+ rehearsal. The rehearsal was perfect.
On the day of, chairs were set up exactly as planned, the bride and grooms rooms were set up with chocolates, thank you cards and a bucket of whatever drinks we wanted in there.
We opted to take advantage of their beautiful bar and hired a bartender for an extremely reasonable add on. People were amazed that they could have a drink before the ceremony.
Callie and Sonia are both extremely proficient in ensuring events run smoothly, they were both so kind and gracious throughout the entire process.
Would absolutely recommend.

guest, and getting ready rooms for both the bride and groom. Besides being a beautiful venue, what also sold me what that I can have both ceremony & reception at the same place. Cocktail hour was outside, and it could accommodate two food trucks. Also the venue is prepared with tents and heaters in case of bad weather. The staff at the Virgil are great with communication and had recommendations & advice when I needed it. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Virgil, because my wedding was perfect.

y such a beautiful space, it didn’t need a lot of decorations. There are so many unique spaces, like the bank vault, the front steps and the mezzanine, that provide amazing photo opportunities. We got so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the space. Our guests also loved the crafted cocktails the bartenders, Callie and Rachel, made for our wedding. We looked at a lot of wedding venues in the Reno area before deciding on The Virgil. We were excited we could use any vendor and it was more affordable than some of other spaces we looked at. James and I are so glad we chose The Virgil and definitely recommend it. Best for weddings/events up to 100 people.

my side to answer any questions I had and ensure my vision became a reality. It was the perfect place for our 80 guest wedding and reception. Despite weather changes, The Virgil staff was there to ensure my big day went off without a hitch. They also provide an awesome vendor list if you need help finding any and have an awesome bar and package options. I am so happy with how perfect my wedding turned out, I wish we could do it all over again and again. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or party. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure your event goes well. If you are looking for a venue that will provide for a stress free perfect day in a elegant setting, The Virgil is what you are looking for!

olving door. For my wedding, we had a large guest count, so we initially went with another venue. Unfortunately, that venue went out of business 2 months before our wedding. The virgil stepped in and stepped up to accommodate our wedding party by finding creative places to make sure people had a place to eat their dinner. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They made sure the space looked amazing for our day and their bar staff made sure everyone had a tasty drink in hand all night. We needed to flip the space and we had a plan A but of course a huge snow storm hit and they quickly problem-solved to allow us to use the pretty basement to flip the space above. I cannot express my gratitude and their professionalism is truly exceptional.
The biggest little wedding venue <3 My husband and I had our ceremony and took our formal photos here. It was perfect!
