Trish Jones is an absolute savage. From the jump, she made it clear that she is more than a wedding planner. She is a curator and magician. She simply makes magic happen. From our first meeting with her in our venues parking lot 10 months before our wedding, it was clear there would be no one else. Her connections with vendors in Southern California and the Coachella Valley are extensive. She has incredible instincts and her attention to detail is second to none. Worth every penny. She simply made our dreams come true.

Trish is the absolute best. We hired her as a partial planner to help us with the big and little things. She is so on top of everything and is incredibly organized. She helped us feel calm and stress free, and also helped us enjoy the process of planning our wedding!!! Trish always made herself available whenever we needed her, and made sure to reach out to us if she hadn't heard from us in a while. She helped us find many of our other vendors, and everybody she led us to was incredibly professional, awesome, and just what we were looking for. I cannot imagine NOT having her plan our wedding. She was our guiding light the entire process. She helped our vision come to fruition and is the reason we had the BEST WEDDING EVER! Not only did she help us have the best wedding ever, we also feel like we gained a friend in the process. She's the loveliest, kindest human and we highly recommend her as a wedding planner. Trish is the best of the best when it comes to wedding planners in the Palm Springs area! From the get-go Trish is very excited and knowledgeable and has so many ideas for how she can make your vision come to life. The entire planning process was so stress free and easy and that is because of her wealth of knowledge and insight. Our day was absolutely perfect and she took care of everything! I had complete confidence that she would make sure our day was perfection. I wish I could get married again, so I could use Trish! Book her!

My husband and I were thrilled with our wedding, and it goes without saying that it would not have happened without Trish Jones’ support! Trish gave me such sound advice all along the way (both creative and tactical) and her presence and direction on the day of our wedding gave me all the reassurance I needed to know that the ceremony, reception, and afterparty would be executed beautifully. Trish possesses a very special set of skills and the ideal disposition to help see married couples and their families through this process, and I feel so lucky that we were able to secure her team (shoutout to Drew and Sarah!). Thank you Trish from the bottom of our hearts for all of the love, energy, creativity, and wisdom you brought to our wedding day. I have received so many wonderful notes from friends and family saying how much they enjoyed themselves and all of the little touches that kept everything connected and the momentum going full steam until the end of the night. The best thing you can do to keep yourself sane during the crazy process of having a wedding is to hire a great wedding planner - Court and I will be forever grateful that we found Trish! From the first phone call, Trish put us at ease, and she was able to keep all of the moving parts organized in a manageable way that allowed us to actually enjoy the process. Beyond being someone who was there for us at a moment's notice via phone call or text, she was also SO knowledgeable about Palm Springs, and we ended up using all of her recommendations from where to have the rehearsal dinner to all of our vendor choices. The entire weekend went more perfectly than even my highest expectations, and it was in large part because of the support of Trish and her team, along with all of the incredible vendors that she recommended. We also need to give a huge shoutout to Drew, who was there with us on-site the whole day ensuring that everything was perfect. Hiring TWDTA was one of the best decisions we made - we felt supported, prioritized, and special, and the TWDTA team was able to do that while also handling the busiest/craziest wedding season I think anyone has seen. We will be forever grateful for the memories that we have from that weekend, and forever grateful for Trish and team's significant role in that.

Trish is truly an incredible wedding planner. I could not have pulled off my special day without Trish and her team. They are extremely professional, capable/knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Any issue that arose during the wedding planning process, Trish handled with diplomacy and professionalism. Everything about my wedding was perfect and smooth all thanks to Trish and her team. I am SO happy I found Trish and chose her to be my wedding planner. If I had to plan my wedding all over again, I would choose Trish again in a heartbeat. I absolutely recommend Trish and her team! I highly recommend Trish as a wedding planner for all those looking in the Palm Springs/Joshua Tree area. Trish is a local so she really knows the ins and outs of the area, including everyone in the wedding business. She is a creative genius and will have your wedding planned out from the minute you start talking. She is quick to respond to all emails and fast to think- always 3 steps ahead and thinking of an alternative if need be. She's not afraid to offer her opinion and get down to the dirty details which is helpful for brides that need guidance! I truly felt like Trish went above & beyond for me as I was scoping out wedding venues... and I wasn't even her client yet! Unfortunately I did not end up choosing the venue we originally wanted in PS but I still had to leave Trish a raving review because she is that great!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow. Trish and her team were the absolute best. We could not have pulled off our desert wedding without them. Trish was so kind and supportive and got things DONE! We had some unplannable challenges arise that might come with any off-the-grid desert wedding in the middle of nowhere — but Trish handled them like a boss! She was able to work her magic and made sure we had a smooth, fun, and just perfect wedding day! We were so glad to have her on our team. She has a special ability to make you feel comfortable while her team orchestrates a beautiful experience. Team Trish!!!

Trish and her team were an incredible support for us as we were planning our wedding. She knows the area and the local vendors better than anyone else, she connected us with almost all our vendors including the venue, and all of them were so lovely and a dream to work with. Trish is kind, organized, and honest - which believe me you want in a planner! As members of the Queer/LGBTQ+ community, we wanted a non-traditional wedding, and Trish helped us figure out which details to leave in, what we could scrap, and the general flow for the entire day so it was efficient, effective and exactly how we wanted it. As a Virgo, I really appreciate Trish's attention to detail and extreme organization throughout the entire planning process. I couldn't have more positive things to say about TWDTA Team! Drew was our day-of coordinator and he really nailed it. From setting up last-minute welcome tables to coordinating all the vendors, to comforting family relatives, we absolutely could not have pulled it off without him! All in all, our day was so magical, in no small part thanks to Trish and TWDTA team.

We worked closely with Trish for my daughter's wedding in Yucca Valley. She had all the resources to refer to us, managed the wedding flawlessly and gave us great peace of mind to know she was in charge! She and her team were wonderful on the day of the wedding and I never gave a moments thought to what was next. They managed the day perfectly! Plus she's such a wonderful person to work with! She makes everything seem possible and then proceeds to make it so!

Trish and her team were so amazing! I had ZERO stress on the day of my wedding. They helped us coordinate all the vendors and created the perfect timeline. Her entire team was so responsive to all of our calls and emails. Her knowledge of the area and vendors was so helpful. We couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. At the end of the day it was well worth the investment. The biggest compliment I could give them is that they were invisible (in the best way) during the event and everything went perfect.

I can’t imagine planning a Pioneertown wedding without Trish and her team! Our daughter and (now) son-in-law chose the Pioneertown Sound Stage as the perfect venue for their bohemian desert wedding. They had a clear vision of what they wanted the wedding to be like including décor and events , but when we saw the venue contract and that they’d need to bring in everything from portable toilets to drinking water and a staged kitchen, we knew that we needed help from someone intimately familiar with the venue and Pioneertown/Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree area. Fortunately, our kids found Trish and The Walk Down the Aisle. The “peace of mind” contract included some pre-wedding planning, including emails and phone calls as well as day-of-event coordination. Trish also provided recommendations for local vendors and, while some non-local vendors were chosen by the bride and groom, she reviewed all of the contracts, reassuring us that nothing critical would be forgotten. The few times we parents contacted Trish for recommendations, such as transportation options and Sunday brunch venues, she was most helpful and responsive. The attention to detail showed by the vendor worksheets and day-of-event schedule was mind-boggling and could not have been duplicated by us, not even taking into account the added stress this planning would have added for all involved. She went “above and beyond” to help be sure their vision was realized. Trish and her assistants Drew and Sarai really showed their worth on the wedding day, with a magical event that seemed effortless to everyone attending but which we know was anything but! As parents, we relaxed and enjoyed the wedding—knowing that Trish and her team had everything under control—and watching our kids actually having fun at their own wedding was priceless.

I don’t even know where to begin, Trish has been amazing since day one. I had called around and emailed several Palm Springs/Joshua Tree wedding planners. After just five minutes of talking to Trish on the phone I knew she was the perfect fit for us. The planning process was so smooth, and easy. She respected my budget, gave me options, direction, and amazing recommendations and deals. She has so many connections and personal relationships with so many vendors. I had a dream team of vendors - thanks to Trish! It was such a great feeling to know I was in such great hands. Unfortunately our venue owners were having some personal issues causing some last minute stress and instability issues. Trish spent so much time and effort advocating for me and our contract. Trish arranged for landscapers to come in and her event coordinators Drew and Melissa to come help problem solve, clean the venue and ceremony site, and most importantly hug me and listen to me. Despite all the venue issues I only have amazing memories of the wedding! Trish, Drew and Melissa truly saved the day. We had a small intimate wedding of about 50 people, every single person told me how amazing, beautiful and smooth our wedding was and how much they loved our planners. Even now in the weeks following the wedding Trish has been a huge support and advocate. I am so thankful and grateful to have met and worked with Trish. She is a genuine, kind person and is surrounded by an amazing team.

Trish goes above and beyond, and I would recommend a coordinator like her in a heartbeat for any couple! My husband and I planned a destination wedding, and I started to wonder if we should look into a coordinator. Trish offered to hop on a call as a free consultation. We stayed on the phone for over an hour, and I knew right away we wanted her on our team. Trish is so creative. She is quick to come up with solutions. She knows the vendors in town, and she is a master of details that we would never dream of — like the chairs and AV that our venue provides. She pulled together our vision and brought it to life. With her help, we had a beautiful day with little to no stress. Trish was worth every penny.
