She was entitled per the contract for a refund...a refund she needed to then cover funeral expenses, but instead she had to fight and re-live the experience for months as he tried to find any way possible to keep her money. In the end, after coming to terms with the fact he was losing, he gave up. I have no doubt in my mind he will do this again in some form or fashion to another bride. He is motivated by money and greed only...and not someone you want to do business with.

even meet with me unlese I agreed to put down a deposit. Why would I book someone for my wedding without meeting them or tasting the food? When I said he was being rude, rather than apologizing he just said "I'm just trying to explain how thus business works and you're calling me rude." Yes chef, I am. You are rude. Oh and best part, when I said other caterers were setting up tastings before I had to book them he said maybe I should go with them. Let's all take his advice.
