We are a dedicated food/beverage event staff and service rental company. Had your food and beverages donated for your auction? Maybe you are having a wedding with a restaurant providing the food but no catering staff help. We are here to do everything you don't want to do or cannot do. From assuming the roll of a whole caterer by setting up the event, serving it to full tear down all the way to the other spectrum of simply wanting 1 bartender to come to your house and serve to a small group of friends. What an amazing service Waitstaff provides! My husband and I had to make a very last minute change of plans for catering at our 100+ person wedding in April 2024, and we were struggling to find an alternative we could afford that included on-site staffing. Enter Waitstaff: their staff, gear, and marvelously efficient and seasoned service approach totally saved the day. They served up a delicious feast we could afford (shout out to Tamale Boy!), including happy hour appetizers and dinner, brought out our variety of desserts from different vendors, and discreetly handled the clean up before they packed out. Feeding people was my no. 1 anxiety during our planning process and I did not worry about the dining service for a single second during my wedding. Priceless! Thank you Waitstaff!

We are so happy we found The WaitStaff Team to help serve dinner for our wedding. They went above and beyond our expectations and were so easy to work with. Daniel made the whole process super easy, answered all my questions, and reassured me that they try to make the day as stress-free as they can. The team onsite for the day was so professional and really seemed to enjoy being there. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to them!

This vendor is a no-brainer . . . led by the owner whose smile and winning ways inspires confidence from set-up to break-down, every member of his assembled team was professional and personable. They seemed to understand that each wedding day is one-of-a-kind and I observed them make the all-out-effort necessary to insure perfection for the bride, groom, their family and other guests. I am the owner of the Venue selected to host a wedding in which the caterer decided to "do her thing" in a new location which caused everyone to scurry . . . not a single complaint did I hear from start to finish from anyone on "the Team." If you are in need of hard-working, dependable servers for ANY Special Event, look no further.

This was some of the best money we spent during our wedding. Talking with Daniel about our event needs was easy and he gave some great advice. We had two WaitStaff members and they were professional and worked hard. They helped make sure our wedding ran smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough!
