Thoroughbred transportation was the best! We worked with Joe to get all set up and he was super responsive and made it easy to book. The drivers were all so nice! The coach bus and van were very cleaned and all our guest talked about how smooth the ride was. I would highly recommend.

We were very happy with Thoroughbred for my daughter's wedding. The driver was seen hours before the event doing a dry run through our venue (which I thought was great) and he was punctual and friendly for the event. We had a bus that shuttled guests from 2 hotels to the wedding venue and back to the hotels. The guests loved riding in a big luxury bus and said everything about it was great. We will definitely use them again as needed.

Thoroughbred made shuttle service seamless for our 5/13/23 wedding. They were communicative, helpful in assisting us in figuring out our shuttle needs, and on time. The shuttles were comfortable and clean, with friendly drivers who followed instructions to get to our middle-of-nowhere venue. Everything happened without a hitch. Not only did they deliver exactly what we asked for, but they went above and beyond. My groom and I were forced to clean up after our caterer, who left without completing her contracted work. When I communicated this politely to our driver (I so wish I could remember her name!) and asked if she could just wait a bit longer for us because we couldn't leave the property in that state, she responded, "Oh my gosh! That's horrible! Where are the trash bags?!" She helped us clean up all the napkins, bottles, cans, and cups littering the tables before getting us back to our hotel. I can't recommend this company enough.

We rented two coach buses from Joe and his team to transport guests to and from the hotels and the wedding venue. The buses were comfortable and gorgeous! Joe was very responsive and met all of our needs!

We had the best experience with Thoroughbred! They arrived early, they were so nice (even helped me with my dress and get into the car), they had the cleanest cars, they had great pricing, and drove very safe! We had three car services for our wedding day. Two private SUV’s and a shuttle bus and not one negative thing was said about any of them. Because we trusted them so much with being on time, cleanliness, great customer service, we even arranged them to take us to the airport for our honeymoon! Great company to use for transportation! We used them for wedding transportation of bridal party to our venue and also for get a way car at end of reception. We also used them last year for a bachelorette winery day! Both times the owner/manager was great with communications. Paying was simple. Drivers were nice and drove well. Sara was so great to work with and made the process of collection information and setting up our transportation very simple. The level of customer service is what really drew us to Thoroughbred. Our wedding party took the bus from the hotel to our venue and he was a great time - he definitely knew how to keep the party going! Sara O., of Thoroughbred Sedan , answered all of my many questions. She was friendly, patient & thorough. She helped us pick the best options for us from the still available transports. The day before the wedding, we had to make slight changes in the route due to an unexpected occurrence. Sara handled it & assured me it would not be a problem. The day of the wedding, the transport all went smoothly. One of the drivers called to make sure he had picked up all of the guests before stopping the “to the venue” service. He called again after the event to make sure there were no more guests waiting to be picked up. I found Thoroughbred Sedan & Sara O. to be extremely easy to work with & very professional. Booking was seamless. The driver was on time and patient when the rest of the bridal party was not. There were two used glasses in the limo which I assumed was from an earlier ride, but that was my only observation. If I could make a suggestion if possible upgrading the stereo system would be nice. We didnt have any music during our ride. Service was great and everything was wonderful.

I found Thoroughbred Transportation googling shuttle services near Annapolis, and they were fabulous! When we were booking, Sara gave us a full array of options, with lots of different vehicles and price points, so that we could pick the option that was best for us. We went with a mix of vehicles, including the option to shuttle some folks home early. It was easy, reasonably priced, and Sara proactively reached back out to make sure everything was right before the wedding. She was lovely to work with. We had several school buses as well as a smaller shuttle, and at the end of the night, the shuttle bus driver very generously took a group of friends back to their AirBnB so that they didn’t have a long wait for multiple ubers. I really appreciated their flexibility, and all of our guests were grateful to have a safe, sober ride home at the end of the night.

We are so happy to have had Thoroughbred provide transportation for our wedding. Most of our guests were from out of town and Sara worked with me to make sure our transportation was sufficient. While it is a little pricier than I would have anticipated, the quality of service and peace of mind knowing that our guests could arrive and leave safely was worth it! Joseph Rosensweet and the whole Thoroughbred team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the pandemic leading up to our April 24th Wedding. Joseph was extremely helpful when we were working on what kind of transportation we would need to get our guests from the hotel to the venue without breaking the bank. He was extremely responsive to any question or change that needed to be made especially via email even right up to the very end where he was considering the comfort of the groomsmen and upgraded the car for free. Throughout the planning process, I always felt like Joseph put my needs and my guests' comfort over making the biggest profit possible.
