The Wobbly Wagon was, hands down, the most fun touch we had at our backyard wedding reception — and the PERFECT choice for a bar/bartenders! Not only is the Wagon adorable (and with the cutest added decor and signage), but its bartenders are top of the line. They were prompt, professional, sweet, and made drinks swiftly with smiles on their faces — such a fun addition. In addition to using the Wobbly Wagon at our reception, one of its owners (Natalie) was our day of wedding coordinator. She was EVERYTHING we never knew we needed. We had productive meetings with her leading up to the big day (both in person and via zoom) and are so thankful for great recommendations she made for our venue set up and flow of the evening. She is incredibly sweet, fun, and such a hard worker. She kept the pace of our special night perfectly and my husband and I didn’t worry about a thing. She put us at ease and we can’t thank her enough. Natalie and the Wobbly Wagon/it’s bartenders are a 10/10 - grab them for your special event if you can!

The Wobbly Wagon was one of the highlights of our wedding! So professional, easy to work with, and so kind. Not to mention their drinks were AMAZING! They were a huge hit for our guests and for us. Natalie and her husband are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met, and were so great in answering all our questions leading up to our wedding day and making sure we had everything we needed. They’re the absolute best!

The best thing we did for our big day was to work with the Wobbly Wagon and Natalie. Hands down - best decision. They were so helpful during the prep period; low pressure and really just wanting to know what drinks would create the vibe we wanted. And it worked! We had an amazing warm summer afternoon with margaritas, aperol spritzes, coronas, lemonade and more. Their shopping list was perfect and ensured we didn’t have crazy leftovers.
Now on to the vibes- SO FUN to have them as part of our party. Multiple guests commented on how great it was to have them there, it made what was already a fun afternoon feel even more like a party with just awesome people around. They worked with us to have a bar too since we didn’t have room for a trailer (if you have this constraint as well- then you’ve found your answer right here). They decorated the area, it was adorable. No regrets. They cleaned up seamlessly- I didn’t even notice!
Now as a bonus, we worked with Natalie for day-of coordination as well. I can’t say enough what a great decision this was. She was honestly everything we were hoping for and more. She handled problems that I still don’t even know exactly what they were (something with our food vendor and parking? Idk!). That’s a success! I know there was some stress involved there and I had nothing to do with it, everything was just handled- I was just partying and getting double margaritas from the bar! Every time I saw her I thought - should I check in? But she would give me a thumbs up and I was just on my way. She was on top of it.
Again, the following day, the subject of MULTIPLE unprompted conversations with guests had the theme of “Natalie was awesome.” She proactively made sure people knew when food was ready, when their shuttles were arriving/departing, how they could help if they wanted, and more. (One of my friends even said he wished he had hired Natalie for his wedding - haha!)
If I could recommend anything, it’s hire a day-of coordinator and hire Natalie and the Wobbly Wagon. They exceeded all of our expectations. There’s no way you’ll regret it.

The absolute sweetest people ever! They had top tier communication the months and days leading up to our wedding- right up until the day before when we had to make a last minute change which they graciously accommodated!
They decorated the already adorable bar to accommodate our rustic style wedding.
The drinks were perfectly made and they created a super cute custom menu to go with them.
All our guests raved about how kind they were and they were definitely one of our favorite parts of our big day!
Could not recommend more.

The cutest bar! Not to mention owned by some of the kindest, most amazing people I know! Can easily be decorated to match the theme of your wedding! Such a fun way to add decor elements to your wedding while it also being functional as a bar!

We had the Wobbly Wagon for my Dads 60th!! The trailer was placed in to the backyard through the RV access. It was the hit of the party! Truly so memorable and I can’t wait to have them at our next private event/party. Thank you!! ❤️

The Wobbly Wagon is so esthetic looking! So clean; so friendly and just amazing service! We were guests at the wedding and i was so impressed by the service and overall look of the business. Wish we had them at my wedding! They do any events so I’ll be booking them for future parties and events in the future. 10/10 mobile bartending service!

Attended a wedding that had The Wobbly Wagon bartend and let me tell you the owners were amazing! All the drinks tasted so good and had the cutest aesthetic . The owners were extremely friendly and personable. They kept the party going all night! I would definitely recommend them to battened any event big or small

This is the best mobile bar! My work put on a holiday event for Halloween and the wagon was the highlight to all of our night!
We had so much fun and absolutely loved them. The way they had the bar and drinks themed to the holiday was so clever. There decorations were phenomenal & the drinks were even better! They had cute bat themed straws, cutest Halloween themed cups, etc!
On top of that, the owners were so helpful & so friendly, I wish I had an event myself that was coming up so I’d have an excuse to book them!! If you are looking for a cute, fun, affordable, organized, mobile bar for your next event I highly highly recommend this one! You and your guests will not be disappointed!

The Wobbly Wagon is the mobile bar you want to have at your wedding! Our guests (and my husband and I) absolutely loved them, they were so fun and helpful! The way they set up the wagon is such a vibe I can't say enough good things about the whole experience we had with them. They made the perfect pineapple jalapeno margarita for us and we would hire them for every occasion if we could. 11/10 would recommend!!

My husband and I had the wobbly wagon at our fall wedding and they were absolutely phenomenal! From the process prior to our wedding, to our big day they were so helpful and communicative all along. All of our guests raved about the amazing bartenders, drinks and how cute the wagon was! It was so affordable for our budget and we didn’t have to worry about shopping for any of the alcohol! I would 100% recommend booking this for your next event or wedding!
