The service on our big day was exceptional. The staff was courtious, on point, organized, and never missed a beat. We barely had to provide any direction as they took care of all the logistics of setting tables, filling champagne glasses, serving guests, and they even nearly packaged all the leftovers. The food itself was top notch and we had many of our guests compliment both the quality of the food and the quality of the service. We would recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event in the future especially since they had very reasonably priced packages to choose from.

We had Tidewater Catering for our wedding a month ago (9/9/17). The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests are still talking about it. We did have a few issues with Tidewater. 3 days before my wedding I was told I wouldn't have have kids meals but that they would be "allowed" to eat from the buffet for a lower price! Luckily I had saved all of my emails and was able to produce the original email, from the same person, when we discussed having kids meals and what was offered! (So we did get the kids meals.) The day of our wedding we could not get in contact with anyone from Tidewater and our voicemails and messages were not answered. They showed up late to our venue and our reception setup was very rushed while my bridal party & I got ready. My cake was delivered before tables were setup so a couple of my guests had to setup a table for it to be put on! The cake then had to be moved to put linens on after Tidewater arrived and again to put it back on the cake table. In that process they damaged my cake 3 times and I never received an apology. (Even after emailing Keri about it, she also didn't apologize!) My Maid of Honor actually had to repair the cake minutes before our ceremony. They did not display the correct cake knife and server with my cake. I had a matching set engraved and gifted to us by my terminally ill Father who couldn't attend the wedding. They displayed the server but did not place the matching knife. We were also told to cut the top tier of our cake for our cake cutting because "it's easier" and we ended up being left the bottom tier of our cake to take home with us. A clear plastic bag was placed over it because the box provided from our bakery was for the top tier and obviously wouldn't fit the bottom tier! They had our DJ call tables for the buffet out of order and thus left our elderly guests waiting longer than we expected for dinner! Again, the food was phenomenal and I really wish I could get the same food at their restaurants. I would love to bring more to my parents when we visit them!

Tidewater Catering Group's Riverside Room is the perfect sized venue for a wedding with a little over 100 guests. Keri, the owner, worked with us every step of the process and provided a very specific catered menu to the theme of our wedding. We enjoyed the service, room, food and price. I'd recommend to anyone planning a wedding any time of the year. We got married in January, so it was kind of cold taking pictures by the River, but Keri made sure we had a room to use for the Bridal party to warm up. A great experience over all!

I could not have been more impressed with Keri Laman from Tidewater Catering. I changed the food/drinks on multiple occasions AND requested that everything be vegan! She delivered with flying colors! Also, the cake was amazing. Overall, Keri was professional, accommodating, and friendly! We were so pleased with the food, drinks, and cake that day! I would highly recommend Tidewater to any other couple for their wedding! Thank you!

We absolutely loved the event Tidewater Catering helped us put together! Keri was so helpful with each of my requests. We got so many compliments on the food and the cupcakes were beautiful! Thank you so much for helping my new Husband and I make our dream come true!

Keri did a great job with everything and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and everyone thought the food was delicious! The price we paid included a bartender for 5 hours, it was a cash bar but we covered all the soda and water. We couldn't have asked for a better catering company.

Keri at Tidewater catered my wedding at the Discovery Center in Concord, NH and despite being the only option for catering my event I wouldn't have gone with someone else if I could have. Keri was on top of all the details and worked with me to make my event an absolute success, even from 5 states away! Everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I would absolutely recommend her to other brides.

Our friends and family LOVE to eat and man, we are so glad we went with Tidewater. From the moment I met with the owner I had no worries about the food at all. I was completely sure everything would turn out fantastic and you know what? It turned out even better! Everyone raved about how good the food was and how polite and attentive the staff was. I know at least one of my friends who has dietary concerns went right up to one of the chefs and asked about how the food was prepped and what was in it. He told her everything and he did it with a smile. Everything went off wonderfully and I didn't have to think about a thing the entire time. Everything was just taken care of. That's exactly what you want in a caterer, and that's just what I got.
