Mica and the staff at the event center were fantastic. They took care of everything that we asked for our wedding. We found out that we had the largest event that they ever hosted ...
but you wouldn’t know it. Everything ran smoothly.
The venue is absolutely beautiful and Mica is wonderful. She did an excellent job coordinating everything, walking us through the process, and she and her team made everything look...
so stunning the day of! She took care of almost everything and we could rest easy knowing she was in charge.
Cannot recommend this venue enough, especially because of how wonderful Mica is.
Not only is this venue visually stunning, the service you get is incredible. Mica and her staff run a tight ship, help make sure all your details are together (meeting with you sev...
eral times before the wedding, and help you execute the day flawlessly. Would recommend this venue endlessly.
We loved this location from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Its unique and elegant vibe set the exact tone we wanted. The high ceilings, 'getting ready rooms' balconies, an...
d vault bar gave us such a unique space. I loved that it is run as a small business and is owner operated. Mica really takes pride in what she does, and works to make your day exactly what you want. It was great to be the only event happening in the venue and to have that sole focus on you and your moment.
She was always quick to respond to emails and questions, and so flexible and accommodating. She helped us select other vendors when we needed suggestions, and pick the exact right decor to go with our vision all while making the process effortless on our part. We provided some sentimental pieces of decor that were incorporated in the vault bar which was a huge hit. She did ALL of the coordinating with other vendors, and made the week of stress disappear because literally we didn't have to do a thing. All we really had to do was show up and enjoy the moment.
We started the day with mimosas and were able to enjoy a private moment on the VIP balcony after returning from our ceremony. My husband and I left the minute it was over, and she sent us out the door with a bottle of champagne. I loved not having to worry about making sure anything was cleaned up or that we had all the odds and ends we had come with. The decor was so beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more.
Her staff was amazing and we still have guests telling us it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I would highly recommend the Windamere to anybody interested in a beautiful, classy, afforable venue in northern Cincinnati areas.
Both my husband and I had such a fantastic experience using The Windamere as our reception venue! Mica and her team did such a great job, and thanks to their efforts, our big day r...
an seamlessly. We chose this venue because of the passion Mica put into restoring one of Middletown's historic landmarks. Not only did they maintain the original vaults from the bank, but also kept some of the original flooring. You can tell that Mica has a passion for what she does, and it shined through during our planning process and day of. I would highly recommend choosing this vendor for wedding purposes.
Daddy's Little Girl has ONE special day. It's HER day, and if you're the same kind of Dad I am, you'll want to be CERTAIN it all goes according to plan. We were immediately drawn t...
o Mica and she told us she only needed an afternoon with my daughter to put together exactly what she wanted in the banquet hall, the colors, the table toppers, the cakes, photographers, and everything she wanted to see. Mica asked all the right questions, and was able to picture the images from our girl's dream.
She has a list of vendors, and isn't the least bit upset when we had a few of our own. She asked for all their contact information, so she would be able to coordinate the evening's agenda.
She did tell us she would be completely focused on the events she had planned, but would also be 100 percent focused on us two weeks prior to our date.
She set up, coordinated, planned, and executed with the professionalism you don't often see these days. We received nothing but praise from over 170 guests. The attention to detail was remarkable, and she's got a keen eye for what the bride's really looking to express. Once she spends that afternoon with her, she knows exactly what's supposed to happen - and you can't teach that, she's really gifted.
So, when anyone asks if I know a wedding venue, the answer is unreservedly, "Yes, I do! Talk to Mica at the Windamere in Middletown!"
The most amazing, wonderful venue with the most amazing, wonderful coordinator. Mica is the best thing to happen to the wedding industry!
I don't even know where to begin. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted my reception at The Windamere, and it was the only venue we looked at. The planning process was smooth ...
and put me at ease from picking out the linens/centerpieces to the execution of the reception. My guests are still talking about how unique and different my reception venue was. I wouldn't have changed anything and highly recommend this venue to future couples!
I WISH EVERY VENUE WAS LIKE THE WINDAMERE! Every bride deserves to have the amazing experience on their wedding day that I did. We held our ceremony and reception at the venue and ...
it was absolutely amazing. There was a great flow from the ceremony to the reception, even though it's in the same room. The venue is gorgeous and had many nooks and crannies for photo ops. Mica and her team take care of every single thing you could possibly think of and more. The venue offers a full set-up and tear down, linens, centerpieces, and alcohol packages. Basically we just showed up and enjoyed our day. It was absolutely amazing and I can't speak highly enough of The Windamere, Mica, and her team.
I couldn't be happier using The Windamere Event Venue. It was stunning and clever. Fell in love with it as soon as we walked in to view it. Mica was amazing! She made sure it was a...
completely stress free day for me while keeping it all about me. Our ceremony was there as well. Everyone seemed to have loved the place especially the placement of the bar (in the vault). Everything was magical from the huge windows to the chandelier. Lots of beautiful pics that I can't wait to see!
