The Villa

My husband and I just got married here at The Villa last night! From start to finish the whole process of working with The Villa and our amazing event producer Kayla has been a wonderful experience! We were originally supposed to have an outdoor ceremony but due to rain the staff wowed us with the indoor ceremony spot! Everything came out so beautiful and they went above and beyond to make our vision come to life! If anything they exceeded it! All the guests have been raving about the food and the venue itself. The wedding that The Villa gave us will be talked about for a lifetime. Thank you to The Villa and Kayla for giving us the wedding we dreamed of 🥰❤️

We had our wedding at the Villa at Ridder Country Club Madera Ballroom, and my husband and I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day. Serena, Chelsie, and Luke went above and beyond our expectations and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Most brides I've spoken too have mentioned how much went wrong with their wedding day, and I am so grateful to report that I can NOT relate. Thank you to the team at Sapphire Estate, it is clear that weddings are their bread and butter!

We had our wedding reception at the Villa this September and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Biggest thanks to Ellen Jones (our event producer) and all the employees at this venue. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are amazingly kept and beautiful! Our reception was in the tent and it provided the indoor and outdoor feel we were looking for! The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests absolutely loved all the passed hors d’oeuvres and meals. The Villa made communicating and planning so easy for us! Ellen was an absolute gem. She communicated extremely well from beginning to end and made the whole process very easy. Our wedding reception was somewhat unique (we didn’t do our ceremony at the Villa and we wanted our wedding ceremony video to be played during cocktail hour) but Ellen made sure it was the exact vision I was aiming for. She sent many helpful tips throughout the process. We are forever grateful for Ellen and I hope everyone books with her and the Villa for the most seamless wedding process possible!

I had an amazing wedding at The VIlla. It’s a gorgeous space with 3 venues within it. We were in the tent. The food amazing. Ellen, my producer, was great and helped me through the whole planning process. The one setback for me is there isn’t much lodging near by. The closest hotel was over 20 mins away and no air bnbs in the area.

Meridith, our event producer, was a godsend for the 14 months leading up to our wedding. From the moment we stepped onto the property, she gave us the best support while allowing us to make our day ours. She thought of EVERYTHING. We were shocked that she works with dozens of couples in a year. It felt like we were one of one. There were no questions for which she didn’t have the answer. Her calm is infectious and put us at ease from start to finish. Any couple looking for their dream wedding would be lucky to work with Meridith. Additionally, the entire team at Sapphire Event Group was magnificent. We still have people talking to us about the food. We hope a loved one of ours gets married at The Tent so we can come back. It was an incredible atmosphere. Kids, seniors, and everyone in between had the night of their lives. The whole staff was clearly on the same page and we never had to search for help once. We would recommend working with Sapphire for any wedding, at the Villa or otherwise.

We just got married at The Villa in August and we have nothing but good things to say! Our event producer, Meridith, was AMAZING. We cannot speak highly enough about her. She made the entire wedding planning process seamless. She really took the time to listen to all of our ideas & jumped in with her knowledge and expertise to help create our dream wedding day. Jen, Alexis and every staff member that we worked with were all incredible. Our guests are still raving about the food too! We got married in the Grand Ballroom, but every event space at The Villa is beautiful and well kept. We cannot thank our team enough for all they did!

We just had our wedding there in August (2024) & there are no words to describe how seamless and wonderful everything was. The food is still being spoken about by guests regarding how delicious it was. Our event producer, Ellen, could not have made the entire wedding planning process easier or been more accessible and patient. She is the real MVP of the day and I can't thank her enough for all she did. It's clear she is in the right profession. The grounds are extremely well kept and clean. Everyone who attended our wedding was beyond impressed with every aspect. We would get married here over & over again if we could! 100000/10. Thank you SEG team for all your help and hard work!

The Villa was a great venue, easy to work with, and had great food. They made everything easy for us. Specifically, Meridith was an amazing wedding producer to work with at The Villa. She made sure every request we had was taken care of and her communication was perfect (always replying quickly). We especially loved that she always asked what we wanted first, but wasn’t shy to give her own recommendations when we needed guidance on the process or a decision. She is very detail-oriented and made us feel much more organized/made sure we didn’t miss a detail. We feel so lucky to have been paired with Meridith!!!

Smoke and mirrors. Was told lie after lie throughout the process. Oversold and underperformed across the board. If you're reading this review and haven't made a decision about venue yet, DON'T BOOK the Villa. It just isn't worth it. They will tell you what you want to hear and disappoint you every step of the way. The people are perfectly nice but as inauthentic as anyone me or my bride have ever met. Your wedding will be special and memorable, I have no doubt. Book somewhere else.

From the moment we booked our wedding at The Villa at Ridder Country Club, we knew we were in good hands. Our coordinator Ellen was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to detail in her communication, always promptly answering our questions and easing all our worries throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. Ellen is truly an expert and we couldn't have done this without her! The entire team at The Villa went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. Our friends and family cannot stop raving about the food! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and spacious - providing the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. We are so grateful to the team at The Villa for helping to make our wedding day truly perfect.

We got married at the Villa on 8/16/24 and it was the most magical day!! Ellen was absolutely fantastic and worked closely with us to make sure our vision came to life. Our guests said repeatedly that it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had, and they felt like the staff were attentive and circulating well throughout the cocktail hour. My bridal attendant was amazing and kept the bridal suite fully stocked for us! If we could get married again, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Our experience at the Villa was perfect from beginning to end. We worked closely with Ellen Jones, our event producer/day of coordinator. Ellen was phenomenal and made us extremely comfortable right from the start with how organized and experienced that she was. Having never planned a wedding before, we really depended on her to guide us in the right direction when it came time to make decisions that we were unsure of. She was always happy to provide her input and support us along the way to our wedding day. She also raised questions and ideas for details of the wedding that we likely would not have thought of without her assistance. Ellen is personable, detail-oriented, and all around great at her job. The actual day of the wedding was also seamless from our prospective, as the bride and groom. Our guests have also complimented our venue for how seamless the day went. From the coordination of the ceremony to the food and drinks - we have no complaints. Our wedding attendant, Christie, was also great. She was by our sides the entire night and ready to provide us with food, drinks or whatever else we needed so that we could focus on enjoying the day. We would highly recommend the Villa and Saphire Event Group to any couple!

We could not have asked for a better experience at the Villa. This venue checked all of our boxes- food and alcohol service, an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour space, and an elegant and open reception space. The food was amazing and we continue to receive compliments on it even weeks after our wedding. The staff at this venue, from our day-of coordinator (shout out to Ellen) down to the waitstaff, know exactly what they're doing and how to make a wedding run smoothly. Ellen was a rockstar throughout the entire planning process- communicative, responsive, and professional, and helped the day run seamlessly. We even had a wedding attendant that kept us and the bridal party fed and provided drinks throughout transitional times. From the second we set foot on the venue to the second we left, we knew we were taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough!

This is a late review as I got married back in 2017 but I have to say that I had the best experience! Everyone was so professional and made my day so special. The food was amazing and I still have family and friends saying how great the food was. Thinking about renewing my vows here.

The staff at the Villa went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most relaxed and beautiful wedding day ever! Wedding planning was daunting to us, so we were looking for a venue that checked a lot of boxes for us (outdoor ceremony area, alcohol, food). Having a wedding coordinator in addition to all that was SO helpful. Our coordinator Serena was very responsive with the many questions I emailed her, and took care of coordinating with all of our outside vendors. Our day-of event managers Julie and Dave worked so hard to make sure that my husband and I didn't have to stress or lift a finger on our big day. In addition to how beautiful the venue was, I highly recommend any of the Sapphire Event Group venues to couples who, like us, were very overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and didn't know how/where to start. They clearly have this process down to a science!!!

The Villa made wedding planning EASY. I would recommend Saphire Event Group to anyone getting married. They assist you through every step of wedding planning, and they are always there in the event you have a question. They were able to accomodate last minute changes for me, and everything went smoothly. Special shout out to Ellen my event producer. She was our go-to from the very beginning of planning and she made everything extremely easy and stress free! If you happen to reserve a space with SEG, I hope you get Ellen because she is a joy to work with. I also wanted to shout out Becky our day of wedding assistant. Becky made us feel so spoiled throughout our wedding day. Through getting us drinks, fixing my broken bustle, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day, Becky was the BEST. Overall, SEG and The Villa was a dream location, and my wedding was everything I could have imagined.

We got married at the villa in May 2024 and I would recommend this venue to anyone! We worked with Meridith who was always so responsive and helped us any way she could. We felt so understood by her and as if we’ve known each other for years! Our guests raved about the food and the service!

The Villa was everything we needed in a wedding venue and more. From the start when we booked it to the day of our wedding they made everything incredibly easy and not stressful. What sets some apart from other venues is the fact that you have an event coordinator assigned to you to help you through the entire process. Victoria was our event producer and she is absolutely amazing. I wish there were more words to describe just how wonderful she is at what she does. she answered every phone, call, text, and email and never made me feel like a question was silly. Victoria had a way of making us feel more like her friends and the excitement that she had for our wedding was so easily seen. She took the image of what we wanted for our wedding and completely brought it to life. we just adored her! One thing most people remember about a wedding is the food, and I can tell you that the people who attended our wedding will not be forgetting about the food anytime soon. Everything was hot and fresh, plated beautifully, and they were so accommodating to any allergy. The Villa also set up every centerpiece and decoration to complete and utter perfection. When we look back at our pictures from this day we cannot be anything but completely satisfied. I will recommend The Villa and any sapphire events venue to anybody.

We had our wedding at the Villa on 4/20/24 and it was absolutely perfect!! Victoria was our event producer and from day 1 was super professional and fun to work with. We had a couple issues with vendors throughout the planning process and within minutes she was on top of it sending us contact info of trusted vendors we could use and genuinely showed care in wanting to help us. The day of went off without a hitch, our bridal attendant Becky made sure I had everything I could need and Victoria kept us all on track and organized while still letting us enjoy everything to the fullest. Food was absolutely delicious, everyone kept saying how much they enjoyed their meals. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and we hope some of our friends will get married here so we can go back and enjoy again!

Our wedding was beautiful! Everyone complimented the food and we had a great night. Victoria and Audrey were awesome. I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

I can’t begin to describe how perfect our wedding was thanks to Saphire Event Group. Sarah Greenstein and her team were nothing short of helpful, caring, and on top of it. She was always 10 steps ahead of everything and made everything run smoothly. They really went above and beyond. My husband and I felt like royalty the whole night. Sarah was extremely helpful throughout all our meetings, she was helpful when asked questions, and also, was very patient and kind in responding to my millions of questions! She did all this while pregnant, she is a rock star! SEG went above and beyond and adapted their menu to fit my Latin culture, and my guests were raving about the food as a result. It was everything we wanted, actually better. I certainly recommend using them for any and all events. We’re forever grateful!

Our winter wedding at The Villa in the Grand Ballroom was a dream come true. Our event producer was Victoria R and she was the absolute BEST. So friendly, fun, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, patient - the list goes on. It felt like working with a friend we'd known forever! We worked on our timeline down to the very last detail and it all paid off immensely. We had the best time and our guests raved about the food, service, staff, and overall atmosphere. We were told by several guests that our wedding was one of the best, if not the best, they had ever been to largely due to the experience that The Villa allowed. The grand ballroom is beautiful especially with the big fireplace that we got married in front of, and the team did an excellent job transitioning the room for the reception. I also have to give a shoutout to our bridal attendant Becky who knew what we needed even before we asked! From bustling my dress, to having drinks ready and waiting, to making sure we were eating, she was fabulous and so kind. I would highly recommend The Villa to anybody looking for a smooth experience. We were taken care of at every step by incredible professionals. 1000000/10 wish we could do it all over! Thank you Saphire Event Group!

We had our wedding in the Madera Ballroom and it was a dream come true! Sarah Greenstein was our Event Coordinator and she and the whole Villa team were truly incredible. They were so on top of everything and really knew what they were doing. The venue is also absolutely stunning and the food was great! All the guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. Our overall experience with The Villa and their team was amazing! We worked specifically with their Event Producer Meridith & Serena, as well as had additional support from Jacqueline and Cynthia the day of our wedding. The entire Villa team made sure that the day flowed well, that my wife and I got to eat and enjoy their food throughout the evening/night, and that any questions, concerns, requests were met, all with smiles and an uplifting attitude! We would definitely recommend the location and team!

We got married there 4 days ago and if I could marry my husband 100 times I would have my reception there every single time. You could cut the prime rib with a butter knife, the chicken and fish were absolutely delicious; the room was stunning and the staff were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Anything I needed from drinks to helping with my bustle and everything else in between- I cannot recommend this place enough. Best decision we ever made. And special shout out to Meridith K (our planner)for being so organized, professional and fun! She made my day everything I could have hoped for!

We had our wedding in the grand ballroom at The Villa on 12/31/23 and everything went flawlessly! When I showed up I was in awe of how well the place was set up! We had Ellen as our event producer and we couldn't have asked for someone better. She was so well organized and helpful.. we didn't need to worry about a thing! The timeline for the day went as planned and I have zero complaints! I would recommend the sapphire event group and the villa to anyone I know!

We cannot say enough good things about The Villa. From the moment we toured, we knew this would be THE place. Ellen, our Event Producer was on top of things from the very start. She was extremely communicative, helpful, and a calming presence in a normally stressful time. Ellen provided timely updates, walked us through the entire event timeline, and made the day so special. She even suggested other vendors to use, and set up a lunch at Adria for the groom and his groomsmen, so that we could get to the Villa without being seen for a perfect first look. Our Event Manager, Julie, helped us both get around and stuck to the timeline perfectly, even assisting in photo curation! The Madera Ballroom provided the perfect wintery/Christmas/rustic vibe that we were going for. The food, from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the main course to the cupcake tower, was to die for. We still have people reaching out to us about how well the chicken was made and where we got the cookies from - they were that good. If you want a magical wedding, with a wonderful staff supporting you throughout every moment, The Villa is the place to get married! A HUGE thank you to all the servers, bartenders, chefs and kitchen staff, bridal attendant, manager, and producer (shoutout bestie Ellen!) for making our wedding day PERFECT.

I'm so glad we chose The Villa as our wedding venue. All of the SEG staff were amazing and our producer Elizabeth was super helpful throughout the entire planning process. I actually felt like I could enjoy my wedding day and I remember each part of it perfectly, because we did not have to stress out about small details or timelines or anything, we just got to have fun! Our bridal attendant Julie was unbelievably attentive - refilling our waters when she saw them getting low, bringing us food in the bridal suite, and even driving a golf cart away when it was in our photo shot! They set up and packed up all my decor for me beautifully. Everyone raved about the food, the beautiful venue, the cocktail hour space. The Villa was truly the perfect place to have the wedding of my dreams and it was due in large part to the amazing staff. Thank you to everyone at SEG!

We had our wedding at the Villa in September 2023. When we initially looked at this venue we knew immediately that this is was our #1 choice. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us all the details on what to expect on our big day. When the time came we met our wedding coordinator Meridith Kelly. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Meridith was during the entire process. She was extremely personable, approachable and helpful. She took care of anything and everything that we needed. We can honestly say that our wedding day went off without a single issue and that is thanks to the incredible staff and Meridith. Our vendors were familiar with this venue and they worked seamlessly together to set everything up in regards to the photographer, DJ, and cake. The venue does their own catering and the food was amazing. We would recommend this venue to anyone in the future and if you can request a coordinator Meridith is the best of the best!

The Villa was an incredible venue for us. We chose it because the inside was just as warm and romantic of an option as the outside and it did not disappoint. Ellen in particular was phenomenal as our event producer. She handled every detail and was such a huge help for us. Can’t recommend her and The Villa enough!

OMG!!! There is no better place to get married than at The Villa. We selected the grand ballroom because it gave us everything we wanted and more. All of our guest kept telling us how gorgeous the grounds were, they raved about the food, and I kid you not ,one of our guest stated “it was one of the best meals they ever had.” Also, the staff were incredible including our amazing event producer Ellen. If we had to do it all again, we’d pick The Villa a million times and more.

Saphire Event Group The Villa at Ridder Country Club : Oh my goodness! I cannot express my gratitude and praise enough. Ellen, our even producer specifically was phenomenal. From the very beginning she was there to walk us through every single minor detail. She not only made sure that our ideas were heard, she made it happen exactly how we envisioned it. She organized absolutely everything perfectly and made the day/night a piece of cake. She was super communicative and helpful to make sure we knew exactly what was going on with the whole event. Ellen was so amazing I highly recommend requesting her if you can as your producer. Kim, my bridal attendant was on top of everything! She made sure myself, husband and children were taken care of food and drink wise. She made sure that nothing stood in my way of enjoying my night with the people I love most. Kim kept track of where I needed to be and when, she was amazing. I cannot express how amazing she was. Jacquie was my event manager she made sure the whole day/night ran smoothly. She was on top of everything and every detail! I was so anxious that day and jacquie and Kim were there to reassure me that this day was about us and they would make sure nothing would stop it! The wait staff and bartender were equally as amazing ad everyone else! No one waited too long for food or drink. Speaking of food, THE FOOD HERE IS PHENOMENAL. My husband and I are absolute foodies and it was so so so important to us that everyone enjoyed the meal not just us, and they did! The food does not disappoint!!!! I could go on for hours about The Villa and there spectacular service, food and staff is! Ellen, Kim and Jacquie deserve a bonus!!

The Villa was everything we wanted for our wedding, our coordinator there Ellen Jones was everything we needed for our wedding. They were kind and professional every step of the way. Ellen kept track of everything for us, offering us options and support when we weren’t sure about things. I’ve heard wedding horror stories and every one just makes me so glad we worked with everyone at the villa, could not relate whatsoever. It was my first choice off photos alone but the location was perfect for my wife’s family and our experience was flawless. They made us so happy and kept me stress-free also the food was delicious and the area beautiful. 6 stars

Sarah Greenstein was our event producer and I can’t say enough good things about her. Our experience with SEG was amazing. They made the planning process so easy, I basically just had to show up! We chose the tent and unfortunately it poured on our day, so we had to go with plan b and have both ceremony and reception under the tent. Even though this was not our ideal ceremony, Sarah made it perfect. I was afraid that with the rain guests wouldn’t have as good of a time since they wouldn’t be able to use the outdoor space, but everyone had a blast! SEG definitely knows how to throw a party! The food was phenomenal and all their recommendations for vendors were excellent. If we had to do it again, we would without a doubt choose a SEG venue!

The Villa is absolutely the place to be for your dream wedding. I had my wedding this month 4 days ago and I just could not wait to let them know how happy I am for choosing there Venue . From the minute I walked in the door I knew this is the right place . Im so thankful for Meridith Kelly , she is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so organize , super friendly, details oriented , super responsive to all my questions and emails and she didn't make me feel overwhelmed with all the details because she took her time to explain everything!!! At first I was so worry that all my guests is going to complain about the good because they are so picky since they only been to an asian style wedding. BUT no, they LOVE the foods , all the appetizers and drinks and the main course was to die for. Also the service was incredible, everyone was checking on us through the whole night to make sure we get what we need . I can go on and on how much I love this Venue, so check them out !!! You wont regret😍

The Villa at Ridder Country Club Review Team: Kristen Catwell Victoria Rando Staff at The Villa @ Ridder Country Club There has never been a moment where I look back at the wedding team who had made our wedding the best. My now wife and I had been engaged for about 2 years since the COVID-19 Pandemic has shifted many scheduled weddings to later dates. At the time, we actually struggled to find a wedding venue that met both of our needs. I was driving back from work one afternoon and saw the billboard for Saphire Event Group and scheduled appointments at The Villa and The Avenir. While we did stop by The Avenir first, we were already blown away by the amount of care, services, and accommodations provided at the venue. However there were still a few things that we wanted to consider. So Lynne at The Avenir, recommended us visiting The Villa with Kristen and Victoria to see the other sister location since it was not only closer to our home, but may offer a different feel to what we were looking for. When we arrived for our tour about a year before our proposed wedding date, we were greeted by Kristen Catwell. She was exceptionally thorough and left no stone unturned with what we were looking for. We received a tour of all the spaces and what would be included in our specific packages. Food is something that we are very passionate about so when we heard that SEG does all of the food options, including dietary accommodations, we knew we were in the right place. Many of our friends and family have some needs so it was nice to know that there were a lot of options for them to leave full!

As the process continued and the first initial payments were made, we met Victoria Rando, who is is hands down the BEST coordinator EVER! I don’t know of anyone who is so genuinely excited to be working with us and making our evening as special as the occasion, but every time we saw her to check in and make sure we were on track, it was like seeing a friend that we hadn’t seen in a while! She quickly integrated herself into the planning and really gave us everything that we needed, even until the night of the wedding reception. It was such a hard goodbye that evening, especially since we spent so much time in the planning process, going through contingencies, communicating delays, and many more. But we knew Victoria showed up for us that day and gave us her 1000%. I also think that she’s now the favorite :) For many people wanting to celebrate an occasion such as a wedding or any other occasion that is meaningful in your life, please come a see the team at Sapphire Event Group. We’ve only seen two of the 4 event areas ourselves, but I am sure that if our experience at both locations serves as a marker for the other two, then all of the event spaces are fantastic! Shoutouts to the amazing staff and bridal attendants at our wedding at The Villa! You all truly made us feel so special on a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

I had my wedding here 3 weeks ago and it was nothing short of AMAZING! Sarah was our wedding producer and we can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work, patience and love! She made the planning process so smooth - she deserves a 10 star! The whole team was so welcoming, helpful and overall the best. The venue is absolutely beautiful! We had an indoor ceremony by the fireplace and reception in the Grand Ballroom and all of our guests were super pleased & had so many great things to say. The food was amazing, and one of my favorite parts! They have such a great selection. Kim was our attendant and she kept my husband and I on track to make sure that we ate and that we had everything we needed. She put lots of smiles on everyone’s face and kept me calm when I needed it the most! She was so great, thank you Kim! The Villa was able to give me my dream wedding, and our guest told us “it was like a fairy tale wedding”. Overall, this venue is a 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone! It was such a pleasure working with everyone, and a bittersweet goodbye to the team. Thank you for an amazing and magical wedding!

AMAZING. I can’t think of any other words that describe this venue, THE STAFF, the food, the service. Our event producer, Ellen Jones is a literal saint. She was so easy to work with, so friendly, quick to respond to my multiple messages, she was there for us every single step of the way providing input where needed and recommendations. Her level of professionalism is top tier. If I could give 100 stars I would. I am confident our wedding will be talked about for years to come thanks to the amazing staff at The Villa. Highly recommend getting married here! We got married September of 2023 and the staff, food and venue are incredible! My coordinator was Sarah and she was outstanding. She was so responsive either phone or email always and helped me seek other vendors etc.

100000% the venue to go with, I just got married here on Sunday Neightbor and it was absolutely gorgeous. I utilized the garden/tent and I had the best night of my life. I highly suggest the Villa- Ellen my wedding planner and Brooke my bridal attendant are irreplaceable. I am so lucky and thank you to you all!!

Food is 100/10. Guests are still talking about it & how it was served hot. I’m a gluten free bride with 3 celiac family members and they commented that they’ve “never had that many GF options at a wedding in their life.” All allergies were handled well, the tent is GORGEOUS. Truly. The staff here is unreal and you get a whole team with you, day of Sarah Greenstein and the entire staff at the villa truly made our wedding! We talked and planned for months with them and they were so attentive & responsive. We chose the Tent and booked over FaceTime. It did not disappoint! The ONLY thing we would have liked was an additional bar under the tent when it rains during reception. Usually there’s a 2nd bar on the lawn for a large guest count . But for our 190 guests, the line got a littleeee long at times at the bar!

We were very nervous thinking about wedding planning. After touring the Villa, we knew it was the right place for us. We chose the white pergola and the Grand Ballroom for our 145 guests. Ellen Jones was our Event Producer and she was AMAZING. As a bride, I had many questions throughout the year (because, wedding planning… right?) and Ellen was quick to answer and help me. Ellen made sure to go through the policies, checklists, and everything we needed to know about our special day. She was so patient with us and our guests the day of the wedding. Thanks Ellen for all your help! It was a smooth process!!

I recently had my wedding here on September 10th and everything was beyond my expectations. Meridith and her team went above and beyond, making sure that my day was perfect. And it was! I was never that girl that dreamt of her wedding day but everything about my day was perfect. The food was amazing, the service was immaculate. The Villa was our wedding venue on 9/8/23. From the moment we walked into the venue for a tour we were blown away! The ambiance, location, decor, and staff were incredible. They were able to help us have the wedding of our dreams with our available budget. The wedding night was so seamless and we owe that all to Kayla our event producer!! She was so attentive and professional. We literally had to show up on the day of our wedding and everything was taken care of, we didn’t have to think about anything. The outdoor tent site is absolutely breathtaking, the isle is long, the lawn games and fire pits add a nice touch. The food was absolutely incredible people are still taking about their meals and how delicious they were. This venue has perfected all things wedding! They were timely to answer all questions and always available by phone, e-email, call, or text! I can’t recommend The Villa enough to all brides looking for their wedding venue.

We had the BEST experience at The Villa at Ridder Country Club. If we could rate it 10 stars, we would! The planning process with the team at The Villa was seamless. It was such a pleasure working closely with our event producer Sarah. EVERY question was answered and EVERY detail was covered. The meeting timeline and supporting preparation documents helped us manage the wedding planning details without a wedding planner. Sarah was so beyond patient and friendly, it made the process even more enjoyable. She captured every detail (down to our very specific uplighting request to the wedding favor placement). A few other highlights: -The venue itself - absolutely, beautiful! It was made for weddings. -The preferred vendor list is helpful if you are struggling where to start with your vendor. We selected our dj/photobooth/photographer from the list and are so happy with the experiences we’ve had with each of our vendors. -The food selection was amazing. There were so many options, it was nearly impossible for us to chose! -The organization and structure provided by the team on our wedding day made everything run so smoothly. Our guests are still commenting on how organized our wedding day was. This truly was the wedding of our dreams, and we would definitely recommend The Villa as a wedding venue to anyone who asked.

We had an absolutely perfect wedding day, thanks to the wonderful team at The Villa! Our event producer, Ellen Jones, was a pleasure to work with & did an amazing job of bringing our vision for our big day to life! She was very communicative & answered all of our questions throughout the process. She paid close attention to the specifics of our day, including photos we had sent of decor, etc, and we were floored when we walked into the venue! Everything looked absolutely beautiful. Our day went along super smoothly & our guests had a wonderful time. Everyone raved about the food & also really enjoyed our signature drinks (Espresso Martini & French 75) that the bar staff made for our day. We cannot recommend them enough for your big day!

This place since i saw it in person right away we knew this was it. We had the grandball room and let me tell you we had around 200 ppl and you couldn't even tell. The place is so elegant classy perfect for my vision. Sarah was my event producer and boy was she amazing. She was on top of everything the of the wedding i just focused on my nerves she and her staff had everything under control. Her team took care of us from start to finish. Absolutely grateful to them!!!!! I will forever remember this day and how special they made us feel. Thank you The villa and your amazing Team!!

We got married at the Villa on 7/22/2023 and held our reception in the tent. The ceremony space was beautiful and we can’t emphasize enough how many people reached out the next day to say what a wonderful time they had from the food to the grounds to the overall experience! To say that the Villa exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and we owe a lot of that to our wedding producer, Meridith Kelly. Thank you Meridith from the bottom of our hearts for your support, patience and professionalism! You truly made our experience better than we ever could have imagined.

Sarah G did awesome! Incredible communication, organization and planning from the start. I really have no idea how anyone can plan a wedding like this on their own. The professionalism is unmatched. Their expertise made our wedding day as fun, special and stress-free...(as a wedding could possibly be haha). Sapphire Group is a well oiled-machine. We had the time of lives. It got pretty lively towards the end of the night, but we kept it in control from what I remember. After party continued on at the Marriot Rayham hotel until about 3am with pizza, wine & cigars. We had a great night! Thanks for everything. The whole staff did an incredible job.

I cannot say enough great things about the Villa and the Saphire Event Group in general. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful. We’ve gotten so many compliments, and we didn’t have to go crazy with decor because of how beautiful the Madeira ballroom is on its own. The food is fantastic, and it was so convenient that everything is handled through the event company. Our event producer, Sarah G, was so amazing. She helped us make sure everything was perfect, and she was professional, fun to work with, and beyond helpful in the months leading up to the wedding. The rest of the staff was also fantastic — we and our guests all had nothing but positive interactions. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with a great planning experience, this is the place for you! If this particular venue isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, I would still 1000% recommend checking out the other venues through Saphire Event Group — they’re amazing!

We got married at The Villa on July 15, 2023 in the Tent. We had looked at several venues prior to making a decision and The Villa exceeded all of them in every aspect - the appetizers during the tour is also a nice touch as the food there is AMAZING. The only downside for us was the location, so we had our hotel blocks in Plymouth, MA to make for a better guest experience. The venue itself is gorgeous, the pricing is very reasonable compared with other similar venues and the staff is top notch!! Meridith was our Event Producer and we honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She made the process so smooth - assisting us with timeline, coordinating with vendors, setting up decor, and thinking of every other minor detail that we may have missed. She was very responsive and attentive to the many questions and changes I had along the way - as well as handling the details of the wedding day of. The wedding itself was perfect - the tent is pretty much all white, so easy to customize and decorate to make your vision come to life. The outdoor cocktail hour is perfect - our guests enjoyed playing corn hole and making use of the outdoor furniture and fire pit. The tent itself is super spacious, so nothing felt cramped and the dance floor is also quite large - plenty of room for all of our guests to dance (plus a band). The food was incredible - our guests especially loved the Dates wrapped in Bacon, the Filet Mignon and the Slider Station as a Late Night Snack. I highly recommend the Villa as a wedding venue - you won't regret it!

The Tent at the Villa was the perfect spot for our laid-back summer wedding! The weather cooperated and we were able to have our garden ceremony underneath a sunset sky. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. The night ran so smoothly because the staff was so attentive to our needs. Food was delicious! We had so many guests compliment the appetizers and dinners. 10/10 as a wedding spot!

Cannot say enough positive about The Villa and my experience with Victoria and all of the staff! My wife and I had our reception for our wedding in July and it was perfect! The planning with Victoria, tasting with the chef for meal options and reviewing all of the details was effortless. Myself and my wife have been engaged since 2020 and finally we were able to have our dream wedding at The Villa. I can't say enough positive about how the staff supported us and made our wedding such a special day. In terms of the actual wedding day we had been warned by other that "It will go by too fast" "you won't have enough time to do everything". Our experience at The Villa was the exact opposite! We did have a five hour reception and although it flew by we never felt rushed. Our bridal attendant was BEYOND amazing! She made sure my wife was ready, organized and kept all of the bridal party, parents and myself happy. Any request was carried out immediately and she was attentive to every detail. The food? AMAZING, we went with both a chicken and a steak option and to this day it still stands at the best steak of my life! The guests couldn't stop telling us that the food was incredible and some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Victoria led the charge and kept amazing communication with our vendors and of course us! We never felt rushed throughout the evening and had a clear plan for what was next. If there is any doubt in your mind about going here for a wedding, event or party, take a look at the property!! Our guests are still commenting how amazing the view was, right on the water and amazing gardens! Thank you to all of the staff that supported us and made our day amazing!

We were so blessed to have our wedding at the Villa. We had our ceremony outside in the beautiful Madera Garden and then moved into the Madera ballroom for our reception. The grounds are stunning and the ballroom was exactly the vibe we were looking for. Ellen Jones was our event producer and she was amazing! She answered every email (and I swear sometimes she could read my mind and answer my questions before I asked. ) She made us feel at ease and we knew we could trust her with any detail! The food at the Villa is delicious! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We could not have asked for a better person to guide to us through this process than Ellen Jones! Ellen was so responsive and very patient with us. Our vision and plans changed a few times and each time Ellen was able to adjust with us. As helpful as Ellen was throughout our engagement period, she was even more helpful on the day of our wedding. Ellen made sure everything went smoothly. I literally did not have anything to worry about at all. There was a schedule and I don't remember looking at the time at all. Everything just flowed perfectly. Ellen absolutely delivered like the professional she is. Anyone that is deciding to get married at the Villa should be honored to have Ellen on their team. The Villa exceeded all our expectations! They brought my dream pinterest wedding to life, guests raved about the service and the food all night! Honestly having your wedding at the Villa will be smooth sailing you don't have to worry about a thing because they've got it covered! We had Sarah help us from day one and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire processes she was always a phone call or email away and she really worked hard on bringing my vision to life, nothing was ever no with her she would always first checked to see if they can make it work and boy did they! 100/10 rating!
