She is a horrible planner and ruined my big day. She lied about getting anything ready and ditched my event after an hour and only told my photographer as she slipped out the back. She gave me dead flowers as my bouquet and it was not the same bouquet I had picked out and paid for. All of my bridal parties’ flowers were shriveled and dead too. And they arrived 5 minutes before my ceremony so I could not fix it. My guests had to help us set the tables and tear down after. She also didn’t give my caterer the right timeline so food was late. I hired her to find my hair and makeup team and had to find them myself as she had nothing the week OF the wedding for me except many excuses. Don’t give her business and allow her to ruin your event with her empty promises and complete disregard for her clients.
If there was an option of NEGATIVE stars, that is what she deserved. On the day of the wedding, from start to finish - it was a complete disaster! Nothing was ready-flowers were wrong and DEAD and arrived 5 minutes before the ceremony so nothing could be done to fix the horribleness of what she put together. It looked like she pulled them from a garden DAYS ago and never gave them water nor refrigerated them-not to mention that they weren't trimmed or wrapped properly. Flowers for bridal party were exactly the same- DEAD. The BRIDE'S PARENTS had to set up the tables and chairs because it was an empty venue- as she sat for over an hour steaming napkins (that should have been done before the wedding at an earlier time). Zero communication with us-Helping is fine but let people know that help is needed and we could have had more people come and help. There were NO LINENS - she was still waiting on them- until 5 minutes before the wedding started when she had access to the venue for 2 hours before the wedding. Special request tables had NONE- she ran out of linens! The decorations were MORE DEAD flowers and NOT what was discussed as to what they should look like. The GUESTS had to SET THE TABLES at the receptions because they still were not done during the wedding before the bride and groom came from taking photos! I have never been SO EMBARRASSED when I found out that my guests had to set the tables and try to decorate them with what she supplied. She also never told the caterer that the timeline was moved up DAYS ago so she was late- not her fault. I could go on and on with all of the dysfunction that took place. And to top it all off- she left EARLY - WITHOUT INFORMING THE BRIDE AND GROOM-leaving the wedding party and families to clean up the venue and tear down the chairs and tables, clean the venue and put everything away! Making my daughter cry on her wedding day is inexcusable. She just kept saying 'yes, it is being taken care of' but literally did not follow through on anything that she said that she would do! She needs to rethink her business dealings with people. What a terribly upsetting experience. She was beyond unprofessional.
Kendra helped me plan and was the day of coordinator for my recent social distancing, intimate wedding. Without her help, I do not think I would have everything go as well as it did the day of. She was amazing and even handed me water to drink that I was too busy as the bride to realize I needed. She took a lot of stress off of my shoulders and I will forever be grateful. She was well prepared and brought some decorations to help create my vision. She was the first person there and was the last person to leave to make sure everything went smoothly. All of my guests were impressed by her coordination and guidance. In my heart I believe that she literally saved the day and would recommend her to any of my family and friends in need of a wedding planner.
Kendra and her team at Timeless Celebrations did a fantastic job with our last minute wedding. They handled every detail right down to accommodations for our out of town family. I did not want to have to deal with any of the planning or details I just wanted to show up and enjoy the day. That was exactly what I did! Our day was perfect thanks to Timeless Celebrations!
