ul. Justes did an amazing job of keeping me my husband accommodated the entire night. Phil and the kitchen staff put out the most delicious food, which many guests said was the best they've had at a wedding. Every bartender did an amazing job and guests had so many nice things to say about them. I would recommend having your wedding here to any one.

Not only did he make it a point to call me directly to discuss what happened, he resolved the situation in house with his staff to make sure going forward it would never happen again. The sole fact that Dean took time from his day of running several business to resolve my situation speaks volumes of the type of business owner he is and how much he truly cares about his customers. He was humble and held himself and the establishment accountable and that is so hard to find nowadays with businesses and I am truly grateful for the personal care he put forth to reconcile the mishap of my wedding reception. I can confidently say that I would certainly recommend Vyne for any kind of event. You will not be disappointed by the atmosphere, the food, and the service. Thank you to Dean and the staff of Vyne for the exceptional care that proceeded after my reception.

rful day. I feel an obligation to inform others of our experience, as it points to unethical behavior and refusal to take ownership. The biggest issue was the antipasto cocktail display, which cost $280. On the menu, it states that it includes, "assorted cured meats and cheeses, assorted dips, sliced baguettes, and crostini." There were no assortment of meats and cheeses - one of each was put out. There were no assorted dips. There were no sliced baguettes or crostini (isn't this the key food item??) When I brought this issue up to one of the owners through multiple emails and a phone conversation, she denied any wrongdoing but said she would refund the cost of the crostini and baguettes. She indicated that assorted dips are no longer put out on the display, contrary to what the contract states. There was no satisfactory response to only one meat and one cheese item being put out instead of an assortment. My husband and I were getting pictures taken after the ceremony and when I finally got to the cocktail hour (about 35 min into it), the display looked pathetic. However, the event coordinator assured me that everything that was supposed to be put out there was. Some of the owner's responses to my concerns include the following explanations: Some menu items are always subject to change but the venue never stinges on what is provided. She also insisted that there was an assortment of meats which is always the most expensive items on a antipasto table. Again, there was ONE meat and ONE cheese put out. The owner indicated that since I was disappointed with the Antipasto, a refund would be given. Since I was disappointed?? How about since we were charged for several key items you didn't serve? Isn't that fraudulent? Not to mention, this was embarrassing for my husband and me - we wanted our guests to have a nice cocktail hour and didn't find out that they didn't until it was too late to do anything about it. So ultimately, the owner did the right thing but not without a lot of effort on my part. Ironically, she did not agreed to the refund until I told her I was filing a dispute with Discover (and would forward them the contract and emails) in order to get the money back - because she knew she would've lost and had a ding against the venue from the credit card company. It is important to note that she never took ownership of this monumental mistake and never apologized. The venue is beautiful. The food is very good. However, the staff needs training on communication and oversight of events and the manager and owner obviously need training on customer service/resolution of complaints instead of practicing deflection and denial of wrongdoing. Ours was the only event - a wedding with 30 people on a Fri night. And maybe that speaks for itself. I didn't think I needed to personally check the cocktail display to make sure the venue did what they were supposed to do (and what the contract stated).

Throughout the process when obstacles or questions came up Mike and Kendall helped up resolve it in a way that was still in line with our vision and contract but was also creative. We were able to design a menu we were happy with, create a signature cocktail each & they honored all guests allergies. I, my wedding party and the moms all got ready in the bridal suite and we had lunch delivered to the room for us (also delicious). Our ceremony was in the garden room and was a cozy indoor backdrop for our vows. 10/10 would recommend!

as everything we wanted. Kendall was the best and we were so lucky to have her there for our wedding. She was around the entire evening. Making sure we had everything we needed in the bridal suite, calming the ring bearer during entrances, and went the extra mile to help getting food out to the tables. Chef Phil also did an amazing job with the menu and stopped by during dinner to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even made a special bridal meal of my favorite dish! Would recommend this team to anyone.

that I did not have to worry about anything during the planning process and on the big day! The food was amazing!! The head chef came in to check on us and made sure everything was done to satisfaction. All the staff were so personal and professional. I could not have asked for a better team. Thank you to all the staff at Vyne especially Mike and Chef Phil for making our wedding so special and a night we will always remember.

We had to postpone our 2019 wedding for personal reasons, and when 2020 became a disaster, Jason and Katie worked with us to ensure our day could still happen as close to we had originally planned for. The communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and flexibility was unparalleled. I would recommend the Whittemore at Vyne as a venue to anyone and everyone looking for a venue for any occasion, and Vyne restaurant to anyone who appreciates a good meal! The food is truly the best we have ever had, and is consistently delicious every time! In our many experiences here, the staff has been incredible each time. Chef Phil is beyond talented and the pride he takes in his work truly shows as each plate looks and tastes perfect every time. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! Jason truly dedicated himself to making sure we were happy with each aspect of our wedding for a 2 year span and never made us feel like we were a burden of any sort. (Even when I knew I was pushing it!) When we started working with Katie as well, she was accommodating, so kind, fun, and really made sure the day ran perfectly. We will certainly remain loyal customers to Vyne and can't wait to book our next celebration with them!

or for bigger events. We had a small wedding (about 20+) in May and the flow was seamless, the care given was tangible, and the food was excellent. It was an amazing day that couldn't have gone better if we had chosen a different venue. (So many thanks to Jason Van Stone for making everything come together - seriously the MVP of the day). Their website photos and menu say it all. They are truly indicative of the decor and the beauty that you'll experience the day of. Take a look and say yes to Vyne, so glad we did!

tars, it was truly everything we hoped for and couldn’t believe they had our date available with our 3 month engagement to wedding time!!! We had dinner shortly after visiting the venue and loved the food, service and atmosphere. we both loved everything from our drinks, food, dining experience and the decor. Deborah was our wedding coordinator and katie her assistant truly helped make our wedding views seamless as they were so helpful and accommodating. We didn’t have our ceremony there, it was at a church. The only reason I give this place “4” stars is because we weren’t told until the week before that the cocktail hour is technically held in the same room as the reception. The garden room which is absolutely stunning was an option (luckily it was available, however we didn’t choose it because we didn’t think it was right that we weren’t made aware of this up front) at an additional cost to host cocktail hour. Despite that, everything turned out to be more than we could have ever asked for with our decor and ideas, the staff assisted us in making our wedding dreams come true! Our guests raved about the food, the venue, the open bar, and the good time we all shared at the Vyne!!! Our wedding photographs from there are truly stunning!!! We can’t wait to come back for dinner and drinks AGAIN AS MR & MRS in the future!
