We used the coordination services for our wedding on 10/1/22 and I definitely recommend Timeless Events, Kristin, and Alisha! We had (I believe) a call about 3 months prior to our wedding and again about a week prior to our wedding with some emails in between. Kristin is clearly and expert in this area as the calls were seamless and efficient with a lot of attention to detail. It was very easy working with her. For the rehearsal and day of our wedding, Kristin and Alisha were there. At the rehearsal, Kristin was not afraid to step up and correct our officiant who, although also great, had some of the details for the ceremony incorrect. Kristin made sure he had it right and got everyone on the same page. For our wedding day, Kristin and Alisha had everything set up exactly how we wanted and done on time (even our 8 ft round metal backdrop for our sweetheart table that had to be assemble!) Our wedding day went perfectly. If there was anything that went or was about to go wrong, I don’t know about even know about it (and that’s because Kristin and Alisha handled it). They kept the day moving along right on schedule. Our wedding day was flawless and definitely recommend Timeless Events!
I had been in another wedding where a planner had been engaged to work and saw how absolutely necessary it is to have someone there to make the snap emergency decision when big or little things go awry. This was no less true at my own wedding. Kristin and Diane were there when my bouquet broke - they fixed it - and when the rain rolled in - they found umbrellas. They ensured my husband and I were fed, wed, and probably did a million other things that I wasn't even aware of. I got to enjoy my wedding with a lot less stress and worry thanks to the Timeless events team!
I am in the process of planning a wedding for next summer, and was looking for assistance with day of coordination. I was impressed by reviews I saw for Kristin and reached out. We spoke on the phone one evening, she confirmed availability for our date, and described a bit about her process. My fiancé and I both felt really good about the call. We were so excited and relieved to have found someone who could help lessen our wedding day stress. We quickly decided we would email her right away the next morning so we could secure her services for our date.
As planned I emailed Kristin the next morning and let her know we would love to work with her and are ready to do whatever was needed to secure her services. After four days, since I had not heard back, I called and left a voicemail stating the same, just in case my email went to a spam folder, etc. I both emailed and called one more time in the weeks after. There has been no response. I’ve given a lot of thought to what logical excuses there may be for the lack of response, but now that I am looking at other reviews it seems that I am not the only one. It appears we have been ghosted, and I’m not sure why. The conversation was normal and we didn’t have any special requests. Our needs were minimal compared to some setups she described.
We were honestly so happy to have found someone who could help with this piece of the wedding day. Frankly, we are feeling a bit hurt about how things have turned out, after having what we believed to be a very positive conversation. A simple response stating she will not be able to take on our wedding (even without giving a reason) would have taken two minutes and would have been respectful. It would have ended my, probably annoying, attempts to contact her.
I am giving two stars rather than one just because I do believe she is knowledgeable and experienced in this field based on our conversation, but this has not been a pleasant experience.
Kristin was SO easy to work with. I have no idea how she does it, but our wedding day was perfect! She helped direct the entire day leaving me stress free and rolled with the punches as we made last minute changes. She and Bailey absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish of the day, I was under zero stress, knowing they had it handled. I highly recommend!
We hired Kristin for our postponed May wedding which occurred on August 1, 2020. She was amazing. We had a couple meetings prior and she made sure we didn't forget anything and was very nice and upbeat which helped during the stresses of planning a wedding. We were able to drop everything off a couple days prior and pick it back up a couple of days after the wedding. Without her the day of would have been so stressful. She set everything up at the venue and took it back down at the end of the night so neither me, my groom or my family had to worry about it. We were able to just enjoy our night. Highly recommend!
Kristin did a great job making our wedding day as seamless as possible. She and her team made sure all details were organized and we were able to drop off decorations earlier in the week which made the days leading up to our wedding stress free! We had a room flip between the ceremony and reception and Kristin and her team made everything look perfect from start to finish! Highly recommend for any event.
We used Kristin as our day of wedding coordinator, which means she helped with all of the details of our a wedding from one month before our wedding through the end of the wedding day, but she was much more helpful than that. She met with us months in advance to learn all of the details of our wedding and wrote everything down. She kept in contact with us if we had any changes to make or questions. We sent her copies of our contracts with all of the vendors, and she called everyone to confirm all the details. The thing I appreciated the most about Kristin is that she was willing to do anything and everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. From bringing bagels and coffee to the bridal party the morning of the wedding to being my emotional support when I realized I couldn’t have my ceremony outside as planned due to the weather to making sure every detail was executed as planned until the very end of the night. She even helped with the clean up. No wedding is going to go as planned exactly, but Kristin will do everything in her power to be as close as possible. I highly recommend her!
Kristin was amazing to work with! I am not a planner and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. I had zero stress leading up to the wedding and even less stress on the day of our wedding. She took care of everything we needed and more. Super friendly and fun to work with. If you are looking for a coordinator, I highly recommend Timeless Events! Thank you Kristin!!
Hiring Kristin as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! We were uncertain whether we truly needed a day of wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Kristin to discuss how she could help us it was a no-brainer! Kristin was very affordable and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly. She recommended numerous vendors and gave us several suggestions for how to ensure our day ran as easily as possible. In our two pre-wedding meetings, she brought up many questions and specifics that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she and her assistant handled all the details that I did not want falling to our wedding party or family. She was professional and coordinated with our other wedding vendors in the week leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to. Kristin and her team were the last ones there on our wedding night cleaning up, and made sure we received all of our remaining wedding trinkets when we were ready to pick them up. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we were unaware of them as Kristin had them covered. We received many compliments on her professionalism from both our wedding party and family members who actually turned to her with questions on the big day. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and we are so happy we hired Kristin to help with the most important day of our lives!
Unfortunately, our experience with Kristin at Timeless Events was not a good one. We paid for the month-of coordination service and it's the only wedding planning decision we regret. We reached out to Kristin after the wedding to give her a chance to respond to our concerns before we left ratings, but it’s now been 18 days since she said she’d get back to us, so here we are.
Despite having paid for month-of coordination, we heard virtually nothing from Kristin until about 3 weeks before our wedding. I now know from talking to friends that coordinators usually check in as a courtesy every couple months leading up to the wedding, and provide clients with some planning resources. There was none of that from Kristin. By the time we had our first meeting, we had done all of the coordinating with the venue and outside vendors ourselves. Really all we needed Kristen to do was confirm with our vendors the week of the wedding, and make sure the rehearsal and wedding went smoothly. We expressed concern to Kristen the week of the wedding that she were not communicating well and that we feared many balls would be dropped due to her lack of communication. Unfortunately, that all came to pass, and it was obvious not only to us, but to many of our guests and to our venue’s staff.
Kristin was totally disengaged during our venue walk-through, to the point where our venue contact called us to ask if we were feeling ok about everything because they were floored by her lack of professionalism. Below are SOME of the things that went wrong at our rehearsal and on our wedding day:
-Kristin was totally disengaged after rehearsal when we were trying to hand everything off to her team. She did not take inventory to make sure we had what we needed, and she didn’t help figure out what was being stored where. Our venue had to do it.
-My groom saw me before the first look because K’s timing was off
- She didn't confirm we had a certain room at the venue reserved for the wedding party pre-ceremony, so there was a baby shower in there after the venue had originally told us we could use it. Right before the ceremony was supposed to start, we had to walk from that space to the main building in the path of all of our guests arriving, so they all saw us.
- We ordered more chairs than we needed, and we begged Kristin to confirm the # of chairs weeks before the ceremony. She never responded to us, and there were a significant # of guests who had to stand the whole ceremony because there weren’t enough chairs.
-She didn’t tell my parents where we were lining up for the ceremony and I had to ask an assistant to get them when I was 2 people away from walking.
-Multiple important pieces were never put out by K’s team, including our “find your table” signs, the chalkboards for our photobooth, and most upsetting--our favors.
-Kristin and her team were nowhere to be found the entire reception. We needed help with the DJ and later when my reception dress got locked in a room, my bridesmaids had to deal with both of those situations with no help from K.
We were hopeful when we hired Kristin that she would at least help us think of details we hadn’t thought of ourselves, but her contributions didn't come close to outweighing the many balls that were dropped. It would have saved us money and headaches not to have hired Timeless Events, so we cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone.
Wow, words cannot express how grateful I am for Kristin and Timeless Events' services on our wedding day! Kristin was a last minute addition to our vendor team. We hired her about a month before our wedding and I'm so glad we did! She quickly caught up to speed on all of our plans. During our consultation meetings, she helped us address details that we hadn't even thought of, helped keep us organized and bring our vision to life! At the rehearsal, she took so much stress of off me by organizing our bridal party and answering all of our presiders questions that I wasn't sure about. To top it all off, on the day of the wedding she took all of the stress and worry off of my family and myself! I didn't have to worry about any of the details on our wedding day. Kristin took care of all of them. Everything turned out beautiful and well run thanks to Kristin! The amount of care and heart that she puts into her work is obvious and her attention to detail was so appreciated!
I hired Kristen for day of wedding coordinator services based on a recommendation from the venue. We were looking for someone to help set up the centerpieces and be available to help with issues that arose on the day of the wedding. At the end of the day, I didn’t get what I was looking for.
In setting up the pre-wedding meetings, she was very unresponsive. She was also late to our pre-wedding meetings (and she was late on the day of the wedding). She said she was going to review our wedding contracts, but didn’t seem to do this - she didn’t seem to know who our vendors were or what they were supposed to do. During our pre-wedding meeting, Kristen suggested we have the flowers delivered a couple hours later than we had originally planned. She said she would call the florist and arrange it and would be there when the flowers arrived. She never did this - the florist showed up at the original time and Kristen wasn’t there to meet her.
Also Kristen didn’t do the one thing I asked her to do one the wedding. It was predicting rain on the day of the wedding and so the night before my photographer asked us to get some umbrellas for the photographs. One of my bridesmaids was planning on bringing us the umbrellas she had used, but she accidentally left them at home. So I thought oh awesome this is why we have a wedding coordinator- she should be able to pick them up. I asked her around 9pm the evening before and she didn’t get back to me until the next day after my photographer had already arrived, so my aunt had already gone out and bought them that morning instead. On the day of the wedding she never asked me how things were going or if there was anything she could do to help. In fact, I never even spoke with her. My maid of honor told me she thought the wedding coordinator hadn’t shown up because she never saw or talked to her (instead my MOH was running around trying to resolve the inevitable little problems that came up). There were several little problems that arose throughout the day with the vendors - my makeup artist showed up at the wrong time, the caterer served the wrong food, the shuttle got into an accident. It seemed like Kristen wasn’t even aware of these issues, let alone actually available to address them.
Maybe I misunderstood what she was supposed to be there to do, but my expectations definitely weren’t met.
We used Timeless Events for our decor items and had them set up and take down. It was a very easy process with no hiccups. I would recommend using them for this service for sure in the future
We are so happy we hired Kristen to help with day of coordination services for our wedding. We also hired her to help with additional set up at our reception. Kristen created our weekend timeline and were helpful in making final decisions in the month leading up to the wedding. When we encountered issues with other vendors she offered suggestions and helped everything run smoothly on the day of the event. She was very flexible in working with family members throughout the weekend. She was very professional and polite when dealing with last minute additional requests from family members. Hiring Timeless Events was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning.
Kristin and her team did an incredible job to make our day perfect. She provided the exact services we needed - help setting up and taking down, cutting the cake and making sure everything stayed on track. She understood exactly what I was hoping for, and helped me think through some details I would not have otherwise known to consider. Kristen and her team are incredibly professional and creative, and worked so hard to make our day special. Thank you!!
I am SO glad I decided to go with a day of coordinator. It made my life and wedding day a lot less stressful knowing Olya had it all under her control. She was amazing! She coordinated the ceremony and rehearsal, handled the timing of the music with the wedding party processional for us at the ceremony, made sure the guests & wedding party got to where they needed to be, was the go between with my DJ, photographer and banquet manager that day. And even knew when I needed my beer in hand. She was always right there when I needed her to ask a question or run for something I needed up until the dancing started. Thank you SO much Olya for all your hard work! Couldn't have done it without you.
Kristin deserves zero stars for her unprofessional and short performance as my wedding planner. After a conversation on the phone where she gave me information, I told her I wanted to hire her and she told me to text her my email so she could send me availability for us to have an initial meeting. I texted her but it turned out to be the "wrong number" even though it was the number I was calling her on. I did some searching online and found another number and she responded saying she didn't know what the other number was even though I explained it was the number listed on wedding wire.com. She never ever responded to me with a scheduling time or anything. She just completely ghosted me. I can't believe her lack of professionalism and I feel bad for anyone who gets stuck with her. I found a much better one in Milwaukee who is someone I can truly trust with my wedding. Don't work with this company.
As mother of the bride, hiring Timeless Events was a wedding present to myself. It was probably my best decision! Having Olya as our wedding coordinator was a pleasure. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the day while Olya and Olivia handled all the details. Everything was taken care of from getting people where they needed to be when, handling the outside vendor food orders, pinning on flowers, moving flowers three times so we had were able to enjoy them at each site, making sure the bar and dinner music was playing and working with the band, coordinating an additional place setting at a table, offering flower arrangements to guests as they left, as well as gathering our personal and outside vendor items at the end of the night. All these activities happened behind the scenes with Olya only coming to us a handful of times when a decision or communication was necessary.
The organization and structure Olya provided in advance of the wedding was also immensely helpful. Olya offered several suggestions that made a big difference and allowed the day to run much smoother than it would have otherwise.
Our family is so grateful to Olya and Olivia for their help. The enjoyment of being present and spending more time with close family and friends is well worth the investment.
Our initial meeting with Kristin definitely convinced us that we needed a coordinator, but we weren't sure if we had the right fit. When we asked about familiarity with the venue, she recommended one of her coordinators, Olya, who had worked several weddings there. Olya sold us the first time we met her! She was professional but easy to talk to; knowledgeable; and we knew we could trust her to keep track of everything. The options Timeless Events gave us for just having set up and day of coordination fit our budget, and I don't know if we would have survived without it.
I worked with Kristin as my day-of coordinator for my June 25th, 2016 wedding at the Milwaukee Art Museum and I cannot recommend Timeless Events enough!! She is truly talented, well organized, and made my day so stress-free. Because of her, I was given the opportunity to truly enjoy my day and not worry about a thing. My mother, the groom's mother and all of my bridesmaids were able to enjoy it as well! She took care of everything and was worth every single penny. Not to mention, incredibly reasonable pricing at that! The entire process working with her was seamless and she really understood my vision and made it come to life! I cannot think Kristin and the other girls at Timeless Events for making my wedding day the best day of my life. You won't regret working with Timeless Events.
Partway through our wedding planning process, I started to worry about how our reception setup, as our reception venue rental time started at the same time as our ceremony, which was held at a separate location. This led me to think about hiring a day-of coordinator, mainly to manage that setup process. After talking with a few coordinators in the Milwaukee area, we decided to use Kristin and her team at Timeless Events for the full day-of coordination. This was one of the best decisions I made during the whole planning process. The reception setup was definitely the biggest benefit, but they took care of so much more than that.
When you’ve hired various vendors and worked out a bunch of details with each one of them, it’s difficult to imagine how all of these things are going to come together in unison. Having an expert timeline created for the day helped us feel more prepared before the whirlwind of the wedding day got started.
The entire day was “worry-free” for us, our families, and our guests, and I can’t imagine that happening without Kristin and Sarah. They took care of all the details, dealt with the random “issues” that popped up throughout the day, and set up our reception décor to match what I had envisioned. And at the end of the night, they oversaw the reception cleanup and delivered gifts, cake, décor items, etc., back to our hotel.
If you can fit a day-of coordinator into your budget, I can’t recommend it enough!
If you are thinking about Timeless Events as your "Day of Coordinator", know that even though they want a copy of all your vendor contracts, they really do not read them. My "Day of Coordinator" from Timeless Events pulled me from my daughters reception to pay a $900.00+ bill that I did not owe at that time and did not listen when I tried to explain. If she would of read my contract she would of known that I didn't owe anything until completion. It was a mistake and frustration though that I could forgive. But, when I called to discuss this with Kristin(the owner) after the wedding, she brushed it off and seemed more interested in getting her $30 payment for the miscellaneous purchases that where made the day of the wedding. She didn't care about the $900.00+ I had to pay four months before I needed to. Honestly, the poor customer service is more frustrating then the mistake the "day of coordinator" made. I would not recommend TE because if you have anything go wrong they will not listen to you or support you. Also, this is a service that is supposed to take the stress off you on the wedding day, not to give you stress. There are so many other event planners and coordinators out there that you don't need to take a chance with them.
Timeless Events did a fantastic job at our daughter's wedding. Incredibly helpful, organized, thought of every detail. Kristin helped make the day everything we hoped for and more. We loved working with her!
As soon as my new husband and I walked out of our reception we said “the best money we spent was on Timeless Events”. Olya and her team were our day of coordinators and they did such a fantastic job. They were helpful, professional, and discrete. I hardly knew they were there but everything ran so smoothly. They helped run our rehearsal, set up decorations, ran the ceremony and helped with logistics, ensured we were on time for all events, handled some wedding crashers, brought all our flowers and decorations home at the end of the night, and helped with various other issues that came up. They pinned on boutonnieres and help adjust my dress when the bustle was failing me. Thank you so much Timeless Events for all your help, we are so glad you were a part of our day!
Diane was my Set Up coordinator for my wedding on September 5th, 2015. She did a fantastic job. She even came to my rehearsal to get some decorations from me so that I didn't have to transport them on the wedding day. She was on time and accommodating. She did everything I asked of her and she made our decorations looks great! It was so nice to know that I had someone who was taking care of those little things that I couldn't on the day of. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend set up services to any bride out there. It really is worth the money! Thank you Diane!
I'm not sure how to write this review without getting tears. Tears because Kristin made our day so unbelievably beautiful, tears because I could see every ounce of her heart in every part of our wedding day and tears because after 2 years of working with her to plan our wedding, I'm going to miss talking to her all the time. If you're debating on wedding planning services or which package to do, I'll make this easy for you...book now and choose full service! It will change your entire wedding planning experience. The process is daunting and can be stressful but having Timeless Events (TE) as your partner through it, will take all of that stress away. Before the big day, they took care of all the research, the communication with the vendors and saved us countless hours trying to figure out who's trustworthy/reputable (NOTE, TE does not take kickbacks from anyone!). TE checked over contracts, offered advice/comments if something seemed questionable, helped us through budgeting, scheduling/going to appointments with us and payment tracking. Leading up to the day-of, we didn't have to worry about any of the vendor follow-ups/coordination; all vendors main point of contact was TE and used TE's super detailed timeline to make sure all were on the same page. When you're trying to work out your personal details (RSVPs, seating charts, etc.), it's a huge weight off your shoulders to not have to worry about all the big coordination! After planning together, she knew exactly what we hoped for. The day-of morning, we had no visibility to the setup happening. Kristin managed EVERYTHING. We got ready and literally just showed up. She lead all the vendors, kept us on schedule and the outcome surpassed my greatest dreams. She was beyond prepared for anything and everything that could have come up. No family/bridal party had to lift a finger and being able to allow them to just enjoy the day was such a great feeling. Our day would have been a stressful mess without her and a fraction as beautiful! I can't say thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream day come to life and wish I could add thousands more stars!
Best Money Spent!! I cannot imagine my wedding day without Olya and Jessica there. I was a DIY bride so we used the day-of services with additional help for set-up and take-down - it was so nice not having to worry about this before/after the wedding. We had a couple of pre-wedding meetings with Olya, she was very professional and listed to all of our ideas, details, pictures, etc. She had some really good ideas she shared with us and provided some helpful links and recommendations on vendors.
Olya and Jessica helped with the rehearsal and were there throughout the whole day of the wedding! They were the go-to people, my husband and I didn't have to worry about any of our vendors because Olya made sure they were where they needed to be, when they needed to be! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Olya and Timeless Events, one of the best vendors we had!
Hiring a day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Kristin and Andie were both very professional, responsive, easy to work with and flexible. They worked with us to create and execute decorating our ceremony and reception venues, coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. They were both also very quick and friendly when responding to e-mails. We would highly recommend Timeless Events to anyone planning a wedding - they took care of all the small details and made sure our day was on time and flowed smoothly.
This company may do a great job, if they decide you are worthy of their services. Below is the email I sent to them. It is self explanatory. Additionally, I see there is another review of the same person I dealt with in google reviews. Basically their review is spot on. This lady is too full of self to understand how word of mouth may eventually undermine their business. After I sent the email below, she sent me one back. WOW. She has an answer for everything. Being retired from the business world, I can tell you as a previous Director and Manager of different companies, you learn to trust your intuition. Trust me brides. I am spot on with this one. If you do not hear anything in 24 hrs of initial contact, move on to another vendor. If you do not hear anything after contact and it has been 48 hours, move on to another vendor. She states she normally follows up in 7 days? That is funny. If you are true to your business, you contact potential clients and firm things up usually in 48 hours or less. I also agree with the rating given of a 3 above. She is right. Passive or disinterested. I do not recommend. This is the email I sent:
Wow. It has been a week and no answer. I am not impressed with your company. Needless to say, someone has come forward since we last spoke, to fill the needs for this wedding.
xxxxxx, if you are one of the owners, you should know how important "customer service" is, regardless of the industry. Your lack of interest only instills in me the feeling that I just did not ask for enough services to make this worth your time which I equate to mean not enough money. I mean you could not even provide a courtesy call or email, to state you were unable to assist me at this time. And if you were able; well, shame on you for not getting back in touch in a timely manner.
Yes, I have better things to be doing with my time than email a disinterested company, but I felt you should know. xxxxx, you did not even ask me any questions, no input on the initial call, until I prompted you. Your question to me was, "Well, how long are you going to need me for." Yes, you indicated you needed to check on the possibility of one of my requests, but the quote you promised that night we talked on September 30, never appeared, and this initial contact was the last I heard from you or anyone from your company.
The importance of first impressions goes much farther than you think. I rate you a 1 for at least calling me.
Kristin was a LIFE SAVER for my wedding! She was so calm, cool and collected when I honestly would have been going BONKERS! She made my day everything I wanted it to be and so much more. My mom and I agree that hiring Kristin as a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent on the wedding.
We were refered by a friend. The best thing we did for our daughters wedding! Kristin and the girls that work for her were truely awesome. I don't know what I would have done without them. I would use them again in a heart beat. Everything we asked for they made sure was done.
If someone asked me what was the most important thing to spend money on- I would say hands down Timeless Events. We had them day of and if I had it to do over again I would have shot for start to finish!
Having Timeless Events help me with day-of-coordination was the smartest thing we ever did. It allowed my fiancee and I (and our families!) to relax and enjoy the day rather than worry about making sure everything was going to go smoothly. Kristin and her team helped run the rehearsal the night before and then met up with us at the church for the big day! They made sure the groom didn't see me before the ceremony and they dealt with all the vendors and helped the day to go perfectly. I was so happy with their services and I sincerely suggest that brides should hire Kristin and her team. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day and a lot of it was thanks to them!
I thought Kristin, and her assistant Britta, were lovely people. But I needed someone to take charge of my loud little bunch, and she didn't do that. The rehearsal was like herding cats. I ended up catching a bit of flack from my family for paying her to "run" things.
I still had to make executive decisions the day-of, decisions I had hoped not to. There was no one telling us where to go, what was coming next, and the other vendors ended up coming to me saying "what's next?"
Timeless Events did a phenomenal job coordinating my wedding. They helped with all of the tedious details and made my wedding day stress free. It was so nice not having to worry about set-up and the little details. When it came time to walk down the aisle they were prepared with tissues to wipe away my happy tears. It was so nice walking into the reception hall and seeing everything set up just as I had envisioned, but without myself or my family members having to lift a finger. They were everything I were looking for in a wedding coordinator, and much much more. Having a coordinator at your wedding is definitely a necessity if you want to be able to get enjoyment out of your day, and Kristin and her team are simply the best!!

Kristin was very helpful and made everything less stressful! Four months before my wedding, I found myself having to find a new ceremony and reception site and due to family members not being able to contribute what they said they were going to, I didn't know if I could afford her services. Kristin was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. On our big day, my friend asked me if I was nervous and I said no because I knew it was all going to be taken care of and there was nothing that I had to worry about. Kristin and her staff set up our ceremony and reception venues perfectly! There was a couple of small things that happened, like the women's bathroom toilet backing up, but I knew nothing about it and it was taken care of before it was even brought to my attention. I would recommend Timeless Events to anyone getting married, even if they think they don't need a wedding planner!
