My husband & I worked with Thyme for our wedding reception & I can tell you the food, service & professionalism of this team is incredible. Everyone who attended our wedding is still raving about their delicious meals, including us. At every point during the planning process Thyme went above & beyond to ensure we were happy & comfortable with the catering plan. Thyme treats your time & investment with the upmost respect. Thyme did a fabulous job on our wedding. The food is not typically the talk of the wedding, but we got so many compliments on the dishes we served (particularly the focaccia bread). The passed appetizers were excellent and tasted very fresh, and we were really happy with the salad, the short rib, the fish and even the vegetarian option. The tasting was really professionally done, and Thyme took our feedback and made minor modifications to the dishes we selected. Thyme's staff was also super professional, organized, and helpful. While I was getting my dress bustled, one of the waiters came by with every single tray of passed appetizers to offer me one. This was so thoughtful of him and I really appreciated it! Thyme also posted a bunch of photos and videos the following day, which we loved.

Mike, Megan, and the Thyme Catering team did such a beautiful job creating an absolutely personalized catering experience at our wedding! We got married in the backyard of my parents' house, an historic home that is beautiful but lacks some of the modern amenities -- an outdoor water source, a professional kitchen, ample parking, etc. -- that a traditional wedding venue would have had. From the very first time we met with him, through to the event itself, Mike was totally unfazed; he had absolute confidence that in spite of these obstacles he could deliver the high-end, seated dinner we wanted, and he and his team did so, FLAWLESSLY. Even now that the wedding is over, I'm not entirely sure how they'll pulled it off, but I am just so grateful for all of their hard work. My husband and I also had very specific expectations for the kind of wedding bar we wanted -- a menu of classic cocktails mixed with particular alcohols and utilizing a specific ice program -- and Eric, Thyme's Bar Manager, did an exquisite job bringing our vision to life. Moreover, I truly believe that Laura, Thyme's pastry chef, is one of the most talented people working in this field right now: she made TWO delicious, work-of-art wedding cakes for us, and also masterminded a dessert of Butterscotch Pudding Cake that I will probably be dreaming about until I die. Megan, Thyme's Event Planner, was a lifesaver, executing our day with expertise and also sticking with us throughout the entire planning process. This is such a talented, hardworking team, and we're so grateful to them!

Chris K I can not say enough about the Thyme table team. The whole experience was so professional and of course delicious! They catered our daughters wedding and it was perfect, from the passed appetizers, to the presentation of the stationary appetizers, to the dinner buffet. we received so many compliments on the quality of the food served. They were a pleasure to work with!!

Where do we start? Like so many others who chose not to let the pandemic stop them, we had a Covid wedding. It was beautiful, perfect, breathtaking - ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we could've possibly imagined. Andddd just like those many others we know can relate to our 2020 plans, we ran into a few hiccups...until we met Megan. Absolutely nothing could stop her from bringing our dream to life! She didn't ask us to sacrifice a single thing, though covid wanted us to ;), but instead, to share every detail that would make our day special. She literally made it happen and those little details meant so much. We are so grateful to Mike for his amazing talent behind the 4 walls of our outdoor kitchen. The food was delicious, hot and packed with flavor! Our guests complimented us on the dinner for days following our wedding, but the one person who deserved to hear them, read them and know them, was Mike. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the servers. Thyme is so lucky to have the most kind, courteous and attentive staff, we imagine...in the world! All of them! One in particular, Brennan, paid special attention to my grandmother, making sure he brought her dinner, dessert, coffee, and a few treats for the road. Hopefully, if he reads this, he will know how thankful we are. One more thing...we did not have a videographer, but after our wedding, received a special gift from Megan - a beautiful video with beautiful music and filled with some of the most memorable clips from our special day. Sadly, Ryan's father passed away unexpectedly just two months after our wedding. Megan captured one of the last meaningful moments with Bob and Ryan watches this clip often. Meeting Megan and Mike at this "Thyme" in our lives was for a reason and we feel blessed beyond measure.

Thyme was amazing to work with! Through the uncertainty of the pandemic they were so understanding and flexible. They ended up catering our (much smaller) wedding this summer and did an incredible job. The food exceeded expectations and the service was second to none. They were incredibly attentive to every detail and followed every order (and we had a lot during COVID). Can't say enough good things about them!

COVID wedding Magic! I am beyond lucky to have found Thyme for my wedding. I had a September, Sunday Brunch Wedding, and trying to find a brunch caterer that understood what I was looking for was near impossible. Thyme was my saving grace, as a morning brunch wedding the food is the center stage of the event. In early wedding planning, we had 180 guests in a backyard, in a tent and I wanted to be Made to Order meals. I was very particular to this because I did not want a buffet-style line, I wanted the food to be fresh and made in front of the guests. Thyme took that and ran with it! They made me a menu of amazing meals; Omelets, waffles, pastries, bloody mary bar, everything I wanted, and more! However, 30 days before the event we cut the wedding from 180 to 20 people. This required major adjustments for the food and menu. Thyme handled everything for me! They were able to make a COVID safe space for my guests while not disturbing my vision for my wedding. In addition, to handling everything from food to dishes they stepped in and helped coordinate the guests while they all waited for the wedding party to return. The Thyme Team was beyond amazing and I have received so many compliments on the bartender and the serving staff, I was not without a drink the entire event! At the end of the day, Thyme saved my wedding and allowed me to have a stress-free beautiful, wedding. If Thyme is available for your event don’t think twice, it will be the best decision you make.

Thyme Catering was one of the best parts of our wedding! We had to re-plan a smaller wedding after covid challenged our original plans and really lucked out that Thyme was willing to work with us so quickly. Megan was so incredibly helpful in planning, from her attention to detail regarding food choices and presentation to her mindfulness of our budget. These things don't begin to describe the wonderful things I could say about her. Laura, the pastry chef, was willing to get creative with my dessert idea and made the most sentimental dessert display as well as a gorgeous wedding cake. We have received so many compliments on the appetizers, dinner, and desserts at our wedding. People are still raving that it was better than any wedding food they've had in the past. Every staff member at the wedding was truly excellent. Vendors can be challenging in wedding planning and they can make or break your experience. Thyme catering truly treats you like their family. My husband and I are Thyme customers for life.

They jumped in at the last minute and did the catering for our wedding. The food was awesome. Megan was calming and organized throughout the whole process. They also made speciality cocktails that our guests loved!

Food was the #1 important thing for me at the wedding reception - I wanted people to have good food and plenty of it. Thyme helped me achieve that in a delicious way! I got SO many compliments on the food at our wedding. We originally had planned to do family style, but switched to plated when the pandemic hit, and Thyme smoothly rolled with this change and all others that came up. They accommodated our special requests, like having a Skyline chili inspired appetizer and mini hand pies to take away at the end of the night. The cake was especially a hit - several people told me it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had. Everything was delicious, and the best part is I can relive the foodie experience by going to Thyme Table restaurant in Bay Village!

Mike, Amanda, and the team at Thyme are miracle workers. A few weeks before our wedding, our previous caterer had to close down operations for the rest of the year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thyme swooped in and saved the day. Having experienced the delicious food and expert professionalism at Thyme, we cannot imagine having worked with any other caterer for our wedding. In the days leading up to the wedding, every detail was ironed out with quick email responses and phone calls when necessary. We didn’t have the luxury of time to do a tasting with Thyme before the wedding, but their attention to detail in communication with us left us with no worries that our experience would be top notch. For our small wedding dinner, we chose to accompany a 5 course meal with hand selected wine pairings. Each course and its wine pairing came to the table like clockwork and looking like a dream on a plate. In addition, there were several guests with dietary restrictions, and the team navigated service effortlessly making sure each person had everything they needed. It’s now nearly two weeks after our wedding and we are still getting texts and calls about how amazing the food was! The banquet lead, I believe her name was Sarah, even stopped by to share a special moment with us. Truly unforgettable and kind. The personal touch and amazing service gives us no choice to recommend them to anyone who asks.

For starters, the food and drinks are out of this world. And on top of that, the catering team was undeniably the best vendor we could have asked for for the medium-sized COVID wedding. Meghan and her team provided the best help the day-of and were super supportive in a difficult time. She stepped in for bridal support in the planning process, and helped me, the Day-Of Wedding Coordinator, pull the day off without a hitch. The entire team accommodated all the changes this season threw at us and made the day as perfect as it could be. If we were to do it all over again, we would choose Thyme Table every time! We surely will continue to utilize them for future events!

I really enjoyed working with the Thyme event team and chef for my wedding last July. Their professionalism, creativity and attention to detail truly put me at ease while planning our wedding. We received so many compliments on the appetizers (holy heck, cheese spread), meal, and the delicious desserts. I got a few, "how the heck did you find these people?!", "your caterers are absolutely amazing" and, "best wedding meal ever". They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions, which was awesome - the vegans loved their food. I could not be more thankful for the serving staff weaving through the tightly packed tables to clear plates and the bartending staff. I wanted a specialty drink, "Blumberry Lemonade" and it was executed perfectly - seeing people enjoy them made me so happy! Seriously, they did a wonderful job. The Italians were pleased, honestly, that's all I could ask for. Food is really important to me and I was so glad I didn't have to worry about food, the team had it covered! Highly recommend.

If you are even debating using Thyme, DO IT! Amanda and the whole team were wonderful to work with. They even let us personalize the menu to cater to our tastes including a Tator tot bar as the late night snack! We could not have been happier!

We were so lucky to have Thyme cater our wedding reception in June 2019! They were on a list of preferred vendors from our reception venue and they were above and beyond our favorite vendor to work with throughout wedding planning! We worked with both Mike and Amanda developing our menu and planning the details. They were both so great because they kept us on track and would check back in with us if they hadn't heard from us, which we needed! They answered all of our questions quickly and we really felt like they listened to us when we requested changes in the menu. They were willing to make several revisions until we were totally comfortable. Their communication and customer service was excellent! We had a stationary display for our cocktail hour and a buffet during dinner. The food was wonderful and Thyme was able to accommodate our guests who had food allergies and restrictions. The service during dinner was great. We received several compliments from guests about the food! Overall we are so thankful for Mike, Amanda, and the Thyme team for being absolute professionals and working so hard to help us on our wedding day. Hiring Thyme was easily one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning and we highly recommend talking with them if you are looking for a caterer for your event.

Recently use Village Catering for our wedding in May 2019. The food was fantastic. We received so many compliments on it. Staff was very professional and did so much - especially tearing down and the end of the night! The reception was at a barn and yet the food came and remained hot/cold. It was perfect! Everything looked beautiful and the way I imagined it. Ali was great to work with in the process and never complained about my last minute changes to the linen. So easy to work with. Met the owner at our tasting and he was very appreciative and great as well. They even surprised us with a beautiful gift at our wedding!

We cannot express enough how wonderful Mike, Amanda and the crew were for our wedding. My husband and I come from different cultures and we wanted to honor both cultures by a fusion wedding. We wanted both American and Indian cuisines, but we had difficulty finding caterers to accommodate to both; however, Mike did not have a problem with it at all and was happy to help us. He worked with us and we had such great communication throughout the months of planning. He and his team are efficient, have great ideas and the food is delicious. Our guests were so pleased with all the food, we heard from more than a handful of them it was some of the best food they ever had at a wedding, all around. We highly recommend Thyme Catering!

Mike and the team at Thyme Catering are seriously just THE.BEST., full of pure class, and EXPERTS at what they do. When booking a vendor sometimes you may feel like you are just another event in someone's calendar; a wedding is a sentimental/personal/intimate day, you should never feel that way. Mike let me know that their team wanted MY business, wanted to be a part of our day, and wanted to ensure our food was a reflection of us as a couple. I remember instantly clicking with Mike when we talked, he is perhaps one of our favorite vendors that we worked with. He was so personable and asked questions that displayed his knowledge in the industry. His questions not only saved us money, but were also important questions that many other catering teams hadn't ever asked. After that conversation, I knew he was our guy. I remember calling my event coordinator and fiancé, squealing! He took the time (or "thyme"- lol so many puns with their company name) to truly create a menu that worked FOR US. He accounted not only for our budget but also our vision of the day when he created the meal choices... If you are raving about a caterer do you even need to say the food was good? I feel as if that should be an understood thing...because our food was GOOOOOOOOD. And I have a list of guests that can vouch for it. He was prompt and timely in his communication and helped streamline a lot of information between multiple of my other vendors. He took the time to drive 1.5hrs to visit the venue to ensure the space provided the room and materials he would need to successfully deliver the promises he made. When things got confusing he made sure to proactively reach out to me and clarify. Besides all the behind-the-scenes stuff, I really can not get over how we had such a stunning spread of food at such an affordable price. When I say stunning, yes, it looked and tasted stunning- it's not only about aesthetics, okay..... but kinda also about the aesthetics- it's your wedding day, GET YOU A CATERER THAT CAN DO BOTH. In all seriousness, I can say without hesitation that booking Thyme Catering would be a relief for you because they know what they are doing and they will do the job RIGHT. They exceeded all expectations and delivered exactly as promised. Hiring a vendor like that is honestly the investment you want to make with a wedding, you get what you pay for. Do not settle for subpar when you can have a hardworking team, like Thyme, behind you. They want you to have the most special day and they want their food to be a part of that story. You will not find that with a lot of vendors, I promise. When we sat down for our meal that night after the ceremony I found a note on our table, I will never forget. Mike had wished us well and thanked us for our business and choosing them. I didn't cry when I said yes, but I sure did think about doing it then. I looked up and he was standing in the back watching us all enjoy our food, smiling. You guys... make him your guy! You put so much into an event like a wedding, and to feel appreciated by those playing such a big part in it, really let me know I had made the right choice. We are so happy we chose Thyme Catering for our wedding! What makes this catering company so unique is their ability to help you create your own menu. You let them know what you are looking for and they help you build a menu that is uniquely your own. It was so nice to not have to look at a list of preselected options. Being a vegetarian and having a lot of vegetarian guests, I wanted to make sure I had great choices. I didn’t want the usual vegetarian selections. They base their options off of your likes and dislikes while offering helpful suggestions. We were able to also have food stations instead of the normal sit down or buffet style dining, which was awesome! It offered a modern twist on the typical wedding dinner. We worked with Mike very closely and he is amazing! He has many years of catering experience and his passion for what he does is very apparent. From start to finish he was always quick to communicate and answer all of our questions. He made the effort to call instead of just email. He gives a professional yet personal experience. Even after our first venue cancelled he was able to make his team available for a new date and even offered new venue suggestions. He always went above and beyond to make sure our menu was everything we wanted. He also offers a great taste testing option, which we highly suggest because it is very helpful in making final menu decisions. It helps you envision how everything will be on your big day. On the day of our wedding Mike and his team were great! The food was exactly like we had tried at our taste testing. The presentation they create is also very impressive. Everything was professional, timely and exactly how we expected. Overall, if you are a foodie like me and like to be involved every step of the way from the ingredients used to how they are prepared choose Thyme Catering! The experience they provide is like no other. It’s all about you! They will help you make the food uniquely your own. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without their food and service!

Mike and his team at Thyme catered our backyard style wedding at the BayArts Fuller House. The venue only had 3 preferred caterers to choose from, and we are so glad that we chose Thyme! He sent us several types of menus that he thought would go with the season and number of people, all customized to our liking. We ended up going with a BBQ menu which everyone raved about, as well as a series of passed apps, which added an element of class. For dessert he delivered with a beautiful peach cobbler with Mitchell's Ice Cream. Mike was so personable and helpful throughout the entire process, and really made this portion of the planning a joy. I really felt like he considered every flavor profile on the menu to make sure everything flowed well together. Even with BBQ, everything looked classy and delicious. Great company!

Absolutely amazing is all we can say! Right in our backyard... a truly talented team! Tonda, Annie, Karl and staff are passionate, attentive, and incredibly talented!
