There isn't a way in the space of a review to sum up how incredible Nicole, Lindsay, and the Timeless Events team as a whole are. I specifically worked with Nicole with her as my day-of-event-coordinator and, WOW! She is an absolute power house! One of the sweetest, funniest people, and so easy to work with! She was always on top of everything, made sure to remember the little things, had the best ideas and visions while making mine come to life, and most importantly kept me so calm! If I could go back and change one thing, it would be to have worked with Nicole in their larger package of full service wedding planner! Any wedding expenses are daunting, but this one is well worth it! I'm a very anxious person by nature and I can't tell you the absolute serenity I felt on wedding day knowing I could have full trust in Nicole and Lindsay. Even with all the mishaps (that no wedding can avoid), including my dress strap breaking right before the ceremony, I was able to have no stress because Nicole and Lindsay are quite literally that good at their jobs! It's a few weeks post wedding and I am still getting compliments from those in the wedding (and even some guests that heard the behind the scenes) about how great the team was! One example is we decided to do group photos with all of our guest tables! I was nervous that it would be too in the way or take too much time but Nicole and Lindsay nailed it! We had the best time making bets on how quick we could do it, and laughed the whole way around the venue as we all zoomed for the pictures! Again, and I'm not one to write reviews often, but I can not recommend Nicole and Timeless Events enough. Besides my husband, and the venue Market Hall, they were the best decision I made when it came to all things wedding! Love Love Love this team! And you will too!
We had our wedding at The Meadows and Lindsay with Timeless Events was on top of everything from Day 1! We had lots of big life events going on at the same time, so planning a wedding in addition was likely to be another source of stress. We opted for a full-service wedding planner and it was seemingly SO EASY to make our big day fantastic and Lindsay is really to thank for that. She was super quick to respond to any emails, set up phone calls/meetings with vendors, tracked down any requests, provided examples, kept track of contracts in an online planner, and did everything with a huge smile! Our wedding day ran seamlessly and we truly enjoyed working with Timeless Events.
So thankful I got to work with Lindsay and Timeless events during wedding planning process. She helped execute my vision and took a lot of stress of me. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. We have had many guests say that was the best wedding they have ever been to!
We weren't planning to get more than a day-of coordinator, and didn't even know where to begin looking for one. Thankfully, Timeless Events partners with the venue that we chose (The Meadows), so we had that guidance. When we first met Lindsay we felt SO welcomed and taken care of and loved. She was so responsive, helpful, and supportive. She offered solutions to problems, but didn't offer unsolicited advice. When we told her that we were or weren't doing something, she didn't ask why or make it seem like we were making a mistake. She organized all of our vendors and decor to make sure everyone/everything was in the proper places and truly made our day and experience perfect. We LOVED Lindsay!
Lindsay at Timeless Events was THE BEST wedding planner and coordinator for our wedding! She was enthusiastic, energetic, kind, informative, and organized. She had tons of recommendations and resources for us and worked hard to make all of our wedding day dreams come true! We ended up having our first child during our wedding planning process, and Lindsay was the biggest help! She took so much weight off my shoulders, managing communication with vendors, setting up contracts, and helping make sure everything fell into place! She was always communicating with me along the way and truly made our wedding run as smooth as possible. Can’t say enough good things about Lindsay and the Timeless Events staff!
Timeless Events was the best planning decision we made for our daughter & her fiancé’s wedding. Lindsay was extraordinary! She was supportive, kept a great timeline & communication, and had an energy that never gave you any reason to worry; she's positive, confident & happy. She respected & welcomed any changes we made, was a wealth of knowledge when we had questions, and cheered on our decisions the entire time. Her relationships with other vendors is phenomenal, and everyone enjoyed working with her. Timeless Events is a wonderful way to go if you are looking to enjoy all things about planning a wedding.
We worked with Lindsay at Timeless Events for our wedding in September, and what an amazing experience it was! From our initial consultation all the way through to the big day, Lindsay was professional, fun, and incredibly responsive to my many (many) questions and concerns. By the time our wedding day actually came around, I had zero worries because I knew I could trust Lindsay to help everything run smoothly. She was so energetic and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and our guests were full of compliments on how well our wedding day was run. Lindsay and Timeless Events are AMAZING, and I highly recommend booking them! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
It has taken me over six months to write this review because I truly didn’t have the words to express my gratitude to Nicole. We had a complex wedding with multiple events, as I’m American and my husband is Indian. We went into wedding planning not quite understanding how much went into it, and quickly realized we needed a professional. Nicole was truly the answer to everything. She was incredibly comforting and always confident that she could make crazy asks work, she kept us honest and in line, and told me the truth when she thought we were heading down a path we wouldn’t be happy with. She expertly navigated multiple cultures and our atypical need to involve a large number of family members in all aspects of planning. She helped us plan two days of events plus various pre-events needed for an Indian ceremony, such as my mendhi (henna). We had so many different moving pieces and vendors on our wedding days but every single thing went without incident. It was truly perfect. Six months later and I still am so grateful for Nicole and her team. I can say without a doubt that our wedding would not have been a success without her, and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it. To Nicole - you will mean so much to us for the rest of our lives and there are not words to express that. To anyone looking for a wedding planner (particularly if you’re marrying multiple cultures and religions) - HIRE THEM! You will not regret it.
Lindsay was amazing!!! Our wedding went perfectly, and we have her to thank! She was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and professional. She made sure we were prepared with checklists and advice for finding vendors. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything was seamless and kept us together during our magical whirlwind of a day! I loved that timeless events focused on not only having a wedding time line, but also a decor plan. Their decor library helped us have a beautiful reception without having to buy/find a bunch of stuff. I really can't recommend Lindsay and Timeless Events enough!!!
Nicole was fantastic at getting this wedding together and at helping us deal with multiple reschedulings due to COVID (she was really great at this!). She rocked rehearsal, the ceremony, and coordinating our vendors.
Our only feedback is around table seating during the reception. We worked hard on creating our sitting chart sitting the right folks together and on the day of the wedding many guests had trouble finding where to sit, knowing when to get their food, and many just sat where they could find a spot.
However, working with Nicole was great and we had a remarkable wedding. She had a very professional and helpful attitude. I hope Timeless Events keeps growing and creating more memorable experiences!
We are so happy that we hired Lindsay from Timeless Events NC with the Event Management package. We don't know how we could have possibly planned this wedding without you! Lindsay asked us questions that we did not even consider when trying to plan some aspects of our wedding on our own. She was super organized with a checklist of everything that needed to be done and how far in advance it should be done leading up to our wedding.
We've received a lot of feedback from friends and family saying how much fun they had and how much they appreciated how organized everything was for our wedding.
Lindsay did great dealing with some last-minute changes to the day-of timeline, coordinating the buses, and herding cats (our wedding party), families and friends. We had a very rowdy crew, but Lindsay kept them all in line and made the day go smoothly and perfectly.
It was a pleasure working with you to turn our very rough vision of what we wanted our wedding to be into a super fun and happy reality!
We used Timeless Events' day of coordination service and would most definitely do it again. We felt comfortable talking to Nicole from the start of the consultation phone call. Once we booked, we worked with Lindsay who I'm pretty sure is a real life super hero. She kept us on track with deadlines, gave advice when we had questions, and was very responsive. They helped with vendor recommendations and saved a ton of stress by having their own decor options. Our wedding day went perfectly and we were able to actually relax and enjoy ourselves thanks to Lindsay and the Timeless Events team! We would recommend them to anyone.
Nicole was a lifesaver throughout the whole wedding process. I completely trusted her the whole way. She really helped me stay accountable and organized. She of course had amazing suggestions and was always extremely professional. One thing that stuck out to me when choosing a wedding was that Nicole really helped out with all the decor. She brought almost all of the decor we used from her own inventory at no extra charge!!

Choosing Timeless Events was probably the best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. Working with Timeless Events was definitely the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Nicole was excellent with making our vision come to life, and had so many ideas that we would have never thought of that were fantastic. The inventory of decor items was expansive and it was great that there was no additional cost. Every part of our experience with Timeless Events was phenomenal and we highly recommend. We are so thankful for them.
Hiring Timeless Events was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process! I work ~80 hours per week and felt completely overwhelmed trying to also plan a wedding. I needed someone who could see my vision and help it come to life with my limited flexibility. Nicole was that person. She knew all the right vendors and had the best suggestions for making my dream wedding a reality. She set up tours, meetings and tastings… all I had to do was show up! Nicole kept my wedding on track with regular texts/emails/meetings and reminders about what needed to be done and when it needed to be done by. She was always available whenever I needed anything or had questions. After a year of planning, everything was set and ready to go when COVID hit. We ultimately decided to elope and move our big celebration back a year. After we chose a date, Nicole contacted each of our vendors and had new contracts drawn up for our new date in ONE AFTERNOON! She is superwoman. This was the biggest relief for a bride whose dreams were crushed in one day after planning for nearly 2 years! We finally got to have our dream day with all of our original vendors and it was perfect. My jaw dropped when I showed up at the reception, the décor was everything I had envisioned and more! Everything ran seamlessly and we were able to truly enjoy our day without a single worry. Nicole and her team went above and beyond, we would use them again in a heartbeat!
Nicole was great! We had done most of the planning however were needing some guidance and organization so hired Nicole as a "day of" coordinator however she went way above and beyond what I was expecting. Starting before 60 days out she helped keep me on track, reach out to vendors, create a timeline, and ensure everything was set. Everything was flawless at the wedding and the vendors even said that things were the easiest and most well organized wedding they had been at! Highly recommend!
Nicole is hands down the BEST planner ever!! She is detail-oriented, organized, and overall just a great person. I tested positive for COVID 3 days before our wedding and within 3 hours, our entire wedding was rescheduled all thanks to Nicole. I cannot recommend her enough--she went above and beyond for us and words cannot stress how awesome she is and how thankful we are.

Nicole at Timeless Events did an amazing job with our small ceremony and guiding us through our wedding during COVID. She helped to show us all of our options and she was so helpful when we decided to push back our reception to next year. She went above and beyond, helping us reschedule our vendors and making sure we were ready to go for next year. Our small ceremony this year went so smoothly, and we're excited to celebrate in 2021!
I can not say enough great things about Nicole and Timeless Events! If you are wondering whether you need a planner or not...you do. Specifically, you need Nicole and her team! My fiance' and I originally coordinated with Timeless Events for month of and day of coordination, but Nicole was so much more than that. In the midst of a pandemic, Nicole rescheduled and even relocated our wedding to ensure we were still able to have our special day. Due to relocation, my florist was unable to travel. Nicole loaded her car with all of our flowers and drove them four hours to our venue! Nicole is the epitome of professionalism, and going above and beyond. We owe all of the credit for our beautiful wedding day to her and her team!
Nicole is THE BEST. As we joked with her during our last phone call, she's more on top of things for our wedding that we have been, even in spite of the current pandemic and all the implications it has had on our original timeline scoped with her. She has truly gone above and beyond for us and hasn't missed a beat. She does far more than meet the basic agreements outlined in our contract with her, which is more than we could have expected or asked for. With so much still unknown for our wedding during this time, we are incredibly grateful for a professional advocate who takes the lead for us in every way and with it, a weight off our shoulders as we navigate managing our wedding planning during these uncertain times. If you are on the fence at all about hiring a wedding planner or about who to hire for the job, don't be - Nicole is your gal. Timeless Events is by far the best decision we have made so far for our wedding!!
I don’t even know where to begin. Nicole is a complete life saver. Not a minute went by the entire process that I worried about anything, she had control over. From the very start until the end of the reception and even a little after she answered every panicked text and call with a calmness and efficiency that left me knowing I was in good hands. Even having all the decorations and table wear and not having to rent it was a huge blessing. I couldn’t ever thank her enough! You should definitely go ahead and make room in your budget because she saved us more and it was worth it 1000%! Thanks again Nicole.
We had the pleasure of working with Nicole for our day of coordinator. She was wonderful! Very personable and helpful with all of our needs. She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and setup times for them to be ready so we did not have to worry about them at all. She even took care of our linens and offered other wedding supplies to use at no extra cost! She was very responsive in her emails and offered great suggestions. We highly recommend her!
I have to say that one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was choosing Nicole as our day-of-coordinator! She is FANTASTIC!!! I had many questions for her as the wedding day approached and she was so helpful throughout all of it! Not only does she help to plan the day, but her inventory of decor is fabulous.. there are always so many little details that you don't even think about (hindsight's 20/20!) and Nicole covered it all. I can't thank you enough, Nicole, for making our day exceptional!
Nicole was amazing. She was my day of coordinator. A bunch of my friends and family would come up to me all night telling me how great she was. She was on time to the rehearsal and wedding and set everything exactly how I wanted. Anything I or my fiancé needed she was right on top of it. Her attitude was great, very friendly and had good things to say to help my nerves. If I needed anything changed last minute she got it done. I loved working with her and would highly recommend 😊
What can we say about Timeless Events? THEY ARE AWESOME! Nicole and Lindsay run a very tight ship and get things done! My now-husband and I met Lindsay at his sister’s wedding in 2018. We were so impressed with her that we decided we wanted to hire her when it came time for us to have our big day. She did not disappoint. Throughout the process, we were able to communicate via email, text, and calls whenever there were crucial questions and updates. They did a great job of researching and recommending vendors for us and keeping track of everything. We met on fairly regular intervals throughout 2019 to discuss the day-of details. Each and every time, Lindsay and Nicole would put us at ease and assure us that things will go off without a hitch. And indeed our wedding weekend at the Outer Banks in NC did go off without a hitch.
Lindsay arrived for our rehearsal Friday evening. She managed to excellently coordinate through the din of a house full of crazy friends and family, all dressed in Halloween costumes. On the day-of, she was at our venue/cottage early to start the setup on the rooftop deck where the ceremony would be taking place. This included rolling out turf, moving lounge chairs, and setting up the ceremony chairs. She and her helpful husband Ben, with a little help from some of the house guests, got this done quickly. They then went to the offsite restaurant where our reception dinner was to be held and made it nothing short of beautiful. We didn’t provide her much guidance on how to set up the tables but wow did Lindsay do a spectacular job. She turned it from a plain-Jane beach dining room into an elegant space for our guests to enjoy.
During the ceremony, everything went off without a hitch. People were timed perfectly going down the aisle with the music. She made sure everyone knew where to stand. The chairs for guests were setup great. In short, Lindsay helped make the day special for everyone. After the ceremony and dinner, Lindsay let the party go on in the background while she and Ben broke things down and cleaned up. When we woke up the next morning, expecting a lot of clean-up, we were thrilled that they had managed to get quite a bit of it done for us.
Throughout all of our event, Lindsay kept a smile on her face and a helpful demeanor. And did I mention that she managed to setup at the venue/cottage without having a walkthrough until the day before the wedding? That’s skill. My husband and I could not have been happier with Timeless Events and would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Nicole/Timeless Events for wedding planning services. Hiring Nicole and her team was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. She understood my vision, kept me on track, and always had my back- even why I doubted my ideas or decisions. She couldn't have been more professional, experienced, patient, and easy to work with. She managed a wedding of approx 375 people, with so much professionalism and without breaking a sweat. Do yourself a favor, and hire her for your wedding or next event.
Nicole was an absolute life saver! She went above and beyond through the entire process. We were pretty overwhelmed with the planning and life events ( we had a baby!!!) that came up for us during the process but Nicole eased our minds from the very first meeting. At our meetings she was always pleasant and got us headed in the right direction. Our wedding day was flawless and we owe that all to her.

Hiring Nicole of Timeless Events was the best decision that we made throughout our wedding planning process. We had an ambitious vision of hosting 300+ friends and family in a city park with not much more than a roof and hard floor. Through her creative eye, incredible decor inventory, impeccable organization and attention to detail, not to mention just hard work and sweat and countless hours, Nicole was able to create the most gorgeous outdoor urban glam wedding that we could have ever dreamed of. If you are wondering if you need a day of coordinator - YOU DO. No matter how big or small your wedding. You have no idea what goes on behind the scenes to coordinate all the vendors and create a seamless day, and Nicole does it all and buffers the bride and groom from unneeded stress! Nicole knows weddings inside and out and is able to make honest and budget conscious recommendations. We selected the partial planning package and couldn’t have been happier. We will always recommend Timeless Events NC!
Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I CANNOT imagine getting married without Nicole. BEST.DECISION.EVER.
We hired her as our day of coordinator, but she did no much more prior the big day. For starters, she's friendly, warm and funny. She's easy to talk to and is very validating and affirming! Her communication is top notch and she never makes you feel like you're asking a stupid question (even though I for sure did). She is incredibly detail oriented and that showed during our reception as the tables looked PERFECT and exactly how I wanted them! She coordinated vendor timelines seamlessly and always kept us in the loop.
Her having an inventory of items (plates, tablecloths, flatware, decor etc.) was also a huge plus and helped us save a lot of money. As a very frugal person who really doesn't like paying for things if i don't have to, I'm telling you that Nicole is 100% worth it. If you're on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because you think can do it yourself, I'll tell you (as someone who also plans events for living) that you absolutely need one and it absolutely should be Nicole. She's amazing and went above and beyond. I am SO grateful to have had the chance to work with her. I cannot say enough nice things about her. Thank you, Nicole!!!
For only a team of 2, Nicole and Lindsay are amazing! I hired Timeless for the day of coordination package but they did sooo much more than that! The girls sent timeline checklists and we met a few times a couple months out from the wedding. They are based out of Raleigh and Im in Greensboro but we were still able to meet a few times and even had to reschedule but the girls were super accommodating! The fact that all their decor is included in the service price saved us soo much money and time from running around shopping. Although there were a couple hiccups(what wedding doesnt) Lindsay got everything back on track and was great! She kept to our timeline as close as possible and honestly I got to enjoy myself at my own wedding without worrying about a thing! The setup of everything looked amazing and Lindsay always had a smile and kept everything cool and calm. I cannot thank them enough for handling everything from all the ideas I had, changes I made, and borderline meltdowns haha! They are super responsive and easy to get ahold of. Truly made my day the best!
Choosing Nicole was the best decision we made for our wedding. She is so calm and professional. English isn’t my first language and she was super sweet when explaining everything to me. She knows what she is doing! Also, being able to use her inventory was a huge plus. The day of was perfect, she did an amazing job with the decoration and made a beautiful Chuppah - I can’t get over it! I highly recommend her business. You won’t regret it 🙂
Nicole was amazing to work with and honestly she made my wedding happen! It was PERFECT. Nicole worked well with my vendors and made some stellar recommendations (my florist for instance) that fit in my budget. If you’re looking for a planner - she’s your girl!
Timeless events and Nicole specifically were better than we hoped for. She was organized, kept us on task, worked with and helped plan a wedding that so many of our guests said was the best one they have been to. I think using her even helped us save money since she is good at finding vendors within your budget. Better than expected.
My wedding day was genuinely the best day of my life so far. It was the wedding of my dreams, completely exceeded my expectations, and I owe it all to Lindsay and Nicole at Timeless Events!! When I started planning my wedding, I had less than 7 months to plan and I was in my last year of nursing school, so I was completely stressed out and overwhelmed. When I hired Timeless Events, it was like a godsend. Lindsay and Nicole were so warm, and sweet, and helpful. They helped me figure out what I wanted, what was important to me, and clarify my budget. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and had a lot of contacts, so it was comforting that I could really rely on them to take care of anything I asked them to. Also their prices were extremely reasonable and their services include access to all of their beautiful rental items (plates, chargers, napkins, etc), which ended up saving us a ton of money in the long run. They were also both very patient and understanding, even when I was having a bridezilla moment or stressed out, they would talk me through it, call me if I needed, and always fix or take care of whatever the issue was. Lindsay was my primary wedding coordinator, and in the few weeks and days before the wedding, as well as on the day of, she was an absolute superstar. She went over every little detail with me to make sure everything was taken care of, which put me at ease. She was so warm and comforting and soothed all my worries. On the day of the wedding, literally all I did was show up to the salon, drink some mimosas with my bridal party, and relax because Lindsay was at the venues taking care of absolutely everything. When I showed up to the church and reception venue, everything was perfect. The decor was gorgeous, every little detail was in place, it was all just perfect. Lindsay made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire day, made sure I had everything I needed, and even made sure that I had water and food! Lindsay got my husband and I plates of food and we had a solid 20 minutes just to enjoy our meals and soak in the moment together, which is a priceless gift I could never repay her for. Before my wedding happened, I expected it to be a chaotic mess at best, especially since all my friends had told me how stressful their weddings were and how they never got to eat or sit down, but Lindsay was there at every moment making sure everything was organized and going smoothly. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my wedding day. All of my family members and friends came up to us afterwards to tell us how great they thought the event went and how much fun they had. Lindsay gave me the wedding of my dreams and I can never thank her enough!!
Nicole saved us so much stress and money - hiring her was one of the best decision we made in the whole wedding planning process! I initially assumed we didn't need a day-of coordinator and we'd ask a family member instead to save money. There are so many reasons I'm glad we didn't do this. Our family members could finally relax and enjoy themselves on the wedding day after a stressful week of planning/prep, and Nicole took care of everything. She also helped us with planning leading up to the wedding, and she ultimately saved us tons of money by lending us decorations (the money she saved us made up for her fee and more!) She was calm, easygoing and fun. I don't know how we would've pulled off the wedding without her. I would recommend her to anyone!
Nicole and her team were incredible from first contact all the way through the day after wedding cleanup and close out. They were engaged throughout process and let their knowledge and experience shine when we really needed the help. Going above and beyond was never out of the question and the team was able to quickly and efficiently problem solve as needed. Timeless Events stepped in after the first wedding planner was a bust and their professionalism and care made our big day so smooth and so very fun. Nicole is an amazing coordinator. So well-organized, fun to work with, helpful and flexible. She worked hard to address all our requests, as well as any unexpected considerations (like rain!) to make the rehearsal dinner and wedding enjoyable and memorable. High marks from everyone in our family!
Nicole was absolutely the best decision that was made during the planning of my daughter's wedding. She handled every detail so that I could focus solely on my daughter. I was not worried or stressed for one moment that all the fine details were being handled because she involved in every step. She had worked so closely with my daughter that even she, the bride, was able to relax and concentrate on getting ready. I had such a great experience planning my wedding with Nicole. From the beginning, she was extremely helpful in crafting the aesthetic I was shooting for, all while helping me keep the wedding day as simple as possible. Nicole volunteered far more of her time than I expected and was absolutely willing to take on a ton of work herself. Moreover, she was well organized and masterfully handled all scheduling and last minute issues.
Being able to use a number of the items Nicole has in her inventory also made the planning much simpler and saved us a lot of money.
Nicole was also upfront and direct about absolutely everything, which was perhaps the most important trait I needed in a wedding planner. Other than coordinating all the last-minute things a bride does not have time to deal with, one of the most underrated yet helpful qualities in a planner is finding someone who will be honest about how much things should cost, how much of everything is necessary, whether your plans are actually feasible, and whether something looks good. This was not something I knew I needed in a planner, but am so grateful I found with Nicole Thank you again for all your hard work!

Nicole from Timeless Events was our day of wedding coordinator for our recent wedding. My expectation of what a day of coordinator did and what Nicole did for us was amazing! She took over for me the last few weeks of the wedding making sure every detail was taken care of and all the vendors were kept informed and organized. Even with our last minute change to get married inside due to rain, she made it seem easy and we enjoyed our day with no stress at all. The best part is I am happy Nicole was there to share our day with us and felt like part of our family!!!
Lindsay from Timeless Events did an absolutely fantastic job coordinating my wedding. She was super organized, detail oriented and on top of everything. There is no way I could have gotten through my wedding without her. She thought of everything and her follow up was impeccable. She kept the flow of the event as smooth and stress free as possible for me. Folks at the wedding even commented on how great she was. Not to mention throughout the entire process she was incredibly sweet, warm and welcoming.
I have repeatedly said since booking Nicole she was hands down, the best decision I made for our wedding!! There is no doubting her abilities and care for us as a couple after our wedding.
I first met with Nicole 3 months out and I felt super comfortable and confident with her at our first meeting, which is unusual since I'm typically pretty shy. Nicole started working with us hardcore 2 months out from our date. We started by meeting at the venue and laying out the floor plan, then contacting all of our existing vendors to make sure they had everything they needed, helping research and book remaining vendors, finding last minute details, letting us use a ton of her own supplies, coordinating our schedule, walking us through rehearsal, set-up, making sure everything ran smoothly day of and packing up everything so all we had to do was celebrate and go home after the best day ever!!
What makes Nicole stand apart from other coordinators is her determination and making sure us as a couple had everything we wanted. She not only drove out to the venue (which was out in Pittsboro, so not super close) multiple times to meet with vendors, but she also helped handle any problems that arose.
Almost all of our vendors was amazing, but we had issues with our venue itself. I had always dreamed of having an outdoor wedding and the place we booked had a outdoor area with a beautiful sycamore we could hold the ceremony under. Two months out when we were at the venue we saw that they had laid a pipe and left super uneven red clay ground completely exposed straight through the ceremony area. Our venue owner promised it would be fixed and failed to follow through on his promises. About two weeks out from the date Nicole was at the venue to meet with a vendor and it was still not fixed, not only did she save me going complete bridezilla on a vendor, but she visited the venue multiple times and repeatedly stayed on top of the owner (who was impossible to reach) to assure he found a solution that satisfied both us and Nicole.
Working with Nicole, your wedding becomes part of her, she cares just as much, if not more, than us to make sure everything runs smoothly. Not only would I recommend her to any of my friends getting married in the coming years, but even our other vendors loved working with her! Nicole can't be beat. Now I just need another event so I have another excuse to work with her!! :)
Nicole is amazing at what she dose and she dose it all. The reality is she is dedicated to making your night one to remember by staying ahead of the timeline and making sure everything is ready to go before needed. She stayed ahead of the curve even when the bridal party was scattered all over the place. I have been a professional DJ for 24 years and most every planner / coordinator I have ever worked with leaves after cake is cut. Not Nicole. She stayed all night even after the Bride and Groom were gone she was hard at work gathering all the things they forgot take with them. Easy to work with and a really fun person to be around. I highly recommend Nicole and her services for any occasion. You will not be disappointed. If you want a stress free occasion this is definitely the person you want to guide your event. Hands down 5 stars
If you're looking for someone to plan your wedding with the utmost attention to detail, a creative flair, and the ability to keep their cool while reorganizing an ENTIRE venue last minute in the face of an unexpected downpour...you want Nicole from Timeless Events.
Nicole was amazing from Day 1: she laid out our options, connected with all of our vendors, and even weighed in on our decorating questions! Nicole went out of her way to pick up our wedding cake, let us deliver flowers to her home ahead of time, and even rolled up her sleeves and ironed table cloths when the bridesmaids bit off more than they could chew. She was prepared for every last detail (bringing buckets of sand to collect our sparklers, so as not to catch fire to the venue)...and lifted the stress of wedding planning from our shoulders.
On the day of, she cued everyone for their walk down the aisle, and shuffled the masses from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and through the dinner line. She was the last person we waived goodbye to, staying past midnight to clear out the remains of the party.
Our wedding was a perfectly seamless event, and this was only due to LOTS of behind the scene planning. Thank you, Nicole!
Nicole is absolutely the single greatest decision we made for our wedding. We contacted her about a month out from our wedding for her day of coordination services and we are SO grateful for her!!! She helped us plan and finish up all small (and big!) details for our big day, especially helping us with great ideas for organizing everyone and everything that we would never have thought of. She also designed a BEAUTIFUL seating chart for us at the very last minute when we realized we hadn't even thought of one yet, but she created one for us that was so gorgeous and matched our decor! She was so great at helping keep us on schedule, coming early and staying late to help us with everything. If you hadn't considered a day of coordinator, you HAVE to get Nicole because she is absolutely worth it.
