Kristen was excellent is helping me find the perfect wedding dress! I made an appointment for their Sample Sale and it was SO worth it. Kristen helped keep me on track with which dresses I truly liked and which ones made me feel good. She made the experience of trying on gowns so wonderful. I walked away that day with a dress, veil, shoes, belt and earrings. I would absolutely recommend The Vow Boutique! It was the first and only boutique I went to. Very glad I chose The Vow Boutique!

I loved working with The Vow for picking the perfect dress for our wedding day. We had a private appointment and they made the experience special. Attention was paid to my ideas and when we finally picked the dress they made the process streamline. Their in house seamstress is also wonderful. She's very detailed in per process of alterations and we were doing fittings up until the week before to make sure it fit perfectly for the wedding day.

My family and I had the most wonderful experience at The Vow Boutique. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like royalty. They were able to take an image I had in my head and match it with the perfect dress! Wish I could have that experience all over again.

Beyond perfect experience with The Vow! The shop is beautiful and has a great variety of designers and dresses. I purchased a sheath dress by designer Essence of Australia and a simple fingertip veil as well. Alterations were great and my dress fit perfectly! Plus the dress was very fairly priced and right within my budget. Shop owner, Kristen, is so sweet and set up a private party with champagne and snacks for us! She made my wedding dress shopping experience easy and fun!

I absolutely LOVED this salon! Wonderful staff, very helpful and honest. I couldn’t give them enough credit, I got my dream gown in a matter of half an hour at an affordable price. Everything was set up beautifully, all gowns were in order it was so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. In a matter of an hour I found my gown, maid of Honer gowns, and bridesmaids. I just bought my wedding dress from The Vow and it couldn’t have went anymore perfect. I was nervous about trying dresses on and was worried I wouldn’t find something I liked but the opposite happened! All of their dresses were gorgeous and there were so many to choose from. We made an appointment and were the only ones there. I never felt rushed or pressured it was a overall great experience.

If you live in the Morgantown, or surrounding area, there is no other place to shop! Starting with the beautiful boutique, the champs on hand, the gorgeous dresses, and the owner Kristen & manager Rachel being phenomenal! My appointment went so smoothly, and Rachel was so genuine in helping me feel my best in the dresses! I found a gorgeous dress & veil in 2hrs! I cannot rave enough how wonderful this boutique is. Thank you ladies for making my wedding dress dreams come true!!!!

Kristen and her team were a dream to work with. They were patient and excelled at customer service. I couldn't imagine another store to buy my wedding gown. To every last detail, The Vow was accommodating and communicative. There is no other boutique to consider. Giving The Vow 5 stars is nearly insulting to their superiority.

The Vow had exactly what I was looking for in my dress. They were so wonderful and accommodating to me and my family during my appointment. Kristen is so sweet and made me feel right at home. I also got my alterations there and was very pleased with the quality and the price!!!

I went to The Vow with my daughter who bought her wedding dress there. I tried on a mother of the bride dress, then looked at other stores in Ross Township and other Pittsburgh areas. The service was so great at The Vow and so poor at the other stores (Pittsburgh) that I just went back and bought 2 dresses for me for 2 weddings this summer - my daughter and my son. Cristen (owner) and Rachel are fabulous at service and were very nice to this mother of the bride, and later this year mother of the groom. I love my dresses and I did not even need to leave Morgantown. I wanted people to know to visit the Vow for a look see. It is marvelous and they do care and provide great service. *****

When my grandma and I walked in we were treated very well. The staff was great in assisting us find a dress. I had no intention of buying a dress that day but The Vow put me in a beautiful dress and it was hard to say no. Awesome staff and a great dress boutique 😃

I bought my wedding dress from The Vow Boutique and loved it! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is super cute and easy to look through. They were very accommodating and made my experience great!

This place has been a horrible nightmare from the start. The bridemaids dresses were ordered in way too small and we were told "sorry we never ordered from the company before" the gowns were all ordered by the deadline and we recieved them in June/July. The dresses were all too small and had to have several alterations to let the bridemaids dresses out. They still were never let out enough, because it couldn't be let out anymore. The day of the wedding all the bridesmaids were uncomforable in our gowns. We also had to eat the cost of alterations in letting the gowns out, when it wasn't our fault to begin with. We had them sized and it was the companys fault, the store should've been more apologetic and helped with the cost of alterations. Two of the gowns also were Way to short. Again, we ate the costs of having to add length to the gowns. The day of the wedding the dresses still looked way too tight and we were so uncomfortable in our dresses. The bride also had a horrible expereince. To start with there needs to be better communication between the store and the seamstress.The seamstress confessed to us that she was very sorry for having to cancel on the bride during a fitting when the bride already drove 45 mins to Morgantown and they cancelled on her. The store told the bride that she had a death in the family. The bride and the bridemaids later found out that there was no death, the store just over booked the seamstress. The seamstress was very polite, but screwed the brides dress up! Never was there a final fitting, the bride got home with the gown, the seamstress was out of town, and the bride bawled the day before her wedding because her wedding gown looked horrible. Her nipples were showing, from all the last minute alterations that were done. Thanks to Oliveros Bridal and Boutique they saved her wedding and fixed her gown the day before the wedding. Kristin was super nice when I met her one day, Rachel was rude and rolled her eyes at times. This is not just a complaint from our bridal group, we've heard it from other customers as well. Please, save your time and don't go through what we had to go deal with!! This store didn't VOW to do anything for US!!

I grew up in the area and was home to look at dresses with my mom, The Vow is EXACTLY what WV brides need! It is was bridal gown shopping should be! Julia was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend and wish them all the best!

I loved that The Vow has online booking. It made it really convenient for me and my schedule to pick a time. There are a lot of dresses in a lot of different styles, without being an overwhelming amount. Kristen helped me when I first came to try on dresses and kept track of the ones I had narrowed it down to. I had a couple quick appointments, also with Kristen, afterward to show parents dresses I was considering and finally to make a down payment and get measured. She was very patient and friendly and always offered me something to drink. At no point did I feel pressured like I did at other salons. My dress got in a bit later than expected, which was not an issue because I started the search so far before my wedding date, but I would've liked to hear from the salon instead of having to call and check in when I got concerned. My only other small complaint is that when I arrived for 2 different alterations appointments, someone was working other than Kristen and hardly acknowledged me, instead waiting for the seamstress to greet me. Kristen was definitely more welcoming. Alterations went very smoothly though and were right in the range that Kristen had estimated to expect. The dress was beautiful and fit like a glove for the wedding day!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We submitted sizes for bridesmaids dresses in February they they are still not in. Brother's wedding is in 18 days and for a month they've been telling the bride they were shipped. Come to find out the dresses are coming from CHINA and still have not shipped. Why? Apparently they didn't order them until March and now they are behind. Finding out that there are several other brides in the same situation who ordered from The Vow (this coming from the owner and other staff). They've haven't been truthful through this process. They did offer 40% off the dresses, which would be all fine and dandy if the dresses were here PERIOD. Even if they come within the next week, having them altered would be pushing it. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another bride that I know had this happen a few weeks ago with the Vow with the same promises and lies. This is completely unprofessional and disheartening to know an establishment could run a business like this. I HIGHLY suggest that if you are searching for a place to order for your special day, you choose elsewhere.

The girls at The Vow are absolutely one of a kind! My experience started out with a Diamond Bridal Party, which my friend had surprised me with as a gift. I highly recommend that every bride does this as it's a once in a lifetime experience! The day was perfect and I found the dress of my dreams! Kristen and her entire team were such a big help through the entire process and their seamstress is beyond AMAZING! You will be in the best hands from start to finish with these ladies. Before I start, I just want to state that I visited a few bridal boutiques before visiting The Vow and became defeated from the lack of customer service and ultimately leading me to not finding or even coming close to finding a wedding dress for my wedding in August. As a bride you want to feel special and cared for and that is exactly what The Vow girls did for me. As soon as I arrived I was offered champagne or mimosa which instantly made me feel important. After that my mom and I picked about 8 dresses and Kristen carried each one to the dressing room. Kristen is 100% professional and has that "best friend" personality that I love! She made me feel comfortable and was always right there to help pin me into the dresses. After I tried on the first dress, I fell in LOVE. Rachel, another Vow girl, added a dress to my room that she thought I would like. I tried it on and immediately knew that it was THE ONE. Trust me, these ladies are the real deal. They are thoughtful, genuine and have amazing customer service. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH KRISTEN & RACHEL!!! I left with a smile on my face and a dress ordered:)

I can't even tell you how amazing my experience at The Vow was!!! I did their Diamond Bridal Party. Myself and 4 of my best ladies had the entire shop to ourselves for 3 hours. When we got there they had snacks, cupcakes, water, and champagne waiting for us! I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I wanted to be able to find my perfect dress. Kristen, the owner, was super helpful and sweet. Rachael was also wonderful. We had a truly incredible time. They truly made me feel so special. After I found my perfect dress they took my photo in front of a chalkboard where they had written my future name with a little sign that said "I said yes at The Vow". I definitely recommend The Vow to anyone who wants a special day to find their dress.

I went to The Vow in August and spent hours with Kristen and the girls. The store has the big city, upscale feeling but the entire staff is so sweet and helpful! I didn't purchase my dress that day and went to other bridal stores in Ohio, and I did not receive the warm, welcoming feeling as I did in The Vow. On my return trip in October, Kristen had already pulled some dresses she thought I may like and offered her genuine opinions about everything. The staff is very knowledgeable about the designers and are very helpful with picking out accessories to get the "whole picture." I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my dream dress at the The Vow and and can't wait until it gets her in February! I would highly recommend The Vow for the best bridal experience!

Kristen and her girls are absolutely amazing! I loved my entire experience with them. Wouldn't change anything about it for the world. They were all so kind and helpful. I found my gown at my appointment and I knew it was "the one". I can't wait for it to come in, so I can obsess over it more:)

I absolutely adore The Vow Boutique and the ladies that work there. I had the privilege of having a Diamond Bridal private party with some of my family and close friends. It was a wonderful experience where I found the dress of my dreams! Can't wait to work with them again soon for more items for my wedding.

Kristen & her girls are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to help brides find exactly what they are looking for... even if it is the smallest detail. You can tell that they love what they do & they find true happiness in making every brides dream day perfect! I had already purchased my gown before they had opened, but had I not I definitely would have bought it at The Vow!!! All of their dresses are stunning, unique, & affordable :) ...Kristen spent hours helping me find the perfect jewelry to match my dress & she managed to make sure it arrived right on time due to me putting it off till the last minute..... and the jewelry from Haute Bride was absolutely stunning, I loved it in the photos when she ordered it for me but was even more obsessed with it in person! I HIGHLY recommend going here, you will be happy you did!!!!

Kristen and her team are amazing! They truly care about the experience. Every bride wants that magical bridal moment and The Vow is sure to give you just that! The girls were so patient with me when I was indecisive & stopped me before exiting the dressing room to find out my feelings before my entourage had the chance to chime in. They made me feel like I was more than just another bride passing through. I would recommend The Vow a hundred times over!

I can't say enough about how amazing of an experience I have had with The Vow!!!! From the moment I spoke with the girls to schedule my first visit to the store, to the actual appointment day, myself, my bridesmaids, and family were greeted with warm welcomes and wonderful customer service!! While trying on dresses we were showered with attention and were all served an assortment of beverages to water, coffee, tea, wine or champagne. All which were complimentary. That very day my first time out looking for my dress I found "The One" and the girls had it ordered for me before I left the store!! I was measured so accurately that when my dress came in it zipped up perfectly and only needed hemmed and a bustle, which kept my alteration cost to a minimum!! Now we are 12 days out from our wedding day and I have my dress and it is perfect!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience!!!

The owner stays informed and up to date on the latest trends, but also offers a myriad of gorgeous, classic styles. My mom and grandma made a trip to see me in morgantown shortly after my engagement. We decided to go to The Vow just for a fun girls day. They were so welcoming and kind to us, and let me try on so many dresses! I found the one I knew I needed to have, and decided to buy! One of the best things about the experience was that they didn't pressure me into buying it. They let the decision be mine, and I'm so grateful for that! I have no regrets about going to The Vow!

The Vow Boutique is everything a bride wants in a bridal boutique! You walk in and feel like you are getting married! The service is the best and they really go above and beyond to make your experience special! I will be going back there often to just say hi or make another purchase! Totally recommend!! :)

Picking out a wedding gown is supposed to be a wonderful experience and that is exactly what Kristen and her staff did. My experience with them was hands down the BEST! The store is adorable, the dresses are gorgeous, and the service is TOP NOTCH!! I Highly recommend The Vow Boutique!!

I had a wonderful experience finding my perfect wedding dress here. This was actually the first bridal shop that I had been to when I first began looking for my dress. The owner, Kristen was very nice and welcomed me to try on some dresses. She has a very beautiful selection of wedding dresses. I ended up falling in love with 2 dresses that day. I looked around at some other dresses at other bridal shops, but did not have the same great experience as I did at The Vow Boutique. I brought my mom with me to The Vow when I knew which dresses it was going to be between. It was such a hard decision to choose between 2 stunning dresses! All of the staff at The Vow Boutique were so friendly and helpful with the process of helping me find my perfect dress, and I can't thank them enough for giving me a wonderful experience. I had my alterations done here also and I can't even describe how amazing the seamstress did at shortening the length of the scalloped lace edges at the bottom of my dress to fit me. She also sewed one of my bras into the dress since the back of the dress was open lace and I wouldn't be able to wear a bra. My dress fit me perfectly and was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't be happier with my overall experience here. I highly recommend The Vow to all the brides to be that I know!

I had the most amazing experience at The Vow. Kristen helped me find the dress of my dreams and did an amazing job. She was so helpful and kind. She worked with me as I made payments over the months and all I had to do was email her to do a payment. She is so understanding and not pushy at all. I would recommend The Vow any day! Their customer service is fantastic and the overall experience makes you feel like the most important woman in the world! Their alterations, accessories, and jewelry are all so good...you really don't need to go anywhere else!

This was the very first place I tried on wedding dresses and every other place I went to after just did not compare! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are not pushy or just trying to make a sale like you might find at a chain bridal store. They genuinely seem to care about finding the absolute best fit for each of their brides and making each one feel of them feel special! I would recommend this place to anyone!

These girls are so friendly and excited for you that it makes the whole experience fun. They outfit you with a "Bride" robe and write "Future Mrs. ..." on the welcome board when you come in to give you a personalized experience and make you feel special.
