al. Brooke and Macie were a joy to work with and treated our wedding like it was the only event they were managing. The venue is absolutely beautiful! My daughter and son-in-law wanted a wedding venue with a combined chapel and reception space. They also wanted to be the only wedding of the day. Not one of several pushed through in offsetting 5-hour increments. The Windsor has it all…stunning chapel, expansive reception spaces, beautiful bridal suite and staircase, ample parking and lovely outdoor spaces for pictures. Not to mention that it is all right in the heart of Plano/Carrollton. CN Catering did an outstanding job on the food and beverages. So many of our guest commented that the food was the best wedding catering they had ever experienced. CN’s monthly food tastings are expansive and provide a perfect opportunity to sample a variety of catering options. They enabled us to choose the perfect wedding menu within our budget. We did a buffet and I was nervous about how long it would take to get our 180 guests through the line, but it went very quickly and smoothly. Our wedding planner orchestrated the night’s events and toasts to eliminate downtime and optimize the buffet line within the evening’s flow. My only regret is that I did not have a 2nd bar in the reception space. I felt that the standard 2 bartenders create long lines for the guests at busy times throughout the evening. Thank you to the staff of The Windsor and CN Catering for a perfect and memorable day.

like a church but it didn’t have a ton of details to it so we could really decorate and make it our own. The reception hall was a blank canvas as well and the execution of what I wanted it to look like day-of was perfect. The day-of coordinator was on top of everything and made the entire day feel seamless. The only issue I had was with communication leading up to the wedding. We were passed off to 3 different people to help with our wedding and communication got confused and little lost in translation. At times I felt like it wasn’t very tailored to us as a couple. An example is with the catering. It was super convenient to have food and drinks right there at the venue. The food was amazing and I got nothing but compliments on how delicious it was. However, it was very stressful going into a wedding not having tried our actual menu. We didn’t get to try what we paid for - Terrifying! The way they do the tasting is in a mass group at one of their venues. It’s great to see what an event looks like and the displays of what your food can look like but I wasn’t expecting that. For the amount of money we paid I expected a more one-on-one tasting of our actual menu and the actual food we wanted to have. The event CN Catering put on had the most popular items present- but not all of what they offer. So I was disappointed. When I asked to try our menu I was told I would need to pay an additional charge. So my advice to the venue would be - don’t get to corporate and big for your couples. They are paying a lot of money for one day and being able to taste and see everything they are paying for should be part of the deal. Overall if I could do it again I would still choose this venue. But I would go into it asking better questions so I would have better expectations.

The chapel here has magnificent vaulted ceilings while still providing the feel of a small intimate ceremony space. Following the ceremony a reception can be held in a beautiful ballroom that provides plenty of space for dancing, dining, and mingling. As a coordinator, when my couples select The Windsor and Hebron Park, I have full faith that the venue will be a dream come true on their special day.

My girls and I loved the bridal suite and the boys had a great time in the groom's suite getting ready and playing video games. It was also super convenient having the chapel and reception hall all in one place. I highly recommend the Windsor to anyone looking to get married in the Dallas area. They will really impress you.

The venue is beautiful and set up to allow the wedding to flow smoothly, even down to the side doors for the bride and groom to sneak through for pictures away from guests. The price is perfect and they help you to enjoy your day with little stress. They had a formal food tasting with drinks and everything so I could try before I buy. They had options for lighting, floor plan, menu, linens, etc. On my wedding day, I had the stomach flu and stayed mostly in their bridal suite. They made sure my guests were well taken care of, they made sure I had everything I needed and ensured my husband got food while he was taking care of me. They even went as far as to help me set up a time to come back free of charge to retake my wedding photos since I was too sick to finish taking them the day of the wedding. This is the ONLY place I would recommend to people getting married. And I recommend you at least set up a meeting to look at the place because it is beyond spectacular in person. Thank you to the amazing staff that made my day the best of my life!

dsor, and boy did I feel like a fool for putting that visit off for so long! Kylie was a dream to work with. From the moment I emailed her to schedule a tour until our wedding night, Kylie was there answering every question and making sure we had all of our ducks in a row! I emailed/text/called her AT LEAST once every day, and even on her days off she would respond! (But don't be a jerk like me, and let the girl get her well deserved rest!) Kylie made sure my day would be astonishing, and it was nothing short of just that. CN Catering is the required catering service at The Windsor, and let me tell you, my guests LOVED their food. Everyone was so surprised at not only the portion sizes but how delicious and flavorful it was! Kids and adults alike loved everything from the passed appetizers to the milkshake shot at the end of the night. Every part of it made our day just that more amazing. I could go on about this venue like how the uplighting added a wonderful touch to the night or how the photobooth was constantly in use (they send you all the photos taken that night, btw, and they are soooo much fun to look over afterwards. You see how much fun everyone was really having!), or how the staff was so professional and helpful and wonderful all night long, but I don't think I have enough words left. So I'll leave it at this, if you want to have a beautiful venue in a very convenient location with incredible food, staff, amenities, and want to have an unforgettable experience, The Windsor at Hebron Park will definitely guarantee all of that! Highly recommend!

miscommunication at my reception. We were told there would be a "Captain" that helped coordinate our reception. However, that person whom we had paid for was never introduced to us and we did not have anyone to go to help the events transition. Our DJ and photographer were really the ones that coordinated. The staff were great during the planning process just not very present the day of. Overall, I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for a classic indoor setting.

I am more than pleased with The Windsor. It is the most beautiful venue. The bride's room is gorgeous! With the chandelier, beautiful (and comfy!) couches and the large bathroom that accommodates several people to get ready in, it was the perfect setting. The entry way is breath taking. The chapel is gorgeous! You can see the trees and vines right outside the windows at the front of the chapel. It is a view to die for. The wrap around patio has strings of lights that are beautiful to take pictures under when it gets darker outside. One of my favorite pictures is under the lights. I am so happy I chose to get married at The Windsor at Hebron Park. I absolutely recommend getting married there! You will not regret it! :)

However, I cannot stress enough about the convenience and the staff support of the venue!! The space is beautiful, but what made the wedding so much more timeless was the help of the venue!

After looking at the schedule he and said our tour was scheduled for a different time but agreed to quickly show us the place. The AC had been off so it was very warm inside. While the ambiance of the place, and the pricing were appealing, it was not off to a good start. After the scheduling mishap, I never received a follow-up email, phone call, or Facebook message. Because of this we nixed the venue from our options.

My bridals and our wedding photos turned out just stunning thanks to the ivory filled wrap around balcony and all the classically gorgeous designs. If you are looking for not just a fantastic venue, but also a fantastic experience, then this is the place for you! We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

id a wonderful job making sure the venue was ready for our wedding planner to come in and make it a dream. They do have a contract with CN catering for food, but the food was absolutely AMAZING! We are still getting comments about how our wedding food was the best anyone has had at a reception. Also, Ashley created a special moment for my husband and I by suggesting that we go in to the reception while everyone else was having cocktail hour. We were able to see all the planning and dreaming come to life and it was fabulous to see the room before the guests entered! We absolutely loved our entire experience with The Windsor.

ce. They were attentive to all the minor details, they took care of me and my wife and were always on schedule as noted to them. It was perfect. Now, the reason this place is getting a 4 star review and not a 5 star review is because of how expensive everything is. When I say expensive, I mean that I had a Friday wedding and it was close to 20k (with required in-house catering) ... And I brought my own alcohol. Let me finish though, I know what I was getting myself into. I knew the price coming in, I'm not really complaining about the price, at the end of the day. I do feel they should allow you to bring in your own catering because their options are at minimum 42 dollars a person, which is absurdly high for the quality of food you're getting, considering that's the lowest, buffet style serving. Having said that, I expected the venue managers and staff to be a lot more flexible with lending extra time and just "working with you" on little things here and there to make the experience easier for us, at this pricing. I know what's in the contract, but the customer service leading up to the wedding is all about "you want a little extra? Sorry, we can't help you, you'll have to pay for that". For example - when renting the venue, you 3 hours for prep and 5 hours of event time, 8 hours total - my wedding was 7:30 to 12:30 and I could start loading vendors in at 4:30. So my request was for me to start the ceremony 30 mins early. They weren't very flexible and told me numerous times that I would have to purchase an extra hour of venue time which would have been over 2,000 dollars. It took a lot of back and forth to convince them to giving us just 15 mins of reallocated time that wasn't going to require extra work from their staff, and I assured them of this. My problem is that I wasn't asking for much, considering this was purchased time and they were not willing to bend. At the end of the day, I did get what I paid for and the wedding day was beyond awesome. It's still a beautiful venue and if your experience before the wedding is a little rough, the day of the actual wedding will make up for all of that.

Windsor, I felt comfortable that Ashley was going to get things done and be extremely helpful. Because I did not have a wedding planner, I felt at ease that Ashley would be around for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding to assist where she could. I made several visits during business hours without an appointment to show my bridesmaids, now-husband, photographer, and parents. The fact that I was able to see the venue several times before I got married allowed me to set a guest number, figure out decorations, and determine what photos should be taken the day-of. I was also very impressed with their caterer, CN Catering. I did a private taste-testing and I was so impressed at how delightful the food was. Overall I would highly recommend the Windsor. It has a classic, natural, traditional feel that I loved, and I could not have been happier.

This was very important to me and my fiance because we were both students trying to pay for most of the wedding ourselves. They made the planning process easy and fun! When it came to our big day we were both nervous but we knew that everything from The Windsor and CN Catering was handled so that was one less thing to stress about. We had such a great night and all of our friends and family are still raving about the food and how beautiful everything was. If we could do it again, we would still get married at The Windsor (and we would have ordered more delicious Mac N Cheese Balls!! YUMM!)

Under the new management, they remodeled the chapel and the dining hall, as well as other parts of the building. EVERYTHING they change was for the best and made the venue look even more beautiful and elegant. It was really in need of an update. When it comes to the food, lighting, and photo booths, the only caterer you can use is CN Catering. With this, CN Catering can be a bit pricey, but I spoke with them about my budget and they really helped me cut corners everywhere I could. Everyone also loved the food, there was nothing but great reviews, and if I had more money in my budget for food, CN catering has AMAZING and FUN options for your guests. You can choose any vendor for your cake and DJ. Things to keep in mind: NO GLITTER!!! If you're planning on having a new years eve wedding like I did, I got a glitter aisle runner and glitter hats, to which the manager told us was actually not allowed. They were incredibly gracious though and understood that it was a pure miscommunication, so we cleaned up as much as possible before leaving the venue, and they didn't charge us extra for that accident. Altogether, incredibly professional and gracious people to work with.

One thing I will note is that when you book here you must use CN Catering which is priced just as much as the venue but CN Catering food, staff and management were amazing and worth every penny. We got so many compliments on the food and as a Bride I did not have to worry about service at all. Another positive about the venue is that our wedding photos came out amazing and our guest repeated the words "what a beautiful wedding!" over and over. I highly recommend this venue and would suggest it to anyone who is getting married.

res from when we first booked our venue. My husband and I went back for our meeting, and CN Catering had changed the chapel, lobby, and ballroom. That was quite the shock after paying the deposit for a venue that looked completely different. Then comes the big day. Problem 1: Despite being written in our contract, CN Catering did not serve the pre-ceremony champagne that had been agreed to. When my husband mentioned to them that drinks were supposed to be served, CN Catering replied that there was nothing in the contract about it, and it wouldn't be happening. Problem 2: I have a photo of the emergency kit and tools provided in the bridal suite. This kit includes a garment steamer as dresses and veils wrinkle easily. Upon noticing there was no steamer in the kit, my maid of honor asked CN Catering. They replied that it had been stolen at the last wedding, and we were out of luck. A member of our bridal party had to take an hour from setup to retrieve our own steamer. Problem 3: All my life, the only thing I wanted at my wedding was a mashed potato bar. I am allergic to pork, as was noted several places in our contract, and CN Catering mixed the ingredients together. This was A) not a bar style, and B) gave me an allergic reaction. A catering company should understand that making only 1 out of 125 dishes without an allergen creates a minefield. Big surprise that there was another mix-up, and I had an allergic reaction that affected me for days. Problem 4: CN Catering says they'll cut your cake. We expected them to cut our cake, until we saw that there was only one of three flavors circulating. We did not ask them to save the top tier, but they decided to not serve it. We had a separate sheet cake in the kitchen, and a two-tiered cake for display. We had to ask that our tiered cake be cut, and thought they would then cut the entire thing. At least we had two flavors to choose from, but it was after most guests had already finished their cake.
