I can’t say enough good things about Sandy and the Timeless team! Planning a wedding during Covid was extremely stressful and hard but I knew I was in good hands. From last minute wedding venue changes, to a broken wedding dress day of, Sandy and her team were there every step of the way to make sure our wedding was perfection.
At one point my photographer had made a comment about the cars in front of the church for wedding photos, and next thing she knew Sandy was on the phone with the town helping to block off the church for the perfect shot.
Sandy was so helpful pointing us in the direction of other vendors to use and it all came together so seamlessly day of. The reception was beautiful!
For any of my friends getting married I tell them the best decision I made during wedding planning was hiring a planner, but I should specify it was hiring Sandy and her team! (And her weenie dog)
My husband and I are so happy we hired Sandy for the full coordination of our wedding! She's friendly, professional, gave great recommendations, on time and flexible for all meetings, and responded right away. She was very thorough and organized throughout the planning process. Sandy made us feel like we were her only clients even though I knew she had other weddings she was planning at the time. She was on top of everything that had to be done on the day of the wedding, so my husband and I got to enjoy our day while she dealt with the venue, decor, vendors, clean-up, etc. Thank you, Sandy, for being awesome at what you do. We loved working with you and we miss you!!!
Sandy did an amazing job with our wedding at San Diego Zoo & Safari Park last month! To be honest, I think she secretly uses a small herd of magical wiener dogs that help her set up, break down, and handle everything because I don't see how one human can possibly take on so much at once.
We originally weren't going to use a planner at all, but we are infinitely glad we had Sandy to support us at our wedding. She did everything we asked for down to the tiniest detail (and then some). There were a good handful of things that she had a handle on before it was even a thought in our minds. On top of it, she was a total pleasure to talk to and always made it a priority to make sure we had everything we needed and were able to relax on our wedding day.
My wife actually knew she was the one for us when we saw the bio on her website and saw that she owned a wiener dog named Ellie (my wife is beyond obsessed with wiener dogs). But for real— no matter how much you want to DIY or save money on your wedding like we were, you 100% are going to want Sandy to help you out!
Let me begin by saying I am SO GLAD we decided to go with Sandy!
We battled with whether we should hire a coordinator or not and I am so glad we decided to, especially because we had a destination wedding! From the very first call we had, we knew we had made the right choice. Sandy was so warm, informative and brought in 100% at all times.
Because we were from out of town, sandy was able to recommend a number of vendors and we pretty much went with all her recommendations and we had THE dream wedding! She brought my entire vision to life and nothing was amiss. Weeks before the wedding everyone thought I was too calm for a bride, this was mostly because I had sandy in my corner. I had the most stress free wedding and nothing went wrong on our big day. My family loved Sandy as she was so easy to talk to and went out of her way to be nice! It almost felt like my best friend was planning my wedding !

Sandy was our day-of-coordinator and she was a blessing to have on our wedding team!!! We live in Germany and she was able to work with us with clear communication and service months ahead of the big day. We felt completely at ease and cared for the day of our wedding. She displayed: collaboration, detail orientation, organization, professional expertise, and crisis management. Ms. Brooks was thoughtful and considerate of everyone involved. At peak wedding season she still found time to get to know us personally and establish connection guaranteeing that she fulfilled our vision through to the end. At the close of our wedding my husband and I felt like we weren't only working with a business, but with an individual who genuinely supported us.
We got to work with Sandy recently for a wedding together. We are wedding photographers and have been photographing weddings for over 10 years. There have been so many different planners we've met and worked with. Sandy stands out from any crowd.
Sandy was incredible from the moment we started exchanging emails, to the walk through before the wedding and the day of the wedding day. She is very thorough about every single detail. She was a dream vendor for us to work with! Having such a talented wedding planner makes our jobs as photographers so much easier.
Not only was the timing of the wedding day perfect, but all of the decor for the ceremony and reception were jaw dropping. Sandy really brought the couples vision to life.

Our wedding would not be that perfect without Sandy's hard work! We hired her as the-day-of coordinator and she aced the job! There are a million things happening at the same time on the wedding day and she managed to keep everything in the right place. And she took great care of me and my husband (food, drinks, timeline reminders, etc.). She even made us new boutonnieres right away when I realized we got the wrong color. It is a great pleasure to work with her during the planning and on the big day. I highly recommend hiring her for your big day as well. You will not disappoint! Thank you, Sandy!!
Sandy was such a perfect addition to our wedding team! From the first day I met with Sandy, I felt at ease with her organization, professionalism, energy, and ideas! She immediately made me feel like she would be able to execute exactly what I wanted for our wedding. And she did just that and beyond!! Sandy was a joy to work with and made our wedding day perfect! Throughout the entire planning process, Sandy was so easy to get in contact with via text, phone, and email. She responded right away and calmed my fears immediately. Sandy was also in constant contact with our venue coordinator, as well as all of our other vendors. She even set up additional venue meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page and all of the kinks were worked out prior to the actual day. The week of our wedding, Sandy went above and beyond to meet me at my house to go through all of the decor items together! I felt like I was working with one of my good friends! I cannot say enough good things about Sandy. She helped me plan our wedding in San Diego from northern California and I can't imagine working with anyone else. She was extremely flexible to meet during the short windows of time that we were in San Diego and was always responsive over phone/email/text. As a bride with no clue about a lot of things, Sandy provided guidance and advice when I needed it and helped me capture and create the wedding of our dreams.
The days leading up to the wedding and the day of Sandy was organized and on top of everything. She allowed me to enjoy our day without worrying about what might be going wrong behind the scenes. I literally had people come up to me during the wedding and tell me how amazing they thought Sandy was and how perfectly she was running the event.

I had interviewed 5 different planners and knew just from the first meeting she was the perfect fit for our vision. She truly listened to our visions and important aspects and made them a reality! Our wedding was such a special day mainly because of her amazing talents, skills and patience!
So I booked Timeless Weddings and Events eight months before my big day. Sandy is amazing!!! I don't even know where to begin, she helped me put together my dream wedding. I am amazed at how much knowledge this little woman has when it comes to gorgeous weddings. She was always there to answer any questions and offer much needed help and emotional support when things didn't seem to be going right. Sandy thank you for helping me put together the wedding of my dreams! I loved everything about my wedding, all the great vendors you put me in touch with, everything. If you are skeptical about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and please do. You WILL not regret it. Sandy my whole bridal party and even my guests thought you were not only super sweet, but they could tell you meant business and you stayed working all night. You never let me worry about a single thing on my big day. Booking Timeless Weddings and Events is thee best decision I made when it came to my wedding.
