About this vendor
Located just 5 miles from the Wimberley square, 12 miles from San Marcos and 45 miles from Austin & San Antonio, our country retreat still feels a world away from the hustle and bustle. At the Wildflower Country Inn, our goal is to ensure that each wedding can be customized to meet our couple’s vision and budget. With spacious event grounds at the entrance of the property and optional on-site lodging at the top of the hill, our 35 acres offers a charming setting as the backdrop for your celebration.
Venue Details: Our venue boasts a temperature-controlled event barn, a covered outdoor pergola, fire pit, yard games, pond, seasonal wildflower field, large lawn areas, and ample parking. The event barn has two indoor restrooms, a bar, stage, and prep kitchen. Our most popular event design features a ceremony under the shaded pergola with a heptagon altar piece, cocktail hour on the lawn, then dinner and dancing inside the event hall. However, the lay out of the event complex allows for the flow of the event to be flexible with each couple’s vision and season. Some couples may choose, instead, to use the old oak tree or teepee with the wildflower field backdrop for their ceremonies, the space is all yours! For all weddings, the event barn offers the ultimate rainy-day insurance. Our goal is to help each couple have a wedding that is unique & personal, while feeling cared for by our team each step of the way.
With optional lodging for up to 34 overnight guests, we are the ideal location for guests who want to have extra time to spend with their closest family and friends. Our 7 bedroom & 7.5 bathrooms group rental, pool, four private cottages, nature trail, organic gardens, peacocks, chickens and goats are located on the upper half of the property.

Getting married at the Wildflower was an absolute dream. It was everything we wanted in a venue: onsite lodging, relaxed, hill country vibes, and was incredibly affordable without feeling like a "budget" venue. Natalie and Carley were so amazing to work with. They were both so accommodating and open to our vision for the wedding, making it come to life beautifully. It was so amazing to stay on site and get ready in the main house and cottages on the day of, so that we didn't have to travel far from where we were staying to the venue. We also booked the linens and decor package (which I highly recommend) and florals through Carley and Feverfew (which I also highly recommend). Carley is a floral magician, and really hit exactly what I wanted SPOT ON. I'm still so in love with everything about our day, and the Wildflower was such an important part of why everything was so perfect. We did sunset couple photos with our photographer, and the setting was so beautiful and perfect. And while we were doing our wedding party portraits, an adorable resident chicken (who we lovingly named "sweet pea") wanted to be in the photos too, so she became an honorary bridesmaid :) We cannot thank the Wildflower enough for how well everything turned out and how well everything perfectly aligned with our vision! <3 It was better than we ever could have dreamed!
Our families were at the Wildflower Country Inn for our rehearsal dinner/wedding. It was amazing to have all the cottages and the main house for loved ones to stay on site. The lodging decor is so charming. The wedding venue is gorgeous!! Decor was also done by Wildflower staff, Natalie, and floral by Feverfew (Carley). Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough 🩵
We recently got married at The Wildflower & could not recommend it more. Natalie & Carley were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, The Wildflower teams customer service was excellent. We chose the linen and decor package, and our vision was brought to life perfectly. The reception hall was stunning!!
We used several sister companies recommended (most live on the homestead), including Feverfew for florals, Wild Weddings for officiant/bartending, and Cakes by Melissa for our dessert table. It saved us a TON of money & everyone was easy to work with.
When I say I feel like I hit the jackpot with my venue choice, I am not kidding. Carley, Natalie, Chelsea, Melissa (the in-house baker who I will also highly recommend!!), and the rest of the Wildflower Weddings team were hands down the lynch pin of the entire operation. Carley, in addition to being the owner of the property, also provided decor and floral services for our entire event. This was by no means a requirement for signing with the venue, but her rates (1500 for bouquets, boutonnieres, floral arch, & reception florals!) combined with her level of service and skill could honestly not be beat by anyone else I looked into. She perfectly executed our vision of an ‘enchanted forest’ wedding, and went above and beyond by providing us with geode/gemstone accents for our event that were from her own personal collection for virtually no extra cost!
In addition, her entire team was so accommodating and flexible with us, which made us feel a lot more comfortable with requesting services (such as bartending and sound system management) that best suited our budget and needs.
I scoured around and communicated with a lot of other venues for months before finding this place, and as a bride on a budget, it felt like I would hardly be given the time of day at most other local, ‘highly recommended’ places. It was really discouraging to see just how costly a venue rental could be, and I feared we wouldn’t be able to afford any type of wedding at all. But when I found The Wildflower, they not only fit into our budget, but also made everything else finally fall into place.
Also, if you have the chance to book their Main House, DO IT! Having the entire wedding party ensemble in the same house as my husband and I made the whole weekend feel a lot more special, like a big getaway vacation into the beautiful hill country with all our closest friends and family. I’m honestly looking for an excuse to go back just so we can soak in more fun and relaxing vibes.
Where do I even begin on how awesome the Wildflower is? From the very first communication, to the day of the wedding, and even after the event was over Carly and Natalie were nothing short of fabulous. The the aesthetic of the property is stunning. I had toured a few other venues but nothing gave me the feeling I had at the Wildflower. I knew when i came around the bend of the driveway and I saw their giant old oak tree, that’s where my fiancé and I were to be married, this was the place. They have a very cute pond and yard games out back for guests to play, but we enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores most. During the whole planing process Carly and Natalie were there as much or as little as I needed every step of the way. They have lots of packages for decor, bar, set up, tear down etc. We opted to use their decor package, and end of night clean up. It was nice knowing my family and friends didn’t have to pick up at after the event was over. They they had so many decor and color options to choose from, but after a few questions they nailed the exact aesthetic I was looking for with some extra florals and extra decor from their sister company. On the wedding day it was nothing short of perfect. The colors, the oak tree, the lilies in the field that sprung up with the rain, the pumpkins, flowers, moss and fairy lights everywhere, it was just magic. We also opted to use their on site lodging. They can hold a lot of people, our whole wedding party stayed on site and it was so nice to be close to everyone and have that extra time together around the pool and fire pit in the main house, while everyone got their privacy in their rooms or private cottage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. I also have to add one more time how above and beyond they are. Our wedding day ran late, as they often do (no fault of theirs) and due to time constraints I missed out on my bridal photos and many pictures I wanted with my new husband. I can only imagine how late we would have been if we didn’t stay on site, that was a blessing in more than one way. I reached out asking about the possibility of a “do over” photo shoot hoping they wouldn’t think I was a little strange. They happily accommodated my request and even decorated the tree exactly as it was on our day. They didn’t have to do that, but they did, just to make my day after the event was over, I can’t say I know many venues who would have been so gracious. They made the whole wedding weekend, wedding day and especially wedding photos, something to remember forever.
If I could give The Wildflower Country Inn and Event Center 10 stars, I would. Carley was so kind and easy to work with, and I love how our day came together. She was very receptive to our vision and also provided amazing guidance. Her rates were very reasonable, and I adored how low-stress the whole process was. Our experience truly was everything I wanted and more. I'd highly recommend The Wildflower Country Inn and Event Center to anyone getting married!
I had my wedding, 100 people, at the Wildflower Country Inn and I would recommend them to everyone. Carley and Natalie went above and beyond my expectations. They helped at every turn. Set up a beautiful day for us and made my vision come to life. Helped me find good vendors. Thought of all the small details to make everything perfect for our day. Book with them for you wedding you won't regret a thing!!
The Wildflower Country Inn & Event Center exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding venue! From the quiet country atmosphere to the incredible staff, words can hardly describe how magical our 01/20/23 wedding was. We toured the venue during an Open House in early 2022 and we decided to book that same day. It was the only venue we toured, as we didn’t need to look any further—the Wildflower was everything we’d imagined. We decided to rent the Main House as well, where we stayed with our Bridal Party. I’m SO glad we did! It provided a much-needed respite and gave us space to just “be” with our people. We worked with Natalie during the planning process and she was amazing. She was energetic and so much fun to work with! She made the entire process easy to understand and ensured all the details were just the way we wanted. We hired Carley with Feverfew and Co. through the Wildflower to provide our bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and were significantly more affordable than other vendors we’d looked into. We also hired Chelsea with Wild Weddings through the Wildflower to coordinate our ceremony music and as our reception DJ. Chelsea was very kind and communicative in the weeks leading up to our wedding (I’m sure I asked WAY too many questions); she made sure our ceremony ran seamlessly and kept the party going at our reception! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and if I had to do it over again, I would choose the Wildflower every time. 10/10 recommend!
Good Morning. This is shannon. MOB
I have all good things to say. The venue was absolutely the perfect place. It felt like a fairy tale. Could not have been better. Having the accommodations on site was also just amazing. I think that was part of the ultimate wedding experience. We are all about family and that just cemented us together. Having the rehearsal dinner at the main house was the way to go. All the in-laws had a chance to mingle and really get to talk with family and the wedding party. It was laid back and casual which was perfect for conversation.
The rooms and cabins were adoreable. We loved the decor in all of them.
I would say that the only thing on the venue is that we couldn’t see the hanging candles. If there is a way to get them brighter, it would be worth it.
Catherine with The Perfect Day was 100% perfection
Flowers were beautiful with Carly.
One Love Beauty was great!!!!
Decor beautiful
Chuys yummy and professional San Antonio Catering Co.
Alcohol arrived exactly on time Twin Liquors.
Bartending great: The Perfect Day
Photographer great: St. George
I would say the best surprise was Trevor Helt the musician dj. His guitar playing for the event was phenomenal. It really set the tone and he was just fantastic. I highly recommend him. He was wonderful through the planning as well.
All of you and the vendors were also wonderful throughout the planning.
I have nothing negative to say about the entire process with you and the vendors.
Thank you for making the day and planning so special for us. The glorious memories are etched in our minds forever.
Thank you
Shannon Keeler
The Wildflower is amazing and I love them. I honestly do not know how to start! From our first visit out, I felt certain that I wanted to get married there. The space is intimate and full of natural beauty. I had a sense of feeling at home there right away! I'm not sure if they are currently offering this (as of 3-26-22), but we had the Dahlia package which included planning help from the incredible Carley, use of all the beautiful decor items that the Wildflower has on hand, set-up and break-down, staff on hand during the event to help with clearing tables and serving food, bartending, and probably more that I didn't even realize! We also had them do our flowers (which turned out BEAUTIFULLY) and our cocktail hour appetizers (absolutely delicious cheese and fruit boards). Carley and I had many meetings and phone calls leading up to our event to pick out colors, themes, etc. I am incredibly indecisive and easily overwhelmed by lots of options - but Carley had access to my (very small) Pinterest board and made all of my decor dreams come true! I wasn't following a two-tone color palette, or really any color palette that one can find clear inspiration for on the Internet, which made things hard. I focused on natural fall colors and wanted multi-colored florals and it all came together incredibly beautifully. We also were planning during the ongoing pandemic - and Carley helped guide us through our decisions. I think we were very lucky with the timing of our event, in October 2021, when cases were low, and the latest Omicron variant had yet to surface. They set up extra seating outside for our guests who felt more comfortable outdoors which helped us feel better about accommodating everyone we love! Another thing that we liked was that we barely had to buy any decor items - everything was borrowed from the extensive collection at the Wildflower (friendly on our wallets and the planet!) Our guests complimented us - and our families - on how amazing our wedding was, for months after! Everyone had a wonderful time, and the hard work of the Wildflower staff is to thank. A lot of people have things they would do differently looking back, but almost 6 months since our wedding and my husband and I would not change a single thing. The only thing we wish is that we could do it all again, exactly the same!! Thank you, Carley, and thank you to all of the Wildflower staff, for making our wedding more incredible and amazing than we could have ever imagined.
By far our favorite person we worked with through the entire wedding planning experience was Natalie at the Wildflower. The venue is just so perfect, as was the on site lodging that we rented for the weekend also. Natalie was by our side every step of the way, and made everything so easy and stress free. She is so knowledgeable and the sweetest person! She also created our centerpieces and a GORGEOUS floral piece for the altar. It was such an amazing wedding weekend, and we just adore the Wildflower and Natalie!
Omg this place is beautiful and magical!!! Natalie is such an amazing help!! They are super affordable and have great bundles! They also have cabins and a big house on property you can also book, we did that and it fit parents and wedding party perfectly!!
Carley and team are true gems. I booked the Dahlia package and took full advantage of their expertise and planning. We had a 100% outdoor ceremony and reception with about 60 guests amidst covid uncertainty. The put together the wedding of my dreams, it was perfect. The onsite lodging is perfect for spending more time with your guests in the days leading up or following the wedding. Everybody loved the firepits, nature trails, numerous balconies, and warm interior for hanging out. 100% recommend!
I cannot say enough how amazing this venue is! It is so beautiful and has such a lovely indoor and outdoor space. The lodging on site was so nice to have, made it so easy to relax and enjoy the wedding weekend. Carley and the team went above and beyond to work with us, as we had to postpone our wedding a week because of the ice storm! They really are wonderful people who were so helpful.
100% recommend.
Looking for a venue that can help with every detail? This is the place for you. They have many packages and we chose one where we simply had to show up and we are thrilled at our choice. Carley and Natalie and the team are incredible. After mentioning a few things I'd, the bride, like and showing them my pinterest board - I showed up on the wedding day to my dream wedding. It was delightful to throw such a beautiful party for our family and friends. I knew they had everything under control. Coming in from out of state, they even picked up the cake and we literally just brought the guest book, wedding favors and a few pictures for the photo table. The week leading up to the wedding, I spent it with my bridesmaids, my family, and going to the salon - stress free! The venue, the staff, the price - it's an easy choice - choose Wildflower Country Inn for your wedding/elopement!
As the family of a bride coming from out of state, and with an 8 week engagement, we needed a venue that could handle all the details for us. Carley, Natalie and the rest of the staff delivered in a BIG way!! Our big day went off without a hitch. The chef, photographer, florist, etc that they recommended were fantastic! Because the photographer works closely with this venue, she knew all the right places to take pictures. We got all of them back within a few weeks and they were fabulous!!! Highly, highly recommend them!!!! And thanks Carley for the hot chocolate bar! Loved it!!
After visiting this vibrant, earthy and intentional venue, I decided on the Wildflower Country Inn to have my elopement this fall and a vow renewal and reception in May of next year (thanks Covid for giving me two dream Wildflower weddings!). It is an understatement to say that I was blown away and my experience exceeded every expectation. Knowing Carley and her crew were at the helm of executing my vision allowed me to fully relax and be present to each part of the day.
We had our ceremony under a huge fairy tree at sunset and Natalie took our photos giving us a teaser gallery just a few days after the wedding. Carley was organized and attentive and she even made us our own playlist and took photos during the ceremony to send us right after to share. The honeymoon cottage has a spa upstairs was decorated with charm and an eye for design. Every aspect was perfectly thought out from a welcoming carafe of fresh kombucha to my beautiful bouquet that was waiting for me when I arrived. These were some of many thoughtful touches that made our experience so memorable.
Another big plus of this venue is the personal chef Quentin Vigneron. He delivered a sumptuous breakfast right to our private porch. I definitely recommend his southwest breakfast bake and French toast. All in all, my elopement at the Wildflower Country Inn was everything I had dreamed of. I can’t wait until May when we will be in the Main House with all of our family and friends. The large reception hall will fit a much bigger celebration and the beautiful outdoor garden setting will be bursting with a rainbow of wildflowers!
Absolutely amazing!!!!!
They made my elopement more beautiful and smooth than I could have ever imagined- truly the best day of our lives!
We selected the Bluebonnet elopement package and spent the night in the Lavendar cottage. We definitely recommend staying on site! The cottages are so sweet, intimate, and meticulously decorated! Felt like we were in another world there. It was actually so special that we changed our plans from going out for the evening to heading straight back after dinner to spend as much time as possible in the cottage.
The grounds are absolutely stunning! There are multiple locations where they have weddings on site and they’re all super pretty.
Carley is absolutely AMAZING. The flowers, cake, locations, decor, EVERYTHING she set up for us was stunning! It’s obvious how much she cares about and loves her work. She even recommended where we eat dinner after the ceremony since we were unfamiliar with the area. We really felt like she had everything set and we were just able to totally relax and enjoy our day.
Natalie, the in house photographer, was so sweet and really helped the two of us (who have never really been on camera before) feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to receive our photos!
Have to give a little shout out to the dog who would visit us on our porch throughout the visit, the information book in our room said her name was Layla! We ADORED her!! Miss you, Layla!
All in all, this was beyond everything I could have ever imagined in an elopement. It’s hard to believe how little effort was required on our part to have such a beautiful payoff in the end. We looked extensively for other options in terms of elopement packages and nothing even came close to comparing to the wildflower. I have and will continue to recommend the Wildflower to everyone! We’re hoping to come back for a night or two to celebrate our anniversary next year!
This place is gorgeous! It was everything I could have wanted for my wedding and the staff go above and beyond to make sure every little detail is perfect! The on house lodging is so beautiful and relaxing and the spa is to die for. I got married there in Feb. and they did all the decorations for me and made my bouquet and made sure everything went according to plan! They made a stressful day go by so smoothly because they plan EVERYTHING! We had a few hiccups in the morning with some water issues (at no fault of the staff or property, just happened) but they fixed it very quickly and made sure myself and my guests were well taken care of. I can't wait to return for an anniversary trip! 10/10 highly recommended.!
10/10 would get married there again, as well as staying a few more nights in the cabins. Everyone was super acomadating and wanted to make sure our special day went flawlessly. The in house photographer did wonderful work and gave us more high quality photos than we could have possibly imagined.
This is an awesome wedding venue. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They really have all kinds of options to customize your special day. I was so happy that it was all inclusive and they did all of the decorations and flowers for me with just a little input on what colors I like. They have options for every budget and will make it beautiful. Carley is wonderful to work with. I will definitely use this venue for other occasions as well.
From the beginning stages of just viewing venues, Carlie was so informative and helpful, especially when it came to budget-friendly options. We were able to rent the lodging area and had a whole day to decorate the venue as well as a couple extra hours the morning after for any last minute clean up. The location is quiet, BEAUTIFUL, and so perfect for any event.
My daughter and her fiancée had an intimate family wedding this past weekend. We all stayed in the big house in gorgeous bedrooms, all with their own baths, and all spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed. They were married outside under a decorated trellis, and we had the most delicious food and cake after. We danced, ate s'mores at the wonderful fire pit and wandered around the gorgeous acreage. I cannot recommend it highly enough. What a truly perfect way for our families to celebrate together. Carly was such a gracious host. We are planning to return for family reunions in the future!!
These ladies were amazing and made my wedding so much easier! I work in ministry so I was very strapped for time and resources. But during the months leading up to the wedding the staff worked with me by opening up the space for me to brainstorm and show my bridesmaids, gave helpful advice and was always easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place for any event!
We had the GREAT pleasure of having Carley and her staff take care of all of our needs for our Beautiful March Wedding. Carley, Dallas and the staff were AMAZING and helped make our big day run absolutely perfect! She truely has a good heart and knows what she is doing. She knew how to turn our ideas and dreams into reality. The venue was beautiful and every thing ran so smoothly! When she says she will take care of something she means it! She bent over backwards to help turn a day that I was stressed about into the best day ever! I highly recommend for venue and lodging!! Beautiful venue and lovely places to stay!
If you're looking for an affordable and beautiful space to have your small wedding, look no further than The Wildflower Country Inn! Carley and her staff made my wedding dream come to life! I live in Boston so for months in advance Carley and I mainly corresponded via email but only after I visited the property first during one of my TX trips home. We also had an in-depth phone call to discuss initial details. Carley was very patient with all of my requests (food, decor, floral arrangements, etc). She worked her magic and was able to help make my vision (complete with Pinterest boards) come to life. I had a total of 56 guests (all family) at my Indian-Mexican fusion wedding. The space was PERFECT for all of us, including the surprise mariachi band! The photographer Carley recommended captured each moment beautifully. My family and I stayed in The Main House and all 3 cottages on the property all weekend. Everybody couldn't get over how adorable, convenient, and welcoming everything felt. It was a family reunion for the ages. Seeing all the elders in my family smile, laugh, and dance together with my siblings and cousins made my heart melt. I'll never forget my wedding weekend with Carley and her staff. She paid such attention to detail and it didn't go unnoticed. A tiny detail I will never forget: Carley had a big to-go box full of Indian food waiting in the cottage me and my new husband stayed in after the reception. My husband and I barely ate at the reception because of all the dancing and talking and laughing and fun...so we were STARVING when the night was over. Carley's assistant even snuck in two bottles of our favorite Indian soda in our car when we drove from the Event Center to our cottage at the end of the night. Our wedding was exactly one month ago and I'm still BEAMING from what I consider the best weekend in my entire life. I will forever be grateful to Carley and her staff for being so accommodating, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend The Wildflower Country Inn & Event Center for any couple looking for a little getaway perfectly located between Wimberley, San Marcos, and Canyon Lake!
Guys. I cannot even put into words how incredibly thankful my husband and I feel to have found Carley and The Wildflower Country Inn. The grounds are just simply breathtaking and it had the natural Hill Country feel we were looking for. It has cabins and a big house on the property that all of our wedding party was able to stay at. It took the worry out of having to corral everyone for the rehearsal and other events. They even have a pool!
Carley the owner/wedding planner was seriously the cherry on top! She is so organized (yet flexible) and professional (yet laid back). She took care of every little detail perfectly, which meant I never had to turn into a bridezilla. It was like she read my mind ya'll!!!
This place is beyond worth the price and I would not have changed a thing! Thank you again so much Carley and I encourage anyone considering The Wildflower Country Inn to GO FOR IT!
Five stars are not enough for this place! Carley (the manager) was great from the get go! She knew exactly what I wanted for decor went above and beyond for me. The staff was great too! Natalie, one of Carley’s helpers, was even able to photograph my wedding when my photographer backed out on me a week and a half before the wedding! They cooked for us (Carley’s father) and it was delicious!! I made two different meals with the leftover because it was just too good to waste. They listen to every little detail and make your dream come to life. I had the best experience here!
Best wedding related decision I made! Carley was super helpful and responsive during the whole process. You are not only getting a venue when you book here - you are getting a lot of personal guidance, attention and help! It became very apparent how experienced and professional Carley is on the day of my wedding. She and her team seemed to be everywhere at once just making things happen and transition smoothly. I was able to just be present and enjoy the day without having to worry that everything was being taken care of. The venue was available for us to host a rehearsal and decorate the day before. Carley worked with all the vendors to make sure everything got to where it was supposed to be. The venue its self is a gem, tucked away in the hill country in between San Marcos and Wimberely. The outdoor ceremony is covered- in case of poor weather- but still gives and outdoor feel. The indoor space is very open and airy and can be decorated to fit many different visions. Plenty of parking space for all your guests. There is also a big house and couple of cabins on the property that can be rented for the wedding party or guests who want to stay onsite. Everything is neat and tidy and well cared for. I would recommend this venue for anyone that asks!
My husband and I had our wedding here in November. We chose it for the stunning scenery, spacious venue, and the fact that it had the reception area right next to the ceremony sight. On top of that they have the beautiful Inn and two lovely cabins that were able to accommodate my entire wedding party and a couple extra.
The ceremony sight was gorgeous and could be decorated any way we liked. It was great for our small wedding but was big enough to hold a large wedding. The reception area was huge, but again was able to still look good with our small crowd. The decor they provided was beautiful, and complemented the decor we brought perfectly.
The Inn as well as the cabins were incredible. I honestly didn't want to leave. There is plenty of space and simple, yet elegant decor. The group had a ton of fun playing with the pool table. Everyone enjoyed having their own balcony/patio. We were able to cook a large breakfast the day of the wedding and all eat together. Then after the wedding the fire-pit area was big enough for us to all sit around and unwind from all of the excitement from the day.
However, the most notable thing about this venue is Carley. From the day I first contacted her until after the wedding she was more helpful than I could've imagined. She was friendly, informative, and punctual on everything. She was on the exact same page as me with every topic. She seemed to be able know exactly what I wanted every time.
If you're looking into this venue, you could not find a better person to manage your event. I can't express enough how beyond satisfied I was with the choice to go with Wildflower. I would recommend to anyone!
I just can't say enough good things about Wildflower Country Inn and especially Carley and her staff! So many details made it the perfect place for our wedding reception following our ceremony at Spring Lake, May 7, 2016.
Carley is a super woman when it comes to organizing events! She's a great listener with practical solutions to your event needs. Carley connected me with vendors, brainstormed decorating ideas, and assisted with getting things in place at BOTH of my venues. She's well connected in the industry and helped me find the best photographer (Sweetleaf Photography) and DJ (DJ Chief & the Doomsday Device), and also organized the BBQ for my rehearsal dinner!
The whole property shines with that Rustic Hill Country CHARM! Wildflowers, trees, and wildlife, lush plantings, charming sitting areas, chickens, peacocks, ducks and more really give you that country fresh feeling. Near the inn, a small but nice pool, BBQ area, and large manicured lawn give you the space to gather and relax with friends and family before and after the big event. There's also plenty of space to walk around and soak in the big sky and fresh air.
The SEVEN bedroom, eight bathroom Inn was an amazing addition to our celebration, and I'm so glad we decided to add it to our package. Having a place for friends and family to stay for the WHOLE weekend was so special, and I really cherish the time I got to spend with our out of town guests, sipping coffee overlooking the hills. You can't find that at many other venues. One other bonus: having my parents and all my aunties and friends there made it easy to put them to work on some of my last minute DIY wedding projects! :)
The spacious event hall with is white walls, rustic accents, shiny floors and strings of Edison lights made the perfect backdrop for our colorful Cinco de Mayo theme. It has an elevated stage that's great for making toasts and setting up the DJ. The bar area off to the side kept folks out of the way of the fun while filling their glasses. There is also plenty of room for all the accessory tables: cake, gifts, favors, sign-in, etc. Outside the hall is a beautiful arbor over their ceremony site, wide boardwalks, and luscious plantings all around. There's even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows! We had so much fun! (Thankfully the burn ban was off!)
All in all, Carley and the Wildflower Country Inn made our wedding weekend the best it could have been! Thank you for taking such good care of us and our guests!
Carley and her team sure know how to throw a party! I love Carley's style so much that even after her venue was booked on the day I wanted to have my wedding I asked her to plan and coordinate my wedding at an off-site location. The most important thing to me was having Carley and I am beyond grateful that she said yes! All my friends agree that hiring Carley was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. She made all my dreams come true and even more. She is a master at the craft of coordinating events and translating dreams into reality. I could not say enough positive things about her and her team. Her venue is also beautiful and the inn is immaculate. If you are ever in need of event space for a wedding, reunion, or any other celebration don't waste time considering any other options. You will be happy you chose the Wildflower Country Inn. I know I am.
