Our wedding was last Saturday, March 23, 2024, and I have been thinking about the right things to say about Christine since then – (1) to thank her and (2) to let everyone else know how incredible she is. I am organized, driven, and creative. My wedding pushed the boundaries of all those things. With every idea, request, pivot, and concept, Christine not just rose to the challenge, but excelled. The relief I felt when Christine took over communication with our vendors was priceless. She and her assistant Kaity expertly handled organizing our day from start to finish and we are so thankful! We met with a few other coordinators before hiring Christine and are so happy that we went with her. We knew the second that we got off the first call with her that we liked her energy and we knew that she would be the right addition to our wedding vendor team. She is kind and friendly and also gets down to business when duty calls. Our rehearsal went great with Kaity and everyone in our wedding party knew what they were doing when the time came. They handled set up of the venue perfectly so when we showed up everything looked amazing. If I could give Christine 100 stars, I would! She was recommended to me by my wedding venue, which was higher-end, so I did have lofty expectations. That being said, she far surpassed my greatest wedding planner hopes. She is SO organized, always quick to respond even during odd hours or her own personal time. She has an impressive network of vendors she can rely on, which was especially helpful for me as an out-of-town bride. Christine is extremely professional yet feels like your best friend all at the same time. Most importantly, she made me and my husband feel valued and helped make our wedding day dreams a reality. She will always be one step ahead, she will think of the things that would have never crossed your mind, and make sure your wedding day goes as seamless as possible. But in reality any good wedding planner should do these things. What puts Christine above and beyond is her willingness to do the things like crawl under your wedding dress when you break a heel to fix it, even while sand is being kicked in her face, build a KILLER champagne tower that belongs on every Pinterest page, and escort you and your new husband or wife back to your hotel room at the end of the night with all of your belongings neatly stacked. I was absolutely shocked to wake up the morning after my wedding with my wedding bouquet, mine and my husband's menus, bar sign and other memorabilia from the night, and the shoes and veil I lost at some point on the dance floor neatly stacked on a luggage cart in my room. If you are having a southern California wedding, you NEED Christine as your wedding planner!

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would! Christine and her assistant Liz were such blessings to have coordinating our wedding. I always hear nightmares about wedding day, and I cannot stress enough how NONE of these concerns came true for our own day. I was able to be completely stress- free as a bride, while having support in making the most of the day, and to top it off, two amazing personalities added to my wedding day memories! I say this as a type A person myself, if you are on the fence about getting a coordinator... DO IT! Even more so, the event itself was an absolute dream to what I could've ever imagined. With the complete 180- shift we gave Christine from our first call to adding on styling services, she was able to quickly put our vision together and helped us every step of the way to make sure we would be happy and comfortable on our day (plus completely open to offering more budget- friendly suggestions and maximizing the use of decor, etc.). A week later and I'm still getting friends coming to me stating how it was the best wedding they have attended in a long time, which could not have been possible without Christine and her team!

We actually don't even know where to start, there's no way to actually express how thankful we were to have Christine as our wedding planner for the biggest day of our lives. We had our wedding in San Diego, which is a destination for us since we're from the Midwest, so finding the right person to help handle all vendors and help us plan from afar was really important to us. In fact, I felt relaxed in the month leading up to the wedding. Over the past year planning, Christine was not only our planner, but also became a friend. She cried with us and laughed with us, we just absolutely love her. Like I said, she was born to do this job, there is no one who could possibly be better at being a wedding planner than she is. After the wedding, ALL of our friends and family were commenting on how on top of everything she was, how kind and fun she was to be around. There was not a single thing that went wrong, and even if there was, we probably wouldn't have known because she takes care of everything. Christine and Rachele were the dream team! From the beginning, Christine saved my wedding planning process and made it enjoyable, whereas before I had her, it was a nightmare for me. I decided to go with a venue that was a blank slate, so I needed to choose all the vendors on my own. Christine started with a few meetings to understand what my vision was. She created some mood boards to help me piece together my vision. She made the process easy by selecting a few vendors that fit my vision and different products from those vendors for me to choose from. Instead of searching all of the San Diego area for different vendors, I had a few great options narrow down to chose from. I loved that Christine I was focused on what I wanted as the bride. When touring the venue together, I had a big group of friends and family. They all had many opinions of what should be where and how the venue should look. Christine made sure to focus on what I wanted and not all of the other opinions that were getting shouted at her. Rachele was on Christine’s team as the month of Coordinator. She was phenomenal. I didn’t have a worry in the world leading up to the wedding because of Rachele! She handled everything and made sure that the day went very smoothly. All in all, I would recommend Threshold Events over and over again, which I have already too many friends getting married.

What can I say, except Christine is an incredible, multi-talented, efficient, kind, wonderful human being who went above and beyond as my wedding planner and coordinator. She was truly with me all the way through and even came to view our venue even though she wasn't obligated to! She worked so closely with all my vendors, and I received feedback from them that she was on top of the game! She even stopped a couple four-legged puppy wedding crashers from running rampant through our reception! I would highly recommend her, and just wish I had another event to plan, cause I would love to work with her again in the future! What I really love is how accessible and how communicative she was at every point, and especially the month of--that made such a huge difference!

Do yourself a favor and reach out to Christine right now!! We had reached out to a few other coordinators and after we got off our discovery call with Christine, we quickly agreed that she was the perfect fit for us. Our venue was a "blank canvas" venue meaning they don't provide anything and it's up to you to do everything yourself, so we were planning on taking on several DIY projects. Christine never made us feel uncomfortable or awkward about our plans for doing a lot of the design for the space ourselves. She gave so much helpful input on the logistics and flow of the day which was paramount in making our day a success - we threw a ton of moving parts at her and she handled it all like the absolute professional she is. When we say we could not have brought the day together without Christine, we truly truly mean it. On the day of, we had a few wardrobe malfunctions and Christine was always there (without needing to be asked I might add) with her emergency kit ready to help so we could get back to enjoying the night. She was such an amazing presence to have around on our wedding day and made us feel so confident that things would be taken care of. Not only is she such a great resource to help guide big decisions, her personality is awesome and she's just genuinely fun to be around. We are so happy with our decision to have Christine be a part of our day and would recommend her to the fullest extent to anyone planning a wedding!

Working with Christine was a dream! Our wedding planning journey started at the beginning of 2022 from NY as we were about to move to San Diego, CA in a few months. Our wedding was supposed to be that summer. The night Christine and I had our first phone meeting we found out we were pregnant! Plans quickly changed and the wedding was to be moved to summer 2023. Being new to SD, Christine played a pivotal role in finding a venue, photographer, and everything in between. She was always available to answer my questions or concerns. It never felt like we were placed in the back burner. We were a priority! On our wedding day, Christine was so incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. She jumped in to help with the baby so everyone could have dinner. While the baby was fussy, she offered to hold her for us as well. She was amazing in every way possible. If you’re looking for a well-organized planner who ensures your day is going to run smoothly, Christine is your woman. We had 300 guests with 2 unique venues, the USS Midway & my husband's home in Fallbrook where all vendors had to be outsourced. Between Christine & I, we were able to pull it off! My favorite trait of Christine, was that she is very direct & knows how to control a crowd, including our 24-person wedding party! You can tell that she was not there to be anyone’s best friend, except for the bride & groom! We booked her to design our wedding & for the day of coordination. We communicated regularly in the 8 months of planning, and I never felt that she was not there for us. My only regret is not booking her as my full-service planner. I believe she would have saved us money in the long run with her connections and recommendations!

I loved having Christine be apart of our wedding. I am the type of person who likes to have control (teacher mindset). One month before our wedding, I realized that it was impossible for me to make every single part of my wedding happen so I reached out to Christine. Hiring Christine for month-of coordination/styling was the best decision we made for our wedding day! I found Christine on Instagram, and within 10 minutes of talking to her, I knew she was the perfect coordinator for us! She has amazing attention to detail, is personable, professional, and very organized. I knew we were in great hands, and I was stress-free leading up to the wedding and the day-of. She truly did so much work in helping us achieve our dream day: she attended our venue meetings, coordinated all the details with our vendors, provided styling recommendations and sourced decor, handled decor set-up/tear-down, and made sure our timeline was running on schedule all day! Not to mention answering wedding-related questions and just providing guidance leading up to the wedding. Christine went absolutely above and beyond: she dealt with my crazy requests when I insisted the groom's mother make the wedding cake and then had her parents deliver the wedding cake because there was no on-site refrigerator. Christine was OUTSTANDING. We worked together for the month leading up to the wedding and she helped us with event coordination. Once we handed off contracts and information, we had nothing to do except relax and prepare ourselves. The wedding itself went amazingly smooth and she was incredibly attentive.
