We are a dedicated food/beverage event staff and service rental company. Had your food and beverages donated for your auction? Maybe you are having a wedding with a restaurant providing the food but no catering staff help. We are here to do everything you do not want to do or cannot do.
From assuming the role of a caterer by setting up the event, serving it, and doing the full tear down, all the way to the other spectrum of simply wanting 1 bartender to come to your house and serve to a small group of friends. We are here for your staffing needs!

I'm so glad we hired WaitStaff for our wedding! We had a very DIY venue and needed help with set up and tear down, along with serving food we got delivered from a local restaurant....
Even the beginning form that we filled out for a quote was helpful: all the questions helped us narrow down what we needed and wanted to do. And yet, they were totally flexible with us changing our plans as we got further into planning. The communication throughout the planning process was excellent, clear and prompt. And they gave smart advice during our meetings to help us avoid problems that we might otherwise have had on the day of.
Day of service was amazing - they even arranged a beautiful grazing table based on inspiration photos I gave them. Between our bartender, wedding coordinator, and the WaitStaff team we were able to completely relax and enjoy the day with our guests: they took care of everything flawlessly!
I hope I'm able to throw another party in the future and hire them again.

gling to find an alternative we could afford that included on-site staffing. Enter Waitstaff: their staff, gear, and marvelously efficient and seasoned service approach totally saved the day. They served up a delicious feast we could afford (shout out to Tamale Boy!), including happy hour appetizers and dinner, brought out our variety of desserts from different vendors, and discreetly handled the clean up before they packed out. Feeding people was my no. 1 anxiety during our planning process and I did not worry about the dining service for a single second during my wedding. Priceless! Thank you Waitstaff!

They seemed to understand that each wedding day is one-of-a-kind and I observed them make the all-out-effort necessary to insure perfection for the bride, groom, their family and other guests. I am the owner of the Venue selected to host a wedding in which the caterer decided to "do her thing" in a new location which caused everyone to scurry . . . not a single complaint did I hear from start to finish from anyone on "the Team."
