning incredibly easy and eliminated so much stress. The only things we outsourced were florals and our sound system.
They were also fantastic about working within our budget and helping us make thoughtful choices without ever feeling pressured.

One of the things we loved most about The Villa was that almost everything was handled in-house. We only had to arrange our cake, flowers, photographer, and content creator. The food was also incredible. Every guest commented on how delicious everything was, from the cocktail hour to the dinner. It truly exceeded our expectations and made the night even more memorable.
Having a coordinator was a huge selling point and made the entire planning process so much less stressful. We 100% recommend having your wedding at The Villa, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly organized, which made our day run seamlessly. We worked with Lexie, Brianna, and Kristen. Every detail was handled smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The food was delicious, and our guests are still raving about how much they enjoyed it. You have to do the European deserts because those were delicious. The Villa truly exceeded our expectations and gave us the wedding day we had always hoped for. They even worked with us to accommodate some Ukrainian traditions and if you have foreign family that are worried, trust me you’re in good hands.
We can’t recommend The Saphire Event Group enough it’s the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion! I’d also recommend doing the inclusive package, the dj and florist were awesome.

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but having Serena by our side made everything so much easier. The Grand Ballroom at The Villa was unmatched and had all of our guests in awe with the simple decorations we chose but how elegant and uplifting the space was. My husband and I planned a wedding in 5.5 months and Lexie, our event planner, made sure we stayed on task, on time, and on cloud 9. Our wedding day was made special with the extra assistance we received and all of the wonderful food that was served. Our wedding producer, Serena, was absolutely amazing! Whether it was answering what may have sounded like silly questions or paying attention to every single detail, Serena didn’t miss a thing! She was patient and focused on making our day exactly what we pictured. She went above and beyond!
The food was AMAZING and came out hot. I had many guests complimenting the staff, food, and overall timeline/presentation of the day.
The grounds of the tent were absolutely breathtaking and landscaping was well taken care of. It was everything I imagined and then some.

edding coordination! From the first tour to day of our wedding, I was so comfortable working with them and didn’t regret my choice once. The food is incredible and the staff is a well oiled machine. The tent itself is so stunning inside you won’t be disappointed!
We started off working with one event producer from SEG who was really great and answered all my first time bride questions so quickly! When she left the company, we were transferred over to Lexie with a month to go and she took over our wedding like a seasoned vet! She calmed my nerves and made us feel so cared for. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience. If you’re on the fence about SEG at all, I promise the Villa staff will give you the fairytale wedding you’re looking for.

The food and bar options were excellent. We have received so many compliments on the entrees we selected, and everyone enjoyed the open bar. Everything was delicious and well timed to make our guests happy all the way through!

We choose to do an outdoor ceremony with the Tent for our reception. Eveything we needed was included in an ubeatable package deal that we couldn't resist. We also had so many people compliment the food and the vibe of the venue. All the vendors that SEG partners with are definitely worth going with.

other Nature had other plans last minute. I was met with nothing but kindness and validation and a smooth transition from outdoor set up to the beautiful outdoor tent. Everything went seamless, and even my cats were taken care of. The food was phenomenal! Even though my wife and I were being pulled in different directions, we always had a full glass in our hand and food being brought to us to ensure we ate. I cannot speak enough to the way we were cared for and treated special every step of the way, even when financial struggles hit. Thank you to everyone who made mine and my wife's day one to never forget :)

Once we picked the date and the wedding got closer, we were paired with our event producer, Daniella Cimino. Daniella was nothing short of exceptional throughout our whole planning process. She made sure that all of our questions were answered, that we felt confident in the timeline of our day, and made sure to go over even the smallest of details to make sure that nothing was missed.
We truly cannot thank Daniella and the event staff at The Villa enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work to ensure our day was picture-perfect. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about all of the unique options and how great their entrees were. We would absolutely recommend working with this venue, their team, and Daniella to anyone who is considering this venue for their special day.

Amy was our event manager for the day of! With her, Serena and Amanda as our support team we felt so well taken care of. Our experience with the entire staff throughout the whole process was so pleasant. The venue itself is gorgeous! The set up and decorations were better than we could have imagined. Then there was the food, so delicious-from the salads to the entrees to the dessert bar and late night pretzel sticks at the end of the night-We’re waiting for one of our friends to get married at the Villa just so we can eat there again!! One thing that I did not expect on our wedding day was how much I did not need to worry about the timing or facilitation of everything. As a natural born planner, I expected to be involved in the many transitions throughout the night, but the team handled everything perfectly and only "bothered" my wife and I when they needed a last minute call for certain out-of-scope situations like weather, people not arriving on time, etc.
Not that it is or ever will be a goal to be married twice in life, I can say that I would do it again at the Villa due to the positive experience we had!

Everything went exactly as we expected with the help of the most professional and kind staff. I truly did not have to worry about anything because Meridith, Aubre (our event manager), and Alexis (our day of attendant) took care of everything. From decorating the space, making sure we always had a drink in hand, carrying my train or flowers around during pictures, they created a perfect day. The Madera Garden and ballroom are stunning, and my guests raved about the venue, food, and staff!

We had an in depth meeting 2 weeks out from our wedding day that reviewed every detail of our day, including an in depth timeline, which made the wedding day run without a hitch. On the day of our wedding, Ellen and the dedicated team for our event were so helpful. One thing I absolutely loved is that they provided a "bridal attendant" who was always around to grab us a drink, hold my dress, and make sure we got to enjoy our delicious cocktail hour appetizers. space was so beautiful, the cocktail space was set up beautifully as well and the ball room itself was an absolute dream. The set-up was everything we envisioned and we could not have been more happy.
We picked the Villa (Grand Ballroom) back in January 2023 after visiting a few different venues based on the venue itself and how beautiful and big it was. Little did we know, the staff was going to be just as amazing as the venue.
We got paired with Meridith to be our event producer and we are so glad we did. Meridith was professional, kind, responsive and very attentive while going through the planning stages. When it came down to the day before and day of, she was on top of everything and made our weekend go by without a hitch.
From start to finish, working with Meridith was such a pleasure. She truly helped ease the stress and anxiety that came along with wedding planning and I don't know what we would have done without her.
The day of team was also great. Along with Meridith, we had a bridal attendant named Becky that was by my husband and I's side throughout the entire day. Becky was TOP NOTCH and was there for everything and anything we needed. Needed a safety pin? She had it. Needed a mint before the ceremony? She ran and got one. Needed a breather from holding a heavy bouquet? She was right there to grab it from me.
The food was also AMAZING! We are still hearing from people about how much they loved their meals, the mashed potato bar and the grilled cheese late-night snack option.
I can go on and on about how great our day was, and it was truly thanks to Meridith, Becky and the entire Villa team.
If you are looking for a venue that is beautiful, has great staff and food- look no further!
