Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the entire experience was exciting and fun with Opal! She became an invaluable asset from the beginning, and we can't recommend her enough. Opal is a master of organization. She helped us create a detailed timeline, manage all the communication with vendors, and brought our vision to light. She always made sure we were on track and feeling confident. The wedding day was magical, largely thanks to Opal and her team. They flawlessly executed every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly and according to plan. We were free to relax and enjoy our special day, knowing everything was in good hands even when there was a little rain. Never was there ever a better Event Planner than Opal. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude helped us all enjoy a perfect event without even realizing she had to overcome some significant problems. She was the perfect blend of fun and organized commando. Opal spent time with the bride to know exactly what she wanted, and diligently defended that vision to all vendors and wedding party members. I could sing her praises all day, but here are a couple of examples to show why you should hire Opal so you can enjoy a worry free event.
1) When the bridal bouquet showed up, because Opal knew our bride's vision she know the bouquet was not at all what we wanted. Before the bride had a chance to panic, Opal had her florist on site to fix the bouquet so that the bride was thrilled with it.
2) When Opal was directing everyone to be seated so the 96 year old Granny could start the procession, a very rude guest began yelling at Opal and told her to shut up just do her job!!! Somehow Opal kept calm, got this guest seated and Granny could make her entrance without ever knowing a disaster was averted.
3) Several unexpected quests arrived to our preassigned seating dinner. Opal found seats and food for these guests, again without anyone knowing there was even a problem.

Opal is the best coordinator we could have asked for! Detail oriented and personable with a knack for getting things done right, she made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! She went above and beyond to ensure that our vision was realized and we cannot recommend her enough!
I started planning my wedding by myself...2days In I wanted to throw in the towel. Then Opal came along to save our special day! She was amazing every step of the way. Knowledgeable and professional. Our wedding turned out perfect. The day of I was expecting something to go wrong... it was too easy and effortless. I was able to enjoy the day and be the bride opposed to doing all the behind the scenes things. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!!
Opal the magical wedding planner and facilitator, should be the name of this company. She did the impossible, wrangling a wedding party of strong personalities, decorating and setting up my venue, making sure all had a great time and most importantly allowing the bride and groom to enjoy their day without worries. She transformed my garden into a perfect blend of love, Halloween decorations, flowers, blue champagne, and smoothly running wedding, all without drama and with so much humor, all had a great time. She oozes confidence and for a good reason, she is that excellent. I would give her 10 stars if available.
