The Water Oasis helped us from start to finish, with vendors, table layouts, and assisting at the rehearsal and wedding day in a way that was truly above and beyond what we expected! Michelle was kind and calm, always stepping in to help when needed. The setting is amazing which gives photos so many options we cannot wait to see them! It made such a difference to have the venue for the whole day, the separate getting ready rooms for both guys and gals and then to have the whole wedding and reception on site truly made he day so much easier, simpler and relaxed; we got so much more out of the day! As the only April on our team, you'll see my name pop up throughout your planning journey—from your very first inquiry and tour, possibly even helping ensure your event day goes off without a hitch. I love getting to know our clients, and there's nothing more rewarding than helping bring your vision to life while making the entire experience feel organized, enjoyable, and stress-free. When I'm not at the venue, I'm a busy single mom to three amazing girls, so organization, flexibility, and multitasking are second nature. You'll usually find me outdoors, whether I'm hiking, tending my garden, caring for my chickens, spoiling my ever-growing crew of cats and dogs, or escaping to the Oregon coast whenever I get the chance (it's my happy place). I'm also an audiobook enthusiast—because let's be honest, with three kids and a full-time job, finding time to sit down with a physical book is a luxury! e sure they have all the information they need for your wedding day. They give you an hour for a rehearsal at the venue and allow for unassisted walk-throughs and a final walk through to go over the floor plan which they help you create a map for. The venue itself is beautiful with many places to take photos, set up games in the meadow, and multiple areas for the ceremony. They help you create a rain plan, which is a must in Oregon with our unpredictable weather. We got a discount by having our wedding on Sunday and overall the people, experience and venue itself made the price a great deal. We are very happy we chose to have our wedding at The Water Oasis!

mixups for couples was very common, our file seemed to have gotten lost or jumbled in with the pile of other clients pretty often (at least 3 times). Which we totally understand, I am sure the business handles a lot of clientele! However, it was a little frustrating to walk into the venue the morning of the wedding with the setup to be completely different than what we asked for and there was only one guy at the venue to be able to fix it all. If it wasn't for our groom and groomsmen there to help him, it would have taken him at least 2 hours to finish fixing the mistake. And we didn't have that kind of time! We wanted to utilize all the time we were given in the contract to prepare for the wedding. Luckily, we had the help to fix the tables, and we already had a pretty good plan on setup, so we were able to finish with enough time! So, it all worked out in the end! I still give 5 stars because it was an amazing venue with great prices and I wouldn't ask for a different one. It worked out perfectly and the mistake was easily fixed!

We just got married here on 8/8/25 and absolutely loved this venue. From the walk throughs, to the booking, to the communication throughout, to the last walk through and finally to...

day of - it was stunning and the grounds are well maintained. We got multiple compliments and got lucky with weather so we were able to enjoy the entire venue with no rain! It was also reasonably priced and they set all the chairs and tables up for you morning of. They also give you a list of preferred venues - and all of them were great! It was helpful in planning (and also helped make decisions where we had to choose off their list). Would highly recommend! The only thing I'd recommend/take into consideration for couples looking at this venue - they do all their rehearsals on Thursday so having the Friday slot actually ended up being ideal for planning events :)

Our only "complaint" would be that there were multiple instances leading up to our wedding when I felt I had to manage the venue manager - she sent me emails thinking we were another couple with a different wedding date, and when we showed up for our final walkthrough said that she had forgotten all of our paperwork and I had to again relay all the details we had previously discussed (including what day we had her venue booked for). All in all, our wedding was lovely and there were no complications day-of!

the pavilion. Everything there is naturally beautiful so it was easy to decorate and didn’t need much. With tables and chairs included they set up based on what we wanted and had it ready by 10am day of! The preferred vendor list they give out after you book saved my life, I found all of my vendors that way! They were awesome in letting you come to the venue at any point which was helpful for me as a visual person. The bridal/groom suites were great for getting ready so everyone was at the venue well before the wedding time. Overall it was a great experience with The Water Oasis.

were so impressed with the venue and how gorgeous it was! I would choose The Water Oasis over and over again if I had to. The staff were so wonderful. They do what is needed and are there promptly when needed. Otherwise they stay out of the way while you enjoy your special day. The venue provides so many different landscapes and sceneries for the best experience. It is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous in every way. We even had our wedding in a tine of year where not all of the flowers have bloomed and it is still phenomenal. There is so much to enjoy whether you want to be under the fantastic heaters in the covered pavilion or you want to be on the sand by the water to enjoy the fountain. There is so much opportunity for gorgeous pictures in different areas of the venue. Just take your pick whether you want trees, flowers, water, mountains, sunset, sunrise, the fireplace, and much more, for beautiful back drops to capture memorable photos! There was a place with seating, mirrors, and a bathroom for women to get ready, as well as a place for the males. It is all furnished so nicely and is even great for the getting ready photos! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone and encourage those who are looking for a venue, to consider taking a walk around The Water Oasis!! I wouldn't change a thing about the venue. It served every bit of purpose that we needed/wanted for the wedding! Thank you so much to staff as well as the owners for providing such a dreamy experience!!

Since I booked the venue, they have improved their pavilion building by adding walls and doors instead of roll-up walls, an additional slab of concrete connecting to the pavilion, and more twinkle lights. Working with the venue manager was good, although majority of the interactions were between them and my wedding planner. On the day of, we were left a little upset in the morning as we were told that the venue would be completely shoveled (there was an ice storm the week leading up to our wedding), but my dad and brother and the groomsmen ended up having to shovel and clear the paths. Additionally, the water went out the morning of so we were without water while getting ready, which was not great. However, other than those things, The Water Oasis was very open and transparent, easy to work with, and an incredibly beautiful venue. Even getting married in January just after an ice storm, it was incredible and we had a fantastic night.

ilion during the ceremony was much appreciated by us and our guests and the main structure had fans that kept us cool throughout the reception. All of the different zones in the property allowed our guests to enjoy themselves while still offering the opportunity for my husband and I, and our families to have quiet moments throughout the day. The facilities to get ready were wonderful, and we were so thankful there was an air-conditioned space that we or some of our more elderly guests could retreat too as needed. The natural beauty of the property meant that we had very little we needed to contribute ourselves. Our Venue Coordinator, Renae was a wealth of experience and advice and helped us above and beyond her role. The only unfortunate aspect of this venue is that they are rather strict on when you have access to the property. This made setting up and tearing down the wedding rather stressful. Overall a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this venue.

The venue also offers a variety of amenities, including a bridal suite and groom's room, which made getting ready on the day of the wedding a breeze. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend the Water Oasis to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding venue in Oregon.

but I certainly don’t regret that. Our guests couldn’t stop gushing about how beautiful it was - the view from the pavilion out into the field being a favorite for many. I absolutely loved having everything we needed in one spot. There were rooms to get ready in, so many beautiful spots for pictures, the grand arbor where we had our ceremony, the pavilion for our reception, AND they provided and set up all the tables and chairs. Not to mention that the venue itself is so beautiful that we barely had to decorate. We also booked almost all of our other vendors from their preferred list. It was so nice to have that to go off of since we had no idea where to start looking. We truly could not have picked a better location for our special day.

UTIFUL, and there are so many areas for photos. Everyone we worked with along the way was very communicative and supportive during such a crazy time with changing regulations. All of our guests loved the venue and the views from the pavilion out into the meadow. I’m so happy we postponed in order to be able to use our original venue, we have zero regrets!

Great indoor / outdoor space which made it so we didn't have to worry if it was too hot, rainy - we knew we had an amazing looking option and set up regardless. The people were nice and easy to work with, our supervisor for the day even helped us cut and serve our cake! They definitely took covid seriously if you wanted them to and made sure the bathrooms were frequently cleaned and everyone was safe. If you want an outdoor wedding, this place is it!

that fairy tale scenery this might just be it. They offer some of the kindest professionals as part of their preferred vendors and boy did they not disappoint. We had the privilege of working with our Event Coordinator, if that’s what you want to call her, I prefer Superwomen. Ranjita, or Jita, was the most down to earth, sweetest, wizard and nothing was ever “no we can’t do that” but more like “let’s get this done”. She suggested things I didn’t even know we could do which made the experience less stressful and more like the wedding of my dreams. She went the extra mile and I am so grateful for her. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here and using Jita as your Event Coordinator.

! My husband and I were meant to get married at The Water Oasis in April 2020. We were 4 weeks out when the COVID shutdowns went into place and we had to postpone. Renae, Ranjita, and Rhiannon put so much effort into ensuring we received clear communication through all the changes - along with compassion for the difficult decisions that needed to be made. It made such a difference to know our venue was working with us through this challenging time and cared about the impact it was having on us. Even before the COVID craziness hit - we always felt like The Water Oasis team cared about our wedding. Even though they host so many events, they never forgot that this was such an exciting and meaningful event to us. The process they have in place for their weddings - the care for the grounds, assigning a venue manager to each event, planning ahead to ensure the day-of runs smoothly… it all was so easy, which made it fun, to plan our wedding. In the end, we were unable to host our wedding at The Water Oasis (due to personal limitations around COVID) but we did work with The Water Oasis team for nearly 15 months - the last 5 of which were through a very challenging period - and our great experience with them during that time certainly deserves a review. The team they have at The Water Oasis is a wonderful group of people who work with you and care about your event just as much as you do.

We only had two months to plan and Renae Heineck was an ANGEL and helped us make sure we didn't miss anything. They had stations set up for sanitizing and were very compliant with COVID rules. The property is stunning and has a ton of places for epic wedding portraits!

Between 9 am and 10 am our account was hacked and automated messages were sent out to over 30 clients who inquired about price and date availability. We would NEVER send out a message like that. We are happy and proud to welcome EVERYONE at our venue. While we are glad we caught it quickly, we realize it caused chaos and hurt feelings to those effected. We have been working diligently on reaching out to everyone effected - including an in depth tech investigation on why it happened in the first place. r Oasis was one of the most beautiful venues. The owner and venue managers were so helpful and accommodating. After our first visit, we knew as soon as we left that the venue was the right decision. The venue feels like 5 locations in one with a beautiful tree/water fall feature, sanded beach area, big country field, beautiful white arbor area, and a brand new structure. The only thing we wish could have been different about our big day, was more shade. The new structure is big and beautiful, but when the sun is setting it is so bright and hot. Our guests did not even want to sit on the left side tables because they were in direct sunlight and sweating. If they added some pull down side walls of some sort, then it would be perfect! We also felt like the wedding ended so early (10pm) compared to other weddings. I think the curfew is based on whichever county you get married in, but we felt like it was way too early. Otherwise, this venue is really an amazing place. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue or really any other event!

d ever want for your wedding photos. Throughout the planning process, however, there were some communication issues. Many times I would e-mail them and not get a response back, but several weeks later I would get an e-mail reminding me to take care of something I already took care of. It took several conversations for some of my updates and plans to actually be written down and understood. I felt a sense of disorganization and that they were not paying attention to detail. We had our rehearsal scheduled several months out. About a week before the rehearsal, we were confirmed for a different time than we had originally agreed upon. We had to rearrange our rehearsal dinner and ask our wedding party to try and get there earlier on a Thursday evening. It worked out, but was stressful. However, our wedding day was an unpredictable day of Oregon weather. The Water Oasis really took care of us in this regard. They provided complimentary umbrella rentals, which made for some really cute pictures, and they gave us a significant discount on heater rentals. Deni also went above and beyond by securing and personally picking up a tent for our live musician we had playing our ceremony. Overall, it was a wonderful day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding.

is so much variety of different areas and scenery, meaning there is no such thing as a cookie cutter wedding there. It's well equipped for weddings, with an included tent (already wrapped in white draping with beautiful iron chandeliers inside and optional rain walls), plenty of electrical outlets throughout the property, nice bathroom facilities for the guests, plenty of parking, a separate vendor area, and great bride and groom suites. Plus, they don't nickel and dime you. All the tables and chairs are included and they will set up the seating for you according to your specifications. Planning our wedding was stressful, but once we booked The Water Oasis as our venue, that part was such a breeze. I would 100% recommend this venue to everyone.

It was clear on our first visit to the water oasis that it was the place. Stunningly beautiful everywhere. My wedding was outdoor with cocktail hour on the beach and reception back...

in the tent. Deni helped us from the water oasis and was extremely responsive, helpful and provided great advice. One thing I wished I would have known or been told is that the beach area is not ideal for walking on. Ladies in heels cannot go on the sand without falling and tripping. It did not work as planned for happy hour. Not their fault but I can’t be the first bride with that problem. Hopefully all brides in the future will receive that information for planning purposes. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect! They have everything needed, the packet you receive once booking the venue is GOLD. Diagrams, pictures, measurements all of the venue, planning guide, vendor recommendations, and more were so incredibly helpful for planning. I couldn’t have imagined any other venue for our big day. Thank you!!

for the ceremony. The meadow is where we chose to have ours and it was perfect! We received so many complements on the venue and how gorgeous it is at our wedding and we still do! Rhiannon (the owner) was an absolute dream to work with, she was there for us through the whole process. I can't rave about this beautiful place enough! Definitely check it out!
