Given I was in California, my fiancé was in Texas, & we were planning an NYC wedding planner was a no brainer. From our first Zoom with Joy our planner I knew it was a match made in Virgo heaven. Her knowledge, patience, & kindness made the whole year long planning process so much easier. She provided so many recommendations including the most important one the venue (Andaz). She promptly responded to my every email or text, no question or detail was too little. The day of our wedding she never left my side & gave me reassurance as needed. In the end I not only married my friend in life but also gained another friend in Joy! THANK YOU!

Working with the Wedding Plan & Company, and particularly our coordinator Lexi, has been nothing short of perfection. She kept us on track from our very first "Power Couple" meeting, giving us encouragement on the steps we had completed and providing helpful guidance on where our next priorities should be. When it came time for our final calls with vendors, they would each start the same way. They would tell us how incredible and organized Lexi was, how she had every detail covered, and how easy she made their lives (and by extension, our's). For the wedding day, we were lucky to be joined by Cassie as well. It immediately felt like we had been working together for months, as Cassie knew every detail for the day. It was clear that Lexi and Cassie were a perfect team, fully in sync, and had everything covered. Above all, the experience with Lexi and Cassie allowed us to have the biggest gift--the ability to be fully present on our wedding day and take in the experience. We did not have to worry about a single detail, as we knew that Lexi had it covered. And she clearly did--our wedding was more perfect than we could have possibly imagined. If we had to pick the single biggest piece of advice for soon-to-be married couples, it would be this: (1) get a wedding coordinator; and (2) pick the Wedding Plan & Co. (and particularly Lexi). It will allow you to enjoy the day so much more and focus on what truly matters.

My husband and I cannot stop talking about how this was hands down our best spent money through out the whole wedding planning process. From the moment we first spoke to them, we felt assured they would make our day perfect— and that is exactly what Michelle and Bryanne did. We worked with Michelle starting the month of and her organization as well as calming demeanor on each weekly call leading up to the big day made us feel excited and ready. I was not stressed one bit from a month out from our wedding.. and NO stress the WHOLE wedding day. We used the Wedding Plan & Company for our wedding on 7/13/24 and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was with them. Our senior planner Joy was incredible. We chose to do the power couple package with month of management and it was perfect for our needs. We met with Joy monthly leading up to the wedding which kept me on track and made sure I was meeting my goals each month. She helped me with budget, design, logistics, and overall planning each month. She provided us with expert insight and advice along the way which was so appreciated since there are so many options in the wedding industry. When she came on for month of management, she took over all communication from me to the vendors which was a life saver since I was so busy that last month! Throughout the wedding weekend her and her team were there to handle everything- from keeping me calm, helping me with my shoes, difficult relatives lol, and of course the bigger things like venue and vendor communication and timeline. When issues arose, Joy quietly took care of them so that I didn't have to. On such an emotional day, it was nice to have an advocate I trusted who had my vision in mind! Not to mention she and her team were so sweet, nice, and fun to be around as well. I was so happy to have them there. My only regret is not doing the full wedding planning package because of how amazing they were to work with!

We partnered with The Wedding Plan & Company for our wedding in July (1-month out and onsite coordination) and we’re so grateful we did! We were lucky enough to have Christie as our planner. Christie was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! She exceeded all of our expectations in every way. Kasey was incredible to work with! She helped me through the Power Couple service for over a year throughout my engagement. There were a lot of moving parts with having a wedding at home, but she helped calm my nerves and think through every scenario to be prepared. Our wedding day went seamlessly, which would not be possible without Kasey handling any mishaps that may have happened (which I would be unaware of because she took care of them all so I could just relax and enjoy my wedding day). I cannot recommend them enough!

We got married on 6/2 and worked with Christie who helped us with vendor selection, decor & design as well as the month of coordination. She was absolutely incredible and made our special day perfect. As two people with busy work schedules, it was so helpful to have someone who knew the nuts and bolts of the wedding industry and took care of so many details for us. She was also incredibly organized. Not only was Christie so helpful with wedding planning but she is also an incredible human being! We would absolutely recommend her to any couple who is wedding planning!

Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with for month of coordination. She helped to organize all my vendors and the make sure every detail was in place. They told me it was crucial to find the right people to do the wedding coordination, so we did our research and found The Wedding Plan & Company. From my initial call with Jacquelyn, I knew they were the one. I understood their experience, attention to detail and love for their craft. We signed up for month-of wedding coordinator and Joy was the biggest blessing a bride can ask for! Joy is the greatest. She was very understanding, communicative and helped us out through and through even with the smallest details that we needed. Being a type-A kind of person, it was a little difficult for me to let go of the planning process and hand it over to Joy, but she understood, she always made me feel assured working on each task with such patience and dedication, and at the same time made me feel like a have a new bestie! Two weeks ago I had the pleasure to partner with Kasey, Wedding Planner extraordinaire. In my 20 years of planning weddings onsite at venues Kasey was in my top 2 without a doubt. Kasey was extremely responsive, efficient, kind, graceful and knowledgeable about her Bride and the entire day. She partnered with us at the venue to ensure the day was spectacular. Her timeline was timed down to the second where we remained on track to the minute the ENTIRE night. A master piece in itself. Kasey is a diamond in the industry who I would recommend to any family looking for planning services on their special day.

Kasey was truly a dream to work with. My wedding day went so smoothly thank you to her. I chose to do month of coordinator for my wedding which worked out well because I had already booked my vendors. Kasey was extremely organized, communicated with all of my vendors so I did not need to follow up with them at all close to the wedding for every detail. My family, friends and husband all loved working with her too. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! At the end of the night, my mom said she burst into tears because Kasey had packed all of the decor, bags and everything in the bridal suite so we did not need to clean up after the wedding. It was a very long day and that hard work did not go unnoticed. We really appreciate everything she did for us! Kemma was also amazing! We are so happy that we found The Wedding Plan & Company for our wedding day. We did the month of coordination services, and I don't think I would have been able to relax and focus on myself / spend time as a couple leading up to our day if it wasn't for her. From our first call with Michelle, my mind went from being all over the place to a feeling of relief. She was so proactive in all the tasks that we had left leading up to our day. She curated the perfect play by play timeline, was there in the morning getting things started before I even woke up, and didn't leave until the final bus left after the reception. She really put so much intention and care to make sure our day was seamless and enjoyable for us and our guests. Her calm, confident demeanor reassured me throughout the whole morning and day. To all my Type A, "extremely organized, I don't need a wedding planner" brides out there: you absolutely need a month of planner at the very least! I had the pleasure of getting Michelle as my month of planner, who I now consider as my fairy godmother of my wedding day which took place on March 30th. I cannot express enough how crucial Michelle was to making our dream wedding day happen while actually allowing us to enjoy the day. From our first call, she immediately put me at ease with all the to dos I had swirling in my head 30 days out, including tasks I didn't even have on my radar. From spearheading the day of timeline, to handling vendor and venue correspondence, to steaming my wedding dress morning of, to bringing back our card box and personal belongings to our hotel room so we can enjoy the after party, to all the tiny little details that come with a wedding day, Michelle handled it all with confidence, knowledge and grace! Hiring The Wedding Plan & Company as our 30-day planner was hands down the best decision my husband and I made during the wedding planning period. My husband and I were planning a big New York City-style wedding, and while we are both pretty organized and we successfully planned our wedding up until the final stages, we knew we needed the experts during that final month. The Wedding Plan & Co. was a perfect fit for our needs of a planner during those final stages. When it comes down to that final month, things move FAST. Timelines need to be developed, vendors are coordinating with you and the other vendors for day-of details, and it's all EXTREMELY overwhelming. As soon as we had our first call with Michelle when we hit that 30-day mark, immediate relief washed over me. She was our saving grace - Michelle was able to jump right into the process and ensure every SINGLE detail was taken care of. Her warm and friendly demeanor, her professionalism, and her extreme organization and attention to detail was top notch, and we could not have pulled off our day without her. We worked with Joy at The Wedding Plan & Co for our December 2023 Maritime Parc wedding and highly, highly recommend Joy and WP&C! We did the Power Couple monthly check-in plan and Month/Day of Management. This was the most valuable purchase of our entire wedding. We knew we wanted a big wedding but had zero event planning experience and very hectic work schedules. Joy helped steer us every step of the way, answering big, tough questions alongside silly little questions without missing a beat. However, now I couldn't imagine the final month and wedding day without them. I worked with Cassie! She was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive, kind, organized, and positive. We were so glad we hired TWP&C for “month of” and “day of” coordination for our October 2023 Battello wedding. As a self proclaimed type A bride and someone who has experience working in events, I didn’t know if I really needed a planner on my big day but it was one of the best decisions we ended up making. As soon as we took a consultation call with Gabby about a year prior to our wedding, we knew TWP&C fully understood what we were looking for, they would provide peace of mind, and we wouldn’t have to worry about a single thing on our big day. We were so lucky to be paired with Christie who effortlessly coordinated with each of our vendors, built out an in-depth timeline, and was there to support in any way we needed. Leading up to our wedding we had weekly calls with Christie where we chatted through anything from our ceremony processional and the flow of our reception to what we’re ordering for breakfast on the wedding morning and she even connected with our friend who was officiating our wedding to give the ceremony a quick readthrough. Christie answered anything and everything we could think of and gave her thoughts and opinions when we needed help during the sometimes stressful final month of planning. We looked forward to connecting with Christie each week and truly felt her support and love for helping couples on their big day. Although we heard and then saw how incredible the staff is at Battello on their own, having TWP&C on board completed our perfect day-of team. Cassie joined Christie on our wedding day and was so fun to be around and completed any task perfectly and happily, from steaming my dress and veil to even trying to get a stain out of my dress before the ceremony. At first you may not realize why a month of/day of coordinator is necessary but I truly would’ve been lost on my wedding day if I didn’t have Christie and Cassie to keep things moving and let me know the little things - like when it was time to get into my dress or when we needed to start pictures to fit everything in. After attending some chaotic wedding days where things felt rushed and stressful, we knew we made the right decision as our wedding morning was calm and our loved ones were able to relax and enjoy themselves. Even though we hired TWP&C for the month leading up to our wedding, the team was more than happy to answer any questions or give recommendations throughout the year after we booked them. They passed along their vendor recommendations when we needed them, as we fully trusted any company they frequently work with. We knew they were a preferred vendor of our venue and beloved by the staff there, but we found that most of our other vendors also LOVE working with TWP&C and it’s so obvious why! The whole team pours so much love into each of their couples and we’re so lucky to be a part of TWP&C family!

The Wedding Plan & Company is AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about the company as a whole but particularly the owner Jacquelyn and our planner Joy. As the groom my main reason for wanting a planner was to take some stress off my fiance. They did that and SO much more. Hiring an experienced planning company rather than an individual really paid off. Joy was our planner and for the next 9 months, our friend, confidant, therapist, comedian and wedding magician! She was supportive every step of the way and never said “no” to any request. Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with and was a total riot the entire time! We had the best time planning our wedding with her. She always found a way to implement our needs, wants, and wishes in a way that seemed effortless and did so with a great sense of humor and pleasant approach that filled us with confidence. For the months leading up to the wedding, Joy was right by our side and always - I mean ALWAYS - available to talk, text, email, or exchange a funny meme. So many people asked me if I was nervous the week leading up to the big day but I wasn’t. I was so uncharacteristically calm and at ease and it’s all because of Joy. But when she and her assistant, Victoria, really shined, was on the day of the wedding. I woke up that day knowing that I was about to have the best day of my life and I had absolutely no worries or concerns and I can truly say that’s thanks to Joy (and of course finding the perfect woman to spend the rest of my life with). Joy had all the vendors coordinated. Our schedules were carefully choreographed and everyone arrived as planned and ready for action. Her presence during photos even made that much more fun than I could’ve expected. The entire day went off without a hitch (at least that we were aware of) and when the wedding was over, we simply walked away and went to the after party. That may not seem like anything, but wow - there was so much to take care of at the end of the night and Joy had it all covered. She and Victoria made multiple trips between venue and hotel. They made sure all gratuities were distributed, all of our personal belongings were waiting for us at the hotel, and even had goodie bags and the cake waiting for us in our room. I could go on and on about Joy and The Wedding Plan & Co but I’ll end with this one bit of advice for any bride and groom looking for a planner… you can stop now. Joy and TWP&C are amazing, wonderful, fun and incredibly professional and amazing at what they do. They are worth every penny and way more. There are a lot of expenses when it comes to planning a wedding but Joy and TWP&C are absolutely priceless. Everyone told us about how stressful wedding planning is - not ours - we enjoyed the whole experience all thanks to Joy!

From Day 1, Gabbi demonstrated her exceptional skills in understanding our vision and translating it into a cohesive plan. Her initial suggestions were not just ideas but carefully thought-out recommendations that showcased her deep understanding of the industry and her clients' needs. I can't count how many times I added services from the A La Carte menu as the planning unfolded. And although I used Gabbi for everything on the menu, I really believe it is the smartest approach to wedding planning. Brides and grooms get to decide the extent of how much help they'd like from a planner. Gabbi's reliability and willingness to take on additional tasks were unparalleled. No request was too big or small for her, and she handled each one with grace and efficiency. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor is truly commendable. The true test of Gabbi's exceptional skills came on the day of the wedding. Despite my initial denial about the possibility of rain, Gabbi insisted on having a tent on standby. Sure enough, it started to rain during the ceremony. Gabbi's foresight and over-preparedness shone through as she swiftly provided adorable clear umbrellas for guests and ensured everyone stayed dry. It was a moment of realization for me, and I couldn't help but make eye contact with Gabbi during the ceremony, silently acknowledging that she had indeed made the right call yet again. Gabbi's involvement in every aspect of the wedding was invaluable. From helping with invitations to styling bridal outfits, handling all communication with the vendors, managing the wedding website, coordinating the rehearsal dinner, and meticulously handling the decor and presentation of both the reception, cocktail hour and ceremony, Gabbi was the whole package. She was always willing to make trips to vendors with me to ensure every detail was perfect. Beyond her role as a planner, Gabbi became my pillar of comfort throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support made me wonder how anyone could navigate the intricate world of wedding planning without a Gabbi by their side. In summary, Gabbi's expertise, attention to detail, reliability, and genuine care transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a joyous and unforgettable journey. Where do I even begin? The Wedding Plan & Co. was the best thing we did for our wedding - truly. Our planner was Joy and she is a saint. Joy was not only so knowledgeable and helpful but kind throughout the entire process. Every phone call and meeting felt like talking to a friend. Joy took the time to get to know us and what we liked. She was always there when we needed her and easily answered any questions we had. The day of our wedding came and there was no stress. She was on top of everything and had us on the perfect schedule. If anything went wrong I had no idea because I was able to enjoy every moment of that day knowing Joy could and would handle it. Hiring Wedding Plan & Co and working with Christi was the best decision I made during wedding planning. I didn’t need a full time planner but wanted someone to bounce ideas and questions off of and their Power Couple monthly meeting plan was perfect for that. Christi helped me for the year leading up to the wedding with all the details, gave amazing advice and really turned the wedding into exactly what we wanted. When Christi unexpectedly couldn’t finish the month of and day of coordination they passed the baton to Gabi and nothing was missed. It was amazing to not have to chase vendors or worry about the details in the week leading up to and day of the wedding, best money we spent!

When researching for a wedding, the main POC Gabby was so nice, patient and helpful when planning our big day. We felt extremely comfortable and hired their services. Our coordinator for the day Victoria was so diligent, thoughtful, caring and one step ahead of my needs. Any questions our vendors/family had Victoria handled. She made my day stress free. I would highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Nicole and all that she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!! We did the month of planning package and it was the best experience. Jaqueline was available for questions well before the month of, and when we started working with Nicole, it was a dream! She immediately made us feel calm, as she had everything in control. I’m a very “type A” person and initially thought that I wouldn’t need assistance, but I’m so glad that I did. Nicole jumped on phone calls with us, answered any of our questions, and took away a lot of the pre-wedding worries about everything going exactly the way we wanted it to. On the day of, everything went so well, and we have Nicole’s and her assistant’s planning to thank for that. If we did it all again, we would still choose Wedding Plan & Co. and Nicole!!

We had the most amazing experience with The Wedding Plan & Co and Christie! We got married in Jersey City back in October and were so lucky to have had Christie with us every step of the way. She was absolutely incredible throughout out entire planning process and was even more invaluable during the month of/day of planning! My husband and I were fully able to enjoy our day and be in the moment, all because of Christie's hard work and planning on timelines, vendor communications, planning, etc. I truly have no idea how we would have done it without her. Christie was incredibly kind, responsive and organized. She took the time to get to know us and was able to offer support and ideas on things that we would have never though of. We got married this past October and still can’t get over how incredible the day was – due in very large part to Gabrielle (Gabbi)! We feel so lucky to have worked with her and could not recommend her enough. She is extremely hard-working, incredibly warm and friendly (yet firm when necessary), and she has the experience and finesse that makes some of the stressful moments of wedding planning end up being no big deal. During our planning process, she built so much trust with us as a couple; she listened to all of our excitements and concerns with care, attentiveness and solutions-oriented thinking and then helped us navigate how to move forward. And during the day of the wedding, I felt like I could relax and enjoy it so much more because I knew Gabbi was there and had everything handled. Even all our family and friends were immediately impressed with her professionalism and her execution of the day and the timeline. Highly recommend!! We were drawn to Wedding Plan and Co because of their a la carte planning options, which allowed us to put our budget toward the areas we needed the most help with. Jacqueline paired us with Gabbi, who was amazing! From her planning expertise, to her vendor contacts, to her ability to make us feel comfortable asking questions, to her flexibility with our schedules, she made the planning process seamless!! She also brought great vibes along the way, during planning and on the day of! Our wedding far exceeded our expectations and we can’t thank her enough!

I don't even know where to start.. Joy was absolutely amazing from day one and helped us find our wedding venue at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge a complete hidden gem. She helped us stay on track throughout the entire planning process. Her true claim to fame is her day of expertise and service! From the minute she walked into my hotel room at 7am on wedding day I was completely at ease. We didn't have to worry about one single thing the entire day because Joy was on top of it and ahead of the game. She made sure every aspect of the day stayed right on schedule and was perfect. Her assistant Chelsea was equally amazing the day of the wedding. Our wedding truly would not have been the same without Joy. I loved working with Christie! She was so supportive of all of my choices and as a bride who had NO idea what went into creating a wedding, it was amazing to have such a hands on planner. We recently got married in September, and let me say Michelle was the MVP of the weekend! We hired the Wedding Plan & Company for month of services - at first I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but let me tell you it was the best thing we spent our money on. Michelle handled all the communication with our vendors, set up a perfect play by play timeline and thought of all the little details my husband and I were forgetting about. Her calmness and confidence eased any of our worries throughout the month and made the day go by flawlessly. She was the first face I greeted in the morning as she started steaming my dress at 7am and was there until the last bus left the party. If anything went wrong, I had no idea as Michelle was on top of every single detail as if it was her own wedding. I cannot recommend hiring the Wedding Plan & Co enough. We feel SO (!!) lucky to have worked with Jacquelyn. Throughout the process of booking with The Wedding Plan & Company she made us feel so supported. She herself was always so accessible and solution-oriented, and we knew we were in great hands. Upon getting the opportunity to work with her directly, we instantly realized what a powerhouse she is. The night before our wedding, she met us at our venue for a rehearsal walk through in which she put everyone at ease, from family members, to myself and my fiancé. She got right to work, but was also there to make the day fun & memorable from start to finish. She felt like family, and everyone adored her. Her assistant, Kayla, was just as wonderful. She was with my fiancé throughout the day, and when I later saw them together, it felt like they were long-time friends. Both Jacquelyn & Kayla kept us on (or ahead of) schedule all day, with room to spare. She eased our nerves, allowed us to soak in all the love, and somehow connected all the vendors in a way that made us reflect and wonder how it all happened so perfectly. Family and friends are still complimenting them both, and we are all waiting until the next chance to work with or see them again. We will never be able to thank them enough and credit the flawless execution of our wedding to them. We love you both!

Kasey is the most incredible wedding planner. She is so positive and fun to work with but also meticulous and detail oriented at the same time. She was an absolute pleasure to have around on our wedding day and ensured that our day went perfectly. She takes so much stress out of wedding planning and I could not more highly recommend her. Maddy was also extremely helpful and a great addition to the team. I honestly think the two of them are a necessity to have on your wedding day, we could not have done it without them!

We had the most absolute perfect wedding day and wedding experience and that was ALL thanks to Gabbi and the Wedding Plan & Company team. We worked with Gabbi for the month leading up to our wedding day and she was with us for 14 hours the day of. She was incredibly organized, reaching out to all of our vendors and organizing the timelines. We met with her weekly via zoom to go over where everything stood, the to do list and she helped us think through the little but important things that totally slipped our mind! The day of absolutely went off without a hitch because of Gabbi and Amanda!! Gabbi came to meet me during the getting ready while Amanda went to the guys. Gabbi and Amanda were coordinating the florist, hair and make up, making sure the shuttle was on schedule, getting extra flowers from the florist, and absolutely every detail in between! The actual wedding and reception my husband and I along with our families were able to enjoy every minute and soak it up knowing Gabbi and Amanda were handling everything!

It's hard to put into words how appreciative we are of Kasey and The Wedding Plan & Co, but we will try our best. From day one Kasey went above and beyond for us, and quickly became a close friend and confidante. She seamlessly guided us through challenging decisions and stressful times with grace. Kasey is so kind and friendly, but at the same time employs a no-nonsense / no-bullshit attitude to make all your wedding dreams come true. We didn't even have to get to our wedding day to know that hiring Kasey was the best decision we ever made (outside of choosing to marry each other). Christie Napurano, Senior Planner was the BEST person I could’ve ever asked to work with! She truly made magic happen, from 6-months out helping get us organized, to the day-of details. My wedding was beyond seamless because of her! She not only went above and beyond to get the job done, but she is a friend now. Warm personality, bold and takes charge on EVERYTHING, adjusts to change on the fly and makes it so that you don’t have to worry about anything! Soooo thankful for this woman and truly don’t think there’s a better company out there! Anything my mom and I threw her way, she always said “I’ll handle it.” She didn’t want us to lift a finger and it was just perfect. My wife and I want to thank Joy Gomez (our wedding planner) so much for everything she did to make our wedding what it was––a smashing success. Of course, a simple review cannot possibly contain enough words to completely express our appreciation. That said, her dedication, expertise, and thoughtfulness, from start to finish, made our day so special. We especially appreciated her handling of day-of crises to mitigate our stress. The day went off without any major hitches, and it was perfect. Her calm demeanor and her organization made that all possible for us. We recognize that it was no easy task, so we truly do appreciate it! Throughout the entire planning process, Joy was amazing. We received a ton of compliments from our friends and family about the weekend and we couldn't have pulled any of it off without her. But more importantly, she treated us as friends throughout. We loved getting to work with her, and we would highly recommend her to any other couple who wants help from a professional.

Five stars aren't enough. Kasey was our month of coordinator and she was unbelievable from the start. I am a complete control freak and giving someone else control was hard for me to do. After booking all my major vendors on my own I felt a little lost in the wedding planning process. I reached out to The Wedding Plan & Company looking for someone who could give me guidance on what I should be doing next. I felt like I had a grasp on the basics but really wanted an expert to help me navigate all the finer details. I was lucky enough to speak with Jaclyn on my initial phone call with the company and immediately knew I found the people who could help make my vision come to life. After working through it, we signed up for their Power Couple Package + a Month-of Wedding Coordinator. This was the perfect middle ground between doing it all on my own and having a full-service planner and made the whole process feel a little less daunting. After signing on, we were lucky enough to be paired up with Kasey. Kasey was helpful right from the start, even if she was just reassuring me that I was on track to have an absolutely amazing day. As a Power Couple, Kasey was always honest with us in our monthly meetings about what was a priority and what was just distracting me from what I really needed to get done. This roadmap for planning eliminated the feeling of being overwhelmed with choices, options, tasks, etc. and really put my mind at ease. She was never too busy to take a question or answer an email, even if it wasn't necessarily something she needed to do. As a month-of coordinator, Kasey was truly like my best friend. She got a text with every random thought that crossed my mind, talked me out of changing plans last minute when everyone else is weighing in with their opinions, and even talked me through one tearful phone call when the little stresses of planning were just getting to me. She goes above and beyond and is so damn KIND. Whenever anyone asked me how wedding planning was going my response was always, "my planner has it all under control". From the rehearsal to the morning of my wedding Kasey was there for anything and everything that we needed. She was helpful to us but also to our family and friends. In the bridal suite, it didn't feel like Kasey was my planner, it felt like she was just my hyper-organized bridesmaids getting ready with me. She kept everyone on track effortlessly! Both Kasey and Chelsea were amazing. They brought such positive energy to the whole day while still doing a million things behind the scenes so I could just enjoy everything else that was going on. It's safe to say I would have never been able to pull off the wedding of my dreams without Kasey and The Wedding Plan & Company team. I recently was married in June and had the most unforgettable day and experience, all thanks to The Wedding Plan & Company. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Victoria is - she absolutely knocked it out of the park and is a total rockstar!!! Such a great experience working with The Wedding Plan & Company. From my first meeting with this team to my wedding day, everything was perfect. Working with Nicole was a dream come true. We both got married at the same venue so she knew the ins and outs of this location. The month leading up to the wedding Nicole was always there to answer any of my questions. If I were to offer any friend any single piece of advice when it comes to wedding planning, it would be to hire the the wedding plan & co, and to beg for Christie! Christie was absolutely amazing, and was the reason that our wedding day went absolutely perfect! After a year of us muddling along without making any progress, we contacted the Wedding Plan & Co and in almost no time Christie helped us to find the most gorgeous venue, not only for the wedding itself, but for a welcome party the day before as well! Throughout the planning process, Christie was invaluable, offering suggestions for great vendors, helping us navigate all the questions during the hiring process and making sure everything was planned out well in advance. During the planning process, friends kept asking us how stressed we were, and we honestly had to say - not stressed at all, thanks to Christie! For the wedding day itself, Christie offered great suggestions on how to make great use of the venue’s spaces, and then managed to coordinate all the moving around seamlessly. As we were having a wedding blending two cultures, we had many non-traditional vendors as well, and Christie had no problem researching and contacting all of them, and organizing them all. Her organizational skills in the planning stage were amazing, but then that was topped by how well she pulled everything together on the day of the event. She put together a detailed and well thought out timeline and corralled all the vendors without me having to do a single thing. I didn’t have to think about a single thing on the day besides enjoying myself; Christie was there in the background making sure that absolutely everything flowed seamlessly. We cannot thank her enough for helping us to plan such an amazing and memorable day for both us and our guests - she was friendly, knowledgeable, organized and just knew so much about everything involved in the planning process. Everyone at the Wedding Plan and Co who we worked with was super responsive and caring. They are all super knowledgeable about vendors, pricing, etc. and are very on top of all wedding timelines and management. They made sure we got everything accomplished in the correct timeframe and were very honest regarding budgeting, payments, and suggested gratuity for vendors. The Wedding Plan & Co was INCREDIBLE to work with. The sourced my vendor team and worked with me 30 days prior to the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day. We seriously cannot recommend Gabbi and The Wedding Plan & Co enough! Hiring Gabbi was the first step we took in our wedding planning process. She worked closely with us for the 1.5 years leading up to our big day and we couldn’t have imagined it any other way. Gabbi really knows her stuff within the wedding industry, is extremely organized and on top of things (as someone who’s hyper organized myself, I had absolutely no concerns that she would ever miss a thing), and she’s truly an amazing human who’s great to spend time with. During the planning process, Gabbi went above and beyond in so many ways. She was always super responsive to our communications, accommodating of our schedules, and even went out of her way to drive us to a vendor meeting outside of the city in her car (since I don’t have a car). Because of Gabbi and her team’s efforts, our big day was absolutely perfect. Everything was executed exactly how we planned and the few things that came up during the day we needed to deal with or adapt to, Gabbi handled flawlessly. Having Gabbi with us on the big day felt like we had another friend in the room who was celebrating with us (despite the fact that she was coordinating and running everything the day of). I had friends and family comment on how much they loved Gabbi and would want her to run their lives! In addition to Gabbi herself, the Wedding Plan & Co. enabled everything great to happen. They equipped Gabbi with resources, connections, and tools that made our planning process super easy and Gabbi had two assistants supporting her and us on our big day which really made a difference.

Kasey became our family. We worked together for just over 2 years. She was with us from Venue shopping to clean up at the end of the night. I feel like we’ll be friends forever. It’s one thing to say don’t plan a wedding without a planner by your side but if you’re in the NJ/tri state/northeast it needs to be Jacqueline and her girls, and Kasey specifically if you’re lucky ;) they are full service to a la crate and will treat your wedding like their sisters or best friends or their own.
