red the White Room, I was so uncertain about the place and hesitant to commit to reserving the date..BUT our coordinator was switched around and Giselle made the world of difference for this experience!! She's so sweet, personable and understanding. She really helped in the excitement in the midst of crazy planning. As in planning any event, the venue staff will not chase you down for what you want, but they do present all your options for you to pick and request your response. It's just up to the client to pursue it and tell them what you want by the deadlines. After planning everything in 3.5 months, the day-of was perfect. Guests were thrilled with how beautiful the venue was and they loved the food. The service was absolutely wonderful and all the staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. Not to mention they work so well with outside vendors. They truly went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted for our wedding day.

When I saw how the team at the White Room and wedding coordinator put everything together, I was floored- it was incredibly beautiful. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and all my guests were raving at how much fun and how beautiful the wedding was. From my experience as the bride, my wedding day felt very much like I show up and the team at White Room took care of the rest during the day of. They really made it easy and as minimal stress as possible. I highly recommend this venue!

n care of. And boy were we! The communication after that first meeting was incredible. I never had a question unanswered. This place really knows how to take the anxiety away from the planning process. The one time I started feeling nervous was the day before the big day, but during the rehearsal Rebeccah made it clear that they had it under control. Also, she did a wonderful job directing my wedding party on exactly what to do the day of, I didn’t have to say a word. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly. They welcomed our dog, Rebeccah helped bustle my dress, and one of my favorite things was how much they made it a priority for the bride and groom to eat. We were welcomed with a whole tray of Hors D'oeuvres and our drink of choice and had a few minutes to ourselves to enjoy. Then for dinner they plated us up with all the awesome food and we were able to eat everything before table touching. Alan took over for the second part of the night and he was great with directing people to the dance floor and always making sure we had a drink in our hand. Lastly, all of the staff, the bartenders, the waiters, the woman directing the sparkler exit were so incredible! It was truly a night to remember and we are so grateful for The White Room team.

o work with. First off, Meghan was amazing. She was willing to have multiple facetimes, phone calls, emails, etc. with me to plan for the big day and any last minute changes that came about. Her thoroughness showed and sooo many guest and my bridesmaids raved about how professional and punctual she was getting everyone and everything organized - it did not go unnoticed. Alan was our day of coordinator too and was always right there for anything we needed and the wedding party loved him. The food was incredible - I've been to many weddings in my life and that was some of THE best steak I've ever had. If you're looking for a venue that's stunning, memorable, and the staff is amazing and you can just enjoy the big day without any worries, book the White Room. I can't get over how tremendous they were.

The bridal suites and the men's study are a wonderful touch and a great place for pre-wedding pictures. The ambiance of the ballroom is romantic and very classical. The Villa Blanca for the ceremony was very dramatic and pristine white with chandilers. It was truly a dream wedding, on a dream day with tremendous fireworks...with amazing food and in a gorgeous venue! The food was very beautiful and tasted great from the hord'oves to the main course stations.... I have never had better chicken and waffles. You cannot go wrong. It was worth every single penny! My daughter felt very special and the groom enjoyed every moment.

t. We had a few hiccups, like, Publix not delivering the cake, because they forgot! But, our event manager, Sarah was right on it!! She told me not worry about a thing that she would fix it. Publix delivered exactly what my daughter originally ordered and was there in a timely manner. Sarah made sure all the flowers, cake topper, and their dog, Koopa was on the cake. It was beautiful! Sarah was our superhero! The only thing negative about the entire wedding night, was I felt the wedding party was rushed, and they did not announce for the guest to stand for the bride, so no one stood for my beautiful daughter and her father walking down aisle. I almost missed her it was so quick. But, I’m not sure if this was entirely the White Rooms fault. The wedding party, (groomsmen) were, at times, a little hard to handle.. Sarah also handled them very well. The staff/bartenders/waiters/waitresses, I got to meet and talk to a few, Amy, Diego, and Sarah, were so friendly and amazing! The guest were raving about the staff. And did I mention the wine was superb, and the food was amazing. If I had to do all over again, I would’ve splurged on more hors d’oeuvres and dessert station. The bride and groom had the best time ever!! Oh, and even the mother of the bride!! 😉

I spent $12,000 plus dollars with this venue and unfortunately life happened to me, and not one dollar could be refunded back to me, and in addition, there idea of flexibility was to reschedule the date but not even let me have an actual date, a “limbo land,” date of we will call you three months in advance and let you know what dates we have open and you can let your guest know last minute, and unfortunately that doesn’t work with guest traveling, trying to plan vendors, and let’s be honest, weddings are stressful as it is, that type of treatment with holding $12,000 of my money? When no services have been rendered. There excuse is they couldn’t sell that date again? Yet I found out they already have a wedding booked the morning of my wedding date too. Unreal. Highly don’t recommend unless you know for a matter of fact you’ll be getting married that date and nothing can happen before that date. The lack of empathy, just words can’t describe.

Guests were coming up to us and complimenting us on how detailed orientated the staff was (even though we had nothing to do with them). Small things like removing the salt and pepper shakers after dinner service was done and cleaning up small crumbs were all appreciated and certainly noticed. The bartenders were quick to serve and were very friendly! Everyone worked very hard that evening and it showed. Thank you to every single staff member that made our evening flawless! Rebeccah was our event manager and she was on point with everything. From all the back and forth emails to the rehearsal to the day of, she was on top of it. She was very responsive during the planning process and did the best she could to accommodate all of our needs. We planned for a ceremony in the Villa Blanca and the reception to be in the loft/rooftop. The day of the wedding it was torrential downpouring so the decision was made to move the reception into the Grand Ballroom. Although it was not what we originally wanted, I believe it was the best move for our group. All of this happened because of Rebeccah’s recommendation. Rebeccah did an amazing job making sure the rehearsal, ceremony, my husband and I, and other big picture items were taken care of. Thank you, Rebeccah for all of your hard work! Then it came to Allan. Allan was a godsend! He was our day of coordinator and let me tell you, he and Rebeccah are the perfect dynamic duo! All of the small things he did for us and our parents put this experience over the top. From the guidance he provided, to all the drinks and even bringing us out tea, his level of service was exceptional and everyone seemed to take note. He was so helpful and friendly throughout the reception. Any questions, any needs, anything we could possibly desire, he was right there for all of it. He made sure we stayed on track with the timeline without being bothersome or overbearing. Every time I needed something or had a question he was one step ahead of me. Thank you, Allan! Overall I would absolutely recommend The White Room to any couple. Besides the stunning venues, exceptional customer service, the food was out of this world. It takes a lot for me and my family to be impressed by food (we’re definitely snobs) and we absolutely were. We chose to do stations and they did not disappoint. The Farmers Market Station and Seafood Station along with passed apps made for the perfect amount of food during cocktail hour. For dinner, we continued the station theme and it was perfect for our group. Everyone’s food was served hot and the Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. There was not a single thing that I would change about the food. We received so many compliments about the food! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with overly friendly staff and amazing food this is the place you want to host your wedding. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their hard work. You can tell everyone here loves what they do and it shows in the setup and the quality of the food. Thank you White Room for making my wedding simply amazing!

Even though it was inevitable, I did not feel pressure to make the decision of moving indoors until 2-3 hours before the ceremony. This was nice because the weather can change at any moment in Florida and there was no pressure the day prior. Throughout planning, my questions via email were answered throughly and in a timely manner. The day of our event, Allen was amazing. He made immense effort to ensure my husband and I were provided with everything we needed (food/drinks) including amazing service. We were basically never empty handed! He was extremely great at facilitating our timeline in a professional and calm manner. I keep emphasizing, “calm” because I’ve heard stories or witnessed events where staff are pushy and seem stressed- this was not the case at all. It was truly an amazing, relaxing , unforgettable experience (even though we had our hearts set on the rooftop)!

Alan, our reception coordinator was also wonderful! He made sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed, down to to-go meals and cake at the end of the night! There are so many other things I could say, but long story short, you cannot go wrong with booking The White Room as your venue!

Our coordinator Meghan was amazing and so responsive throughout the wedding planning process. Wedding planning was less stressful thanks to her. She really listened to our vision and helped make everything come true so that our day was absolutely perfect. She even recommended the "Marry Me Margarita", pepper jack wantons, and beef empanadas. Do not sit on these because our guests still talk about how delicious the food was. We want all of our friends to get married at The White Room just so we can go there for another wedding to relive our day.
