Sooo professional and sooo helpful makes me day so stressful!

My husband and I had our wedding here in October and it was better than we could have imagined!

Our day of coordinator was so so helpful in trying to manage everything and be as supportive as possible. The owner came and made sure to greet us and ask if there was anything that we needed multiple times throughout the evening. The barn itself is beautiful with the most precious willow tree guarding the outdoor ceremony site. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and are so grateful for prompt communication and compassion! We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host their special occasion!

We got married at The Willow Creek Barn on October 7th. The staff were great at helping with set up and tear down! They made sure everything went so smoothly. Our day was perfect and beautiful. The barn was as so great at getting back to us quickly when we had questions or concerns. The Photo Booth option was so fun and allows for your guests to take silly, fun and cute photos, that they will later send to you! They offer the sparkler send off(though you do need to provide the sparklers yourself!) The bridal suite is so cute and the grooms suite seems perfect for your groom! I’d recommend it to anyone look for an authentic barn wedding!

The Willow Creek Barn is the perfect venue! My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago and it was amazing. The owner & his staff are extremely professional and personable. They made every detail about our day come to life so beautifully!

We had our wedding on 8/27/23, and our experience with Willow Creek Barn was great. The venue is beautiful and the staff is both experienced and helpful. It is very reasonably priced, with a large selection of décor that you have free access to for your wedding. The only nitpick we have is that the getting ready rooms for groom + bride + bridal party were on the smaller side, which can only be a problem if you have large families and/or bridal parties. Bringing vanity mirrors for the bride and the bridesmaids is a recommendation. Overall a wonderful experience for us from the first time we toured until the time we left on the wedding day! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a barn wedding.

We just wanted to thank you for our wonderful experience at your venue. It is absolutely stunning!! All of your staff are fantastic. They took care of everything and were very discreet but always around if anything was needed. Marie was such a tremendous help!! She worked non stop all day on Saturday for us and came to a very quick rescue when we had a dress issue. She was priceless to us!! Thank you so much for everything!

We had the best experience at the Willow Creek Barn. The wedding coordinator Marie and her staff worked so hard to make my daughter Katie and her husband Ben’s day a blessing. It was a beautiful venue and perfect day. We were very impressed by the entire experience.

My husband and I had our wedding here at The Willow Creek Barn and it was everything we had envisioned and more! The venue is absolutely gorgeous from the property to the barn! The whole process of planning our special day here went smoothly from start to finish thanks to Jeremy, Andrea, Amber, and Autumn! The people that work and operate for this venue truly care that your special day is everything you want it to be and they make sure it happens. We could not have asked for a better wedding day! Willow Creek Barn was a beautiful venue sight with amazing workers. They set up almost everything up for you the day of the wedding which relieved a lot of stress on the day of! There was lots of workers to help out and made the day a smooth sailing. Jeremy and Andrea were great with communication as well as their coordinators. Would totally recommend booking with them! The downside to the venue are the bathrooms and that the handicap bathrooms are a port-a -potty. Other than that it is a beautiful site.

Autumn, our day of coordinator was the greatest took the best care of the bridal party as well as us (bride and groom). All the staff made everything go as smooth as possible. I couldn’t imagine a more amazing day, venue, as well as the workers.

Jeremy and the Willow Creek staff was absolutely amazing for our wedding. They made our day feel special. There was a bit of an issue with our DJ, but the Willow Creek staff did an amazing job keeping me calm and getting the situation worked out. They did an awesome job keeping the barn cool even on a warm September evening. It was awesome to see a business owner be so involved in the process and the event. He came out to check on us and make sure everything was going smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Willow Creek as our reception venue and highly encourage you to as well!

It was the Fairytale Wedding that our new Daughter in Law had always dreamed of having. The venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the help with selecting all the vendors made plannning the wedding so easy from out of state. We would all hughly recommend the Willow Creek Barn in Frankfort

My husband and I got married there August 28th, 2022. When we took the tour over a year ago, Jeremy told us not to pick their venue if it wasn’t everything we imagined for our ceremony/reception. It didn’t end up being what we imagined, but an even more magical night than we could have ever asked for. My guests were in awe before even getting out of their cars! This place is a little off the beaten path, but far worth it!

Couldn’t have asked for a better staff/venue. They took care of all our wants and needs from the minute we toured the venue to the second we left after the wedding!

The staff was great. They help set up, clean up, and deal with the other vendors. It took so much stress off of us the day of. They make sure you have everything you need. Including a huge variety of decorations to pick from. The property is beautiful!!

The day of staff were amazing!

The people of Willow Creek wedding Barn are amazing. They made every part of this process easy and with excellent execution. As Father of the Bride, I was focused on all the details that could make this event smooth or rough. The WCB process ensured that nothing was missed and the day was excellent. Amber was our coordinator and was the model of easiness under pressure. She was a pro and handled every question and request with poise and calm. She delivered on everything we asked for and even some last-minute changes. Always with a smile and occasional laughs. Jeremy was great in that he checked on us a few times in the process to ensure we were pleased and at the end of the event available for any feedback. The most telling aspect was the from the guests. I received numerous comments about how lovely the venue was and how much everyone enjoyed the look/feel and overall impressions of the event. People were milling about the grounds, playing games, and not wanting to leave. The Willow Creek wedding Barn is a must for anyone wanting the country wedding theme. They do it right.

Having our wedding at Willow Creek barn was the best choice we could’ve made. Jeremy the owner is such a genuine person who wants the couples getting married to have a dream day and the guests to have a great time. The venue is absolutely beautiful, affordable, and fun! Their day coordinator Amber is a total pro and made everything so easy.

The barn was exactly what we were looking for, they had decor options available, a staff that assists with the vendors and any other way they could. The bar manager, Kathy, was fantastic to work with and was very responsive! Overall very pleased with the barn and staff. I do think they are having some growing pains as communication leading up to the wedding wasn’t great until following up and they are working through updating their questionnaire that you complete prior to the wedding day to better help. Jeremy and his family live on-site so he was able to jump in and assist when it was needed leading up to the reception and throughout the night. Another HUGE plus is you can use any vendors vs a set list they have. This allowed for me to do research and find what would best fit our vision and budget.

We are so happy we chose the Willow Creek Barn…the wedding was even better than we expected! I would recommend purchasing the package where the venue sets up/tears down…we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The venue also exceeded our expectations by providing a day of coordinator, security, etc. Jeremy, the owner, went above and beyond for us, too. We requested a baby bottle warmer for our daughter and super glue and he got us both :-) All of our guests were impressed with the yard games, bonfire, etc. that the venue also provided! HIGHLY recommend.

The venue includes set up and down services in their pricing and still comes under what some other venues price at. The staff helped us remember several things that otherwise would have been forgotten in the mayhem. We had the best wedding that we could have hoped for. Thank you!

Mother of the bride here and I seriously can’t say enough great things about Jeremy and his staff. We showed up and BAM! Amazing! Everything my daughter wanted was there and ready or they knew how to get and got it! Truly everyone was so kind and helpful and thoughtful and professional. We had the best wedding possible thanks to the staff at The Willow Creek barn! Our wedding was August 21st. The staff was responsive and kind through the whole process. Because they allow you to use their decorations we saved a ton of money! When my cake was sliding and I had no clue, Amber, our day of coordinator talked to each vendor before asking me if we could cut the cake ahead of schedule so that we could get our pictures! Amber was a joy to work with the day of and did everything in her power to make my day go as perfect as possible! Jeremy, the barn owner, checked on us several times and made sure everything was going how it was supposed to! The onsite staff worked with each of my vendors so I did not have to worry about anything on my big day! I would highly recommend this beautiful venue, time and time again!

Jeremy and the staff at The Willow Creek Barn made our wedding day the best day of our lives. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Everything at this venue is more than you need to have the best wedding ever! I would recommend this venue to EVERYONE!

Great venue. Location is really good. The venue itself is gorgeous. The staff is super helpful. Day of coordinator that comes with the venue helped with some last minute planning ideas that turned out phenomenal. Owner is super involved in making sure your day is perfect.
