My other bridesmaid hair and makeup done by the other girls were also amazing and all of us got compliments through the night. Everyone was also done on time and they worked pretty fast. Renee and her girls are also super friendly and nice to work with! They even helped us rearrange the bridal suite when the venue was being difficult, which I'm super appreciative of. I highly recommend Renee and her girls!

our trial together making sure we achieved the look I wanted. She shared her expertise, and was also very open to trying different things until I was completely satisfied. The morning of our wedding she and her team were set up and ready to go before my bridesmaids and I even arrived! She built in plenty of time to take care of everyone (me, 6 bridesmaids and our two moms), and the morning was relaxed, fun and stress-free. Everyone was genuinely thrilled with their looks (lots of soft, gorgeous curls and natural, romantic makeup)! Renee even stayed late to help perfectly fit on my veil after we had taken some initial pictures with the photographer. I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out (my husband wholeheartedly agreed!), and it all stayed in place through lots of dancing and happy tears! Renee and her team were truly wonderful to work with- book them!

She was referred to me for my wedding by the Otesaga Hotel of all places, which means that she HAS to be amazing when you consider an upscale venue like the Otesaga is referring her EXCLUSIVELY to their brides! That alone speaks volumes about her! So I really hope other brides don't base their decision to hire Renee on just a few negative reviews. The number and quality of the positive reviews she has should speak for themselves. Sadly, there will always be a few bridezillas you'll never be able to please, no matter how hard you try. Renee was incredibly professional from start to finish and takes great pride in her work. She is NOT happy unless you are, and she goes above and beyond making sure you are. Her team is equally as professional and meticulous as she is, and all of them were warm, friendly and relaxed, making me feel totally at ease. I honestly cannot recommend Timeless Salon & Studio enough and feel truly honored to be able to share my Timeless experience with all of you. You will absolutely NOT be disappointed in hiring her. She made me look like a princess, and I only wish my daughter's wedding was closer to her so I could hire her. Thank you so much, Renee, for being so helpful and great at what you do, and for being so good at keeping me calm during such a nerve wracking time. 4 hour window for hair and make up. Renee said she would be the one doing my hair and make up as her other stylist was 'not ready for brides.' I confirmed with Renee in advance my hair and make up would be completed at 1p. At 12:48 Renee called me over to do my makeup. My hair was not even done!! She spent the time doing the hair of bridesmaid after bridesmaid and a flower girl. When she finally did get to my hair she didn't even remember the style produced at the bridal hair trial. I had to remind her with a picture. Renee then began to approach the hair style in a totally different way than that of the trial. It looked completely different. When I questioned the difference she became irritated. I asked her to review the pictures from our hair trial on her phone (she took them that day as a reminder for the wedding day) and she flat out refused. I'm pretty confident she deleted the photos. Because of Renee's lack of preparation and sheer disregard for my schedule, I was over an hour behind for the day. She also stopped doing my hair at one point to spend 15 minutes calculating how much the only other stylist should be paid for the day and counting out the cash for her. Awful. I had no wiggle room to resolve the hair issues and had to just leave my hair the MESS she created on my special day. I wasnt able to participate in any photos with the bridesmaids, that are so memorable. This is my first bad review ever - I cannot in good conscience not warn others about this experience. I don't want any other ladies to make the mistake I did in hiring Renee and this 'salon.'

our tasting so we made an extra trip to Cooperstown scheduled two months in advance. I emailed her to confirm 3 days beforehand, and it was clear that she had forgotten about us. Haley at 560 Salon in Cobbleskill, NY saved the day and did an absolutely wonderful job.

e. I had accidentally gotten a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure a few days prior (at a different salon), and she brought her equipment to give me a gel on the day of to fix the problem. Everything came out absolutely amazing, and I appreciate working with her so much!

Very odd but not an issue. Before the trial I sent Renee photos of hair and makeup looks to make sure she knew what I wanted. I don't think she actually looked at the photos I sent so the trail took a lot longer than expected. As I left the trail I was really happy because we finally got the look down. Before I left she took pictures so she could recreate everything a few days later at the wedding. So the wedding day comes and we get to the venue where Renee was going to be set up and she was not there. She arrived 30 minutes late and we did not have time to spare. Since she was so late she had to rush my hair and makeup. It did not look anything like the trial but there was no time to fix it. I was so disappointed. I know hair and makeup options are limited in the Cooperstown area but I would recommend looking further away for a hair and makeup artist if you want a good experience

otten about the appointment. She was on her way out the door, so I had to sit there for 20 minutes until she returned and she completely rushed the appointment. I then decided to look around to see if another spa was available for my day, and if I found someone I would just cancel my contract with Renee. So I put an ad on thumbtack hoping vendors would reach out to me only if they were available. i was confused when I got a message from Renee saying her spa was free on the date of my wedding and that she would love to have the opportunity to be a part of my wedding. I quickly wrote back that she actually wasn't available, she was supposed to have my wedding booked for that day too. But after she lost my contract and my trail appointment, I shouldn't be surprised she actually forgot about my wedding. I quickly cancelled whatever appointment I even had at that point and lost my deposit (with zero offer to even give it back). She is completely disorganized and challenging to work with.

helpful feedback. (She also suggested the appointment time for my trial and then kept me waiting for 30 minutes while she drove her kids to school, which seemed really odd to me.) I ended up going to my regular stylist and to a makeup store at the mall for the help I needed. I really recommend that you have a clear idea of what you want. (My MOH knew exactly what she wanted and she got it- I just needed more guidance and couldn't get it from her.) Renee is super sweet, but I found her to be tough to get in contact with, she lost some paperwork that I had sent her, and it took 2 months for her to email me pictures from my trial (I received them a week before my wedding). I also found her prices to be a little high (even compared to my normal salon in an uppity Boston suburb, nevermind in her local market) and she was unwilling to negotiate. I do believe she's the best stylist in the area, but do your homework and don't wait for Renee to take the initiative like some other vendors will.
